Nothing. There were suspicious people hanging outside of there rooms. Drugs in the drawer of the night stand. Roaches in our room. Lots of holes in the curtains. Dirty walls. Room looked like it had not been cleaned for a while. Drug dealers hanging outside of property. The staff were very nice and understanding.

The only thing I liked about the thing is having a bed and my phone to be charged in my room This was a very bad experience for me. The place felt unsafe and poorly managed. There were people living in the building, and the environment was very rough with issues like prostitution and rats around the property. I had no money left and ended up sleeping in the hallway, which was extremely uncomfortable and scary because I was alone. While I was trying to sleep, people kept trying to open the door and bothering me during the night. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I did not feel safe staying here. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Roaches no towels and smell like cigarettes even tho it was a non smoking room

Was vary unsafe. Don’t mind if people live in hotels. But this one that’s all it was. People were complaining about the shower handles falling off and water flooding the bathrooms. My family chose this hotel because of the pool. Get there and not only is the not a pool but the pool is just dirt. Not safe for a family

The pictures arent accurata in the slightest bit. The pool isnt operational at all. There is NO WIFI. They had roaches and people wohld look in my window if the curtains werent drawn. Im not talking glance either. Full stare. Nonrefundable after check in so im sure they know they are fooling people. I will NEVEt stay at this property afain. I advise that if you aren't already and addict of some sort bypass this place.

The proper was horrible, my room for didn't lock, restroom for didn't close, shower was disgusting and there were roaches. I would not recommend it unless you just have to. If did the job but it was very uncomfortable.

This is the worst property I ever stayed at in my life. Roaches , drug dealers, drugs. Leaking a/c units. People beating on kids, screaming all night. Holes in the wall, dirty sheets. Very unsanitary environment!! The most disgusting place I’ve ever been at. Will never be back.

I didn't plan to use the pool but I could see it from the surveillance cameras behind the front desk and it looked awful. Lots of clutter in the lobby. No working elevator. Room smelled like marijuana. Small holes in the floor. No cover on the ceiling fan in the bathroom. Fridge didn't work. Harsh lighting in the room lighting fixtures. Small roaches came out the next morning and were all throughout the room running across the floor. Not a ton but I'd say I saw at least 6. Check in and check out was easy though and front desk associates were friendly. However, I won't come back.

I asked for an accessible room in the reservation. Gave me a 3rd floor unit, and all elevators are boarded up. After getting keys redone twice, they gave me a room on the 1st floor near the lobby. The ceiling is the room is damaged from water intrusions and is pealing off. Roach on the wall next to the bed. Stained carpet, only 1 towel and 2 wash clothes in the bathroom. Shower head not attached properly so it sprays water everywhere. If you take the stairs connected to the lobby be careful, used nails instead of screws on the treads and they stick up a lot. Swimming pool is a swamp not a pool. What water there is is green with algae.

Never felt more insecure at a hotel before.. as soon as I stepped in the room and saw a bullet hole in the mirror I walked right out and decided not stay the night, I was still charged for the night I didn’t spend there, horrible hotel.

The check in process was significantly easy and the staff was really nice. Unfortunately there were things that were broken in the room as well as roaches.

Probably the worst hotel room ive even walked into. I could literally see bugs on the bed. They painted the shower tile which was peeling and all in the tub. I walked back to office gave him keys and left!!

The room was dirty, the floor hadnt been swept, the bathtub has cigarette ash in it. There was no wifi at all. There was a lot of people outside screaming real late at least until 2 am. It was horable

It was roaches EVERYWHERE! By far the worst hotel experience I’ve had, couldn’t even enjoy my birthday because I had nowhere to stay after that night !

Definitely not where you want to be as a single female with kids without a man.

Primeramente la persona que me atendio no era muy amable. Fui con un bebe porque en la reservacion decia que tenian cunas disponibles GRATIS lo cual no es cierto porque cuando pregunte me dijeron que no tenian eso. Me dieron un cuarto totalmente diferente al que reserve porque segun ellos no tenian otro. El cuarto tenia una nevera sumamente pequeña y no tenia microondas, el televisor se apagaba solo. No me dieron deseos ni de explorar el hotel ya que es totalmente diferente a las fotos de la reservacion. Hasta llegue a pensar que estaba en el lugar equivocado pero la reservacion ya estaba hecha. Habia personas un poco extrañas que al parecer residenen en el lugar lo que hace que los huespedes se sientan inseguros. NO LO RECOMIENDO y nunca mas volvere a ese lugar.

I really didn’t like staying even one night. First to start off I paid and requested for a first floor room due to having a 3 year old son with me don’t want him climbing around the stairs and didn’t get it. The room had several roaches climbing around and then even more dead on the floor and in the mini fridge. Shower barely worked toilet was disgusting, I had a non smoking room but could smell smoke all night from the room over. Zero complementary breakfast coffee anything. The snacks they have are severely over priced and can’t use card to but them. Worst of all even when check out is at noon or 11 am the disrespectful housekeeping beats on the door at 9am everytime to ask if you are checking out or not. This is the most annoying thing about the place. I’ve told the manager he said he will tell them not to knock, well they still did and have every time I’ve stayed. I try my best to sleep in some and they beat on the door like the police about to raid a house or something. Not once have they tried to make it right or refund my payment. Don’t stay here if you don’t live this lifestyle

Bugs, spiders and roaches

I need my money back. The room was smelly like cat urine. I switched room 3 times. They are not good with maintenance. The rooms water, toilet, and tub was running lights flickering.

The person asking if I had a reservation did not welcome me, did not make me feel welcomed, did not even say “Good Evening” just asked for my reservation. Did not say ANYTHING other than give me my room number. Will never stay there again. In the middle of the night I had to use the bathroom n I encountered a small roach… lost it but encountered another small roach heading back to the room… got that one on video — UGH!!!

Nothing like the picture. Mattresses stacked up in lobby and not accessible but for front desk. Bedding is nothing like picture hole in bathroom from previous leak. The front lobby stinks and is like an Indian temple.

Horrible experience. Key did not work until the last night there. They also charged my card TWICE. I stopped staying there after the first night, but my friends decided to stay in the room. Reported seeing multiple roaches. Never again.

I k ow its october but the piol was the darkest green ive ever seen, itbhas not been cared for at all. Bed was alright, pillows were flat in no time. Money but no apologies! Missed the wedding we traveled to had to return home! We aren’t picky but this is a very strange area not safe at all 😩 n black mold was all along the walls in bathroom area

This was the worse motel that I ever went into ,it was so horrible to the point me and my husband just turned around and let them have the money because it was Roach infected.i don't recommend no human being to stay for hours let along nights.

The property didn’t look bad from the photos on the app & it wasn’t too bad in person for the prose. The pool wasn’t that bad but one thing that was extremely disgusting is the roach infestation. I had to sleep in my car for After I saw at least 40 roaches. One or two wouldn’t have too bad but BABY!!!!! I canceled the remainder of my stay and was refunded for one day. I really feel like I should have been refunded for both for what I was put through with the main tenants( the roaches).

The place looked like a homeless home, the receptionist was very rude looked like he didn’t know what he was doing trying to check in a guest in front of me. Took like 10 minutes beforehand he acknowledge me finally another person that looked like a bom came to help me but thanks god my credit card did not go through so i ended up canceling my stay. They also have some stained mattresses on the hallway. It was terrible the place smell like a dirty carpet too.

This is the worst place I ever stayed we had roaches and mold which led me to leave early because I am highly allergic and they refused to switch my room. If I would have rated 0 starts I would’ve.

Roaches everywhere. Flies everywhere. The room is moist and humid. Bed sheets dirty and stained. Pillows were dirty and stained.

The pictures online are not the place I stay at. First the pool was absolutely green. The steps had algae all over them. The lobby was a mess with a mattress and other stuff everywhere. My room had a bed, a chair and a nightstand. A small tv stuck one a wall with wires hanging down. And no furniture! I can’t believe Expedia and Wyndham hotels allow their name to be connect. Also, There were kids in the pool playing in the Greenwater that you could not see 1 foot through. I Can't believe that the place didn’t have it taped off and allowed children to be in it!!

This place needs a cleaning overall and some serious pest control. My room had dead and live roaches in it. The towels look like they had mildew on them. I did notify the front desk staff to see if they could clean the room or at least give me a new room and they did not accommodate. Wish I had took pictures but I was so damn mad and tired, I forgot to take some. Will never be back here ever again.

The room had roaches, water would not shut off in bathtub. I would not even stand in the tub. I put down a hand towel to stand on to shower. I don’t see why they have a dining area in the front lobby, they don’t even serve coffee in the mornings. There was a fire extinguisher outside my door or should I say there was supposed to be one. All I saw was an empty coke can in it. The pool was disgusting. And last of all, do not go in the parking lot after dark. You had cars pulling up to party in the parking lot. Never again will I stay here.

This room was filled with roaches and small flying bugs- the people in the room next to ours were screaming and yelling and cussing. There were very unfavorable people hanging around in the parking area, the pool was green and unoccupiable the management did not care about any of this. We had to stay with family the first night and re-booked another hotel for our second night. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again nor will i recommend it to anyone

Staff put me in a nasty room, door didn’t close all the way, there were bugs, shower and shower curtain was nasty. There were drug addicts and gang members outside walking around all night and staff was extremely rude

My stay at this "hotel" was one of my worst stays anywhere. Every time I wanted to enter my room the key cardS would not work so I had to go to the front office each time to get them to re-program my room keys. On the 3rd day of my stay the water was off for the entire day without warning so I was forced to leave my room to go elsewhere where there was running water and on the 5th night of my stay the power was out. It was a complete horrible experience. It may say Travelodge by Wyndham but the hotel is privately owned and owned by people that have no clue about customer service or hospitality. Even the the hotel cleaning staff set up a bar b que grill just feet away from my room, playing loud music and drinking beer, talking & laughing loud and got extremely offended when I asked for toilet paper!! I have no problem with the staff relaxing HOWEVER, what kind of establishment are they trying to run? A seedy motel or a upscale hotel? My room had roaches, spiders, and shady looking characters walking around at all hours of the night. There is a gas station nearby with a burned out vehicle state inspection building nearby that is full of crackheads. BEWARE!!! If i had the option to rent again I would rather pay $100 a night than the cheap price of these rooms. The photos are not of the actual hotel. The hotel is being remodeled and is under heavy construction. None of which they tell you before you book the room. Do not stay here just pay the extra money to stay somewhere else

No phone connection with the reception desk, bathroom wasn't clean, parking area was not clean, no plantations, constructions was no signs

First room was dirty had beer cans and mud. Next room had broken toilet. Staff was nice, but said there was no micro wave but second room had one so they were just lazy.

Key cards didn’t work several times so I had to go back to the office several times. I’m handicapped so that sucked!! The AC in first room didn’t work. Towels replaced with rags. Ice machine in inconvenient place. Several street walkers seen going in and out of rooms or just walking around the parking lot.

I have stayed at many hotels. I found what I thought was a good deal, but it turned out to be bad. First, the room wasn't even clean upon arrival. The door to Room 328 was messed up it didnt even close properly. There was no latch to lock the top of the door.Secondly I found a used needle from I am assuming someone with diabetes. Hopefully drug activity wasn't going on. Thirdly, There was alot of activity going on behind the property at night time. I also saw the building had some rennovation going on. Fourth there weren't enough towels in the room. I happened to pull out the bed and the carpret was flithy. I will not be staying at this property again

They did not have wifi and until I got Expedia on the line they didn’t want to give me refund for the amenity they advertised online but could not provide. This was very upsetting because I’ve stayed at this location numerous times prior.

The room was a little dirty and some furniture were missing. One coworker talked to me and treated me with no respect. Twice told me very roughly to get out of the pool area.

Room had a horrible smell and flies in the small refrigerator

It was nothing like the pictures. Amentites that were supposedly available upon request were either not there or we had to rent them. There were roaches and even bugs inside the plastic wrap around the cups when we arrived, on day 3/6 housekeeping knocked on our door and said we had to either pay or leave when we had already paid for 6 nights. We ended up leaving early because we couldnt deal with it anymore. If we could give a negative rating we would.
