Great parking. The microwave didn’t work within my room, so I used the microwave in the dining/common area downstairs during breakfast. A staff member tells me to use the microwave within my room. I informed him that the microwave didn't work within my room, and since im a paying guest, Im using the microwave located within the common/ dining area. Staff wasn't so friendly and didn't care that amenities were not working within my room.

The bed sheets has stained on them that you can’t see with your naked eyes and if you use an ultraviolet light you could see how dirty and stained it is.

The hotel was well maintained, clean room, clean, bathroom, and overall in fairly good shape. The AC in the room was a bit noisy rattled quite a bit, but just very minor. Only complaint was Neighbor in room next-door was very loud, with music bumping until 2 AM. At 2:30 doors were slamming, and it was quite annoying.

It was clean, in a good area, not too noisy ; not hard to access and the staff were nice! The room had a weird smell. It wasnt dirty but the smell was very off putting. The best way I can describe it is like feet.

The area it was in was good, and the breakfast was good. Something of mines was throwed away by accident, and when I asked the front desk if they could reimburse me for my item, a bunch of excuses was made instead of accommodating me for my missing item.

However, the receptionist did not welcome us or engage in any basic conversation. He should be trained on how to properly greet and interact with guests. Additionally, his appearance was not professional, and his outfit was not clean.

The staff was very rude to my fiance. Very rude to the point where a situation was escalated and police were almost called.

This was my second time staying at this property and there was a huge stain on the side of the mattress. I said something to the front desk person when I checked out and he tried to say it wasn’t a stain. I included a photo. Maybe I’m wrong.

I'm a professional cleaner. So I was impressed with how clean the room was. It was also centrally located . Was close to stores and restaurants. I have 3 complaints. The room I stayed in was right off the elevator so I could hear the elevator ding. And all the foot traffic. Second: the tv didnt have sleep timer. So I was either stuck in the dark hear all the foot traffic or stuck with the TV on all night which is bright. 3rd : the charging port didnt work so I had to go to walmart to purchase a charging port.

I wish the breakfast had more selection. I only had waffle and yogurt.

The location was great. Check-in and check-out were easy and the free breakfast was a good addition. The toilet didn't work. When I told the front desk, they proceeded to try to hand me a plunger so I can fix it MYSELF. If I want to fix my toilet I wouldn't stay at a hotel with staffs for it. The TV didn't work either. Could not turn it on.

the electric outlets in the room need to be replaced - cannot insert the laptop cord into the plug! the shower head was old and rusted. the breakfast was just bagels and muffins and cereal and waffles, with juice and coffee; no scrambled eggs and bacon at this place

Had to pay a hundred dollar deposit, wish app would of stated this what IF I DIDNT HAVE. TIMES ARE HARD. EVERYONE AINT GOT 100 FOR DEPOSIT.

Only two things I want to tell for being better. The first is the condition of the floor in the room. There is a weak spot. The second is the breakfast. I think they need to prepare it just on time based on the print out in front of restaurant.

Power was out for half day. The only hot breakfast is make it yourself waffle and bagel.

Our stay here was pretty good! Staff was attentive, rooms were clean, breakfast could have a bit more since it was just waffles, bagels, yogurt, cereal, and some muffins (Recommend being there early to get eggs and sausage). Location was nice and there’s plenty of parking. They have an elevator and a stairway. Definitely would recommend checking this place out if you’re trying to stay in the area or trying to find a good budget hotel!

Late checked in, asked the front desk if i could do late check out at 12noon he said its ok. The morning comes, 11am front desk calling. Made him aware i checked in late and i am checkinf out at 12noon. As per rude front desk " it dont matter if u check in late but check out is 11" i made him aware that i informed the front desk last night and he is ok. So idk why in the world they dont communicate for the the guest who is doing a late check out. After that 20 mins later housekeeping trying to open the door and im glad i had my bolt on. They were knocking like its passed 12 noon. So i wont use this again. Rude, inconsiderate and rushing and its not even 12 noon as we talked about.

It is an ideal hotel for a budget traveler. It used to be way better before but it looks like its condition is going down. Staff are nice!

Management was ruse didnt give deposit back cause i had guest over. The rooms had an awful smell to them, there were food utensils underneath the mattresses. Stay was just horrible.

It’s great and quiet. Room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The price for 1 night with my AARP discount was very good. The only issue is that you hear car alarms going off randomly. Other than that it’s a great place to stay for the price.

The room looks clean, the vent is rusted and the rust keeps falling on the toilet. There is no drinking water in the hotel, not even for breakfast. Water bottle is $2 at the hotel. But there is a gas station convenient store next door.

No room noise insulation. You can hear people from the next room talking and also the walking noise from the level above you. Poor choice of breakfast with only pancakes and cereal. The AC was loud. It was on and off during the night.

Instead, I ended up purchasing breakfast from Waffle House, storing it in the fridge, and reheating it in the morning since the room had a microwave. The only reason I came downstairs was to grab some apple juice.

Upon checking in, I had to go through a broken door because they were doing construction on the building. Once i was able to get by the door, i was then waiting for a receptionist to assist me with checking in. I waited maybe 15 minutes minimum, once i was checking in the clerk then told me that the elevators were out of service and they were placing us on the 3rd floor. I asked them if there was any other floors available and they said no. Even though the hotel was empty and no cars in the parking lot my whole stay. I asked to talk to the manager but was never to be found. The room was dirty, mold, and rust everywhere in the bathroom. Room was never cleaned during my stay. Very unsatisfied with my stay and they never offered to make things better.

The staff AVOIDS customers and no one is ever at the front desk. They are very rude and nothing works properly. This facility needs a serious upgrade!!! The price they’re charging doesn’t meet the requirements of the facility.

Everything was fine and I wasn’t worried until my room number was compromised or given to someone I did not give it to! The guy claimed to be maintenance and don’t get me wrong he was really nice but I never wanted anyone to have my room number considering I’m not from there and I was alone! The outside had homeless and dogs running around which is fine for me but to some that may not be okay! It’s your job as a hotel and front desk to keep your guests safe and giving out room numbers is unacceptable. I never gave my room number but on my last day I got a call to my room from front desk that was from the guy I met in the hallway which made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable!

I would never stay at this property again check in the room I did my walk around and look up in the ceiling I seen growing mold in the bathroom ceiling I immediately took pictures and requested for another room on another floor bed as definitely uncomfortable.

The staff were weird and uncommunicative. The room smelled like mold and the rug felt sticky/dirty. The room could have been worse because it was clean even with the smell. Towels were clean and plentiful, sheets clean, pillows clean.

The rooms are comfortable but it’s pretty noisy at night from other guest. I was able to actually hear full conversations and activities that was very uncomfortable which made it hard to sleep.

The location is ok. Take about 8-10minutes to the China town. The gym should have clean more, it is very smell every moment I got there. The wifi is ok, not fast not slow. The bad tub should have something anti slip for the safety. Thanks!!

Breakfast: the hours were not the same for our entire stay and we almost missed breakfast because of that. Also, breakfast included eggs and sausages, which was more than expected. WiFi: the check in person forgot to include the password and tefused to give it to me when i called the front desk using the in room house phone. I had to go down in person to get that. Mildly inconvenient when we didn't notice until late and were relaxing in bed and trying to order delivery. Suggestion: post the breakfast hours on a sign in the breakfast area.

Toilet ran constantly, something was wrong with the air conditioner that either froze you out of the room so you wouldn’t hear the whining, or you dealt with the whining of the unit and got hot…. Sketch area of Houston that caused some alarm for personal safety. And someone decided they needed to pressure wash vehicles in the parking area starting about 9pm and going until around 2am. The hotel motto is “better rest here” and we had absolutely none. Will not be returning…

Awful experience; we reserved two rooms. The first room reeked of wet carpet, and the air conditioning in the next room was noisy. The neighboring room had small children who were quite loud, and when we raised our concerns, we were told there was nothing they could do. The egg warmer was broken, and they did not replenish the fruit once it was gone. Additionally, the staff were rude. I will never return to this place.

The property condition and facilities are in good condition. People are very friendly.

Staff was friendly but they seemed understaffed, especially for breakfast. There was only one person stocking the breakfast and it would run out pretty quickly. Other than that it was a nice clean and calm experience. For the price it was worth it.

I was there from out of town for an early morning surgery in Houston. Thankfully my grown son was with me because there was a man and three obviously drugged women in the lobby asking if we needed their “services” one of the women handed me half eaten candy and it was very uncomfortable the desk manager was not at the counter I had to go beat on his door and he wouldn’t let me cancel my room since I paid in full through Expedia. I baracaded myself in my room, horrible experience.
