We enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very nice and helpful. It's close to store's in restaurants. But the beds makes a lot of noise with you just turning over, that's the only thing that bothers me. Wouldn't want people thinking bad things were going on.☺️

Friendly staff. When I checked in, the towels were dirty with stains and hairs. They exchanged the towels per requesting. The room was old and needed renovation. Bed is clean and firm enough. The location is great, close to everything.

You get what you pay for. Room is average but the furniture and bed is outdated. Only came to sleep for a few hours before heading on the road again. Again, you get what you pay for.

If you are looking for a clean place to lay your head & is very budget friendly, this is it. It is not new, it is not fancy, and it has zero bells and whistles, but it is clean and cheap. I am a professional who normally stays at Marriotts, so this was way different than the norm for my family. The kids did not appreciate it, but it was not horrible. It was quiet, until a woman started screaming at her Uber outside our door at 6am. Microwave & Fridge in the room, no coffee pot. The area is quiet as it is surrounded by businesses, tucked away by itself. Everyone I encountered was nice and kept to themselves. Again, clean and cheap is all it is.

Parking was simple. There's a Walmart like 4 minutes away and all kinds of food options. I'll definitely be back.

Absolutely awful! When I first checked in the manager had major attitude about simple matters (like I was bothering him). Then when we got to the room, we saw some flies and throughout our stay we saw roaches and crickets. The room itself was not very clean and the area is pretty bad. Also had a broken key and had to go to the desk to get another one. Stay away!!!

You get a lot for your money here! Everything is very nice and recently updated. However, the motel is in a dicey area. The adjacent business is full of cars and not well lit. I probably wouldn't stay here alone in the future.

Very nice and welcoming staff, and the property is also very neat. More like a hotel. The only thing they need to add is liquid soap, because the tiny soap they gave just didn’t cut , it breaks easily and doesn’t foam. But overall, it is a perfect stay.

The room was cleaned with a strong smell of Fabulosa. The walls are ultra thin, the pillow cases were dirty. The blanket on the bed was super thin and silky! I waited 45min for the desk clerk. I finally called the hotel and he answered, then came to the front desk to assist with check in. The parking lot was lit up,very bright. The price was Fantastic

First off, hats off to the front desk. He was super friendly and very welcoming. Thee property also the rooms are very clean. The tvs are a very nice size unlike many other hotels where you have to put your face on directly in the screen just to see. Not one roach sited. Everything works inside. In my experience service was not as recommended. I felt that they were doing me a favor by letting me stay there instead of being appreciative of me staying there several times I did not just stay once I stayed more than three weeks. I felt that it was an inconvenience for them for me to be there because of my property, which is a nonsense and dismissive object, but overall, I won’t be staying there.

This is a great hotel the guy at the front desk is awesome !! Whatever you need he will help out and this is one of the most cleanest hotel out in Houston texas !!! Great stay definitely will recommend to everyone ! Just be respectful!

They literally tried to charge me $10 extra on top of a $75 charge. Because I had washable paints on the sheet maybe a spot or two smh

Customer Service is excellent. Mr.Sam very attentive & knowledgeable. He cares about his property & tenants. I wasnt to happy with price of room . But the hotel is average not many upgrades. We managed to make it through.

We checked into the front office and the boss man was very nice and attentive , friendly workers and clean rooms

It’s really decent and quiet. The staff was very friendly and you can tell they’re still in the process of renovating but I felt very comfortable and for the prices it’s very reasonable.

Omg. This is extremely terrible place. I wouldn’t recommend even my enemy. I was sleeping whole night with weed smell even though my door was closed but somehow it enters inside room. It was intolerable. Staff service horrible. Room condition was very poor.

The change this Hotel has taken since its new owner the year of 2022 is outstanding. Be prepared to be welcomed by great guest service in the lobby by either the owner himself or staff members. If you have any accommodation requests they will work with you and the rooms were surprisingly so much more cleaner than what I was expecting. Definitely enjoyed my night here and I definitely recommend you chose this location to book your stay.

Decent for a motel. Kinda unfortunate that the non smoking room we got smelt like smoke. We felt it was a little over priced for the quality of the room
