It was very nice all around ;)

You can find better options than this the picture, are NOT what they are! Online
- 2/5
Very raggedy looking for $68-70 for a room. The lady at check in asked me to give her $10 for a non smoking room then when I told her I paid online she said oh it doesn’t say it online but I need $10 deposit because people try to keep the key but I refused because it should state any fees online, she was rude. She gave me a room and it smelled Smokey even had an ash tray in there also the bathroom door had a hole in it. I took a video when I first walked in for proof. Would not recommend this hotel

Service was good. Parking is iffy but that’s expected it’s hard to find a spot when it’s busy. Room was clean.
- 5/5
Good room nice and clean. Front desk very nice and helpful.

Only cereal for breakfast

The biggest problem we had was that the cooktop was induction, rather than a normal electric, and nothing in the description advertised it as induction. We brought our own dishes, which was good because none are provided, but we were not able to cook with our aluminum pot because induction stoves require magnetic cookware. The cleanliness was good except for a ring of mildew in the toilet when we arrived which was gone after housekeeping cleaned. Since it's in Houston and always super humid, we suspect it was just a long time since the last guest had stayed in that room, not lack of thorough cleaning. The toilet ran pretty continuously and there was a broken outlet cover. There are only overhead lights, which is okay for a bare-bones type of place, but it was kind of a bummer to have the light in your eyes while trying to relax in bed. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Lastly, we were surprised to find a porn channel available, especially because that's the channel the TV was set to when we turned it on. We're not squeamish about that sort of thing, but we were really glad we didn't have kids with us.
- 1/5
Was not at all what the description was. And no water pressure in shower or sink, we ended up leaving and not staying at all.
- 3/5
Fine but odd. They scrimp on the basics - half roll of toilet paper, few pillows, no tissues. Loveseat was in really rough shape. Brackets but missing towel bars. We ended up cutting our stay short. Doesn’t feel like a professional operation.
- 4/5
Clean,accessible with a friendly staff
- 5/5
Friendly people. Clean rooms
- 1/5
I booked this hotel based on the reviews. However, this is the most disgusting hotel and I could not stay there. I advised the staff and they wouldn't help me at. All I needed was clean bedding for the night. I was told no and the room was rented as is.

Descent for the price
- 4/5
Room was good nice and clean A/C worked really well. Front desk help needs to be trained better to handle questions and invoices. Could not get me the proper invoice for my stay.

Our AC stopped working for one night and it was an horrible experience.

The place was pretty decent considering the area. My only complaint would be the way the lights are wired. 6 to 7 light switches but none of them operated the app lights individually, either all on or all off
- 3/5
The area was convenient and a nice short drive to places but at my arrival there was hair on the bed, pee on the toilet seat, and multiple burn marks in each new or used sheets I was given. I asked to get my room recleaned or moved to another and was just offered new sheets to put together myself.
- 5/5
Great place!
- 5/5
Housekeeping came in everyday to clean the room and we really appreciated that. The area was safe and clean. The last night we were there, there was loud mexican music blaring from the room next door until 1am. That wasnt ideal but we were tired so slept through
- 5/5
Great room

.
- 5/5
Was only there for a day and hf and everything is good. Only stayed in the room to sleep and shower. Not sure if of breakfast but there is a ihop literally right next door and just ate breakfast there
- 4/5
It was a place to lay our heads. No Continental Breakfast offered. Asked for an iron & ironing board, as there was neither in the room...they had none.
- 5/5
Very clean and nice receptionist
- 5/5
Nice people
- 3/5
I did not like the separation of the bathroom from the bedroom from the sitting area. And there were no lamps in the room to have private lighting if partner was sleeping.
- 5/5
I love this place

The management was extremely helpful and professional

Clean but outdated.
- 5/5
We and my husband went for a weekend and staff was very nice. They made last minute accommodations for me since I can't get up stairs. Rooms were a decent size. And was quiet. Sit in the same parking lot as a Mexican restaurant and an IHop.
- 5/5
It was my first time staying here. And I actually liked it. It’s cozy and quiet.
- 5/5
Me and my girlfriend had to stay for one quick night and I would give it a 10/10!! It had what we both needed..
- 4/5
The staff was AWFUL. Took a long time to check in because their system wasn’t working, and when asked about the suites i was told it would be a $20 difference despite my room and the suites showing up as the same price online. They also said I had to give a “cash only” $20 deposit to use any kitchenware, which seemed pretty scammy to me so I did not pay it. The room itself was wonderful but the staff truly ruined the experience.
- 5/5
It was nice
- 5/5
Nice cozy place to stay!
- 5/5
Nice staff and very clean. Great location.
- 3/5
It is a clean and quiet property. Don’t expect any thrills like breakfast. Basic stay but for the money we were satisfied.
- 3/5
DO BETTER!!!!
- 5/5
Nice clean and quiet!
- 5/5
It was nice.
- 3/5
They don’t have comforters on the beds, only thin sheets. We asked for a comforter and the employee grabbed a clean, thick blanket. The manager then refused it and instead handed us a Sherpa style thin blanket

Clean bathroom

Everything was great
- 5/5
A little gem in a city with horrible hotels.
- 1/5
Avoid this place like the plague. The room descriptions are inaccurate. They say deep soaking tub, and honestly that's the biggest reason I booked. Nope, regular tubs, and no plug so you can't take a bath if you want to. I paid extra for the room with a full-size fridge, and it took so talking when checking in to be sure I got it. Lots of other issues - TV reception was very poor- I could not watch the olympics. Fine, I tried to stream, but internet was poor. I prepaid for 2 nights. As soon as I checked in, I tried to cancel the 2nd night. Hotels.com tried for me, but you have to cancel by noon the day before. I talked to the hotel, and they only agreed to refund me if I DID NOT post a bad review - like I told them I was going to do. So here we are, after multiple calls looking for the refund. Hotels.com has agreed to refund me, since they have been following up with me to get that refund and have been told that since the manager is not available they can't issue a refund. They are going to look into this hotel as well now. Totally dishonest.
- 5/5
Everything excellent!!
- 5/5
Updated rooms…No elevator. Small bath towels but overall I’d definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Friendly
- 3/5
Parking was a inconvenience- property is small
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly. For the price you can’t beat it!
- 5/5
Very modern design. It’s a bit sketchy on the outside, but the rooms look very nice, clean and modern. I must say however, I was not provided any information about wifi when I checked in, and when I tried calling the front desk, it seems like the phone wouldn’t work. But nevertheless, even the front office had a very clean smell which is a very good sign. Lastly the check in/check out process was super quick and easy. Enjoyed my stay overall!

Place have been renovated recently, the parking lot has fenced and cobverd very well. The room has minimum appliances mini microwave and fridge.
- 1/5
Need a refund, hotel didn’t have power and never was able to check in
- 2/5
The property was ok for something last minute however the shower was dirty and not clean.
- 5/5
La habitacion y el baño muy limpias. Lo recomiendo.
- 5/5
So quiet and is a big room omg, love it
- 5/5
Good stay
- 3/5
I guess you get what you pay for!
- 5/5
Great property. Parking is limited. Otherwise oerfext
- 1/5
The owner tried to give me a lower class room when I paid for a full one with a kitchenette. Then after I got moved to one with a kitchenette, the stove didn’t work. Had to go back and forth to the office so many times for little stuff it’s ridiculous
- 2/5
The bed covers had cigerette holes in the covers that were very noticable. If your room sevice why would even leave it up to chance that we wouldn't notice the burn holes? Just use a new bed cover for the sanity of yoir guests. My wife was disgisted and insted we move hotels immediately.
- 4/5
Everything is ok. Make sure to bring your own toothpaste.
- 1/5
We got there to check in, and they had a sign on the window that they had no power and no one could stay there, so we had to drive around until we could find something else!
- 5/5
Staff is very helpful and nice ...location is very convenient and clean ...i love comming here im a frequent visitor...
- 4/5
Nice room would stay here again
- 2/5
The area is very unsafe.
- 1/5
Weren’t very nice at the front desk and the cleaning ladies banged on our door and walked in on us twice in the morning, there was food left all over the microwave and our room smelt like cigarettes.
- 2/5
The ONLY thing they had for breakfast was 2 bowls of cornflakes, and the juice machine was out of service. The “breakfast included” announcement IS A LIE.
- 1/5
no coffee pot in the room, dime-store toiletries, no end table lamps, the remote to the tv didn't work properly, the clerks were unprofessional, the room wasn't as advertised. It was over-priced and I was very disappointed
- 1/5
Well, its a motel by the highway which is probably renovated (drown in chemicals that you could smell even outside room) but if look closely, one can find remaining germs. Its not a hotel, there is no lobby as you know it, no breakfast as well despite the listing lie about it being included.
- 3/5
The space
- 1/5
The power went off for 4 hours due to a storm and there was no discount when I asked about it. Also in my room there was a very loud continuous clicking noise from the metal air vent in the bathroom.
- 2/5
No breakfast!!! They do not serve anything, just a coffee machine and a broken juice machine in the lobby.
- 5/5
Nice location, quiet, friendly staff and very clean. Cleaner than any other hotel I've been to
- 2/5
On the booking it stated that breakfast was included. However, when my brother rang the reception to ask about it the staff were rude and put the phone down on him. Wi-Fi wasn’t working.
- 1/5
This is an old, two-story motel with no elevator so seniors and those disabled should request a first floor room. The first room I was assigned had a broken air conditioner and no WiFi reception and, at me request, I was moved to another room. This time the AC worked but the WiFi was so spotty that I had to create my own hotspot from my cellphone. The water pressure was terrible even when showering in the afternoon when others are not using much water. This is the first room I've ever stayed in that didn't have a lamp on the bedside table for those who enjoy reading before going to sleep. There were no tissues in the room, no shower mats (to prevent slipping) and the towels were very thin. On the positive side, the rooms had a mini-fridge and microwave and the sink counter and shower walls seemed to have been recently replaced.
- 1/5
This property was nothing like advertised it was disgusting the sheets were dirty and I wish I could get a refund it was terrible I will never stay here again and I don't suggest anyone else to either
- 4/5
Only complaint is that the rooms weren’t ready early and did not have double beds.
- 5/5
Clean , quiet and friendly
- 4/5
Need better soft towels
- 1/5
Shiesty management. Front office told me $75 to book over the phone upon arrival I was told to walk to the atm and retrieve $100 for room deposit. When I told them to run my card for the deposit and return it in the morning they refused. Bad business! Wasn’t discussed over the phone because it isn’t a real policy! So I booked through Expedia to get around that. Check out isn’t until 11 front office knocked on my door every morning at 10 am waking me up asking for money! I never paid them directly always Expedia. The customer service is all around horrible. Also don’t buy candy in the front office! One day is $1 the next $2 - $3 . A bunch of small scams if you don’t pay attention.
- 5/5
I look clean and peaceful 👌💯
- 1/5
EVERYTHING WAS POORLY RAN BY STAFF AND ALL AREAS WERE VERY DIRTY AND JUST NASTY
- 5/5
Platinum was pretty new and clean. It's wide and plenty of room for two persons with king bed. It had kitchenette and you need to put down the cash deposit $50 for each room with Kitchenette. In order to use it, you need to loan the pans or pots from front desk. The kitchen was nice and clean. The service was thorough.
- 2/5
Had to pay a $50 deposit for a room I had already paid for weeks prior. Was locked out of said room before deposit was paid.
- 1/5
It was a low budget hotel.
- 2/5
When I arrived to check in, the clerk told me I would have to pay a $50 cash deposit. Nowhere had this requirement been mentioned, and I did not have the cash. He was unyielding. The general environment didn't feel safe, and the clerk's bank teller window didn't help. I decided I didn't want to win the argument and left with my wife to find accommodations elsewhere.
- 5/5
It was good
- 5/5
Its clean and its a smoking room since my husband like to smoke. No bugs nothing Our go to place when we are in Houston
- 4/5
Everything
- 4/5
Very nice
- 3/5
This is as basic as it gets. The pipes were exposed under the sink, so as soon as you walked through the door they were staring right back at you. My room was built like a studio, dark and one switch controlled multiple lights. The only positive is it was clean. Based on what I saw, I think this place is probably used for "business transactions" if you get the drift.
- 1/5
Stay away from Expedia and this property.
- 4/5
For a 2.5 star motel like facility it was in great shape, with nice interiors and quiet setting. No breakfast room but only a coffee machine in the small lobby (no coffee in the room..). For just rest and a shower it was very good and comfortable.
- 5/5
Check in was easy, friendly staff, clean, comfirtable bed, and great shower.
- 1/5
The staff at the property were very rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. I wouldn’t wish the kind of treatment I got here on my in-laws.
- 4/5
The room was really nice and spacious. Only problem was a roach in the room and not knowing they only accepted cash for the deposit. It was mid-storm during a tornado warning. If I hadn't already had cash, we wouldn't have been able to get out of the storm.
- 5/5
Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and I’d stay again if I go to houston only thing it wasn’t as clean as it could have been but not dirty. Loved the setup
- 1/5
The description for the place was a deep soaker tub. It was shin deep. Ad said free breakfast and nothing. Was in the ad for free Wi-Fi and it kept disconnecting. Not a pleasant experience at all.
- 3/5
The stay was good but it they need to let you know before booking room that u have to put a. 50$. Deposit down get a non-smoking room
- 1/5
The old dude in the office was rude and highly unprofessional i will never in my life stay here again me and my family and friends also agree will not stay here .warning if have kids or disabled adults or want you deposit when check out he be prepared for problems .
- 3/5
Dirty sheets with burn holes and toilet didn’t flush at all until I fixed it
- 5/5
It was wonderful. Very clean. The bed is very comfortable, my boyfriend and i weren't ready to get up yet. The fromt desk clerk was very friendly. No complaints at all! Price was AMAZING!
