    The door to our room looked like it had been buster open before and rattled. The door and frame were split open. The towels weren't very big or absorbent enough to dry off a baby. There was no soap, shampoo, body wash, or conditioner in our room. When I went down to the front desk to get soap, shampoo and conditioner the clerk said that they did not have any conditioner. On a good note the A/C was cold. The free breakfast was very minimal. There was no juice or meat of any kind. Only cereal, waffles, biscuits and powered eggs.

    Booked a room for 2 days for myself it was pretty clean and there wasn’t any issues with the room. My room was located right in the front and the second night there someone was making a lot of noise right outside my room at 3am not sure what was happening but other than that the stay was nice. Would recommend if your looking for an affordable hotel for just yourself or with family!

    To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding my recent stay at your property. I had just been discharged from the hospital and booked a room expecting rest and recovery. Instead, I was subjected to a mosquito-infested room, where I spent the entire night fighting off bites, including to my face. This is not only unacceptable but also a health hazard. I reported the issue to staff, only to be told the manager was “not around.” Nothing was done to resolve the situation. The conditions I endured violated the basic standards of health, safety, and hospitality. Because of this negligence, I am demanding: 1. A full refund of my stay. 2. Compensation for the additional medical stress and costs I am now facing as a result of your unsafe conditions. If this matter is not addressed immediately, I will have no choice but to: • File complaints with the local health department and consumer protection agencies. • Leave detailed public reviews warning others of these dangerous conditions. • Seek legal remedies, including recovery of medical expenses, through small claims court.     The picture of our room had a couch which was a selling point for our booking but there was no couch. The breakfast was not great. We were very disappointed in the options. Mainly it was just bread, cereal, and waffles. Yogurt, fresh fruit, and maybe some other warm, protein filled foods would have been nice.

    I didn’t get the welcoming and assistance I’ve come accustomed to when traveling. Some restrictions they have in place should be on their website or app. For instance, paying your deposit in cash. I spoke to management about the situation and why their card reader didn’t except three different credit cards. I went down the street to the gas station and purchased gas with one card and made a purchase inside the station with the other credit card used at the motel. This all occurred at 1:30am when I arrived tired and weary. Go figure.

    This is a newer property, the rooms are very nice, the beds very comfortable and the pillows, the bathrooms are super nice and newer. Breakfast very limited only waffles and cereal, it would be nice if they improve the breakfast options, property is nice enough but They need to clean it better, I found some pest control problems inside some areas. I would love to can back because the rooms are very nice but I wish they improve the things above. Thank you 😊.

    The bathroom shower had hair in it, there is mold and mildew on the walls, the bedding was dirty and completely disgusting. The chairs has stains on them, the hallway looks like it has not been vacuumed in a very long time and it had the worst odor.     I had room 315. I reported to the front desk that one of the bed side lights was out. I first tried to call but the front desk never answered the phone. I tried multiple times and never answered the phone. I needed more towels and tried to call and never answered the phone. The bed side light was never fixed. The front desk said that maintenance shows up at 8pm. Maintenance never showed up to fix the bed side light. The breakfast area was busy and most of the dining options were empty

    The staff was nice. I did not like how we were not told the cost of the incidental fee. I am aware this is a fee, I was just asked for my ID and a CC. Which I found odd. Room was clean. Some previous damage, stains and tears on the furniture. Security latch for the door was broken. Luckily, I travel with other security items since we travel a lot and we have a child is special needs/autism/non verbal and thinks it’s funny to run out the door. Bathroom was nice and clean. Some damage to the wall in there. Hair dryer was noted to have “melted” on the end of the barrel. Limited tv channels. The breakfast sucked. Felt like it was just bread and water. Everyone had to wait for the one waffle machine as that was the only food option for breakfast. Won’t stay here again.

    Overall its okay. I booked a room with 1 king bed for 3 days. The room i was in needed work. The walls need to be cleaned badly and re painted. The light in the bathroom didnt work it needed to be fixed. There was also a large hole in the ceiling of the bathroom. The lamp on the left side of the bed didnt work. The sink and shower water also was orange when i first turned it on. Once u run it for awhile it was clear. Other than the walls the room was a 4/5 on cleanliness. Beds were clean. I didnt like one of the workers who knocked on my door right at 11 very hard telling me to checkout. Overall its cool for a little mini trip

    The room we were in had a few dead roaches, toilet paper on the side of the toilet and the restroom didn’t look as if it was cleaned after the last guest. I had to call the staff on my cell phone since the room phone wasn’t working to complain about the people above us. Around midnight the ppl above us were running back and forth for 20 mins straight. When I called front desk they said to wait 10 mins and if they continue to do it then to call back. Terrible experience!!

    Stained carpet and bathroom counter. Torn and worn couch and chair. Bed was pretty hard and pillows were as bad as can be. It was just a short stay over while on a road trip. Front desk people were efficient and not issues there. They don’t do breakfast anymore. Dinning area looked like it was being used for storage. Mostly stopped at Days Inn for cheapest room and they have a better dog policy than most. They don’t don’t have weight or size limits and charge $25 per night for a dog. This worked out to be the best deal in the area for short stay over.

    The room was dirty when arriving so we had to switch rooms because they left their cleaning supplies in the room and had a bunch of stains in the couches.

    Everything was perfect! Sad that I messed up and didn’t realize there wasn’t a pullout bed but all in all it was clean, staff was nice, and no problems appeared! Thank you :)

    It served its purpose of a place to lay our heads. It was was just ok. I did not appreciate the fact the breakfast machines were not working and could not have breakfast there. It was peaceful.

    The bed was nice and the ac was good. The room smelled really musty the carpet was filthy and stained and the drains in the sink and shower backed up. To top it off the complimentary breakfast was unavailable due to renovations and they didn't mention it at booking.

    Check in was very smooth. The front desk went above and beyond to ensure we had exactly the rooms we needed. Our stay was for six days and mid-way the staff changed our towels and sheets and refreshed the rooms for us. The manager then made contact to ensure we had had our rooms cleaned. The hotel is going renovations so you can tell management has already acknowledged the need for an update. I look forward to my next visit to Houston!
