Breakfast was another, no milk, juice, or cream for the coffee.

First room they gave us water leaked onto the floor and got our clothes and bags wet. Front desk didn’t want to believe me and was giving me a hard time trying to get a room! Then the elevator didn’t work properly! Looks like it hasn’t had an inspection in a while! Then we went for ice and the machines were not working. Also half the breakfast wasn’t available no drink choices!!

Room was clean, so was hotel and property. Elevator had issues. Nothing to drink at breakfast as machine was broken.

No coffee in room. Out of orange juice both days. Elevator was quite a challenge to get to go down. Sometimes it would not go down to first floor and go back up before going down again. The property was in the process of getting new furniture and a makeover. Lot of stuff just wasn’t quite done. Our room was spacious with a king bed. Lots of lamp lighting but the room was still not well lit.

They were in the middle of a remodel. Our towels were dirty and had hair on them. Our shower head did not work whatsoever. Our room was updated and looked really nice. Breakfast was alright, you are not able to take breakfast up to your room. The elevators didn’t work that well.

I'm charged for 7 nights when I checked out after 2 nights. The hotel refuse to refund me for the nights I have not stayed. Choose wisely if you don't have a 100% solid plan.

My only problem was with the attitude from the staff when I asked for towels. Apparently there was a towel shortage and when I checked in for my second reservation I couldn’t get new towels since we chose to stay in the same room instead of waiting to check in again at 3pm.

Room was not ready for guests. Remodling didnt have trim on dead roach where trim was suppose to be. Holes in walls were covers should be. Shower door wouldnt stay closed. Water got all over floor. Upon checking in on night, one they had me in an adjoining room to another occupant, whose TV was blasting to the point where we had to go get Management two different times just for that person to turn down their TV. There were roaches throughout the room and the sink was stopped up and the showerhead had a little to no pressure. The towels that they provided were dirty and you could tell that they had not been cleaned properly. On my second and third night we were in a different room and still experienced roaches. I asked to speak to the manager Raj who proceeded to try to call only one time, but would not return my phone call thereafter, nor have I heard from them since.

It was an OK hotel, you get what you pay. Room was clean. The gym was in construction, and the web did not mention anything. I selected the hotel for the facility on the pictures but at the end it was closed. The receptionist were not too friendly. Some weird issue what happened with another guest and the receptionist was very upset ??‍♂️ at 6:30 am. Hot water was not hot enough??? Anyway, some circunstancial things but I will not try it again.

One of the least enjoyable Comfort inn's we hace stayed at. Broken and missing towel rack in the bathroom. That it was clean & the staff was great Got to the property room we were first placed in, the tub was clogged. Over heard other guest state their toilet would not flush. They have very thin walls. The breakfast options could have been better.

! We got to the room and the remote did not work. I went down to desk and got another remote. Went back up and still did not work. Lady from desk came up and moved Directv box so there the remote would work. Went to take a shower and found out there was no water. Waited 2 1/2 hours and water was turned on but there was dirt in the water. Had to run the water for at least 2 hours. It cleared up to about 75%. We gave up and took a shower like we were in a creek. The lady behind the desk did not tell us a thing about water was off for repairs. Bad experience!

A couple of the staff members need to take a course in hospitality, especially Crystal. She must have been having a bad day because she wasn't pleasant at all. In addition, they're working on the property and its definitely a mess.

This hotel was 5 minutes from my Family's place. It was very comfortable and clean .updated walkin shower was a plus . Staff was friendly and breakfast was great.

Breakfast buffet is pathetic so don't stay here for the "free breakfast"; property was recently renovated but I wouldn't hire their painting contractors, no attention to detail; unfortunately elevator was non operable so first night was a hike up-down

The security lock on the inside of the door the broken off and the GFI plug in the bathroom was broken so it made it very difficult to fix my hair with blow dryer and straighter . Also the ac unit is so loud it woke me up about 1000 times during the night

This was a perfect rule and stay at a very affordable price for an overnight business trip in the energy section of Houston. Room was very clean, bed, comfortable, and safe parking. A nice restaurant right next-door to walk to in decent breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful

good location, comfortable bed, parking lot illumination, tv channels lots of maintenance problems: no hot water, elevators not working, bad wifi connections, smokers in front of hotel entrance, door of room not closing properly (frame not aligned with door), non existent manager to discuss and solve issues of guests, leaks inside the hotel hallway (trash can in hallway to receive leaking water instead of solving the problem), untrustworthy housekeeping (will go in room regardless of do not disturb sign)

Upon check in time, I was given the wrong room, when I went to inform someone I was given a snarky remark because of a mistake that was made on their end. Shortly after resolving one matter, I was moved twice due to unsolved issues and cleanliness. 1/10!

Right away from I10 The elevators did not work, the water faucet was liking (pouring), the bathroom handle was broken, the lobby’s door did not work either. My family and I arrived at midnight and we have to wait and nock a lot to be opened. The morning staff was very friendly but they do not let you take breakfast to your room. The pillows and beds were very comfortable. At least we rested. Even though they offered to change my room, we were very tired to move out stuff to another room without the elevator working.

The room wasn't properly cleaned, the phone didn't work, so I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I couldn't dry my hair because the blow-dryer didn't work. I will not stay at this hotel again.

It was horrible the first night someone broke a window out of my car. The staff could have cared less. I will never stay here again. I was so scared the next night. Do not stay here or leave anything in your car if you do stay here

This place was absolutely appalling, filthy and disgusting. Walking out of the elevator onto the third floor it smelt of paint. It was not a subtle smell, it was potent. Walked into room 320 and the smell of ammonia was strong. Could not take a breath without feeling suffocated. Went back to lobby and they gave us room 520. No smell on the floor or the room. However, upon inspecting the bed, there was a huge blood stain on the sheet. Went back down to the lobby where I was offered sheets, so I could change the bed. Two rooms, both gross so we decided to leave. Walda said the manager would call us and he never has. We have called, left messages so we could get a refund and the manager has never returned a phone call. He’s also never present when we call either.

Affordable and comfortable stay in West Houston. Beds were comfortable, shower was strong and breakfast was better than expected. Definitely worth the price.

Probably won’t pick again. Although the staff is pleasant, the hotel room is very old and the area we are located is very sketchy.

The manager had some one re-clean the bathroom. I think the facility is undergoing renovation; the flooring have gaps around the base, the is fresh, but the door and shower hardware is corroded. I hope they get this corrected soon.

The bathroom was not cleaned well from the last guest. There was a dirty hand towel in the floor and what looked like blood on the floor around the toilet. The manager had it all recleaned quickly.

Great experience! We had lost power as did most of Houston and we booked our stay not expecting much. Wrong….the staff was making and welcoming. The hotel and rooms were amazingly clean and the bed was comfortable as heck. They also offered a great breakfest.

The place needs some attention. Parking lot has trash and construction trash out in visible areas. There is paint cans just laying out in hallways. Ice machines don’t work.

Great for a quick night stay. Clean and staff friendly.

The AC was not working in our first room and it was as hot but the front desk worker helped up out and change out room fast and with no problems ever thing else was great

We were removed from this property a day after check in due to a misunderstanding. The staff didn’t want to hear us out. We lost so much money on this property.

The Property is under renovation, but the rooms that have been completed such as ours had very comfortable beds, fresh paint, flooring and new tile in shower, looks great. Staff was very friendly, professional. Good standard breakfast options, with some hot items like bacon and eggs. Excellent location and quiet, great proximity to food/dining options as well.

Clean facility. Friendly staff. Not a lot of variety for breakfast. Water was brown. Couldnt take a shower the first day. Could barely do anything. By ay 2, it was clear after we complained. Not sure what they did differently. It was not the best, but it was nit the worst. Not sure if ill stay there again either

My parents stayed here for the weekend and had issues with the cleanliness of the room. Upon arrival in assigned room there was fresh blood stains on the curtains and/ or bed. They were accommodated by their room being upgraded However there were shady characters in the area often.

It was a nice simple stay. Nothing too fancy yet not worn down or anything bad.

For the price, it is nicest motel I’ve stayed

There were roaches in my room and my catalytic converter was stolen during the night. This place is a dump

Hair dryer was missing a back piece for safety and sucks up my girlfriend's hair, staff came and took pictures and we were told that a manager would reach out to us to which he never did
