Almost everything was great! Staff was courteous and helpful. Room and areas were well kept. Only wish there was a pool/hottub. Also, would have liked an iron and ironing board on the room; however, one was provided upon request.

It’s very nice place not fancy but efficient and very clean . Ladies at desk were very nice and friendly. Close to Oaklawn across street. Breakfast was nice too. We stay there a lot every time in Hot Springs.

I was denied my 3 day reservations because I am a resident of Hot Springs! I had never heard of anyone being turned down reservations because you are a resident of the same city. Thankfully the nice people at Expedia are working on getting me a refund.

The metal covers around the feet/legs of the bed were noisy while you slept, and the set of power outlets next to the bed did not function atvall.

Close to Oaklawn close to stubbys laundromat car wash and close to where we need to be to see family members while in town. I love the biscuits and gravy Nothing everything was great

The property was nice. As described online. Restaurants and shops near by. It was good for our one night stay as we passed through the state. The free breakfast wasn’t the best.

Clean, affordable, friendly staff. The shuttle only ran on Fridays and Saturdays and the website did not state that it didnt run the rest of the week. We had to use Uber which was an extra expense we were not planning. The bed was harder than what I am comfortable with.
