The room was very muggy. The carpet was damp from it being so humid. When the air kicked on, it smelled of weed, it smelled that way in the hall as well.

Great staff! A number issues came up due to the weather and the staff took care of each one. An overall upgrade would solve most problems

The property was clean and it felt safe. It was a bit dated, carpet had holes in places, but the beds were comfortable, it was close to the interstate and there were lots of restaurants nearby.

No one at desk when we got there. Had to make noise to locate one. The elevator was making a terrible noise and jumping around so they told us not to use it. We were on the 3rd floor. Floors were dirty. Air didn’t work right. Hairdryer didn’t work so went to desk for another one. Juice was terrible. Restaurants were close by.

It’s was convenient, right off the freeway. It was not very clean. Beds were hard and we only had small pillows, which were not that comfortable. Breakfast was pretty bland.

The afternoon desk staff was not friendly at all. However, the morning staff who also fixed the breakfast, was very pleasant. Property is rundown. Furniture in our room was broken and paint chipped off walls. The carpeting needed cleaning.

Parking was great.

The staff was great and the room was clean. The door did not securely close without force. I could hear other doors on the 3rd floor throughout the evening had the same problem. Was a bit loud.

I loved my stay . It was quiet,clean ,peaceful. I slept great the bed was super comfortable. I had many choices to watch on the television. I think breakfast could have been better. I liked that you were given the option of having a hot breakfast

Popcorn on arrival Rude reception on arrival, no greeting, no smile, no welcome. Room smelt, carpet filthy, door kept jamming, phone didn’t work, room dark - only one lightbulb in lamps instead of two. Also someone tried to break in to our car, which was parked at front of hotel.

No zipped mattress covers for protection. I asked the front desk and they said none of their rooms have them. I called Choice Hotels, was told they should have them!

Comfort Inn is a very good hotel. Secure parking, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

Our room was dirty. I see the bed had not been vacuumed and you could see crumbs and coins. Light switches had a red color all over it. Our key card would only work when it wanted too. Had to go to the lobby twice to get it fixed. The lady (didn’t get her name) that worked the breakfast was so sweet. The front desks workers weren’t that friendly. We will never stay there again.

I reserved 2 rooms one for my daughter & one for my husband.  It was supposed to be a 3 night stay. We checked in Sun Dec 1st.  We saw a few ants in both rooms Mon night and thought nothing of it. Tues Dec 3 my room was infested with ants in the bathroom & bedroom so my daughter & I were moved to room 212. After a few hours in room 212 we saw two bugs crawling on the bed & killed them & kept them for management to see. She came right away and said we needed to leave so she could close off the room & have pest control evaluate the situation. She was a bit rude in rushing us out of the room so we moved our things to my husband's room, 209, & started searching for another hotel. The manager did refund me for room 212 for the night. While searching for another hotel in room 209, we noticed ants in the bathroom so I called the front desk to come spray. They sprayed & my husband decided to stay since we were leaving the next morning. My daughter & I went to another hotel.  We returned the next morning to get my husband. At that point the bill for room 209 was adjusted by $27 for the ants. The whole ordeal was very inconvenient and very frightening at the sight of the ant infestation and what was possibly bed bugs. It was good that the temperature was below freezing outside and we left our suitcases in the car overnight to avoid bugs coming home with us. I will never stay here again and definitely will not invite anyone else to stay.

Hotel was dirty, we booked a room with a foldout couch because there was 4 of us. The room had a couch but the room was so small the bed was too close to the couch to get the fold out bed out. Went to the front desk and was told they’re fully booked and didn’t have anything else. I asked for a refund and then they miraculously had another room available. Don’t stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very close to everywhere we wanted to go, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were well stocked and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Booked this hotel because the room was advertised as a king bed with a pull out couch. I always search out this option for a room as it is the most comfortable arrangement for my husband, teenage son and myself. When we checked in, I guess, technically that was the room we got… except there was not actually enough space to pull out the couch. When I attempted to pull it out, the couch mattress was disgusting, and no additional linens were provided for it. Had my reservation been refundable, I would have gone elsewhere. We went back to the front desk, hoping they would have a room where you could actually open the advertised couch, but all they offered was to move us to a room with 2 queen beds, which makes for an uncomfortable night. But, we accepted it. The smell in the new room was terrible, but we stayed there. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn again… wish I had not stayed there last night.

I LOVE THE CLEANINESS, QUIETNESS AND THE EASY ACCESSIBILITY TO THE MANY RESTAURANTS AND STORES IN THE AREA

Upon entering the front door, i was impressed. The front lobby is clean and smelled very pleasant. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The pool is indoors and functioning. The bed is comfortable. The room is very clean. The bathroom is stocked with an assortment of Dove products. I am enjoying my stay!

Was a little bit turned off at the end on charges and the lack of communication about the issue

The room smelled like mold and the pull out mattress was moldy and thw furniture hilding the refrigerator was all moldy on the bottom. I was to tired to complain at check in but the rating on this site is soooooo wrong

When we arrived, room was clean until we stay a while we noticed a few things. Spots on the bed covers, hair dryer was not cleaned or wiped because there was hair all on it. Our commode would not flush, had to keep a plunger our 1st night. The next morning we complained, they finally sent someone to fix it. The dish network tv guide had about 10-15 channels to watch with mostly news channels. Beds were comfortable, staff was nice and helpful. Had trouble with both key cards opening the door, staff member did walk down for us to replace the cards

This place was very unclean. The bathroom was dirty, I didn’t even want to shower in it. The bottoms of my socks were black just from walking around the room. The door was also broke to our room you had to lift it and slam it shut. Made us feel extremely unsafe. It’s a shame because the staff was so nice and friendly!

Upon finally checking in, I discovered that despite my specific request for multiple beds, I had been assigned a room with a single bed. To add to the disappointment, the room emitted a foul smell, which made my stay all the more unpleasant. It was disheartening to see that my initial efforts to communicate my preferences had been disregarded, leading to a subpar experience from the outset. The lack of professionalism and attentiveness displayed by the front desk staff was particularly disappointing, as their behavior significantly impacted my stay. In hospitality, clear communication and fulfilling guests' requests are essential, yet in this instance, these basic expectations were not met. The inconveniences and frustrations I encountered could have been easily avoided with better customer service and attention to detail. Effective communication and customer service in the hospitality industry should never be met with a confrontational dispos without the compassion for the guest

It was a good stay, very quiet, only once I smell (narcotics) in the elevator, I asked for the room to be clean and they send some right away, friendly staff, the breakfast could be a bit better but is not bad, it’s May and the pool was not open, but over all it was a good stay

The front desk go above and beyond for our stay

Furniture was beat up. Bed was ok. Cleanliness was terrible: hair in the bathtub, prior guest’s used soap was still in the bathtub, floors were absolutely nasty turning feet and white socks black. Floors everywhere on 1st floor and in the elevator were sticky.

This hotel is showing its age. The room was pretty small, but was big enough for overnight. Small pillows are terrible. Not comfortable. Breakfast bar was okay. No items in the cooler, yogurts, etc. Toaster didn't toast on one side. It was a good thing that the tub had a grab bar. The floor of the tub was very slick. We had to put a hand towel down to stand on.

When we checked in, the person at the front desk was on his cell phone for several minutes as I stood there waiting. It was obvious that it was a personal, not business conversation. Not professional.

I had a group of 6 ladies attending a conference for 5000 ladies, and we had no where to go after the cancelation. Thankfully one of the ladies had a relative nearby. NOT HAPPY

Lobby was nice and was person on duty. It did take long time to check us in because our room was given to someone else. Hallways were hot and smelly. Room was fair. Bathroom floor was dirty, stains on bedding.

Human hair on the arm of the couch, on the closet floor and on the bathroom counter. Hallway and bathroom floors were sticky. Couch had burn hole and stains such that we wouldn’t sit on it. Couldn’t open the safe. Asked front deck for help and nobody knew how to open safe. We found a pair of socks on the floor beside the safe that had been there for quite some time based on the amount of dust and hair on them . We were greeted by a staff member that made us feel like we were interrupting something more important. We are not the complaining type so we put up with it for two nights. Probably won’t stay at a Comfort Inn again.

The bathroom had an ant infestation. Our beds linen was dirty and one pillow had an old blood stain on it!!! The bed linen is not being cleaned after every use apparently. The location was in a good area around lots of eateries and shopping. The staff was also nice but they need to hire new housekeepers!

They accommodated our need for adjoined rooms. We did have room 302 again and the heat was not working 2 weeks ago and still wasn’t working but a heater and extra blankets were provided.

Lot of late night noise. There were ants all over the breakfast bar area. They ended up all over the front of my husband’s shirt when he accidentally leaned against the counter. I spoke to the front desk attendant about it but she didn’t seem concerned.

I booked this hotel for the pool access. However upon arrival I was told the pool closed on labor day. The staff went above and beyond to allow us access to the pool. Great customer service!

Long black hairs in the shower

The only thing that I did not like was the appearance of at least three of the guest rooms where my family and I stayed in the hotel. In each room, the curtains were off track, the sofa bed looked old and dated, and the wood furniture was noticeably chipped,,, especially the cabinet that houses the mini fridge and microwave. However, in each room the king bed was contemporary and VERY comfortable and the bathroom in each room was nice and clean.

This was a great option for our family. I wish they offered a broom and dust pan for the sand brought in from a day at the beach. Other than that no complaints would definitely stay here again!!

I have been staying at Comfort Inns since 2010 and always felt safe and comfortable until the last two times i stayed there. The sheets on my bed were wrinkled and stained. There was old wet soap and an empty shampoo bottle left in the tub from the previous customer. There was no coffee pot with the coffee maker. the fire alarm had no cover and there were wires hanging out of it. There was no one at the desk for check out at 10AM. we were in room 104.we are not inclined to ever stay at this hotel chain in the future.

The staff were over the top friendly, beds were comfy, rooms were clean and air conditioning was cold just like we like it. The pool was great, my kids had a blast. They have 2 grills and we were able to grill by the pool. Their breakfast was good.. I recommend this place for sure if you’re in the area.

Rooms were not cleaned very well. Found hair in several places in bathroom and on end of bed. Stains were also on lounge chair in room. Towels were dingy grey.

The room smells horribly of staleness (maybe dog?), there are many furniture items damaged, the tv doesn't work, sooo many stains on chairs/furniture and carpet. It was a "convenient" stay for the evening, but definitely would never do it again or recommend it!

The location is perfect at the property. My only complaint was the bathroom door was broke and the floor was unswept when we arrived. It needs some cosmetics done to the walls and ceilings in Room 308. The staff was very friendly and breakfast food was decent.

Our overnight stay was quiet and the room was clean. The property could use some fixing up, there was furniture in the room that was broken and looked like it had been water damaged. The front desk person was friendly enough but when she turned away to take her gum out of her mouth and put it in a tissue she didn’t bother to sanitize her hands. Her beau was hanging around inside and when we were coming back from dinner they were outside smoking while she sat in his car that was blocking the front driveway, exchanged a few kisses. Very unprofessional.

This was a dingiy, outdated, wet drywall smelling dump. The host and manager were amazing, but this place needs a major make over. I booked this place by mistake. I'll never to that again. I paid $154 for a $18 quality stay. Unbelievable!

Hotel is out of date and the elevator is filthy. The coffee machine doesn’t work. The TV in our room was unplugged. The guy at the desk was working solo so we had to wait a good 30 minutes to get checked in. Not a big deal but this hotel was $170. Not what I was expecting for the price. I’ve stayed at much better Comfort Inn’s for much cheaper.

The location is convenient to the interstate, shopping, and dining. I appreciate reduction in labor but the place was very dirty on Friday. The first room was not clean (trash on the floor) and had a very MUSTY odor. Staff was accommodating in moving us. The entire place smelled of mildew which was covered by fabric softener sheets in the hallway vents. My room had a plug in that needed to be refilled.

We were right back exit door to parking lot and the door slammed shut and was very disruptive. It needs repaired so it closed softer.

We noticed a lot of broken glass in the parking lots. Found out 6 cars were vandalized the night before so we did not stay there.

Decent hotel. Location can be hard to get out of because of heavy traffic.
