I liked how the property was closed off from the busy street. I didn’t like the overall cleanliness of my room. My entire family left sick and itching the entire weekend. The pullout bed had stains on them and all of the pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

I am limit now as legally blind.. greyhound bus is no longer service at usual routes in between two cities. In Southaven I lived my sister were full bedroom, skipped to choice Best Western. I bought my CPAP, IT WAS GREAT COMFORTS ?

We were too nervous to park in the back due to men playing loud music in the parking lot. Also there were people grilling and standing around in the back. Kids were just running up and down the halls with no parents around. The shower felt like the floor was going to fall through and the air vent didn’t work. No chair or couch was in the room.

Clean room and friendly staff.

Staff was amazing, from check-in, breakfast, and check out! Really loved girl in charge of breakfast area. Sorry I forgot her name, but you will k ow her if you see her. She kept everything clean, food hot, and refilling as necessary. She was friendly, happy, and easy to talk to. I would return again if in area just to see her and the nice girl who checked us in.

Door didn't fit well and ice was limited

Door to room extremely difficult to close. TV did not work for any network channels. Woman from desk came to try to help w/o success. Blamed it on weather. Still no TV in morning. Stayed there 11/25 when lots of remideling. Not much difference this trip. Staff is nice & helpful but facility needs help. At least this trip there was not much trash in the elevator.

No. I had broken up Reeses and wrapper paper on floor beside my bed. Staff was Excellent though. Never used the wifi , nor did I use laundry

Room was big. Bed nice. Chair ripped in room. Headboard had questionable stuff on it. Pool was “out of order” and this was the reason we booked this place. Elevator was disgustingly dirty. Even though it is a non smoking property, the halls and public spaces reeked of covering pursue.

The room was extremely dusty, TV didn't work, cracked tiles in the bathroom floor and although the website stated it had an inside pool it was shut down. Staff was nice but even after an renovation from last year the hotel still needs updated. We will not be back

Hotel seemed a bit unclean in the interior. The cleaning crew did a poor job of changing out towels and taking out trash in our room.

The bed and jacuzzi There is no couch in a jacuzzi suite... Breakfast ends at 9... We don't get up til 9... Breakfast should end at 10 or 10:30 like every other hotel... I had to request for house keeping... There is no outside sitting area to smoke or just sit out and enjoy... This use to be my most favorite hotel of all time... It is such a huge inconvenience now...

The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were extremely help and friendly. The room I was in could use some updating and maintenence (Rm 211 leaking fridge & leaking faucet& and dark...needs another lamp/lighting & only 1 chair). The elevator floor was cracked a d dangerous for a peraon with a can. A little nip and tuck here and there and this facility would be great!

Staff was excellent. Location very convenient. Rooms needed some upgrades especially on the carpet. Price was less than other hotels around the area.

I found a roach crawling up the wall in the hallway walking to our room . We stayed in suite and jet tub was the only nice thing about it we didn’t even get a robe for after the tub. Went to have breakfast for free the next morning in the lobby and they had no juice left when I said something I was ignored I asked to make waffles they told me no they had French toast sticks so I made a plate they were so hard you couldn’t bite into them our cut with a fork I paid over 300$ for a good bath I guess

This property was a nice place to stay at.

Staff was very nice. Party going on in the parking lot, grilling, loud music, alcohol consumption Made for a very awkward situation when leaving and coming to the property. Front entrance wasn’t being used because of renovations side exits are always open.

we came to this hotel with the intention of letting our daughters swim before a cheer competition, and the pool was closed along with half of it being under construction… You could not get in the front door and the side doors were open without having to use a key so it made the hotel very unsafe

We had a 2 bedroom queen. The first room we were giving was occupied already. 2 Then they moved us to a second room which had a king size bed was supposed to ha be a sofa sleeper it didn’t was just a love seat which needed cleaning really bad. 3 room wasn’t cleaned. 4 room had king size bed was a nice bed , but the sofa sleeper should have been trashed years ago. My daughter is crippled she sleeps on a really good bed at home and she should have had a really good bed last night away from home. Was not happy with room quality at all.

Clean and comfortable. I cannot speak to the breakfast as a storm came through and collapsed the front of the building so the lobby was closed in the morning. We frequent trips to the area as we have family there and have stayed at multiple places. Most of which have a lot of traffic noise from being too close to the interstate or Goodman Rd. But this one is located far enough off the main road that you don’t get all that noise but are literally a 1 minute drive to it. I will stay here again for the next trip.

When I first got there the parking lot lights were not on so it was rather dark. But I don't know if they just didn't have the settings set correctly. They're next-door to at tractor supply/hardware business which has parking lot lights so I parked on that side, otherwise there's nothing else around them. They are easy to access off the interstate and near a gas station. Breakfast was decent. The room was pretty clean, just wish there was more than just a shelf in the bathroom to put your stuff on, just an old thin shelf. Otherwise the room itself was very spacious.

The first room they gave us still had someone else’s stuff in it, and they didn’t have any other clean rooms to give us. Both people working the desk were new employees and didn’t seem to know what to do. We had to wait for them to get a clean room for us. And I don’t understand why the beds have to be so tall. I am 5’ 2” and the top of the mattress was at my waist. I had to jump or climb in to it. I don’t consider that very safe.

I don’t normally write reviews but I did have to write something on this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel especially if you have have allergies or are asthmatic. Rooms were pretty dusty, dirty and bathroom had hairs all over toilet when we walked into our room. Carpet was filthy. My son got really sick with his allergies and asthma due to the rooms being poorly cleaned. We checked out immediately the next morning as we arrived late at night. I have stayed at Best Western Hotels before and are nothing g like this stay.

Staff was very kind and professional and I enjoyed the breakfast. Google pictures still have a hot tub in the photos so I was really bummed to find out that is no longer an option as they've removed it.

This hotel needs to be updated. The air wasn’t working on our floor in the hallway. My family member got locked out of her room due to the door being jammed. Our television wasn’t working in our room. There was a friendly worker when we checked in who went above and beyond, but I believe she was the only worker there. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and I won’t be staying again.

The indoor pool was closed as we found out after check in. Room was filthy! Breakfast and checkout were the only good things!!

We didn’t like the fact it didn’t say online the phones were down so when we tried to call from our room they weren’t working. When we checked in waited at the desk for a good 10min or so waiting to be helped then on this little board says call this number for assistance. Finally got through to someone. My husband went back to get a drink and the bar has happy hour only that wasn’t listed online. Then went to the vending machine to get a pop and it’s now at the front desk and he waited again to get service. Got tired of waiting so left a note saying hey I’ll pay for this here’s our room number. In the elevator it’s not lined up very well to the door so my husband about fell. Then it says it has a pool and hot tub. Only had a pool. They took out the hot tub at some point in time. They have laundry service which was great but don’t offer to sell laundry detergent. This was the only reason why we booked this stay, the pool, bar, hot tub and laundry. Well we got the pool time that is all we got. Very unsatisfied customers

We were traveling with family on this stay and they had already booked several rooms or I would not have stayed. We arrived at 2:45 am approximately, to find our room cancelled and marked as No Show . The staff was helpful in getting that resolved. Thankfully our room was still available. The Overall Hotel furniture is terribly beat up and well used . Our room was not clean . The furniture was dusty, carpet needed vacuumed, bathroom was filthy and black mold was growing in the corner of the shower. My 11 year old was disturbed about the cleanliness of our room !! After conferring with my other family members, they said their rooms were in unclean condition as well Please take note I am not usually a complainer but felt this needed a review The positive out of this was the beds appeared clean and they were not the worst I have slept on . The staff was not friendly but was helpful at 3 am in the morning.

Everything was great but I will recommend a better breakfast

Our room was terribly dusty and disgusting on the floor. They were sticky. There was trash behind the beds. The outlets wouldn’t hold a plug in in it. The breakfast was terrible. It was not clean in there. They had no help at the front office desk. The poor lady was having to check people out while trying to cook for the breakfast room. The main reason we booked because it was last minute and it advertised there was a HOT TUB and the hot tub was closed and filled in. So that is false advertisement. The baseboards were filthy. It was just dirty.

The furniture in the room is dated (very old) the couch pillows were very dirty, the coffee table was broken, missing screws. These things needs improvement.

Everything was clean to the naked eye but we had bed bugs. We stayed in room 102 staff was friendly and check in was easy but we were very disappointed in our stay due to the bed bugs and it listed a bar which is there but no one to work it nor was it stocked. Breakfast was good. We won’t be back.

Room carpet was in poor condition. Refrigerator was warm and not plugged in. Lamp had a bulb hanging down from a broken socket. Another lamp base was corroded.

Description of Amenities included a hot tub, and I was told the hotel has never had a hot tub. I would not have chose this hotel to you if I had known there was no Hot Tub. I was more disappointed with Expedia because they should have checked this facility out before listed it on their website.

Elevator stop working on last day.

I didn’t stay, I booked the wrong best western in the wrong city and I called back within 30 mins to cancel and the receptionist told me to call Expedia to rectify my dispute but when Expedia called them they refused to refund me. Because of this experience I will not stay with best western again.

Bed bugs 🐜 my skin have bedbugs bite all over

First of all the hotel advertises a hot tub. NO HOT TUB. Second I reserved a king suite. NO KING SUITE. Supposedly sold out of them. Third not a big deal but the elevator was broken. Nice staff

Also June 12th, husband used stairway multiple time at the side entrance to go to our vehicle, we were on 2nd floor and everytime someone has door on outside propped open with a rock.and someone would always put rock back again. We didn't feel safe because lock door fr. outside is propped open. Bag of garbage been laying in 2nd floor stairway since Monday around 6 p.m. The chair is dirty with white stuff, tried to clean it but looks like paint and sofa was really dirty, didn't have time to take picture of it. June 13th, 4:30 p.m., we decided to go to the pool, they had pool door propped open with large trash can. Lady behind desk said yes we could go in when we asked. Didn't bother moving large trash can holding door open . Very rude and unhelpful staff. We would never stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and tidy. Our only complaint was we couldn’t keep cords plugged into the outlets in the room and the bathroom lighting was very dim. It was good quality for the price though.

Everything about the property was good. Room, staff. The biggest problem was the elevator was broke the entire time I was there. It really sucked having to go up and down to the 4th floor. Especially when I was carrying heavy bags . The breakfast left a lot to be desired to. The first day, it was alright, but the second day, it looked so unappetizing that I just left.

There were loose tiles in the bathroom. The property advertised a hot tub on Expedia, but there wasn’t one. The pool was disgusting and looked like not only was the pool filter not working, but no one cared- there was all sorts of stuff floating in the pool and there was a disgusting film on the water.

The indoor heated pool was operational this was a make or break! Staff was excellent, room and bed were clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was a nice accommodation too. Close proximity to good shopping and eating. Great stay for the price, well definitely book again when in the area for all day events!

Staff was reasonably pleasant. Hotel was sufficiently clean. However, I chose this hotel for the advertised hot tub and bar. It appears the hot tub was filled in and completely non-functional, and the bar was not stocked to imply that there would not be any alcohol or other beverages served under any circumstances. For these reasons, I am unlikely to take this hotel chain at face value regarding their amenities, possibly even avoid them altogether.

Outdated carpet in room was old

Hotel states it has a hot tub. It does not. You can see where it used to be. It’s filled with cement. Very disappointing after a long drive.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful, nice and friendly. The breakfast was just ok. But I am a very picky eater.

Our door to the room didn’t lock so we had to take our luggage with us when we went to have dinner. We stop at the desk before and after we got back from dinner. The desk clerk said it worked, but it did not. I felt like our room was a room a construction working uses. Very disappointed with hotel.com and the hotels both. The last few hotels I've stayed at were in a sad state.

After traveling all day we arrived 45 minutes early we asked if we could ckeck in without even looking at the computer the answer was no. There were people in the hallways at night that did not belonge there and then the person with a garbage bag of sneakers i would never stay there again

Room was very clean. Desk clerk on Saturday was lounging al over the foyer. Did not even know she worked there until she spoke.

Didn't like toilet seat not connected to toilet(2nd time in a row at a Best Western). We liked cleanliness, great staff and breakfast.

Everyone was kind and attentive. Even though I had the “Do not disturb” sign up, they were kind enough to leave extra towels at the door. I would definitely come back.

The hotel did not have the room I requested. Would not process a refund nor admit they made a mistake. The room I was given was dirty, had bugs and has not been cleaned properly. The front desk was rude.

Place smelled of strong bleach when you enter foyer.When we entered room it also smelled like strong bleach. I appreciate the sterilization of hotel but it was so overwhelming we had to sleep with air conditioning on for ventilation. Also when I used the shower there was grey dirt that came off the shower walls and stuck to my feet and bottom of the bath tub.

You could tell that it was an older hotel that had been remodeled. Was disappointed to find out that there was not hot tub.(The whole reason i chose this hotel). And the pool was closed.

The property was good - the staff was friendly but the room was dirty ! Our socks were filthy in the first hour we were in there. I washed the bathroom floor and wiped down everything possible in the room - the coffee table had milkshake or something all over it as well

Nice stay

The room was dirty. I requested my room to be made up while I was out for the day. I came back 9 hours later and my door to my room was wide open - I had called the desk and all the front desk person told me was they were going to call management- I never heard back. The hotel has gone from a nice place to stay to a bad place. The staff has changed since last time I was there and it is not a place I would stay again. The sheets were soiled as well as the bed was very old and uncomfortable.

Breakfast and customer service

Every thing was wonderful.

The room was dirty and there was hair on the toilet and tub. The toilet tissue also looked used. We were put in the jacuzzi room since it was the last available, but did not use it. The bed was caved in and very worn, but somehow ended up being comfortable. The room had excellent A/C, which I think contributed to a restful sleep.

Good for overnight stay close highway accessibility.

The front desk people are very welcoming and polite… Exactly what you hope for when checking in to a hotel. The bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable!
