No toilet tissue, I try to check out early but no one was at the front desk that night or when I called around 10am Saturday morning. I left Friday night and was supposed to check out Sunday morning because of my job ended early. So I lost 50- 60 dollars bc no one was able to check me out at night or in the morning. The noise, weed smoke, loud music and kids TV blasting while yelling etc. I may gotten a good 4 hours after work.

You def get what you pay for. Marijuana smell is absurd at this hotel. People actually live here as well. Gunshots. Police presence twice. People are slamming doors. Pics online are not the same at all.

I loved the bed...it was sooo soft and comfortable...I slept like a baby. I would l9ve to know what kind of sheets and pillows they have and where the get them from. The bed and pillows

Location Zero coffee/ door lock was broken on the inside I had to push a nightstand against the the door/there were loud guests fighting, I could hear everything.. physically fighting and screaming. No phone to call the front desk/ shower was broken

Door didnt seal or latch properly anyone could have come in our room at anytime , people lived in the rooms around us and where up all night partying sounded like fights in the room next door all night was ridiculous

Terrible asked for a refund not worth it

The first room wouldn't even open; the staff tried to open it but couldn't. They gave me another room that was disgusting; the mattresses were full of mold and it smelled horrible. I didn't ask for another room because it was really late, but I'm definitely never going back.

Mary the Manager was very professional, courteous and aimed at excelling on customer service. She is a newly hired manager that needs to spread a Ray of that customer service spirit on her team.

Rooms where clean, staff friendly, seems like a lot of long term renters almost feels like an apartment complex.

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago and paid a cash deposit. I have been having a hard time getting in touch with the hotel manager or supervisor to receive my refund back. The first time I called, the clerk stated that someone must have took my cash deposit on my behalf because they don’t have it. I explained to her that no one stayed with me, so there should have been no one who took my deposit. Last week, when I called, I was told the supervisor would reach out to me and they have yet to do so. I would like my cash deposit back.

We checked in late the first night and was given a room that had not been cleaned. There was leftover food in the refrigerator, trash in the trash cans, used towels on the counters, and urine on the toilet seat. I was with my daughter who was pregnant and she felt uncomfortable. We asked for another room. The front desk manager.Jashan was very apologetic and accommodated us with another room. The second room was cleaned however there were swear words and inappropriate innuendos carved into the wood headboards of the hotel room above the beds, the door, barely latched, and we had to push it and manipulate it to get the lock to actually lock. there were people camping outside of our door with blankets in the hallway and the second night. A gentleman was throwing up all night outside of our door so we couldn’t even leave to get ice. After the second night, I requested a refund and we had to book the rest of our stay at another hotel. The office manager again was accommodating and granted our refund, but we will not be back to this property. We took photos of the headboard, but they are inappropriate to post for people to view.

There aren’t many channels on the TV, but I bring my tablet to watch my own shows. The shower is steamy and the bathroom is small. My stay was fine.

I didn’t have an issue when I stayed these two nights. There were loud neighbors, but I managed to get homework done and relax.

Jashan is the friendliest and was so helpful. Everyone made our stay comfortable, regardless of what we needed. We will stay here again, made us feel like we are at home

I did not like my stay there. The only good thing was the young lady at the front desk. She was excellent when I got to my room. The bed had never been made it smelt like mildew I went down and told the young lady and she came upstairs with me and could not believe that the bed had not been made so she did change our room. I’ve never stayed any place at a hotel motel in that did not have a telephone in the room and the remote only worked for one channel on the TV will never ever stay at roadway again! It’s like a pet friendly hotel but you have people walking around with big bully dogs. They sell drugs there and it looks like prostitution is going on. Makes no sense.!

One day trip with friend the room was clean. What we need for one night stay and the price was great.

First they tried to give someone my room while I was still in it. So as I’m getting undressed for bed someone is trying to get into my room! I had to get back dressed and go to the front desk to get it straightened out. There was a bandaid with a Cotten ball on it over the peephole on the door. Upon leaving she tried to keep my $50 deposit because I used the wash cloth for its intended purpose and washed my face and it had makeup on it!

When arriving at the hotel we went in n revived our key card for the room. We went to our room to find out someone was all ready in the room 😳. Wound up going back to the office to end up in another room went to the room couldn’t get in the room. Was not happy was traveling most of the day ! We chose this hotel to travel to because we had to bring our son to his next service for the national guard ! I was dissatisfied because My Soldier was exhausted and we had to stand out side for approximately a hour and a half or more to get in a room ! First room someone had all ready second room door wouldn’t open ! My son serves this country I figured a little respect even a discount would had been nice !! But oh well I guess ! Will be better prepared next time !!!

room was clean, staff was great. Our door to our room wasnt built properly and had a huge gap at the bottom of the door. asked to change rooms and was allowed but every other room we looked at had the same problem.

This place was generally ok for a quick stay. My door had a gap in the jam of about 1/2 an inch, I could see light coming through it and there was no deadbolt on the door to make sure it stayed locked. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, the area behind the bed had screws coming out of the wall like a headboard had been ripped off. Check in was easy, the attendant was friendly. There was no breakfast, no pool, no workout area, even though they were all listed as available when I booked. Overall, for my short stay it was acceptable, but I would have stayed there with my kids or for more than a night.

Only reason why I picked this hotel bc of pool. Nope pool closed under construction. Never mentioned on here. Room was very clean but still can’t figure out where the green flies were coming from! I’d kill one 2 more appear. My door peep hole was missing had a piece of toilet paper in the hole. It was a great location but will never stay here again.

This was nothing like advertised. And the Manager argued with me regarding the cleanliness of the property and what we were told in arrival. The property appeared to be filled with people living there. Clothes draped on the walkway, men in chairs on the walkway hanging out.

Overall it was good but my room smelled like cigarettes all the time. The pool was closed and it didn’t say that on the website. Also there was a $50 deposit that wasn’t mentioned prior to booking.

Convenient as I stayed here to visit the base. Loads of food options & parking everywhere.

And Expedia takes the Blame for not submitting payment to the facility whereas they already charged my card two days prior. Mold on the Chair in the.room. Old clothes, left overs and intimacy trash in room drawer. No telephone in rooms One Good thing I can't underlook is that, the Receptionists were very customers-friendly and ready to assist with a.smile.

The stay was a over night stay, the hotel was quiet,but we aked for a king bed but had to settle for a double.there was a nice gap under doorway,but pullin up to building will make u think twice about the area but plenty of cameras everywhere

Dogs on property was barking off and on during the night . Then the other dog would start barking. Furniture needs to be updated. Room was freshly painted and jacuzzi in room really made up for everything . Overall i enjoyed the stay and convenience of restaurants and store in area.

The property has been used and abused for a while. The bathroom was nice and clean but the towel I used had a decent sized red stain at the end. It is down the road from ft Lee and has much wear and tear. The latch on the door was loose the TV was very fuzzy. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.

Front desk receptionist was extremely rude and argumentative. Their website says they have EV charger. They DON'T. The door to out room didn't shut fully. Room looked put together but still unclean. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more and go somewhere else.

The facility could use an upgrade. Everything about this place seems pretty old. Quite noisy at night, and the soundproofing is not great. The bed sheets were dirty too.

I have a swollen face because there are some kind of flying bugs in the room. I was bitten by them. I’m upset that I paid for this stay and the room smells like cigarettes.

If you have any other option, use it. The front desk lady was rude, the property was dirty, tv barely works, and sink was broke. But no refund or cancelation policy means that they dont care. And the aay she acted said the same to me.

Nothing worked. Wifi doesn't work here. Be ready to fight for your security deposit back because they will try to take.

Booked a smoking room online was told at the property there's no smoking rooms. Found a roach in the bathroom. Tv screen barely worked. All in all pretty bad.

I didn't even get to check in!! 😈 ..I booked on hotels.com full price..but when I get there at the desk the lady TRYED to charge me $50 EXTRA saying it was a deposit....the hotels.com app does not say ANYTHING about a $50 deposit upon check in ... Lady was rude she didn't get her manager when I asked to speak to them ... I was stuck in the COLD ALL LAST NITE OUTSIDE THERE .. I don't recommend this place to anyone...they rude and not kind-hearted at all ...

The room had cracks in the ceiling and walls. Our door was two-toned. The paint was peeling off. The shower leaked down from the shower head, PLUS, anytime we sat on the toilet, water would leak out as well. We killed a couple of roaches, while there. We wanted a hotel with a full breakfast, it was advertised, but they didn't even have a continental breakfast. NOTHING. I can't prove it, but we were supposed to have 2 queen sized beds, but I think that they were full beds. It wasn't the best stay, but it just proves that you get what you pay for. The clerk that checked me in, kept asking the same question over and over again, it felt like an interrogation, like she didn't believe me. It didn't give us a list of channels, and no menu channel. We even had to ask them for the "do not disturb" tag that goes on the door. It was just not a good experience. Sorry.

The lady where we checked in was extremely rude and attempted to accuse us of getting a hotel room for inappropriate and unacceptable reasons just because we were college students. The guy we had to check out was extremely nice!

The place sucks. The staff was very rude and unfriendly. They disregarded the do not disturb sign and entered anyway. The door was previously kicked in and not properly repaired. The service hallway door was kicked in. The place has drug addicts as full time residents. The weight room was destroyed. The pool was covered up. Just a horrible place.

Spot was cool I work and travel so it was ideal for me.
