I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Birmingham/Hoover. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. I appreciated the spacious accommodations and convenient location. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would gladly stay here again when visiting the area. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

breakfast was ok, but not the best. I like they had washer and dryers on the facility. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. We were situated near a noisy dog in one of the guest rooms. At the breakfast some breads were not fresh and the eggs tasted funny. There was poop in the grassy areas in the parking lot in the front of the hotel, so when loading and unloading you had to step carefully. One of the elevators was broken over the entire weekend so the wait was long at times.

Pleased on how the air smelled clean in the hotel. Breakfast was good too

The hotel was very clean and so was our room. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nice and the staff was amazing!!

From check in, to breakfast to checkout, everyone was exceptional ! No problems with anything. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great and staff were accommodating! Stay here every time I go to Hoover, Alabama !

I am trying to be charged for a room. I did not use. I’ve tried to call in to update the date for the reservation. I’m getting no help but being told that I will be charged. This is my first time using this site. This would be my last time using this site and I will definitely be posting about it. This is unacceptable.

Broken washing machine with no sign. No table in laundry room for folding and sorting. Chair in lobby torn. You can’t see the TV from the bed. I had to beg the staff for a table in the laundry room and a sign. They did do it. Breakfast food over cooked at times. Breakfast attendant doesn’t speak English. A front desk clerk is afraid of dogs, this is a dog friendly hotel. Room doors are very loud.

The location The room wasn’t clean. The sheets and pillow cases were dirty. There were two spiders under the pillow and the bath tub wasn’t cleaned at all. The roll of paper towel in the kitchen era of the room was old it turned yellow.
