It was nice for weekend getaway. Continental breakfast was nice, lovely outside area to enjoy your breakfast. I would stay again but definitely not on a Holiday weekend. Parking very limited.

Our initial room as already given to someone else so they put us in a different building, different room. Instead of ground level as we requested, we had to climb about 15 steps with our luggage. No night stands, no dresser. Went back to the office the next day and said we cold not stay in that room. Still our original room as not offered to us. We got a room, in another building with a king bed, pretty close to the ocean. Next night we got a swarm of some kind of flying bugs in the room. We were killing them left and right. Too late and too tired to go back to the office for another room. An exterminator was supposed to have come that day, but we never saw him. Go back to the office and they will send someone to clean the room. They did. Get up out of bed the next morning only to find out there were stains, blood or chocolate, on the sheet. Again, back to the office. They came and changed the bedding. FINALLY we had 3 days of no problems although we never did get the room that we originally booked .On the last night our next door neighbor decided to party at 10:30 with music that almost vibrated the walls. The one bright spot was Donna, who handled the continental breakfast. This complex was made up of numerous small building, some with a pool, some not. Not sure we would ever go back. We have no idea if the rooms we stayed in were better or worse than the suite we initially reserved, let alone if there was a price difference. Expedia needs to do a better vetting process.

The best hotel in the area
- 4/5
For the cheap price, worth it. It's your typical beach motel. It's worth location price. Beach is. A block away
- 4/5
It was just what u expect, staying at beach, nothing fancy but great to relax and enjoy the beach. I would definitely stay again.
- 2/5
Building falling apart
- 2/5
Despite it's a very good location... Staff it's not polite . Room was clean but some issues details inside
- 1/5
Disgusting. Dirty
- 5/5
The room was very simple and reasonably priced. It had everything we needed. The pools were clean, and there were two of them. The staff was very friendly.
- 1.5/5
Location The A/C unit was visibly moldy, the front window glass was broken, and the overall condition of the room was very poor. The furniture was heavily worn and damaged, including water-stained and scratched chairs. The refrigerator was dirty inside with moldy vents, and the oven and hood were rusty and unclean. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with a rusted shower rod and a stained, dirty tub. There was also a wall outlet coming out of the wall, which is a safety concern. Most concerning, the door frame was damaged to the point that it did not feel secure and appeared like it could be opened without a key. This made the room feel unsafe, and we were not comfortable staying there. Additionally, the listing mentions a pool and free breakfast, which were both misleading. There is no pool at the property itself—only access to pools at other nearby locations—and the “free breakfast” consisted of very minimal options (fruit, bagels, toast, dry cereal, and hard-boiled eggs in a shared container). Because the first room felt unsafe and unsanitary, we requested a different room. We were initially offered a similar room nearby, which we declined, and then asked if any other options were available. We were moved to a different property (Neptune), but were required to pay an additional $340.

They don’t seem to differentiate between what most people expect to be beach view or beach front accommodations or ground level and upstairs when booking. On check in after I asked if the room I booked was ground level because I have mobility issues I was told it was upstairs. They graciously changed my room to one that accommodated me at a different building. My wife liked our suite which was spartan. There was a kitchen with appliances but no dishes, cups, glasses or utensils or complimentary coffee. The TVs in the bedroom and living room both worked, the bathroom and flooring has been upgraded. We would stay again even though the window A/C in the bedroom was noisy.
- 4/5
Nothing fancy, but it did the job pretty well. The bed was comfortable, the room was reasonably clean, the staff was nice enough (although spread thin), and most importantly, it was about a hundred steps from the beach. If you want easy access to the beach and lots of great restaurants and want to avoid renting a car, this is the place for you.
- 5/5
Needs more update
- 5/5
The location was amazing! The check in process took an extremely long time.
- 5/5
Breakfast would have been great if the weather had been cooperative... it was too cold to sit on the patio to enjoy it. Service was great. We arrived early and the accommodated is by not only getting us an earlier check in but also moved us to a spot closer to the beach.
- 2/5
Front door had blinds that couldnt be moved and let atrangers peek in (its an open air room btw). Only buy on a discount
- 4/5
Great location
- 2/5
Started at the front desk. I booked Hollywood By The Sea because of the free parking & the pictures of the room that I saw on Nebraska St. They gave me an unseen/unreviewed room & pay for parking room on Roosevelt St & blamed it on Expedia overbooking rooms (classic bait & switch). The place was embarrassing. They are in serious need of upgrading. Very old, cheap dining furniture, worn sofa, paint spatter on the sofa from when the ceiling was painted. Mold in the bathroom, painted curtain rod. Everything is cheap in this place. Stay away until they invest some money on their properties.
- 4/5
Great Location!
- 5/5
All was good except we had to pay $40.00 for parking.
- 0.5/5
The entire staff has a terrible attitude and are very rude. They act like you’re bothering them no matter what the room is OK but the fact that you have to pay for parking at a room you’re paying to stay at as utter bullshit and they make you pay $100 deposit for paying for parking And $20 a night which is not mentioned on any part of the booking process. They just surprise you with it when you get there and then when you go to check out and ask for your hundred dollar deposit back they say you’ll get it back after they inspect the room but they tell you the hundred dollar deposit is for parking 100% would not recommend staying with them
- 0.5/5
Location was ok Better means of communicating with the front desk. Better description about the location. Looks like those with challenging financial issues reside at the hotel by the sea!!! No amenities, i.e. ice machine, coffee, cups, etc.... on the premises.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
Great service and staff. The only suggestion is stronger wifi.
- 3/5
Pictures were a bit deceiving. Floors were sticky and felt a little unclean. We arrived at night and it felt a little unsafe. And we were charged extra $19 that we are refuting. But the proximity to the beach can’t be beat! The sunrise was beautiful!
- 4/5
Good price/ location. Remember the resort and parking fees, $40. Nice suite, set up for vacationers
- 2/5
You need to drive to another location to get keys and Parking permit (charged for parking) So inconvenient
- 1/5
Classic bait & switch--paid in full ahead of time via Expedia app and then upon arrival are told we would have to pay an additional $78 for previously undisclosed junk fees ("resort fee" and $20 per day for parking". Our room smelled HORRIBLE--a an overwhelming and disgusting combination of mold and old dirty socks. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment--skip this run-down dump and spend the extra couple dollars at a nicer place. Staff was surly and u helpful. The idea of paying a "resort fee" is a real joke--it would be like having jail inmates pay for their "amenities" during their vacation. And shame on Expedia for allowing a listing that doesn't disclose the total that you will end up paying for this nightmare. I'd rather stay at the Bates Motel during a full moon.
- 5/5
Excellent location. It had everythung i needed. Bed was comfy. Kitchenette very well kept. Great value
- 3/5
The location was great but the room not so great. To start the AC was very noisy. It is an old wall unit the did not cool very well and it sounded as if you are riding a loud helicopter all the time. After staying there for a couple of days I think we exprienced hearing loss. The full kitchen did not have even a cup to drink. Not any silverware no pots and pans. The tub was clogged and water would accumulate while taking a shower. The bed and pillows were confortable
- 5/5
Close to the beach
- 5/5
Everything
- 4/5
The office is not located at the property but a few blocks away. Rate does not include parking so be ready for "sticker shock" when parking is mentioned. Room was close to the beach, very clean, comfortable. Stove was probable as old as me. Great towels. Service is only every 3 days.
- 3/5
The door frame was broken, it had a slightly smell. They said they had two bed and when we got there it was a queen bed and a sofa couch.
- 4/5
The blanket from the Couch was dirty
- 2/5
The air conditioner was not working.
- 3/5
Right off ocean couldn’t beat that also was budget friendly
- 5/5
Will be back
- 3/5
Property was great, but there were a lot of hidden charges that were either not made clear online or literally misrepresented (parking being free is the furthest thing from the truth).
- 3/5
Clearly operated as cheaply as possible but still better than staying at some major hotel chain
- 3/5
Loved the location Loved the fact that my car is parked by my room. The ac is not consistant, shuts off, temp is going up or down, it gets hot. The fact that we neeed to pay for a crib and parking is not expected
- 3/5
The check in is not where we stayed. We had to walk to the office. It wasn’t far, just not convenient. The room was huge but it was average at best. The location was amazing.
- 1/5
Lovely location.
- 5/5
Loved everything!
- 3/5
The description and pictures make it appear as though the living room and bedroom are separate. They were not. It is pretty much a studio apartment because the door separating the bedroom and living room was removed. I was definitely disappointed as I looked specifically for properties that had separate spaces.
- 4/5
These hotels are old Florida and in need of small repairs BUT, they are very clean, staff is very responsive, the hotel was right on the beach and boardwalk, and all rooms had large TV's with everything you could possibly want to watch. There were reasonable bike rentals and a free breakfast. Great for a family vacation....definitely would go back!!
- 1/5
2. Most deceiving and untrue information depicted online of ANY place I have stayed, EVER! 3. Free Breakfast? Worst of ANY place I have stayed, EVER. Walmart bagels and breads...one 4 slice toaster for tons of people. Everyone sharing open jars of peanut butter and cream cheese. Hard boiled eggs. Cereal. Slices of processed American singles. All served in a teeny tiny closet expecting tons of people to squeeze through a two way flow of traffic! Disorganized and very unpleasant! Not enough seating. People had to sit on the ground, lean against the building, or take their plates with them! 4. We reserved a "Suite" with kitchenette...ABSOLUTELY no serveware or kitchen supplies. Not even a drinking glass for the bathroom. You must call to ask for a box of kitchen supplies. I called, two days later I am leaving and STILL don't have something to drink out of or any "kitchen supplies." 5. Lousy value. I paid for a whole lot of nothing. 6. Hollywood Beach Hotels bought up 23 old dilapidated hotels and tried to refresh them and manage them under one office. So your Uber drops you off at the adress you will be staying at, and you have to walk three blocks to the main office to check-in; along with all the other customers for 23 buildings, wait in line for a few hours because your room isnt ready, then walk back to where you are staying. Worst hotel stay of ANY place I have stayed, EVER
- 1/5
I have photo proof of the huge dead roaches and the filth of this property definitely not worth the money and hassle I would rather sleep on the sidewalk
- 3/5
The only problems were Parking was $21 more than stated on Expedia, and We couldn’t get hot water to our room.
- 1/5
Very bad
- 1/5
This disgusting place is mold infested you could ever stay in. We booked through Expedia, and the 1st night checking in you could smell the insecticide walking in to this dump at 320 Nebraska Street. Nice droppings, roach eggs and to top it off given a filthy broken pack and play to have my infant son to sleep in. After multiple messages left and non responsive staff, we had to leave the following morning due to sever unsanitary conditions. The lied to Expedia about offering us an alternative never contacted me at all. The next step is to report this filthy dump to the local health department . Stay away save your money and go somewhere else, and if you stay make sure you check your clothes and shoes before you go home
- 4/5
on the ocean
- 4/5
I found the staff to be unfriendly and very limited with their answers. The room was clean and the bed was great. The overall room was very dated ie metal cabinets and a tub with too much caulking which needed to be replaced.
- 1/5
The WORST in everyway.
- 3/5
Close to the beach
- 1/5
There were hidden fees at check in. The door had an after market bolt that fell off. The fan/light clicked while it was on, which did not aid the sterile feel of the place. That said, there was a lot of room and a kitchen (but no utensils or kitchen wares).
- 1/5
Didn't get to stay in the hotel I booked they put us in a different hotel air didn't work got no room service had to call and ask for towels that night and still had to wait will never stay at any of the property's they own just a horrible stay
- 3/5
Front desk lady was rude and room was run down. Breakfast was definitely on a budget. Only gave 3 star because location was great. Very close to the beach!
- 1/5
Property looked run down. People was coming downstairs to the main lobby to heat up their food which lead me to believe the rooms didn’t have them available
- 4/5
It is an old beat down, renovated place close to the beach. 45 minutes to check in! Had to call 3 times for extra pillows, towels and sheets, even though we said it the first time. The place is ok but forget luxury. Breakfast from 8-9?!!
- 3/5
Location - proximity to the beach. I had to clean the bathroom upon arrival. The sink was nasty. Every single time I had to go to the front desk there was a long line.
- 1/5
Bad odour in n the suite! Not as advertised! Loud partying in adjacent unit until sunrise. Could not sleep. Complaints to front desk were ignored. Absolutely poor experience. Cost was high considering poor quality. Will advise others to avoid this motel !!
- 4/5
Good service, but I didn't know I had to pay extra for parking
- 2/5
Location is great, a couple of steps from the sea. Parking place is available in the front of hotel. Peaceful place. The hotel needs updating, everything blew up. For example the faucet was broken, coffee machine was broken. The breakfast lady was not kind.
- 1/5
You have to check in at a different location, down the street than your actual room. By myself with 8 bags was very inconvenient and stressful. The door stopper/ spring closet was very low and struck my head. No sign posted
- 5/5
I think the only con is that we didn’t find any blankets, not enough towels, no coffee even though it is a coffee maker, not utensils or dinner services
- 3/5
I would not recommend staying here. They rent multiple units. The office to check in is in one building, the unit we stayed in a different building a few blocks away. The breakfast was really bad in a 3rd building. There were no cups to use to get a drink of water! How do they expect you to brush your teeth? The bed was very uncomfortable and the floor was sandy which got in the sheets. Not fun!
- 1/5
This property is very unsafe--room in disrepair--cords all over floor, dry wall falling, shelves coming off walls, ac not working, shower disgusting, all floors sticky. Needs a lot of work--have pictures of anyone wants to see
- 0.5/5
Terrible breakfast. No varieties.
- 2/5
Their staff need to be working at Mc Donalds. That was the worst hospitality I have experienced from a hotel in my life
- 5/5
That I didn't stay every time I visited Hollywood Beach
- 0.5/5
Nothing! It was awful! There was a used wash cloth & mop sitting on the chair on the porch, upon opening the door, we were hit with a strong stale smoke odor, I went to use the bathroom & it was FILTHY!! Boogers on the walls, marks on the toilet seat that came off when I used a wet napkin, no sheets for the leather couch that my son was supposed to sleep on. It was just atrocious! Nothing! It was awful! Took over a half hour to check in because there’s ONE person working for 19 properties. There was a used wash cloth & mop sitting on the chair on the porch, upon opening the door, we were hit with a strong stale smoke odor, I went to use the bathroom & it was FILTHY!! Boogers on the walls, marks on the sink & toilet seat that came off when I used a wet napkin, filthy bathroom sink, no sheets for the leather couch that my son was supposed to sleep on. It was just atrocious! We were told they couldn’t accommodate us elsewhere cause there were no rooms left & no sheets to assist us in cleaning the room ourselves. Needless to say, we ended up taking an Uber to another town within an hour of checking in & we got a CLEAN room to sleep in for the night.

You had to ask and retrieve a box of semi dirty kitchen utensils and ask for filters for the coffee pot at the office. Room was bare bones, scuffed walls, dirty vents, and the dead bolt for the front door looked to be replaced several times due to being kicked in.
- 1/5
It is in very bad condition, doors and walls dirty and unpainted, they always say they are going to do something about it and they do nothing, we will never return, and for breakfast no eggs and they used Tang Orange Sweetened Powdered Drink Mix.
- 1/5
Room clean. Two towels. When calling the reception which was in another building she always put you on hold for over 10 minutes until one got tired of waiting. Had to use your own cell to call. No connections in room. Bathroom shoddy work. Plastered and not painted over. Tub so slippery that they definitely need a shower mat. Was frightening. Had to buy my own toilet paper. Also free breakfast was in another buildings little outdoor plaza. Closes at 10:00 AM but got there at 9 and was told it was closed. Not as advertised. Do not believe their pictures. The only nice thing was the nice was cleaning lady but they have a sign cleaning every 3 days. Coffee pot and toaster. Not one cup or utensils they have a stove and no pots or pans. Wanted to get another hotel but could not get money back so had to do with the worst nightmare ever.
- 2/5
There was no water in the shower.
- 2.5/5
Close to the beach. Staff were rude and with no patience to help. They were not prepared to offer any logical answer. I will also love to recomend you to add a sponge, detergent, some cups, spoon, plates since you have a kitchen. Also the towels quality is poor. The doors were dirty.
- 4/5
The view was spectacular, wake up everyday to the sunrise. And a few feet away from the beach. A little on the pricey side but while worth it. I would also recommend putting a small broom and dust pan in the rooms the sand was everywhere.
- 3/5
Pictures and reality very different)), and for check in I was walk like 10 minutes from my destination with my large bag and etc , not really comfortable
- 2/5
Could be better
- 3.5/5
Very close to beach Needs upgrading , no pool but you have access to pools around area
- 2/5
The property needs maintenance The room was dirty, etc
- 2/5
First of all, it is NOT a hotel, it is a apartment building, the office is 4 blocks away, $50.00 fee per person. We made 3 rooms reservation for the family, they relocated one in one of the 20 buildinds they have and it is not me option, no cancellation, the breakfast far away also, very poor options, one bkeakfast location to all the buildings, very upset person. Everything inside the apartment is falling apart and the window AC is extremelly noise. Room service every 3 days. Much better options around for the price.
- 4/5

Property is dirty and look horrible , nothing looks like the pictures in the website.

everything
- 2/5
The fridge did not keep food cold and we lost all our cold cuts and salads we had planned to use for the weekend. Also, in the price Hotels gives you for the stay, it does not state there is an additional $35 fee that needs to be paid directly to the hotel and this does NOT include the $20 per night parking fees. Ended up paying over $500 for the two nights😡 Location was amazing but the bed was SUPER HARD and we slept horrible both nights.
- 2/5
Dark Inside; Dirty floors, walls, ceilings, curtains; Old appliances, furniture, tub… Great location but needs updating
- 4/5
I'm good with the service
- 1/5
This was the worst experience I have had while traveling. Whom ever bought up all of the little independent motels throughout Hollywood beach and now consider themselves to be Hollywood beach hotels is absolutely horrible. The conditions of these rooms should be considered low grade. Nothing of the sort says hotel. Check in was the tiniest room where they squished 40 people in and a line out the door in the hot Florida sun for check in. And it took about an hour to check in. Check in for all the little motels is in a completely separate place than where you stay. Room service is only every 3 days. Breakfast on Expedia said 8-10am it was only 8-9am. Hollywood beach is a nice place to get away but this presumption of a hotel is not ok. When I went to the front desk to ask for a refund or new room they told me all sales are final after check in. I told the lady than they should show the place before payment. The kept $100 deposit and everything was already broken. I got to my first room and didn’t even want to sit down. Hair in the shower and bathroom, walls dirty and needed to be wiped. An a/c unit in the window of a door that led to the balcony’s get to is what I would call that. They moved us to a second room after telling me they were booked and asked if I wanted someone to come clean the room. I figured it would have been cleaned before I arrived. The second room was cleaner. I was horrible. My husband and I planned an overnight for our 7 year anniversary.
- 4/5
The hotel was good for the price. Definitely needed a little renovation but for the price it can’t be beat. Great location right next to the beach. However, the check-in was a little difficult to find, I wish Expedia would have a section to the address of the check-in.
- 1/5
The biggest issue we encountered was check-in. From not getting any notification that the check-in office is not located at the expected sight of our room, to just extreme delays in check-in. We showed up at 2:30 for check-in and we were not able to get a room until after 6. Not only was our room no longer at the sight we reserved for online, but there was no consideration for our displacement. It was just like too bad so sad. And that was the census throughout our entire experience, we just had to deal with it.
- 2/5
Extremely rude staff! Walked in zero greeting, after standign there for 5 minutes I asked for some assistance to check in, I was rudely told "I'm busy" Finally got checked in room is mediocore, could use some updates.Went to check out the next morning, and the morning staff also extremely rude. I do not recommend this location if customer service matters to you. I will not stay again
- 4/5
Location Sofa bed not comfortable
- 5/5
Quiet Nothing u like everything
- 1/5
There are no utensils at all. Zero pans! You will need to have EVERYTHING if using the kitchen. There is an ant infestation and we saw 1 roach on the shower curtain. We all know that there is never just one so we had to shake our clothes and repack our suitcase.
- 1/5
Very poor
- 1/5
Called the office, no one would answer. I told them the next day, they didnt care at all. Super unsafe area, wouldnt recommend. Oh yeah, pee smell inside unit. Finally fo
- 5/5
Marco did a wonderful job of keeping us informed and being available if we had a problem.
- 3/5
We were fortunate enough to have the best view of the beach. Others not so much. Breakfast was included and offered the basics. Be sure to ask for the location when you check in. Expect to pay additional fees for parking. A really loud air conditioner, and some bugs lowered the star review
- 5/5
My room was in need of painting and was rough around the edges, but it was clean , the ability to use 4 or 5 different pools very close to hotel, and easy to access was very cool. I was surprised pool was not at the property l booked but in the end it really did not matter. Super large room , pretty quiet , it was fair for the price , and you can see they are working at improving it .
- 4/5
This is 2 star motel, so my expectations were met. Very very old stuff in a room. But was clean. I saw a tiny ants near kitchen one day, but guy with fumigator came next day and they were gone. Breakfast was poor. Every day something was missing. At the first day we came and took 2 bananas (one for me and one for my daughter), a lady that works there took away one of them banana from me and said:" This banana belong to me, because it is a last one and I do not have bananas any more for you". Honestly, I was shocked:)
- 2/5
2nd... the check in staff were nice enough. Line to check in but nit unexpected. To the issues:; Several days into our 12 day stay we asked to change rooms due to a major flooring issue that continued to worsen while we were there and an ant problem that developed in the pantry. THAT is when things got bad. The staff that came to see the problem were so incredibly rude. One lady in particular was loud about her judgements of us. We were moved to a room that was roach infested and the kitchen drawer was moldy amd falling apart. One of the dining chairs was completely broken. We asked for someone to come clean the mold and look at the srawer and chair but nobody ever came. The cleaning staff were very nice throughout the stay. I will try to add photos later
- 4/5
Was actually placed at the palms upon arrival. People, being loud, in the courtyard, in the middle of the night, happened on more than one occasion
- 2/5
- clean linens - location bad: - the room #1702 was very worn out - the bathroom ventilation did not work - the room had VERY strong smell of floor sanitation liquid. We could not get rid of this smell after keeping the door open for couple of hours. Probably the housekeeper tried to suppress the bathroom smells with too much sanitation liquid. - the breakfast did not have good healthy choices - the breakfast room was overcrowded - the guest queue for breakfast was very long around 8:10 am - there were no free tables for breakfast We selected this hotel because of the included breakfast but we had to leave without breakfast.
- 1/5
Terrible customer service. They charge for parking $20 per day. Rooms smelled like garbage.
- 4/5
Air conditioning very loud. No hair dryer in the room. Confortable bed and are clean. Chairs and table outside is nice to have.
- 1/5
Wow, I can't believe how bad it was. Do not stay here. Rude, dirty, flying alert. really, really bad.
- 3/5
Very close to the beach. First room we were given was smelly and dirty. Second room was much better but away from most amenities.
- 1/5
The room was smelly as if an odor needed to be covered up intentionally. The walls floors entire room was dirty and worn. Bugs throughout the day, a musty moldy air about the place. Locks were flimsy, water pressure was horrible. Staff in the office were somewhat cordial outside of that other staffers not personable at all. It’s all about money of course with this company. I checked out early and checked into the Marriot Bonvoy!!! Now that’s a resort, beautiful!!! I would never recommend Hollywood By The Sea!!!
- 2/5
Great location close to the beach. Otherwise, not recommended. Old, dated, slippery floors, musty smell. Check in is at a different location. Worst issue was that the refrigerator was old and every hour, a loud pumping sound would occur that would last for about 30 seconds, waking us up from sleep.
- 1/5
After seeing the room, we immediately returned to the office which was located in another building. The staff was awful even during check in. They also said they could not refund our money even though we were only in the room for 10 minutes. They offered us another room. If the management books people to stay in a room like that, how could we trust any property in their care? Against my better judgement, we went to see another room. Upon arriving at the other room, the woman's key wouldn't work. Another worker tried his key. It also, wouldn't work. They couldn't get the door open. We left. We tried to stay at another small place on the beach. This took hours of our vacation time. The independent small hotels were booked. After finding that other corporations bought up most of the other small places, we ended up staying at a chain that was way too expensive for us. After one night there, we had to switch hotels. For the next few nights, we stayed at a less expensive chain. It was still beyond our means. This experience caused us to lose time and money. Unbelievable. It is awful that corporations bought and neglect the small mom and pop hotels.
- 2/5
The apartment was on the second floor but it smelled dingy and moldy. Towel racks were missing. Full kitchen but no plates, glasses, silverware or anything to make it usable. Dripping shower. Dirty air vents. No room service unless you pay for it or wait every three days. Hard to find the office on the property. Parking is not free.

I showed up and the office was closed. I called the number on the sign and no one answered or returned my phone calls. The office is located blocks away from the property and the location is questionable.

One positive comment is that it’s close to Hollywood Beach.

The staff was nice but overwhelmed by the amount of people checking in. It’s the owners fault to have so many properties checking into a very small office. The room was not maintained and minus blinds in the bedroom.

All good

It’s my fault for not doing the proper info. Looked nice on the app. Got there looked totally different. Spend money I walked in and left right away couldn’t stay the night.

Hairs on the bed. Bathroom simple and not looking clean. Mold buildup on the windows. Towers warned out. Narrow stairways. Old AC loud noise. No breakfast served.

You just expect a certain level of accommodations, and it was not up to par.

Place was nice. It was one block from the beach. Personnel very accommodating.

There was long hair in the bathroom floor - I don't have long hair so it wasn't mine....

The place is nice and clean. The customers service is great.

Advertised as queen bed plus sofa bed but it’s just a sofa - thats broken, with no sheets. Left one towel for three people and there is no office on the property to get more. Quality of furnishings and fixtures is lowest end. Embarrassing start to our family trip.

The room was very nice and big for our family of 3. Great location just steps from the beach. Staff was very accomodating.

Located close to the boardwalk/beach. Great restaurants and venues nearby. Perfect location!

Right next to the beach but far enough not to hear any noise.

There's no price Price-value connection here. Comfortable place on a side street, worth $90-95, not $162. Comfortable, clean and BASIC. Boardwalk reminiscent of Jersey Shore, Wildwood comes to mind

The people were very nice and it was right on the beach but it felt like a bait and switch.

thank you for your great hospitality.

Great location. Close to the beach! Nice large area with separate living and sleeping rooms. Full kitchen with pots, dishes, etc. Updated decor. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the 2nd time we stayed here within 4 years. Everything was fine except the air conditioning would not go lower than 75 degrees. I would have liked to have set it on 72 which is more comfortable for sleeping. I adjusted the thermostat, but it didn't seem to make a difference. Room: Paris

Still needs a little work. Big problem was all the LOUD construction work going on in the area and it starts early! Not the hotel's fault though.
