No hot water for the entire visit, another room was offer, but it was inconvenience for me because I had unpacked my food and my stuff, they had to order the part for the hot water heater. They did not offer a discount for my stay and the inconvenience, when I ask, they said no. so I won't be staying there no more. The Stuff in the front desk was so rude. My husband and I travel to Hollywood FL every year for our anniversary, but this year I will not stay with this hotel. Thank you

To start at the front desk staff was rude. Next was the room . The tub knobs were broken. No hot water. Bathroom floor was full of hair. Bathroom window had a big crack in it. The door bolt didn’t work and the lights were flickering. That did it for me. I couldn’t stay there. After speaking with the front desk she was rude and said to call the manager tomorrow morning. Don’t forget the hidden fees they hit you with when you sign in. Ugh!

I stayed at the Paradise 903, was a ocean front KING, THE room was nothing like the photos. Room was alot smaller than the pictures. You check in at 1 location amd being 65, I had to pull my luggage 2 blocks to the room, and with the front desk with limited English I actually had no ideal where I was going...but a employee assisted me....when I got to the room the curtain was hanging off wall so I had to walk back another 2 blocks to report. So if your booking online you maybe given a different room than what you thought you booked.NOT GOOD, Then the door lock...I had to slame door numerous times to get it to catch....and the TV didnt work at all the whole time wanted me to enter my personal info to set up tv and im not doing that....Great views and on boardwalk...BUT NOT THE ROOM I BOOKED WILL.BE CONTACTING EXPEDIA.....ALSO THE 4 POOLS WHERE SMALL AND BLOCK AWAY...

I rented 2 rooms first they couldn’t be one next to the other. I tried to switch it and no luck they ended up putting me upstairs and my mother in law’s room downstairs than my mother in law’s room didn’t have the kitchenette it was suppose to have. They had said it was ocean front and it wasn’t but, overall James in the front desk was helpful because we were a pretty big group and he was able to put us all in the same location and we truly made the best of it. The rooms were pretty big and it was clean. The staff was nice and the breakfast was ok it had a variety of different things to pick up and go.

Nevertheless I rented through EXPEDIA and on the add Expedia makes it believe the property is on the boardwalk … IT’S NOT. It’s 2 blocks away. Even though it’s walking distance. When you rent here they have like maybe 10 properties they manage and they tell you there’s 5 pools 😳😳 I wouldn’t go in them. Well I won’t be staying here again but staff is very nice and the courtyard with tables and chairs is nice too. Sorry but I had to say what I experienced ..

The location to the beach was great. The floor in the room was dirty. Sticky and hadn't been washed. Out feet and socks were flifthy. Went to one of the pools and there was clumps of hair in the water and no filter was running. Couldn't use it.

Ms Donna is excellent! She follows rules and regulations to a t. She is truly an asset to this company. The staff at the front desk professionals and easy to get along with as long as you as guest is well behaved.

The breakfast attendant Donna was pleasant and always kind and understanding. The housekeeping supervisor Brenda was attentive and extrenely helpful. She explained about room service and provided me with clean towels. I would recomend both ladies in this hotels as well as the front staff. Kudos to Hollywood Beach Hotels

I booked a poolside room and we got a corner room that did not even have a view of the pool. It said Continental breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00. It was done at 9:00. This is not a great place to stay. Parking is horrible. We had to drive four times around four blocks to try and find a parking space

Beds were incredibly comfortable, the "rooms" were spacious, the views were amazing, and, the vicinity to the Boulevard was awesome! Also, the TV's had enough apps, after a long day at the beach for relaxing and watching a show or two. Honestly nothing.

To be clear, you are not paying for the room, you are paying for the location! The location is Amazing! Open the door and there is the beach. You can park your car and walk to everywhere you need to go. The room is ok. Everything is not updated in any way shape or form. There is mold in the bathroom. To fix things it seems they just paint right over it and that they have done that many many times. The walls are all bumpy and messed up from being painted over. The kitchen appliances are old and outdated. The floor was nice and the bed was comfy with clean sheets. They only give you 2 towels in the room. So you need to go to the front desk to request any hand towels, washcloths or additional towels. I suggest bringing your own towels, soap and all toiletries. You basically just use the room to take a shower and sleep. There are 2 chairs and a small table in the front of the room so it was really nice just to sit out there. Overall had a very relaxing weekend!

Do not go near this place. Filthy. Run-down. Unsafe. Scariest dump I’ve ever stayed in. Windows didn’t close. Dirty walls and baseboards. Chipping paint everywhere. Door barely locked. Door lock nailed to door trim could easily be torn off. Crazy unsafe. No one was at the office when I checked out. I had to leave a note. Scary dangerous place. Drunk people everywhere.

I booked this hotel for the beach view but there was no view ! I had no view beside my next door neighbor. Please charge me appropriately for the room and reimburse the rest.

Had a courtyard view. Was charged a resort fee… not sure for what - lacking amenities. Needed to purchase ice. Room was in need of repair. Cracked tiles, outlets loose not working. Customer service was poor…did not feel welcome.

This was supposed to be my best friends birthday trip. Instead, it was a masterclass in how not to run a hotel. We paid for an oceanfront suite and were given a concrete shoebox facing the pool and the road. The only kitchen window was spray-painted black. The other windows were blocked by beds. No beach view. No natural light. Just low-budget detention-center energy with sand nearby. The “suite” was laughably small. The oven didn’t work. The stovetop smelled like something crawled inside and died. The refrigerator froze everything solid. Multiple outlets in the room didn’t work — we literally had to make coffee on the floor to find a functioning plug. The bathroom was the size of a cruise ship closet. The oversized showerhead sprayed water everywhere, turning the entire space into a slip-and-slide. There were hairs in the bathroom when we arrived. I own a professional housekeeping business. If one of my cleaners turned over a room like that, it would not be a friendly conversation. We requested maid service twice. “20 minutes,” we were told. Two days later? No one ever came. And that’s not even the half of what’s wrong with this hotel!!!

The check in took a hour . No rooms were ready for anyone. The manager was rude. The room doesn’t look like the picture. The place was filthy. The bathroom needed to be cleaned.

Please don't waste your money! This place is rundown and urgently needs renovations. Also internet connection is poor. In addition my request for a crib took forever. It arrived a day later than my check in... The coffee machine was broken and needed to be replaced. The knobs at the shower literally came off as I was turning it. To summarize it's not worth your while.

Check-in process was horrible. Waited 45 minutes to just get room key after I had previously checked in before 4:00. No cups, utensils, paper towels in room. Other than that room was clean, great location.

Its my third visit to H.B.H this year. I love the location. The staff always go above and beyond. There are just too many that go out of your way to make the visit enjoyable. The property is vast, there are over a dozen different hotels in the group., various rooms all set up to minimize cost and allow you to prepare a nice meal. 4 decen pools, laundry, a modest breakfast, ocean is steps away ftom every room. Come for the destination, price, and experience; at their price-point Hollywood Beach Hotels provides all you could possibly want ! M.J.M

The room did not match the pictures at all. They are obviously an AI produced picture. I was told by the lady at the front desk that the picture on the booking was just a "general picture" and not an actual picture of the unit I purchased. As a matter of fact, when I asked which building the picture actually represented, she didn't even know because the room obviously doesn't exist. The room was very dated, no steel appliances, no oven, very small 2 burner stove. A picnic table for the "dining area" that only had a bench on one side so only 2-3 people could sit and eat. No central air, just small plug-in a/c units. The couch bed was HORRIBLE. You could literally feel every part of the springs when laying down. They claimed there was 3 pools but the one close to me was closed for renovation so we went to one of the other pools and there were cigarette butts in the pool and it gave motel pool vibes. The ONLY positive was the location. It is immoral and unethical that hotels can use fake AI pictures to get your money. The worse part, they know how bad it is because they issue no refunds, no cancellations, and no early check-outs. Whatever you do, don't book this place. You're better off actually getting a motel nearby; at least you'll save some money.

Of course the pictures are not the same as in person, but the nights were quiet and I loved that we were able to access the beach quickly! The staff were nice and the breakfast was a nice addition as well although the tables outside could be cleaner but over all is was a nice experience and at least they had places to sit. The pools were clean too. Only thing I'd like for them to add is more carpeting to dry your feet before stepping on the tile floors inside the rooms. I would book again!

I’ve been staying here for the past few years whenever I come for vacation, and each time the price increases and the quality decreases. This will be my last time staying here. They are stingy with the towels and do not the exchange the dirty with the clean evenly. Room service comes once every 3 days. Breakfast is mediocre, only toast, bagels, and cereal. The WiFi even went out for the entire hotel and I had to be disturbed because the router was in my room. They stayed for 15 minutes and didn’t even fix the problem. Definitely never staying here again.

The accommodations were lacking. The room I chose was falsely represented as oceanfront when it has no view of the ocean at all. I inquired about it within an hour of checking in and was told I would have to pay $80 a night to move to an oceanfront unit. The pools are in need of maintenance and need cleaned more often.

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Everything else, not so much. Don’t even know where to begin! No hand towels, tissues, cups or ice (7lb bags for sale only) Requested towels/soap from front desk. Told housekeeping would bring while we were out, but they didn’t. Called desk later & was rudely told I had to come get them (2 block walk to office) bc housekeeping had left. Ended up being late for a reservation. Water offered in office, but no cups. Breakfast okay, but saw little bugs, not flies, crawling all over several of the bread selections. Our bathroom door only opened about 18-in bc the floor was unlevel, so we had to squeeze in & out. There was no electricity in the bathroom the 1st day. Had to wait around for maintenance to come repair. Other guests partied in the courtyard till very late. The sound carried into our room. Besides the automatic lock there was only a deadbolt which went into a handmade hole bored into the wood frame, not very secure if you ask me. & you could see light coming in around the door. The gap obviously let bugs in, because we killed many bugs. I got bit up during the night, so I assume bedbugs. The bike rental place—no English spoken at all. No bike locks, so we couldn’t rent bikes for the day for fear of theft (ended up at another shop). The umbrella we rented was a wooden pole, flat-bottomed patio umbrella…almost impossible to set up securely in the sand without a pointed or corkscrew bottom. & the worker wasn’t going to do it.

Resort fees for what. Also 18 dollars per day parking. Be careful when booking i thought i was booking Hollywood beach suites and hotel Where there are no resort fees and parking is only 12 dollars per day. Oh finally that breakfast they offer is over by 915am really! This place not worth it.

I do not know where to begin......the hotel was beyond disgustingly dirty, old and unkept. I tried to get a refund immediately upon check in and was told NO REFUNDS EVER. I'm sure that is why most people were stuck there. We spoke with many of them in the same hotel named The Neptune and they definitely felt the same way. Pool was filthy and laundry rooms even worse. Also, I booked oceanFRONT room and was told all the buildings face the ocean therefore I got an ocean front room. We could barely see the ocean out the side window. Please do not recommend this company for any people looking to stay at Hollywood Beach

The room was old. The photos on the website were very deceiving. The air conditioner only blew cool air,the light on the ceiling fan didn’t work . Overall we were very disappointed with the room !

This was a scam. The first room wouldn’t let us in gave me another room was very dirty smelled like a dead body walls where black and molding the 3rd room was got was bigger but walls were still black bathroom sink was leaking water would not warm for 20 minutes first off I picked a room on the beach they said I didn’t but pictures proved it this was supposed to be my honeymoon and it was just horrible experience the staff was rude when I told them I want my money back and I have to pay extra fees in top what I already paid

The first room they assigned us to was filthy smelled like bug spray, there was dead bugs on the floor. The room they loved us too was cleaner but not anything like the pictures.

Couldn’t see the beach; definitely not on the beach but very close. Place is run down. Check in was quick and she was very polite. Room was pretty run down but bed was comfortable and we didn’t see any bugs so it was not the worst place. We don’t spend a lot of time in the room so it worked out fine. If you are looking for any type of bougie this is not it!

We lovee our stayed at the Paradise hotel owned by Hollywood beach hotels. The hotel needs some updates, but the location was beautiful. The front desk service wasn't great expect long check in lines and not so friendly service.

This place has numerous “hotels” affiliated with it. We booked at Hollywood Beach Hotels, checked in there; which took 45 mins because of the line, and then had to walk our luggage down the street 500 ft. or so down the road to our room at a place called the Neptune. No elevators so had to lug the luggage up the stairs.Once there , the room was freshly unprofessionally painted with paint chips all over the floor. The hot water did not work in any of the faucets. Maintenance did temporarily fix this by playing with the handle in the shower that was ready to fall off. Worked for a little bit. When we came back to the room after dinner the hot water did not work. There are no phones in the room and no one picks up the phone at the front desk. Hot water still not working next morning. Called front desk, got thru, waited an hour and still no change. Walked up the street to the front desk to ask what is goin on and they said maintenance doesn’t start until 9 am. I asked for a refund. They said absolutely no refunds. I was oversold and deceived on a superior oceanfront room that was not superior and didn’t have consistent hot water and paint flakes everywhere. Would never recommend to anyone to stay here.

Upon arrival the first room we were given was very dirty. Floor was dirty, the shower and toilet was dirty and the room smelled very bad. The window AC units did not seem to be working properly. The family walked in and immediately walked out. The second room we were given was no better. This room had a dried bloody fingerprint on the light switch. We refused to stay there and we we asked for a refund due to horrible conditions we were denied. The property manager never returned my call. We also have pictures or the room.

The bed was new and comfortable. Very dated, tiny bathroom. Great to have coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator. Oven handle falling off, did not use stove. The pictures shown in the Expedia for HBH is fake false. That room looked nice. I have pictures of mold outlets that did not work refrigerator leaking. Had to check out 2 glasses and cups. They were chipped the ppl that rent this out should be ashamed. Plus upon arrival they had ys on second floor no elevator. My husband and I recently had hip and knee replacement. No way were we getting out bags up there. Then waiting an hour for a room. Told 10. Twice we cam to our door. And could not get in. I have to say the staff took alot of getting yelled at for how we got a horrible room. Please contact me for some of the pictures. I can go on and on. Everything needs to replace

The place is NOT worth close to $900 for 4 nights. Extra fees upon arrival not mentiined in the contract. I wouldn't want to pay $59.99. There was a price list of everything in the room, because if you stole a king size bed mattress it would cost you $500. The only saving grace is that the bed was comfortable. I will not be returning to Hollywood Florida any time soon.

There apparently are MANY different properties under "Hollywood Beach Hotels", and different sized rooms at this property. We chose a good price, and got the smallest room we have EVER stayed in. But the location right off the boardwalk was excellent, and breakfast was included, so we were happy. Breakfast was a buffet of cereals, breads of all kinds, hard boiled eggs, oranges, and bananas.

The location is great. Right on the beach and close to the boardwalk. The property requires some upkeep. The shower doesn’t get hot and you have to duck to get under the water.

Not nice place with tons of fees. Charged for room cleaning daily even if you aren’t getting it. Parking fee daily. “Early check in” fee for extending 1 day and keeping same room. Not great.

This room is not, at all, how it is pictured in the sales ad. It is a very low budget room. There were no night stands in the room, no phone, cups, hangers, etc. It was as if ai went camping. breakfast line was out the door and they scrutinized everything you got. It was garbage food anyway. There is no balconies on the rooms, and only a few rooms have ocean view. Oh, and the King is a full.. not even a queen, a full size. They ought to be absolutely ashamed. And Hotel.com should be, too for not looking further into this. As far as Im concerned I was scammed. I created a complaint bc I want at least 1 night reimbursed for the blatant lie and false representation of this hotel. I in no way got what was advertised. Awful 😖 unfortunately, the add photos button is not working in the app. I have several.

Queued for reception was 30 minutes, room looked clean but smell was bad, bright light on all night also kept me awake. Would not go again.

When you book the "specific" room ocean front with pictures showing the ocean, that doesn't mean that will be the room. They gave us a room first floor facing the alley with small window and blood stain on sheet. Went back to front and they say that's the room we booked and many people think ocean front means ocean view but doesn't. Deceptively listed. Room musty and has bugs. Checked out by 7pm same night We checked in

Absolutely terrible experience at this so called hotel. The staff was rude, and unhelpful. The rooms smelled of mold. They were dirty. The toilet was leaking all over the floor in the 2nd room we got because they put us in a tiny smelly efficiency room which they called a superior room that I booked. It looked NOTHING like the picture of the room I booked. It wreaked of mold. They did switch us after having us ride around at midnight with the supposed security guard. It was sketchy. We were so tired we took the 2nd room as it looked closer to what we booked. The next morning, we discovered the toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor of the smallest bathroom I have ever been in. You could barely stand comfortably in there. We told them about the leak. They sent someone over supposedly trying to fix it. They put caulk around the bottom. It worked for maybe an hour of two before it started leaking again. The kitchen had no dishes whatsoever. We had to walk down from our room and carry a box of dishes back to our room. They were minimal and gross. The closet smelled so badly of mold we couldn't even hang our clothes in there. The ventilation system did not work so they had a window air conditioner. It was cooler outside than it was in our room. The air was stuffy, humid, and smelly. I got sick from the room with the mold smell and stagnant air. There was also NO hot water!!! That and my sickness was the final straw. We had enough. We tried to tell the "manager" she

Convenient location, but the photos advertised on Expedia are not a true reflection of the property. There are many other places in the area that are worth the money, not as run down, comfortable. Expedia needs to do a better job at advertising, they’re 0 for 3 for me lately.

Hotel is terrible, older, staff at the tiny front desk always busy and no information of the amenities or services at all. Really disappointed paid more than 200 for one night at this time of the year for at hotel so looks good in the pictures but reality is Different

It was a ok stay I had to park a street from my room, because the parking that was giving was occupied by other residents. Rooms was clean, clean smeling.

What appeared to be a cozy, modern room was actually a cramped space with outdated furnishings and peeling paint. It felt like a bait-and-switch, which is incredibly disappointing when you’re looking forward to a relaxing stay. The location of the hotel was another major concern. While it may have been marketed as conveniently situated, I found the surrounding area to be unsafe, especially at night. There were numerous signs of neglect in the neighborhood, and I did not feel secure walking around, which greatly affected my overall comfort during the stay. Excellent location. The beach is steps away. The pool area was okay as well. Bring your own beach towel.

We stayed at Hollywood Beach Hotel in November.. The place is rundown I found hair and fake nail on the ground in the kitchen The paint is peeling off of the tile on the walls in the bathroom the interior doors in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable, and the location was good.

We were evacuated from the tampa bay area due 2 hurricane Milton. The room was not as advertised and also had mold and we also had a family emercency and had to leave. We were there all of 5 minutes and were refused a refund. We were told no exceptions

The property was not in good shape at all. Our room was terrible. It was very dirty, towels had black dirt and hair on it. There were cracks in the walls, doors were black, toilet and shower backed up on is two times. We will never stay at that property again. Not recommend for anyone

Went during July 4th, they charge for parking but are not able to secure it. after driving around for almost an hour in circles to the supposed available spots we ended up paying $30 at a parking garage, Called the front desk and they assured me a refund, then at checkout claimed that they never said that and that they don't do refund. in additon the romms are falling apart, kitchen drawers hanging, bathroom covered in soap scum. Never staying here again.

Bad property conditions !

Thought this was gonna be a cheap and easy place to stay. The front desk staff are extremely stuck up and are not interested in customer service. Also note that there is zero public parking anywhere close so they charged almost the price of the room for parking. On the bright side it is very close to the water, and has very nice rooms for the price. Happy traveling!

The floor was super dirty as if it hadn't been mapped for weeks and the bed was super uncomfortable and the sheets didn't feel clean at all.

The shower was shooting water everywhere the bathroom sink was clogged and no one came to fix it

The staff was really rude and the room was dirty, bedsheets seemed to be reused. We found some hair in the bed. I would not refer any one my people to stay there.

My key didn't work 4 times. I barely got help. I was with my elderly Mom and asked for no stairs. I got stairs. Parking was mostly full, stressful and you have to pay to park. I found out then. I paid extra for a courtyard that was a mistake. It was loud, noisy, and people smoking weed. I had to deal with my neighbors tv and radio playing that was so loud every day, all day through the paper thin connecting door. The rooms were clean. The best part was being close to the ocean. However, really loud music was being played so it wasn't peaceful. They served continental breakfast. Not the healthiest choices. I would not recommend staying here. First amd only time staying there for me. Wish I could get a refund.

There is no security in this place, they steal from the rooms and from the parking cars.

No parking. Reserved 2 queen beds. They did not 2 beds available. Crappy old hotel room. 35 minutes to check in. Motel 6 would be a lot nicer. The bed was so bad couldn't sleep. Got up and left and drive home in middle of the night

Have to give 5 stars. Hotel is steps away from the sandy beach and Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Downtown Hollywood is about 10 minutes, Miami 40 minutes away by car. I recommend

When I went to check in, someone was checking out and crying about cockroaches (not Palmetto bugs) and explained she had to buy bleach and bug spray because the infestation was so bad. I asked to see the room which I had prepaid, before paying deposit/ resort fee - they refused to let me see the room. They went ahead and actually charged my card $100 deposit explicitly without my consent. The properties themselves are crumbling at the foundations and have unsafe sidewalks. The photos for the suite I reserved had text explaining there would be ocean views and a balcony, but somehow between Expedia and the hotel, this is false and misleading- they told me in person that my reservation had no balcony or view but was instead in a stagnant, crumbling courtyard. They wouldn’t show me the room before I completed check in, were exceptionally rude about the request after we both literally heard the same discussion about infestations. They refused to refund my prepayment and blamed EXPEDIA. I had to eat that cost and pay to stay somewhere else. other people checking in and hanging around the property were clearly on drugs. One returning (?) customer reminded them to not forget her plunger, so it sounds like there are plumbing issues Save yourself the hassle and for $20 more per night, go to a real hotel up the street

The rooms look NOTHING like the pictures. Don’t expect anything close to what the picture shows. The staff were very rude and the breakfast is pitiful. You have a variety of bread and some bananas for the breakfast. The surrounding area is nice, the only good side of this place is the closeness to the beach and other shops/dining. I wouldn’t waste your money here.

Tayler and Marya was so friendly we walked in late and they got us a nice room, very close to the beach and restaurants too
