Que dire de ce merveilleux hôtel ! Parfait en tout point! Quand on est arrivé, on a une belle surprise d upgrade de chambre ! Juste wow comme belle attention avec bouteille de vin inclus 💚 la suite était spacieuse avec vu partiel sur la mer ! Belle grande suite avec chambre à part, belle grande salle de bain et cuisine complète avec salon! On dirait un appartement! Le personnel est gentil et l ‘hôtel est face a la mer! Nous avions inclus aussi chaises et serviettes pour la plage! Le boaldwark est en face aussi ! Le roof top est génial pour se baigner ou manger ou prendre un verre. Tout pour passer des super bons moments ! Nombreux restaurants aux alentours que ce soit du côté du canal ou du boalwark! Je le conseille fortement je lui donne un 💯 et nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

This is a wonderful hotel with several amenities. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, close proximity to the beach, and spacious rooms with great views. Only 2 minor inconveniences. One was the shower pressure. It is weak to medium at best. The other was the parking, it is $50 / day and somewhat of a cramped garage. Also, what looks like a lap pool in the photos is actually a reflecting pool that is not for swimming. They do have a nice hot tub and pool area up on the roof next to a restaurant and bar.

I liked the hot tub and the pool and game room. The dishwasher didn't work. Had problems with the shower head. Couldn't get but a few Channels on the tv the engineer came to room to fix the TV but couldn't.

Great location to the boardwalk. Apartments are starting to look in need of repair. Swimming pool/bar area confusing. Large areas reserved constantly. No preference for guests staying in the hotel. Too many people not staying at the hotel using pool area

Very clean, well maintained property. Great location with the ocean, boardwalk, shops and restaurants in very close proximity. Will def be back again in the future.

Stay was good except for the last night where there was kids having a party in a room screaming until 1230 in the morning security came a few times, but it only seemed to quiet them down a little they can improve by making sure that doesn’t happen should be easy to spot when someone rents a room just to have a party.

If you want a place to stay near the boardwalk and don't expect great things, this place is that. Just stayed there with a friend and did not know there was a separate North and South tower, separated by a road. Also did not know there was a walkway on the 3rd floor connecting the two together until I looked up and saw it myself walking across the road outside the 2nd day. Also did not know you could get to the attached parking garage from inside the room side. Had to figure that out by asking an employee who happened to be in hall and he showed me to walk thru 3 doors to a different elevator to get to my car. Parking is by the hour but an overnight is about $46 per day, that needs to be paid with on an App on your phone or a kiosk on 1st floor in advance, not on exit. If u don't pay 1st u will get a $140 parking ticket. Place was not awful, but if did return to area would stay at the Margherita Hotel a few doors down. We ended up walking to every day for their restaurants, Spa, and seating. Also there seemed to be random carts in the Hallways blocking doorways or the elevator for some reason like ones cleaning rooms just didn't care that they did. Also, no room cleaning unless u request. Pool was on the 7th floor and was not bad. Asked person at front desk about water Taxi, they said check the website, they don't know. Did get a free bottle of Wine brought to the room after checkin from Expedia. Don't drink, so left it in the room. Overall, place was pleasant.

The rooftop pool, large rooms, and close access to the beach make this an incredible property at a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning soon.

I always enjoy my stay at Costa Hollywood. The rooms are usually nice, price is great, and the 2 bedroom suite accommodate my family. This time my room was a bit dated from the furniture, TVs, and overall aesthetics. The pool and pool bar was our main hang out spot other than the Beach Boardwalk which is just 1 block away.. The pool bar service, drinks, and food was excellent too. I will definitely recommend Costa Hollywood and look forward to booking my stay here again. Just make sure you are aware of resorts fees and the $100 per day incidental charge upon checking in. This is a big surprise for guests especially for those on a budget and you are thinking that everything is paid for.

The setting of the hotel is not conducive for older people. Parking and stairs are challenging. We went to go to the roof top bar. The music was so loud we decided not to stay and went somewhere else for a drink. Front desk staff were very nice!!

Well the room was large had 2 window balcony nice kitchen and bed was comstable also had good black out shades for sleeping would come back again so close to the beach too I would recommend for anybody they also have 2 and 3bedroom suites we had a king suite deluxe was nice and large

Costa is FIRE! The staff are incredibly friendly & helpful. Our apartment was beautiful & fully stocked. The property is very clean & full of fun. The rooftop pool, bar & restaurant are the icing on the cake. My husband & I had a blast & could not be more grateful for our amazing stay there. Huge shout out to Irena at the front desk. My family and I stayed at this hotel and we had a great time. The staff were friendly the 2 bedroom was updated and clean. The pool was nice and food was good. It is very convenient and you have easy access to the beach. It is very family friendly! We had a great experience.

Hi everyone! I highly recommend this resort. It was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The rooftop bar was absolutely stunning, and the pool and jacuzzi were amazing! The views were incredible, and the food was great. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to interact with throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience 10/10, highly recommend!

Awesome and clean

Setting is great! Rooms are old and have mirrors with pits in them, tables with scratches in them. Needs furniture upgrades and mirrors need to be looked at in the bathrooms.

I was very disappointed with the noise and marijuana smell coming from the connecting door from the room to my right as you faced my room- it was the entire stay- I did not mention this awful situation as I was afraid of retaliation - I believe having your staff be more present in the hallways would/could be helpful

Property is super close to the beach and easy to get in/out. Parking is $45 a day extra. They don't mention that in the booking profile. Front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is odd - you have to schedule 24 hours in advance, so recommend you request it upon check-in. I requested early day 2 for them to come day 3 and they never showed. Ugh. I requested extra towels and coffee, though, when I went to front desk to inquire when housekeeping would show and they said they found no request. The towels beat me back to the room!! Room is a well-appointed condo with kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc. Comfy bed. Couch is firm, but I think it folds out to a bed. Overall, a lovely stay!! P.S. the ice machine is super hard to find without detailed instructions.

We have been coming for 4 years and have a great time every time. Everything is so convenient - the beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, little kitchens in the rooms, balcony’s are a good size. We have always have a good view. It’s always very clean. The beds are comfy. Showers have good pressure and are clean.

Clean room, great staff, and a close walk to the beach. The rooftop pool has a really nice vibe, but it feels underutilized. Theme nights or rooftop events would make it even better. Overall, a great stay.

Excellent location right off the broadwalk with a very clean atmosphere, clean rooms and clean common areas. Lots to do right on the property including the rooftop pool which was clean and beautiful with excellent views of the bay and the ocean.

They gave me an upgrade instead of the studio. I got one bedroom, but I don’t think it had the view that I signed up for my ocean view was like 45° still straight on the furniture was beat up. I put my shirts in the dresser and then put it on the next day and it had an odd smell. They need to put lavender or something in those drawers so I just left everything out. Fridge was awesome. Balcony was OK next-door. Neighbors were not very nice. The beach had a lot of seaweed. All about being said we did enjoy ourselves found a good restaurant across the street. Found some friendly people on the beach, chitchatting enjoying the sun and the sand and the water.

I would stay here again for the right price.

The room was very nice. Close to boardwalk. The parking situation. I was aware we have to pay for parking but I wasn’t aware there is no consideration for hotel guests as the parking garage is open to the public. When we arrived there was no where to park and the staff did not seem to care. Told us to go down a few blocks and see if there was anything there. We ended up leaving a day early even though we paid for the night because it was such an inconvenience. If you go out for the day, again you have no guarantee you will get a spot when you come back. Ruined the experience.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Costa Hollywood so much we extended our stay for two more days! The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooftop was excellent and the rooms were top notch. We will definitely be regulars when we come back - which we do annually. One suggestion, if the rooftop opened and hour or two earlier for breakfast and stayed open to at least 10 if not 11, THAT would be awesome.

Water view is a side view of the water, there is another hotel in front of this one, room service has to be requested 24 hours in advance, the pool and hot tub are filthy, no one cleans them, and late check out will cost you another $75 none of which they state ahead of your stay here.

The staff was consistently unfriendly and unhelpful, making us feel more like an inconvenience than paying guests. For a property that advertises itself as a resort, it was shocking how many amenities required additional fees. Very little felt included, and the overall experience was no different from staying at an average hotel despite paying resort prices. Between the hidden costs, unfriendly staff, and constant extra charges, this was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I have had. I would not stay here again and would encourage future travelers to carefully review all fees before booking

I was given a room that was not cleaned and it was difficult to get into contact with any manager. The gym got the job done, nice that it’s so close to the beach & boardwalk.

The property was nice and in good proximity to the beach a block over was the best part. Service was good at the restaurant and the chicken wings were delicious. Just be sure you understand some of the units are privately owned and so they are not identical. The first night the compressor was not working in one of the bedrooms and I sweated until the next morning. This room was bare bones no decor. They did have someone else come check but could not be fixed. I moved from a 2x2 to a 2x1 for the night because that was all they had available. The 2x1 smelled great had beautiful decor and if I was not sharing a bathroom we would have stayed there. The following day around 3pm we moved to the 3rd room which was a 2x2. The resort tried to accommodate as it was pretty full for the week and we might stay again but will look at other properties in the area first. All in all it was a good trip for my family with everything in walking distance.

I love this hotel. The ocean view from the balcony on the 6th floor was amazing!! The rooms are always clean and it helps that there's a kitchen with a stove and oven.Paola is always so amazingly pleasant!! Cedenier is also very helpful and nice. Elena was much more pleasant since Mother's day.Michelle is very sarcastic when asked a question. Last but not least Mari is pure sunshine as soon as I walked in she greeted me with a smile and great energy! What a Great way, to end my stay!!

Yes, they need to put new carpet and repaint throughout the hallways. They should put music playing make it inviting plants, pictures, and mirrors on the walls.

The Security guard at the pool was rude to all the patrons. They don't allow us to drink by the pool or jacuzzi, even if it's in plastic containers. The Argentinian security guard was beyond disrespectful! He treated us all as we were criminals. The rule is stupid. People pay a lot of money to stay at a resort to relax and drink by the water. He threatened to close the jacuzzi and made our stay a horrible experience. We will not

I will say that Irene the property manager saved some of my vacation as her staff was the absolutely rude and by far the worst experience at an beachfront resort. Irene did jump in to rectify the situation immediately and I appreciate her for that and her quick resolution. If you plan on visiting make sure you deal with Irene directly or if you experience any issues while at the resort she will have it resolved for you and for that will be my only reason that I will book a stay here again. Irene you represent the resort with superior service and made my experience that much more enjoyable.

The hotel staff were all extremely helpful. The pool and rooftop club amenities were great and the beach is right at the end of the block. Great view and tiki hut beach staff were also very helpful. Always can find a chair and an umbrella if needed. Nice cabanas too if you want one. And, you can always find music and good food in walking distance on the boardwalk and nearby.

When we arrived we were told to move our vehicle across the street to the parking garage and could not get luggage out first. Absolutely no help with getting luggage to the reception desk, no signs on what elevator to take, an absolute cluster. The couch in the room was worn/torn, s stain on the comforter in the bedroom. Shower very grungy. In the stairwell they have the floor number written on the wall with a marker that looks like a 1st grader wrote. I didn't use any amenities and didn't even use the shower and left the next morning.

Also, parking is in a public parking and it is so expensive.

The service was amazing. We got a complentary bottle of champagne and a room upgrade. The gym and pool were such a nice addition. Having beach chairs and access to coolers and floats was so nice while being on the beach !

Great place to relax and enjoy with family.

The only recommendation is for the Sargassum seaweed to be cleaned off the beach daily. It was piled up quite a bit. Not sure if the hotel would do that or the city of Hollywood, FL.

We arrived before check in and were able to enjoy the beach. The staff were super helpful and there are plenty of restaurants and shops to check out. Very family friendly. I want to come back. However I didn’t like that the room was conjoined.

Had so much fun and would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a central location on Hollywood Beach. Straight access to the beach with chairs and umbrellas with hotel credit on chairs. Beach towels provided as well! Great vacation...highly recommend!

Pool itself was great! The walkway around it not so much. I watched numerous people slip and almost fall. I believe the staff is too worried about who has a cup by the pool and not enough focus on how dangerous the tile on the ground is. Rooms are nice. But their is no room service or maid service unless you request it 24 hours ahead of time.

Me and my husband enjoyed this hotel . We love the roof top pool and bar and the overall staff was amazing !!!!

We have stayed at this property three previous times. No time was perfect, but we liked the overall stay, so we would come back This time there were so many things not to par. For a boutique hotel, u don’t expect full-service. But when u pay for the upgrade rooms, you expect service and amenities to match the upgrade price and experience.

Our stay at the Costa Hollywood Condos has been good for the exception of the daily housekeeping which was done every 2nd day , then as per our request we asked for every day but then went back and forth not in a stable way. Some days , the housekeeping was done and some we not. Most importantly , the microwave was totally disgusting , rusted like 200% walls and interior were ripping off with rust and dirt, This was not acceptable. We asked for another , they didnt have. Staff was good but at times had language issues because the housekeeping staff spoke only Mexican. There was no kitchen towel of any kind to dry the dishes, glasses were missing, and no instruction to the TV as to which channel was what. The furniture especially the couch needs more upgrade, pillows falling and leather was ripped. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, location is amazing and room is very spacious. It is a place to return although the mishaps we had.

This is a beautiful hotel, it was very clean. For the most part staff was friendly. My only complaint is the tv isn’t a smart tv so no Netflix and no c charger long ports on the lamps. Other than it was perfect. The beach is just a 1 minute walk. You get a couple free chairs for the beach, free towels and the have bikes. I’ll stay here again in the future.

Staff is terrible! Fire intercoms coming on while sleeping. They have fire inspections during your stay and not warned before checking in or booking. It was a staycation for my birthday and it was totally ruined.

Front desk Staff treated Black people different. All they asked me, your name deposit and that's it. I didn't know anything about the hotel or the resort and the rooftop pools.. I dont even know if there's any WI-FI. Staff give me a key for room that doesn't have the hotel name on it. Otherwise the hotel is wonderful nice and clean. I love it..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Be careful in the parking garage though. They told us all about weekly rates and paying in the app, but did not mention that even though level 3 looks a lot like level 2, there are subtle little signs in level 3 spaces that say you're gonna get towed.

The property was very clean and located steps from the beach. Staff was very nice and room was ready early. Not happy about the parking charge of $40 a day with NO discount for hotel stays when parking garage is located in one of the two buildings that rooms were above, seemed very deceptive. Besides the parking charges I the place was awesome

We enjoyed our stay. It is very well located in the middle of the boardwalk. The first day we walked to the Grocery store at 2 miles from there. We had food for the week and it was very convenient. We Alper really well and we will certainly be back.

The amenities were weird. Had to go to a different building to get towels for the pool, but no one told us. We asked staff twice and both said they didn't know where to get towels. Stayed two nights and no one refreshed towels, coffee etc. in the room. Zero service at the rooftop pool and bar. Clean, and it was a large room. Would have been fine for half the price, but a disappointment at $300/ night.

Close to the beach, great pool

They upgraded our room, which was nice because we had a living room, dining room and full kitchen. In terms of cleanliness it was ok, not great. The AC would work on and off, so that was a problem. To find our room we had to go to so many doors (some of them broken). The location is nice because you’re very close to the beach, they provide towels and 2 beach chairs per day (you have to pay $20/day to get an umbrella). The bar drinks are overpriced for the serving (like the vast majority of the prices in the area). Also, it is a bit disappointing that the pool closes at 8pm. Overall, it is an ok hotel. It gets the job done.

The room was spacious and perfect if you were coming with a group or family because it's large and reasonable. The hotel itself is not on the beach. You only get towels for the beach and pool for the number of people you are. There is no resort feel whatsoever, so I don't believe the resort fees are valid. You can't have a drink by the pool or you will be told to put it on a table. The staff at the pool did not help anyone put their umbrellas up. My fiance literally must have put up 20 the one day because if you asked someone, they would say 'just pull the arms up.' There are no cleaning services unless you request them. The gym is across the street, barely has any equipment and if very hot, with hot water in the water cooler. There are no towels except paper towels, and you can't even clean the equipment. We will not stay here again, especially when there are much nicer properties on the beach nearby.

It was a peaceful stay and i could not complain. There is a sweet breakfast spit across the street and they are so hostiable and cost friendly. The beach is 3 mins walk with addtiobal reststusnts on the board walk which makes it more enticing. The terrace few was everything on once sode you can get a full view of the beach nad the other the marina.

The only negative point was that we had a late checkout, and it seems that it was not communicated to the staff. As a result, 4 different people came to ask us about it, and we had to repeat the same thing every time. Otherwise, I would recommend the hotel !

Para mí fue la peor experiencia vivida fui por el cumpleaños de mi niño y el día de las madres llegando tuve mucho problema para parquear ya q el parqueo es abierta al público la habitación sucia todas las paredes sucias el aire no enfriaba los muebles sucios , la piscina pequeña llena de personas la seguridad llamándole la atención a todas la personas constantemente que ya aquello se sentía como acoso y pra finalizar cuando me llega la cuenta final a los tres días me había puesto un cargo de 81 dólares por equivocación mi reserva era hasta el lunes y me fui el domingo no soporte . Que puedo decir Jamassss!!! Regreso

Hotel was nice. Roof pool was really nice. I went down to tell them my room phone wasn’t working. They sent someone up and he also went down to tell them it didn’t work. The lady at the desk asked me if I really needed it.. I would have 100% used room service to order stuff. I wasn’t fond of that but not the biggest problem to have. Also the remote didn’t work but they fixed that. I think the staff should check everything when someone checks out to make sure everything is operational for the next customer.

Our stay at Costa Hollywood Beach Resort exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. We stayed at the hotel from May 3rd, 2026 to May 14th, 2026, and every part of our experience was wonderful. From the very first interaction, the customer service was exceptional. Any questions I had before arriving were answered promptly through email, which immediately gave me confidence in choosing this hotel. We had requested a specific type of room, and not only were our requests accommodated, but they truly exceeded our expectations. We also had a late check-in, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally, making our arrival completely stress-free. The room itself was extremely clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The entire hotel is spotless and very well managed. You can tell the staff takes great pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. We stayed on the south side on the sixth floor just below the pool area, and the location was perfect. The room had a sleek, modern feel — perhaps adding another piece of artwork or décor could make it feel a little cozier — but overall it was very comfortable, relaxing, and immaculate. What truly made this stay stand out was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was kind, attentive, and eager to help — from the front desk staff to the people handing out towels. Everyone consistently went above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and cared for. We will be back!

Best sleep ever. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The views from the rooftop pool are beautiful, with the ocean on one side and the bay on the other. Definitely get a room with a balcony! We had breakfast on ours every morning. We took full advantage of the workout facilities too, which was pretty decent for a hotel! The Sunset Bar on the rooftop was one of the best places to eat on the Broadwalk, for us!

Room.was clean but it doesnt get cleaned unless requested. Recommend asking at front desk.during check.in for a refresh on day 2 or 3. Beds very comfortable, room was spacious and updated. Staff do not speak English fluently, so use Google translate if need be. Bring some washing machine detergent and sheets from home saves purchasing as its expensive on site for longer stays. Resort fees are not added on your bill until the end so be prepared for that in addition to cost of hotel, resort fees are not optional. Great proximity to beach (lifeguarded) which was nice, great location. Great experience. *tip in cash is preferred at the beach. **** eating on boardwalk, expect 20% service fees auto included on most restaurant bills and this is not the tip.

great welcoming, environment is family oriented yet fun and vibrant! I have stayed in a few hotels in the hollywood beach area ocean views and by far this is my new favorite!! food at the rooftop is delicious, bar atmosphere is very pleasant. I had my family visit me for mothers day weekend and we had a great time! they have rules as no drinks inside the pool and adhere to them firmly but allowed on pool deck obviously , the staff at bar and around pool very attentive to everyone s needs. It felt like being on a caribbean vacation and i actually live only 20 minutes away from the hotel but did not want to go home! my hotel room or apartment was absolutely gorgeous with hugeeee balcony!

We love this hotel. This is our 3rd time staying. Amenities are wonderful. But the parking situation needs to be improved . Parking is very expensive because of the fact that needs to be paid by hour.

I have stayed at this property over seven times. The rooms are always clean and I love the balcony with ocean view from my one bedroom King suite!! I had the pleasure of meeting Kazzy at check in and she was very nice and helpful! I experienced one issue this time around with a young man trying to enter my room claiming he thought it was Rm.205 instead of Rm.305 I reported it to Kazzy and she assured me she would make a note in the system, but that didn't make me feel any safer. I also asked for late check out and it was rudely denied by Elena. I'm really considering not ever going back to what I call my Hidden Gem, based on this last experience.

Upscale and very clean property great amenities rooms are clean and very nice views and great balconies. Heated pool is phenomenal and new chairs help freshen up the poolside experience. Only negative is the parking is no longer valet and I was very concerned as a resident I would not have parking Saturday night when we returned

The roomas are clean and modern but the hallway needs to be cleaned as rug looked dirty and smelled. Also the dorrs need to be wiped down and paintes. The Reception area needs to be more modern. Ne or two reception were not too friendly. Also be aware if the piblic parking issue qhich the hotel is not responsibke for and is quite expensive if you have a car.

We just spent 4 nights here. Check in was great, very friendly and welcoming. We got there before noon so our room wasn't ready, They said they would call when it was ready and gave us a key to access the pool, chairs for the beach, and towels. They also took all our luggage and stored it for us since we were returning our rental car, (You don't really need a car if your staying there). The room was way bigger than we thought with a full kitchen, oven. stove and full refrigerator and freezer. We booked the king with balcony. The Balcony was not a great view. basically facing another building but we still enjoyed it. The roof top pool and hot tub is awesome. We especially like every time you come and went there is usually someone to greet you and get the door. The only thing my wife said was the bathroom was a little dark for getting ready and putting on make up. (Diva) Location is great so many restaurants and bars to walk to even though you pay beach prices great selection. will definitely come back! The staff was very nice but for the cost it is not worth it. All you could see out the balcony was a big palm tree. One of the chairs outside had a broken armrest and it looked like it had not cleaned. You could not see the water from the balcony. The room had super old dated furniture that was scratched and was made of cheap Pressed board that was falling apart, the curtains were nasty dirty at the bottom. Way overpriced for what you get.

Beach view was great and the people watching from above was very comedic at times. There is a store and a coffee shop on-site that caters to the hotel guests.

The amenities were great as well. Laundry facilities were easy to find and never busy, and we made good use of the bikes and beach chairs—such a nice added touch. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and we never had trouble finding chairs. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay. A special thank you to Jennifer in the towel room and Diana, who ran the kids’ activities—she made a big impression on our boys. They especially loved the movie nights with popcorn and always looked forward to the cotton candy. The ability to borrow toys from the towel room was another thoughtful feature our kids really enjoyed. The only downside to our stay was being charged for a towel, sheet, and pillow due to an accidental nosebleed from our 5-year-old. We reached out after our 10-night stay to ask if this could be reconsidered, but unfortunately did not receive a response. The pricing for these items also felt quite excessive, which was disappointing given the circumstances and the length of our stay. That said, we truly enjoyed our time and would consider returning, but hope the hotel reviews how situations like this are handled.

We used a white noise app so a suggestion would be putting white noise machines in the units to eliminate the noise.

All good except sofa bed wasn’t usable. Mattress was sunken and had a bar in your back.

Really disappointed with our stay here. Room's furnished with Ikea and not in great condition. Loud AC units. Our fridge wasn't working, so it froze all of our produce on day one. Cleaning is only on request with 24 hours advance notice.All of the pictures show a balcony, but very few rooms have one and we didn't get one. Pool area is nice but overall, this is a three star at best. Area is pretty rundown and restaurants aren't great in the area either we won't come back.

Overall a very wonderful resort hotel! Experienced a few little hiccups. Nothing that interfered with a truly pleasant stay. Worth mentioning….. the pool water was VERY warm. Just didn’t feel very “refreshing”.

I could not have asked for a better stay! Costa Hollywood is beyond a beautiful resort in such a great area. The Broadwalk is right there, with plenty of great food options. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Housecleaning came and reset our room for us mid-stay and the room was also clean when we arrived. The couch had some wear on it, but we didn’t use it much and it did not take away from how wonderful our experience was. Our room was upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom without us asking, which was so kind! Mari and Jennifer were fantastic. The pool was clean and heated, and it was the best part of our stay. I would 100% stay at Costa Hollywood again.

Beautiful property, really enjoyed the rooftop pool and hot tub area and the staff was amazing as well! Just as a side note for other future customers, the water front view is of the lagoon and not the beach. (We had assumed that our balcony would face the beach area) Also the loungers are complimentary on the beach but the umbrellas are an additional $20 which was not stated on their listing. (Appears to be run by a third party company) When we went to the beach we asked the attendant for an umbrella and said that we would pay the extra $20. He did not seem too keen and never did come back with our umbrella so we did not end up staying at the beach very long which was a bit disappointing as this is partly why we booked this property.

Love the luguage storing and access to pool after checkout. This was a game changer that make me wanting to come back!

(No one in the hotel could tell us what the hourly charge was for the garage - we didn't need overnight parking.) Facilities - room was very clean but sterile and unattractive (ditto for the hallways). To access the lobby from street level, there is a flight of about 12 steps to carry luggage up - and no hotel employee to help carry them.

Ocean view is not direct....if you stand on your balcony and look past other guests and their balcony you may see it. Towels were frayed at edges....when they are like this at home I start using them to wipe off the dog. Comp bottle of cheap red wine, but don't drink the water in the fridge....it goes with the mini bar items on the other side of the room and you will be charged. No valet parking, just guys rushing you to move your car before you can unload. Parking $50 for 24 hours.

The suite itself was nice, clean and updated but the couch was very worn and not comfortable. The kitchen was ill equipped and lacked basic things one would need. All in all the suite was clean and we had a good time. Some attention to detail could make this a very noce property. We would return if the price was right.

This place was dirty. Our pillows and mattress were stained and the carpet was dirty. And then right at the end of our stay when we were leaving all our room keys stopped working and I kid you not they could not help us get a key. They had to let us in. They just could not get our room key to work for us so like I said we had to be let in by some guy downstairs. I’ve never seen or heard of this in my life. Nonetheless I will never ever stay here again. I do not recommend and I did forget that the hallways to the room smelled like dog and our sofa in the room was lobsided and all scratched up! Ugh thank god that trip was over!

The room was great! With lots of space, very clean and modern, bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is the shower only had hot water, no cold water to cool it down at all. It was very hot, but luckily tolerable. Everything else was excellent.

Having the beach just a few steps from the room was amazing. We spent most of our time there and walking the broad walk. The bed was too soft and the pillows were not that great. But the good definitely outweighed the bad. I would definitely stay again if we come back to Hollywood. Great place.

We waited for the room to be cleaned. We just wanted to relax at this point. Ohh and if you want your room to be cleaned daily you have to call the front desk. If you don’t you won’t have your room cleaned. You have to call the day of for new fresh towels that smelled so bad. Overall we were not happy with the “resort” itself. Definitely will not be staying there again. Oh and the beach towels had stains and another smell to them.

Some quirky requirements, $20 a day for an umbrella at the beach but the chairs, two per day was part of the daily resort fee. Towels, limited access and only when you left your card so it makes it inconvenient for returning or to be dropped off in your room or any other place in the hotel or at the checking hut on the beach. The sunset rooftop, nice little appetizers, the drinks were not great, Not a bad little start for happy hour, but could not recommend for a nice dinner. The hostess was a definite, major, turn off. I can only assume she’s a relationship to somebody because definitely turned us away from going back to sunset. Overall, not a bad place to stay, but you’re not using it as a resort and you really need to plan on just sleeping there.

The room wasn’t very clean when we arrived — the bed sheets were full of sand, which is unacceptable, especially at a beach resort. We were also given very few towels, and there was no maid service throughout our stay, which made it even more inconvenient. We specifically booked an “ocean view” room with a balcony, but the view mostly overlooked a parking lot. You could barely see the ocean, which felt misleading compared to how it was advertised. To top it off, the staff came across as lowkey rude and not very welcoming. Overall, the location is nice, but the cleanliness, service, and accuracy of the room description need serious improvement

We were in the area and did not know where to park. I called the hotel and the customer service representative just replied , “In the front of the hotel” and rudely hung up! When initially checking in, they told us we would be in the South Building which is a distance from where the pool is located in an entire different building. My husband is handicapped and I asked to be located in the North Building due to an issue with his ability to walk. The desk clerk said there is nothing available so we were forced to take unacceptable accommodations. Once in the room, the safe needed replaced due to not functioning properly as well as the iron board. We found out that there was no restaurant on the property because the floors were being repaired. With my husband’s disability, we were forced to walk to a restaurant along the beach and the food was terrible! The staff in general was not at all accommodating to our needs based on our situation. I would not recommend this hotel as an option in the Hollywood, Fl area!

It was OK. The service wasn’t that great, our check-in and checkout, was inconvenienced and wrong each time as our key cards didn’t work or they gave us the wrong room when someone was inside of it. Rooms aren’t 100% clean but for the most part they’re OK, there was a lot of dirt on the floor and my headboard had weird stains on it. Very great location right by the beach, pool and hot tub were great, but when we stayed the sunset rooftop lounge had no food for four days.

On top of the room rate, I was charged a 45‑dollar resort fee that supposedly covered a towel and a chair by the pool, even though I had clearly said I did not plan to use the resort facilities. I was also charged 45 dollars for valet parking; while I had chosen valet, the service itself was nothing special. The one positive was that the room was clean, but it also felt very empty and lacking in comfort, and there was no breakfast included in my rate. Overall, the stay did not match the way the room was presented at the time of booking, and I left feeling disappointed and that the value for money was poor.

First of all I would like to say I had zero complaints. My room was clean and actually the heating ventilation and air conditioning system worked good you didn't have to worry about being in a tropical forest we're dripping was coming down. The pool was very good. Rooftop Bar and Grill was amazing. When I called up the front desk they actually answered with my name valet was perfect. I would stay there again which I have.

Room was good, hotel location was great, where this hotel lacked and lacked severely is customer service. With two separate buildings, it is a bit difficult to navigate and checking in at night, when it was dark, made navigating a bit difficult. The front desk check in was very cold and not at all friendly or welcoming. They did not offer to help getting bags to room. My daughter and her family were coming the following day and had hired a service to bring baby equipment such as pack and play for the children. Since she would be arriving after midnight, I asked if I could get the beds set up in her room ahead of her arrival, front desk said no. I offered to put her check in on my card, front desk said no, I asked if the delivery service could at least put the equipment in her room so that it would be there when they arrived late at night, front desk said no. They were totally unaccomodating for this situation. The following morning we received a note under the door that the pool would be closed for the remainder of our 5 night stay. No compensation for that issue at all. We made a reservation for dinner at the rooftop restaurant and received a phone call 15 minutes before our reservation letting us know they were closing the restaurant early and our reservation was cancelled. I would not stay here again due to the horrible customer service.

Poor reception, undisclosed extra charges, housekeeping only one day (not usual for this hotel) and only left a few, but not enough clean towels, other guests let children scream and play in hallways totally disturbing other guests, restaurant on top floor in open deck with cold and windy stay made it unusable, no receipt upon check-out or none emailed. Way too expensive for a less than mediocre hotel.

We loved this property. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Location was great. Hotel was very clean. My I my complaint was how thin the walls were between rooms. We could hear everything from the room next door.

The room was ok. The staff was not very helpful as what there was to done at by. The weather was cold and was not beach weather as we had planned for our vacation. I found the staff not very helpful with suggestions as other options that were available. I had an issue with the washer in the unit and front desk did not answer their phone.

The Expedia travel package portrayed an oceanfront room, which it was not. We asked for housekeeping since it was listed as daily, but they literally dumped off sheets for us to change our beds ourselves. Paying $270 a night plus the mandatory $44 valet parking fee per day, because NO parking is available anywhere, is absurd. Buyer beware.

The room was fabulous. Lots of space, wrap around balcony, ocean view, comfortable bed and high quality bedding. Staff was friendly and any requests for our room were filled immediately. Close to good restaurants. And the boardwalk had lots of food, drinks and shops. The only issue I had was the additional resort fees, which were not disclosed when I booked the room, and was made aware of only at check-in. I feel that is deceptive and should be noted in the resort description when you book the room.

2) there was a leak in my suite - they sent security to check - security is not maintenance and could do nothing. The next day 2 guys from maintenance came and had no idea how to stop the water from coming in. After 2 days, I finally got to change the room that was not leaking. The morning clerk at check in is Irinia - she was VERY helpful.

No one came to clean our room for three days. We had to go to the front desk for towels and bathroom tissue. The staff was not friendly and welcoming. And you will be forced to pay $45 daily for parking your car on property. I will not recommend this hotel. And I will never come back to it.

The check in process was not smooth. We waited for our room for hours and kept getting told we would get a call. Finally, after visiting the desk 4 times, they gave us a room. When we arrived in our room there was a man in there! He acted odd and rushed out! He never identified himself. I went downstairs to the front and asked about him being in our room and the girl did not give me an answer and just said it was probably a worker? He did not look like a worker! The hallways were dirty and the units are very stark and no pictures on the walls. The appliances were out of order. We were not impressed at all!

The hotel was magnificent; we loved everything for the price we paid. We only stayed for one night because we were moving from one place to another and needed a hotel just for that night. Everything was great. The staff was wonderful—Irina at the front desk was especially helpful. She told us about everything available at the hotel and made our stay as comfortable as possible in every way, she kindly gave us a lot of tips about how to use all the amenities and have a great stay. We were able to check in a bit early and check out a bit later the next day, spending some extra time at the pool and leave in the evening as even after check out we could use all hotel’s amenities. Everything was very clean, with a beautiful view, and it was very close to the beach for evening or morning walks or jogs. Everything was super convenient. There were plenty of healthy dining options around and bars if you were looking for that. The beach was fantastic, the room was clean, and it had all the utensils you might need if you wanted to use the kitchen or cook for yourself.

My only complaint is if you have a baby and a baby stroller there’s no ramp you have to either carrry the baby and stroller up the stairs or go across by the parking garage catch the elevator to the 3rd floor walk across the walkway catch the elevator down to the front desk or to your room which sucks

First time there with my mom n dogs and my husband. We celebrated at Maragaritville with other family. Hotel staff were wonderful when I check in gave me upgrade beautiful view. One thing need extra blankets in the room temperature outside was cold. Other then we love it eveyone was great.

Towels were always available in the morning, though they sometimes ran out in the afternoon. Housekeeping is provided upon request and needs to be scheduled a day in advance. The pool is on the rooftop. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and would return.

Weird hotel layout, noisy neighborhood, crowded beach. Main service issue was that our keycards were repeatedly deactivated the morning of checkout, starting at 9am, despite our 1pm late checkout. We had to trek to the front desk THREE times that morning to get cards reactivated. Also, no one told cleaning staff we had a late checkout, so they nagged us to leave repeatedly. And our dishwasher was broken. Not great value for $700 per night.

The only things that I was disappointed about was the lack of a ramp to get to the front seat. You have to carry your bags up the stairs alone. Entering else was just minor things. The living furniture was a bit worn. No fire extinguisher where they said it should be.

Rooms were decent. Didnt expect no Roku TV’s after spending 400$+ on rooms. I was staying in room 202 on the 24th and requested new towels… the staff opened the door and threw them on the floor. That was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I spent over 3 thousand dollars staying in this hotel over 5 days. I’d expect nothing but luxury. I will not be staying in this hotel again.

This experience was unacceptable, especially while traveling with 4 kids. After checking in after the 4 PM check-in time, we entered the rm and unexpectedly found another woman inside, who told us to wait 5 min. With 4 kids and significant luggage, this was not reasonable. When asked, she said the TV in one rm didn’t work. We explained this was not a major issue and gave permission for maintenance to fix it while we were present. She agreed. Shortly after, security arrived and ordered us out, stating guests could not be in the room during maintenance. This resulted in my 2 youngest kids (1 and 4) being forced out mid-shower. We were told to wait in the lobby with all of our belongings, with no empathy or apology. We had to strongly advocate to be reassigned another rm instead of waiting again. The new rm was in a different building, requiring us to repack and move 4 children and all luggage. We had to call multiple times for a crib. When I contacted the front desk, I was told they had no authority to help and that no manager was available. I was promised the manager’s email, which was never provided. Hotels.com attempted to contact the hotel for 2–3 days with no response. The replacement rm also had a serious safety issue: the door would not lock and could be pushed open from outside. Maintenance fixed it, but the lack of urgency or concern was alarming. At checkout, staff remained dismissive and no follow-up, apology, or compensation has been provided.

Everything was excellent

We had bugs on the counters and we immediately turned around and left. We received no apologies. We called Travelocity and they hung up and then sent us to voice mail when we called back. So now I will need to challenge all the charges after the hotel said we would not be charged. Travelocity has charged us as well.

These hotel overcharges what you pay in Expedia to $45 extra per day due to undisclosed hotel fees. The manager is not onsite and the front desk personnel is disrespectful and rude so you are hopeless if you want to appeal these extra charges. I paid for front ocean view and I got partial view. The hotel was 70% vacant. No excuses for this hotel to accommodate us better.

Room great check in great. Had to check out at 330am. Needed valet. Finally went to front desy. Clerk asleep said valet would come to room in 10 minutes. He gave valet wrong room number needless to say we made several trip up and down to bring our stuff with 2 babies in tow. Other than that was fine

The hotel was great with a great pool and bar on the roof. The only drawback was my wife left her tablet in our car that we valeted and it was stolen. There only was response was to file a police report which would have delayed our departure by hours.

This property is listed as a hotel, but it does not operate like one in any meaningful way. From the start, there were unexpected extra charges layered on top of the booking, including so-called “resort” fees and a separate greeter fee. These were not clearly reflected in the original price and significantly increased the cost after booking. During my stay, I received an email outlining rules that are completely inconsistent with a hotel experience. For example: • Towels are only changed every 5 days and require a voucher system, with strict instructions not to leave them in the room. • Basic room supplies are only replenished after the 5th day of a reservation. • Guests are expected to take their own trash to disposal rooms on each floor using their key card. This is not how hotels operate. These are procedures more consistent with a shared or extended-stay accommodation, not a hotel advertised with standard amenities. The room itself was also subpar. The towel rack was ripped off the wall, only one roll of toilet paper was provided, and there was no bottled water or basic hospitality items typically expected at a hotel. While these may seem like minor issues individually, they matter when a property is charging hotel-level prices and presenting itself as such. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, restrictive, and misleading. This property should not be allowed to list itself as a hotel on Expedia

The room was a great size, however the furniture, sheets and towels need to be updated. The resort could use staff to ensure people’s needs are met. The elevator was broken and they did not make guests aware of it or offer any assistance getting luggage down the stairways. The front desk staff had inconsistent answers for many things. When we asked about a late checkout the night before we were told it was dependent on availability and to come back in the morning. The next day the front desk told us it was not something they did. When we told them about what we were told the night before, she told us ok for 100 or maybe 150 dollars extra. The hotel resort fee seems to not really cover anything as you have to pay for chairs on the beach. We had a 3 bedroom place and it only included 2 chairs. Then we were told - ok 4 chairs. It felt frustrating to get different answers from staff members. The chair my husband was sitting on by the pool broke and he fell. The resort did offer to refund our extra person fee to amend that situation which was appreciated.

I have revered a 3 bedroom suite , 5000$ for one week As soon as we pull inn , the valet guy who was so so so rude started screaming at us , saying this van is huge it’s huge ( ford transit ) it’s gonna cost u 100$ At night , screaming at me , while we are all in the car I said sorry I can’t pay u 100$ a day for a valet I will check inn , and go across the street , and park there for 23$ a day , he got so mad , I went to complain about him at front desk , they said sorry, we can’t help We check in , go inside , the floor is all scratched up shower head not working , no hight pressure coming out them , handles are broken , I go to complain , it’s a condo / slash hotel , - it’s like time share , no cares about anything , i love my Spanish community, but it’s too much , when no one speaks English at hotel , all the staff speak Spanish , I have to use my phone to translate, it’s too much , and not worth it .

Beach view was nice. Have to rent the umbrella on the beach. Hotel and pool were really nice and easy walk to beach. Lots of restaurants walking distance. The staff never cleaned (or offered to clean) the room or refresh towels.

Spacious room with comfortable beds and generous concessions, including beach service. Rooftop pool and bar/restaurant. Every team member was incredibly kind and attentive.

When we arrived we were told that our room was upgraded to one bedroom. We were tired and didn’t pay attention immediately that this upgrade meant the windows and balcony faced the well between the walls and other rooms without even a glimpse of the sea or even a street. Besides, we even could not open the windows or use the balcony because the hotel air conditioning installation was working right in our faces. We also were unpleasantly surprised that although we paid for the beach amenities, an additional fee was taken for the beach umbrella.

There appears to also be some electrical issues running the stove, or washing machine or dishwasher. I think there is a short because when the washing machine was running at the same time as the oven the washing machine reset. As did the oven. Other than that everything was good. But I put 4 stars as these issues are concerning and also annoying to deal with on vacation.

The room was very large and spotless. The check in proceeded to tell me that check in was at 4 pm, when I arrived at 7:30 pm, was just a waste of a speech. But otherwise smooth. Hotel is huge, you have to pay for valet, and go across the street to another building for your room. I thought I was getting a beachfront room with a balcony, but I got the intercoastal. Still a beautiful room.

Minute walk to the beach what more could you ask for... While Costa has a roof top pool, jaccuzi and lap pool. They have a gym. Many resturants within a 10 minute walk... Cristian and I stayed 5 nights here, we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. We booked a a room with a King bed, the mattress is super soft, beware of this if you have back issues. Rooms have a galley kitchen... sink mini frig, coffee maker( the coffee is free , everything on the tray in the room has a cost) there are 2 mini marts a minute walk. Joe's Market across the street is the better of the two. Giorgio's Bakery & Bistro also across the street is a great food option good portions decent prices for breakfast/lunch/dinner... Costa has a small resort fee, which gives you free beach/pool towels, use of a lounge at the beach ( just check in with the attendant on the beach he is pleasant, will set you up). If I had to complain about anything that would be the rooms are not sound proof, you can hear those in ajoining rooms, people walking in the halls, late at night we could here some noise from the road ( our room was 3rd floor near the to the main road. This was our first travel since in 3 years other than 2 night in NYC, our stay at Costa Hollywood Beach Resort was well worth it.

Accommodation fantastic and bed wonderfully comfortable. Unfortunately our paid deposit through Expedia was not reflected on our account and we have to sort out on our return home from our cruise later this month. Hotel promised to investigate and advised could take more than a week to sort.

I visit south Florida a few times a year. This is my 2nd stay and only because I forgot just how much I didn’t like my initial stay. Don’t be fooled by a low price. They have so many extra fees $44-$55 for parking + hotel fee $45 + $100 hold + whatever Expedia quotes. Location is great. Rooms are solid but miss the mark on so many levels. Personally I would not return.

We booked a waterfront view. In the picture it showed the ocean. We got the canal. We were very disappointed especially for paying over 400 for the room. The person checking us in said they were booked so obviously they gave our room to someone else. Very disappointed.

Room was sub par. Suppose to be an efficiency but did not have the basics such as a toaster, kettle, sharp knife bowls etc. We like to have breakfast and lunch in our condo but it wasnt equipped. The bedding was terrible. The cheets didn't fit the bed properly and out of 6 pillows there wasn't one that was decent. The two patio doors were filthy. I don't usually complain but the room seemed very tired for the money you pay.

Staff was able to get us in earlier than our check in time which we appreciated a lot. Had an excellent view from the room. The vibes were positive all the time.

They did not give me my room # and they lost my towel card until the last day it magically reappeared. At least there was a room available a couple hours earlier than check in time for me and at least I they are free beach chairs at the beach. There was no black out curtains though, so if that’s something you want, this place may not be for you.

Also, room wasn’t as good as in the past (different room than last time). This one wasn’t in as good condition as the last time - water pressure was very weak, and some of the furniture was very worn.

I enjoyed the hotel's location, roof top pool, access to the boardwalk, 24 car valet, and cleanliness...there is a lot of construction in the area so there is a lot of noise...Overall, great stay!

Make sure you have enough money and a high limit credit card when you come to this place! 😂Blood on the curtains, stopped up toilet, nickel and dimed for every single thing, it was very expensive, parking at $44/night, they had an $1100 incidental fee put on hold for my room for the length of my stay, parts of the building lacked air conditioning, and drop ceiling was missing in the hallway, and was a health and safety hazard in my opinion. The TVs look like computer monitor screens and were so small. There was blood on the tub handle in the next room when we moved from the last, terrible housekeepers. We shouldn't have to ask a day in advance for service, as much money as I paid to be there. They didn't clean out the tub when we did ask for service, and there were lots of ants in the room. The microwave jammed on us and they needed to use a special tool to open the microwave to get the food out. They had to replace that microwave. So they brought up another one. Most of the staff was not friendly. Manager never called me to compensate me with all of these issues, and they never offered anything and did not receive a credit. All they did was try to force us out. They were less than accommodating, came to the room & charged me for the unreasonably priced snack bar and water in the fridge, before my agreed upon check out time. Front desk person lied and said they were booked when I asked to be compensated by receiving a complimentary stay for 1 day. Far from a 4 star hotel.😒

Beach view was nice but everything other than the two beach chairs were extra charge and the restrooms by the rooftop pool was beyond disgusting.

Hotel room was great, staff very friendly and very clean. Upstairs pool and bar was very nice. Definitely get the room with beach balcony it is a very large room way more than we was expecting. Beach crew was very nice also. Will definitely book again.

the are no dish drains, or dish drying towels. the one frying pan was small and bent and dented.

The beds in this hotel are quite literally the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept on.

Close to the beach, boardwalk, and lots of restaurants
