This property is so beautiful with all the lovely flowers and gardens. It is a short walk to the beach which is so nice! The room is equipped with a beach chair and beach towels for guests. This is my second year staying at this motel. My only two complaints are 1, the vertical blinds were broke and the curtain was not wide enough to cover the entire window letting in a bright light from outside into the room. I was able to make it work but some wider blackout curtains would have been nice. The second complaint is the mattresses. I have stayed in two different rooms and both are in desperate need for new mattresses as they are very worn out. The pillows are also very flat. I understand this is an higher expense but it would have made the stay more enjoyable. I found myself tossing and turning most nights trying to get comfortable. I hope the owners consider new mattresses for guests.

Location! Its perfect location with parking included. You really can’t beat the price for the location itself. The communication with the staff was very good. They allowed us to leave our car parked the day of check out so we could have breakfast on the bEach before we left for orlando. We did have a small hiccup of no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed, but I know if it wasn’t so late at night and I wasn’t afraid to call so late, they would have brought us some. Luckily we have family not far and we borrowed from them.

Relatively quiet location (good!) but a short ten minute walk down the Broadwalk for people watching activities. A/c unit a little noisy right next to the bed but just comparing that to home - not other hotel situations.

It is not clear from the initial information online about this place that there is no attendant on premises and that one is asked to email/text government photo ID before gaining entrance. The outdoor common area is not maintained and was littered with fallen vegetation and paper. The common grill was very dirty and the outdoor chairs and tables were dirty and in disarray. While the room was very clean I did see one nasty bug early on the last morning, too early to report to staff before we departed.

Disappointing

There is no breakfast! We like the location and all the trees around courtyard. Karla was even able to find a parcel we ordered last year during our stay that came too late for us to get. She located it and was able to give it to us this year. We had asked about it before and were told it wasn't there. Karla took the time to really look and found it. This shows honesty. We also feel very safe at this location. The bed mattress is hard, and we have even bought a mattress topper to try and make the bed more comfortable. The last two years we have had air-conditioning troubles, however Marie did try to make this right and we did get a partial refund for our troubles.

Cleanliness of room and amenities The noise level was terrible. We were trying to sleep and the bar across the street had their music blaring at 1145 still. I called the front desk to ask why and they said that they couldn't do anything about it.

Need a TV in the bedroom.

Location was great. It was a two minute walk to the beach. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. While we were unpacking the luggage out of our car and bringing up to our unit we received a parking ticket. I informed manager Marie and she offered to pay half of the ticket fine. It was a little small and and dated, could use an update

Good location, and the layout of the apartment worked very well for us. The staff was great and very helpful. We needed more linens and they delivered almost immediately. The were great about storing our luggage after checkout since we had several hours before our flight. Nice quiet area, but close to the beach. There were beach chairs, boogie boards, unbrellas, and more in the closet to use. I know that plumbing in the older buildings in Hollywood is difficult to maintain, but not being able to flush even toilet paper was strange.

It was clean inside and close to the beach. The room was very small. Looked like a storage room. The bed was very small. The air conditioner was noisy. And a sign in the bathroom said do not flush toilet paper. What the hell. Maybe some of the other rooms were better but not 4-1 room.

Short walk to the beach. Parking included. We would stay again but not in January ? weather too sketchy. The bed was not comfortable. Sinking in the middle.

The room was ok, large with a kitchenette and clean. But there were weird things like how noisy the room itself was. Between the loud fridge, a red light flashing all night and the paper thin walls it was difficult to sleep even with the a/c turned off. The cable never worked also. Also, some things were weird ... almost like they ran out of renovation money or something. The bathroom had nicely tiled walls with a really grose shower curtain hanger that was all rusty and dirty. There was a ceiling fan with just a light bulb hanging(what happened to the lamp part).

the host was very hospitable and the location was 10/10. It was freezing in our room, luckily there was a heater but I slept trembling from the cold. there were pubic hairs in one of the dresser cabinets when we first arrived:(
