Very nice breakfast for kids and adults for a quick and easy morning. Extremely close to all the local attractions. I was very impressed with free on site parking!! It was the perfect place for a convient and inexpensive quick get away to universal studios. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very happy with our choice in hotel for this trip. Parking was very safe and free! Breakfast was satisfying, not many choices, but was good and was included in the stay! Very close to the Hollywood walk of fame! Staff was very welcoming and nice, Jorge was amazing. And the rooms were very clean and seemed as if everything was recently updated/renovated.

This hotel is in a perfect location near a large supermarket, the Walk of Fame, and burger places. You won't find a better deal in this area for the price! The beds in our room were Full size instead of the Queen we expected, but they were perfectly fine and we had enough space. We were also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast from 6:00 to 9:00 AM: they make fresh waffles right in front of you, plus there is yogurt, cereal, fruit, coffee, and oatmeal. Having a dedicated underground parking spot for our room was a huge plus. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

The staff were always present and helpful. I have never had someone make me a waffle at a hotel before! The hotel was clean, and we had what we needed. The parking was challenging for us with a large vehicle. It was very hard to park in the parking garage. I couldn't open our trunk without hitting the ceiling, and we had to use a navigator to fit the vehicle in the parking spot.

We didn't eat breakfast there that was provided, but it was the usual waffles and yogurt.

Overall, our stay was good. At times, there were no available spaces in the parking lot, but we were still able to park. The breakfast is great for someone who likes waffles; however, if you do not, it is rather limited. The price-performance balance is good. When we first entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell, but once we turned on the air conditioning in heating mode, the situation improved. It seemed the room had not been aired out. Overall, we did not experience any major issues.

The room was clean, we could not watch anything on TV, it was not working. The pool was dirty, but the weather was not hot. The continental breakfast was OK, they served waffles, cereal, juices and yogurt. The parking structure is small and low clearance, only a few spots outside but some trees cover the parking stalls. Overall the location is pretty good, I would go back if passing thru.

Last but not least, the only real attraction nearby is the Walk of Fame - and the area is packed with street vendors, homeless people, and people clearly under the influence. Not the coziest place to stay. Better make some research before choosing this neighborhood. Next time we visit LA, we’ll definitely choose a different hotel and a different part of the city.

Le petit déjeuner est très succinct mais c’est surtout l’insonorisation qui est le plus dérangement (les personnes qui marchent dans la chambre du dessus, les personnes qui parlent dans le couloir, la rue bruyante…)

The room smelled like mold and spoiled food. It was coming from the AC vent. So strong gave migraines requested to switch rooms and was given a can of febreeze. The parking garage is a pain and at times impossible to maneuver. The bfast is cereal, yogurt & an employee making you a waffle. Drag racing ALL the time, sirens ALL the time & we even got to listen to a couple men & a woman make a very loud intimate video from 2-4 am!! Yeah!!

Location, free parking, breakfast Pool was unusable, very dirty for the full 4 nights, this was the reason we had picked the hotel as we could’ve stayed elsewhere for cheaper had we not wanted a pool. Rooms were a little tired. Breakfast ran out of fruit loops on first morning and was never restocked.

They needed more variety when it came to the breakfast always eating the same thing waffle yougurt and coffee or apple juice or milk nothing else!

The amount I paid for this room was not worth the overall experience. Although we were just sleeping here after a concert at the Hollywood Bowl, the room could have been cleaner and the “light breakfast” a little better.

Parking was a bonus.

Good location Breakfast was lacking. Bagels would be a cheap upgrade. Room was a but dirty, especially bathroom. Showerheads need some focus asap. Crusty! Air conditioning sounded like it was about to break and auto turned off a lot, leaving room humid and smelling like chlorine from the pool area

I liked it was easy check in I didn’t like I stayed 3 days and the tv stopped working withing the first night of staying ! The staff lied to us and said they closed at 9 ( the doors ) but they stayed open the guy was alittle rude to us

Don’t park underground if you have a big car. Only 6 foot clearance. Parking available street side was limited but we were able to get a spot each day. Close to everything in hollywood

My first time staying at this hotel the rooms are nice and clean, parking was bit small but good enough and gated. Not far from walk of fame great area busy around perfect close to everything.

Parking below in the garage was very tight and small. If you have a big SUV you won’t be able to park down there.

There are not a-lot of places to park but the manager showed us where we could park our vehicle safely. This hotel is in walking distance of the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

It was a ok stay not bad for price. Breakfast was decent. I asked that no one come in to clean and 1 day someone came in to straighten up. We were ther 3 days. It did have a little weird smell but it might be there cleaning supplies.

Front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet offers waffles (which a staff member makes it for you), yoghurt, oatmeal (in small packets) and cereal. The room has only 4 or 5 tables which makes it hard to get a seat. Be aware; at 9am sharp you will get kicked out of the breakfast room!! If you haven’t finished eating then you take your food to your room… Location is just two blocks from Hollywood Blvd away, 3 blocks

The location is amazing and the rooms were great but being so close to Hollywood Blvd I just wished there was more security in the front office. Also the underground garage is so tricky. It wasn’t the worst thing ever but definitely can be frustrating.

Nothing I requested a crib when booking. We never got it. I put white socks on my 2 year old and they were black literally within 3 minutes. Floor had other people hair and there were stains all over the floor. Could tell no one vacuumed or mopped at all before our stay. Toilet paper holder is rusted over and disgusting.

The property is very close to the walk of fame, which is the main reason we stayed here. The underground parking garage is a bit sketchy and the hotel could use some updates and bigger beds in the double rooms. Overall it worked for what we needed which was a place to sleep.

Close to Universal Studios The location. A lot of homeless in the area. The room was not maintained and the AC allowed smells like cigarettes smoke to come through, which we had to turn off so the room and bake so the room didn’t smell like cigarettes smoke.

Considering the location and price, the hotel is good. You shouldn’t expect too much. I didn’t try the breakfast. Also parking is free. The turn in the parking lot is very sharp, and it’s very likely that the top of the car could hit. Precautions should be taken.

Super convenient, a 5min walk from Hollywood blvd walk of the stars etc. plenty of restaurants and fast food within walking distance (and Ralph’s grocery store) and Hollywood Gym across the street. Has a pool that I didn’t try Only downside was that it’s more of a motel, ie snack machine; some limited bfast in the morning but just don’t expect a lot of add ons.

For breakfast there was no bagels, no bread. Breakfast closing is 9:00 am that is little bit early. Getting waffles for breakfast process needs smooth and requires improvement. Shower head was hanging in air, needs to be fixed.

Clean, quiet, and afffordable! I loved this hotel. It was in the center of a lot of things and walking distance to Hollywood walk of fame. I will definitely be making this my hotel when I travel to LA. I just didn’t like the parking garage. The spices are extremely small and hard to go in and out. I witness a car back up to another car. This has to be renovated. Other than that, hotel was great!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Both staff I spoke with utterly indifferent. When I checked out to tell them about the roaches (didn’t ask if I enjoyed my stay) all they responded with was okay, I’ll write that down and nothing else. They could care less how unsatisfied I was with my stay, no quality was found and Quality Inns are off my list of places to stay in the future.

I recently stayed at Quality for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl, and this was a perfect location. The staff was nice and the hotel overall was quiet and clean. I would stay here again for another concert.

Room itself was nice, but the bathroom door looked like someone had tried to punch through the door, and it was painted over instead of being fixed. Several things were "fixed" by just a coat of paint. Also, the toilet paper holder was so rusted and we took the roll off of thr holder and just placed the toilet paper on top of the toilet. The parking is terrible. If you get a spot in the "garage", have fun trying to get into and out of a space. There is barely room to move in there. The noise is outrageous, but to be fair, is to be expected due to it being a high traffic area. For a place to sleep, it was fine, but wouldn't want a long stay.

Wouldn’t go back

No one at checking on a Friday night near 6pm. Sign said "Be back in 20 minutes.". Nobody showed up for 25 minutes. Person in front of me was already waiting. By the time employee showed up, 4 people were waiting. Staff was otherwise nice enough and room was clean and comfortable enough. It's unfortunate that the initial experience put a damper on my stay.

not to mention the lack of professionalism/harsh and rude service from the gentlemen who organize and replenish the coffee. I would like to congratulate the receptionist for the excellent service upon our arrival and departure. In short, I will not stay here and will not recommend this hotel for my next vacation.

the property itself is convenient yes,very close to many things.The hotel now is very outdated not to mention I was very disappointed with the breakfast area literally only had waffles (that was controlled by one of the staffs) who was rude and cereal ..now the whole night I couldn’t really sleep its very noisy.

Water pressure and supplies in the shower shampoo conditioner and body lotion and hairdryer were great. Fridge and microwave and tv work great too. Bars and gates were good but if you have a high profile vehicle avoid parking in the under building garage. Our biggest complaint was the street noise and traffic all hours.

Definitely enjoyed the proximity to Dolby Theater and the convenience & energy around the Hollywood area. The Hotel itself was dated/average/ economy. Staff was great. Since I walked a few blocks to Dolby Theater, I would grab a couple yogurt from the (run of the mill) breakfast buffet. I will most likely book this Hotel again next year.

Room service could improve

Room smelled like cigarettes, noisy next door neighbor, bedsheets had dirt stains, no bread at breakfast, overall property maintenance is sub par.

The hotel is really well located but that it’s all! The hotel is not clean and the rooms has bed-bugs!! My husband had an allergy reaction where all his back and front had a bad rash; we even had to go to the urgent care for treatment. Hotel didn’t take responsibility of what happens and they only refund the nights we decided not longer stay!! We are putting a complain to the health department for inspection. Do not recommend to stay in there!! It’s not cheap and quality is really bad!

Convenient place to stay for a reasonable price. Parking on site is a big plus.

Convenient for walking around city. Parking is available. There is breakfast but it is just waffles which was disappointing. The room felt unfinished. There were pencil markings for the cut out of the sink still. Additionally, I got a rash on my body after my two day stay, which I believe came from the bedding.

The hotel location is amazing for the price. The hotel room is adequate for a family of 4 and it's clean. The underground parking lot is secure but very small. I rate the service a 2 star because we didn't have our rooms tidied for 2 days straight. On the second day, if I didn't call room service, it may not have been tidied. I was told by room service they clean the room every 3 days... not sure if that's true.

The property was very clean and well maintained. If they had some pictures on the walls in the room that would make it brighter. The colors were fine but add some pop. The best was great and the sheets were like butter. Plenty of towels, good shower, hot water. We had the balcony suite so there is a separate bed room with bunk beds. We used that for luggage although the rooms are spacious. Free parking was the amazing Breakfast was fine .Pool looked nice but we did not get to use it. I'd come back. The location was good for what we wanted.Staff very nice.

The property is very conveniently located. The front desk was friendly. But there was a strange smell in the room that could not be aired out. It wasn’t intolerable, but it wasn’t exactly pleasant either.

If your looking for a good price, not here to impress, good location and safe this is a perfect pick.

Room had files and crockaches

Staff was wonderful. Room was pretty much clean. Tooth paste on wall by sink. Dust buildup on baseboards. Entry into hotel needs more cleaning. Coffee area at the entry area and drawers needed some cleaning. It was all in all a good stay. Staff was great!!

It exceeded my expectations. Clean, modern and the bed was AMAZING. I slept like a baby for the 4 nughts i stayed. Great staff as well.

Street noise was terrible. Breakfast offerings were very minimal. Pool area was small but peaceful. Bed was comfortable. Room was tiny.

Room was not cleaned for the duration of our 4 night stay. Air conditioning left room damp and the window was not very easily opened, resulting in a very muggy room. The beds were fine but pillows were pretty well used and lumpy. There was a cockroach that tried to get into our bag of food, which we moved everything we could to our mini-fridge. Homeless woman walked into continental breakfast and was turned away by staff. I don’t think she was dangerous but obviously it was easy to walk in from the street. While we were there a homeless person threw a rock and broke lobby window. This stuff is not the hotel’s fault and how a lot of things in California are unless you have heavy surveillance. Guests should be aware of this when visiting Hollywood or DTLA. For guest parking it was secure and really convenient for visiting lots of parts of LA, La Brea and Sunset can take you pretty quickly to most parts of the city and the 101 is easy to hop on. You can walk a few blocks to the metro but driving is much more convenient as long as you plan on paying to park somewhere.

We had a king room and it was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft and clean. The bathroom was in good condition and clean. The remote control did not work very well and was a bit sticky. The blackout blinds didn’t work as well as I hoped. The free breakfast was nice and staff helped with the waffles and were very attentive. The pool area was a little bit shabby but the pool was clean and warm. It was nice that parking was included but I didn’t love that the garage was only for compact cars. There are cameras on the outside that face the outdoor parking though, which made me feel a little better. It’s Hollywood, so the area is a bit sketchy, but there’s not much anyone can do about that. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, quiet budget hotel with friendly staff, I’d definitely recommend this spot.

I encountered a bed bug infestation in my room, resulting in multiple bites and a very uncomfortable experience. Despite informing the front desk at the time, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution.

El hotel huele mal, hay demasiada humedad, el estacionamiento es demasiado reducido y viejo. Las almohadas demasiado duras. Llegué justo a las 2pm a hacer check inn y no había nadie en el mostrador, el hotel parecía completamente solo, decidí esperar y la persona encargada de recepción apareció media hora después. Hubo una alarma contra incendios a la 1:30 am, llegaron los bomberos y todo fue porque una persona estaba fumando dentro de su habitación, esa misma noche un bagabundo rompió una de las ventanas del hotel. Creo que hace falta mucha mas seguridad y limpieza. Fue una mala experiencia para mí y mi familia.

Property dirty staff rude parking terrible overall would never recommend to anyone

We moved to this hotel at zero notice after an electrical failure at our AirBnB. It is in a good location, close to the Walk of Fame, Chinese Theater, Hollywood Museum and famous Mel’s Drive-In diner. The pool is nice, with towels provided. The only thing we struggled with was space for our luggage and for drying out our swimming costumes/bathroom towels.

It was a great location. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in LA

We had an amazing time. We were able to walk to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and other nearby attractions after having a nice breakfast. It was even so centrally located that we could let the kids have a quick dip in the pool before heading to dinner.

Management is so helpful. The room was very clean and best of all many things are in walking distance and you are driving less than 5 miles

Hotels in West Hollywood are expensive. The Quality provided value for our money. Economical with friendly staff, it served our needs with no frills. The rooms were clean enough, a little dingy, but again... value. The breakfast room was a great place to meet fellow travelers with very friendly staff to make you a waffle. Convenient location near the Walk of Fame and a lot of eateries. We were satisfied with out stay.

The air conditioner was filthy, the floor was dirty. The free breakfast was a joke. They have not put any money into any improvements. They could at least check the trash once a day. Would never stay at again. I would have complained but they seemed like the kind of people who whould have made ul a reason to kick you out.

Was a safe hotel near a few different options for food and walking distance from the walk of fame. Breakfast was average and I wouldn’t really rate it but the staff was nice. All in all was convenient and in a great spot for what you pay :) would stay here again

Locked parking

However, the property itself was in a poor condition: 1. Room was somewhat dirty, with some dust on it. 2. There was a lot of noise in the hotel corridor. It seems there was no enforcement of silence rule during night/early morning. 3. Beds were really uncomfortable. 4. Overall hotel maintenance seemed poor. 5. Good point: because of the above points, we decided to check-out from the hotel after the first night. Then we spoke with the hotel manager (Jorge), which agreed to reimburse us for the full amount of the nights not spent there. So cheers for Jorge and for hotels.com Team on the support to get this refund. 6. Lastly: the pool you see as the main picture on the property add was super dirty. The picture does not represent it at all.

We got yelled at for looking for a microwave in a cupboard in the continental breakfast room. Apparently you have to bring your food back to microwave it in your room.

Great location with free gated parking. Great deal for Hotel in Hollywood area. Breakfast was not so many choice and basic. Comfort bed and nice amenities for the price.

Walls are very thin so I heard everything happening above me which freaked me out a little.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable but there was so much chaos outside, the walls should be thicker or more sound proof to make up for it. The parking is also very terrible, they have parking but it’s for small cars only and the big car have to park in a difficult spot & almost no spots anywhere.

Was a bed for a couple nights. Wish I’d have payed closer attention. The breakfast isn’t worth the ‘free’ tag, the underground parking is insane. The pictures make the pool look useable but it is in fact afflicted with brown and green scum across the bottom. Very small rooms, made to look larger in pics. Go with the LOEWS resort a few minutes away for a few bucks more.

If you want a good night sleep or a clean hotel room look elsewhere. First thing we saw upon entering the room were dead cockroaches. The beds and pillows are the absolute worst expect to wake up sore that's if your able to get any sleep at all with all the screaming yelling and slamming of doors you will hear all night long. The location isn't bad if you want to visit the walk of fame or have food nearby but don't walk anywhere alone the area is very sketchy and doesn't feel safe at all. One morning we attempted breakfast at the hotel, the man running it wasn't friendly at all, made my son a waffle but rushed us out saying we had to take it back to our room to eat it when they had tables and chairs in the breakfast area. Overall probably the worst hotel stay I have ever had. We ended up checking out a night early and staying elsewhere so we could actually get some rest. So much for a vacation, we need another vacation to recover from this hotel stay.
