Very good

Amazing location for runners or those interested in Hollywood boulevard. Basically on the Walk of Fame and numerous amenities such as tube station or bicycle rental. Perfect for running around trails. Beds comfy, great AC and overall was pleasant in the room. Pungent smells in the rickety elevator and an online video link to someone in Mumbai for check in was slightly odd. You couldn’t hear a word they said and didn’t need them either. Staff who were there were fine. Weird canteen too.

This hotel is EXTREMELY UNSAFE and should be closed down. The door looked like it was broken in before and we able to open EASILY with a credit card on the very first try. We were not able to leave our stuff in the room when we went out.

This property is a disgrace to the Motel 6 brand. Let THAT sink in. Typically, don’t expect much and I’m not disappointed. Clean sheets. No frills. Great value for the price. Not here, however. The vinyl plank floor panels were duct taped down on nearly every seem throughout the entire room & bathroom. If the floor is THAT bad, replace it! Furniture was beyond beat up with scratches and chipping the particle board. The front desk looked like it was behind bullet-proof glass. Not sure if that was an intentional look or a reflection on Hollywood itself. It made the hotel seem unsafe, regardless. Elevator wasn’t always working (5th floor room). That said, the location is right off Hollywood BLVD close to the action but on a residential street which is the best of both worlds as far as Hollywood goes. The sheets & bathroom were clean. The front desk guy helped me with the self check in kiosk and he was very nice about it with a great snile.

The swans made from towels were a nice touch. The maintenance worker called to fix the problem with our first room was polite. The self-check kiosk rejected me after making me enter all my data. The desk clerk who did check us in was rude and indifferent. The bedside table fell off the wall and I had to get a new room. The faux wood floors are held together with duct tape. The elevator is quite unreliable. The hallways smell like tobacco and/or pot. The mattress was very lightweight and slid out from under me if I tried to lean against the headboard to read.

This was basically the middle of it all, very close to the main parks, walk of fame, delcious food, and anything else you might need, say from a drug store or even a target. The crew here are awesome, rooms are clean, no bed bugs which is always important. Defiinitely recommend.

The location was great and convenient for what we were doing. The room was also nice and clean.

Cons: parking around the area at least $30 per day, streets around the area are pretty dirty and stinky.

no breakfast- and location is right in the middle of hollywood so depending on tourist and outside it can go either way sometimes it had guest who were loud and slamming doors at different times of the night - but staff would be on it to handle it

We had a good stay here. The only thing I want to mention is the parking fee is per day not per stay. I’m not sure how I missed that when booking but we ended up paying $90 extra for 3 day parking. The rooms were clean and the motel is conveniently located. There is no microwave so that kind of sucked. The mini fridge was helpful. In the room we did notice there was only one area with a power outlet. This was inconvenient for a family of 4, needing to charge multiple devices.
