Reviews
The hotel has a great location, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, but some guests have had negative experiences with specific individuals. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but some guests have reported issues with noise and thin walls. The hotel does not have its own parking, which can be inconvenient and expensive for guests.

The entire property smells of disinfectant. Curtains did not close properly and the sheets and pillow cases were stained. The virtual check-in is bizarre. No carpeting in halls or rooms, just concrete. Only saving grace is proximity to entertainment venues.

Very nice hotel. The only strange thing was the staff, which is remote to this location, interfacing through a kiosk computer in the lobby. Probably that offsets the costs, but I would still prefer a human on location in case some events require it. Otherwise, the room was very small but clean, and the location is good. It does the job for one or two days maximum I would say.

The location was great and the hot chocolate of the machine was switched on. Out window would close, and I don’t mean lock, I mean close. Reported on first of 5 nights left before last night as no one would address the issue. Besides the safety aspect there was the noise all through the night and no way to escape it. Spoke through chat, the cleaner and at the kiosk but nothing was done about it. Asked for my last night to be refunded but again no luck. Bedding was stained and had a cigarette burn. Towels were old and splattered with bleach stains. It felt very dirty although didn’t lay a fortune.

DATE: June 7, 2026 RE: Booking Reference [Insert Number] – Hollywood Le Bon Hotel To Whom It May Concern, I am holding Expedia jointly liable for the theft of my property and the security breach I suffered at the Hollywood Le Bon Hotel (June 1–3, 2026), booked through your platform. During my stay, my room was unauthorizedly accessed by hotel staff, resulting in the loss of my passport, $1,000 cash, luxury bags, and high-value jewelry. I have filed a formal police report with the LAPD (Officer Delgado, Badge #44138). I demand immediate financial restitution for all losses and a full investigation into this property’s security. Failure to provide a satisfactory response by 5:00 PM on June 8, 2026, will result in immediate escalation to my legal counsel and consumer regulatory bodies. Govern yourself accordingly. Ma. One block from the Hollywood/Vine metro station. Loads of good restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Great grocery store (Bristol Farms) 100 feet away.

Clean and easy to manoeuvre. Really liked everything only thing it was interesting was talking to someone over video. Not really a biggie though.

There was no receptionist. It's a computer online operator on a screen. The photos on the website make the place look, clean, new and fresh, but it was dingy, smelly, and dirty. The floors are bare cement. The walls had painting job started and not finished. It did not feel safe to be there. Nothing

Unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate us with another room or any help, so had to just leave and stay elsewhere. This led to a nearly two week back and forth of attempting to get a refund approved for a room that we didn't stay in, because there is no way to speak with any management whatsoever, and they did not respond to any emails from the OTA. Got it all sorted in the end, but would 100% avoid this place like the plague.

Checking is available 24/7, so you can opt to stay there even late in the day. The room is smaller in the picture, but it is enough, and the bathroom is spacious. The location is 1-min walk from the Avenue of the Stars No parking available on the premises.

Location was good. Close to metro station. Room was way to small for 10 nights. On the picture looks better. View from the window… wall.

The location was great. The rooms were small and downstairs did not have carpeting. The Check in process was rough, it took them three attempts to get me checked in because of technical difficulties on their end.

It was just fine. I was a little uncomfortable with the no staff on-site system. I would have preferred someone watching the front vs the kiosk system they have. They were helpful enough but just not what I was expecting. The room was tiny and in just ok shape. The morning coffee machine was a treat.

It was close to all the major sightseeing Parking was horrible and there was not an actual person. It was a kiosk with someone inside speaking through video remotely. We basically got charged a bunch of money at the adjacent park even though the security guard told us it was only $41.

The place was really good. The room was clean, good, and the size was perfect. The towels were changed everyday. The coffee machine was an amazing thing to have it there. I loved it. And the water fountain available all day it was perfect. Save me for spending money on water. The location was amazing. The only downside is it does not have a place to storage any bag. In my option It could be improved it. I really recommend it.

Location, location, location. I wanted to be close to Universal Studios which it is it’s less than 15 minutes away. So I was able to get to Universal Studios and back quickly. The hotel is also near a metro subway station, which goes directly to Universal Studios and get you there in half an hour. The hotel’s location and distance to Universal Studios makes an Uber /Taxi/Lyft fare reasonable. I thing that is quite uncommon nowadays. Total itself is small , modern and clean then maybe a little too impersonal. There’s nobody at the front desk, there’s a monitor an employee at the other end who knows where in the world basically check via Zoom. Maybe this is hotel check-in of the future

The location and low price, considering the area. The bedsheets in my room had several stains on them when I arrived, but the staff promptly changed them. My room was facing a wall, probably only distant a couple of meters. I don't think that a virtual concierge is that efficient, as the hotel stays unguarded and it happened that they couldn't help me with something because the manager wasn't there in the videocall with them. Everytjing happens via videocall (I believe not even within US).

The location was great, a 2 minute walk and you are on the hollywood walk of fame, its easy accessible and the check in and out feature was great The room itself was smaller than expected and because it was the lower ground room there was the building bins right by the window and there was a smell coming through

Absolutely nothing I was not able to check in and I was given no refund

No frills room but good for a night or two stay. Close to Hollywood blvd and the palladium. No parking, but there's a garage right by it for $18 a day so no issues with that. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Paint was a bit chipped and a few things could use updating, but no major complaints. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price point!

It was one of the worst experiences of my life. There was no person on site to check in. I barley made it to the hotel with low battery on my phone. I had showed up after midnight due to a delayed flight. Upon arrival the kiosk employee was not able to assist me with check in. The screen was skipping and I couldn't hear. They refused to let me check in and forced me to leave in the rain and with a dead phone. I asked several times to please let me charge my phone and she said there was no available outlets. I then had to leave and order an uber just to charge my phone while I sat outside the building in the rain. Once my phone was charged I tried calling the number listed on the receipt to get assistance for check in but nobody answered. I made several attempts to push the button to get inside but nobody helped me. I waited until someone walked out so I could run inside. All while having to repeatedly ask the uber driver to please not leave me alone in the cold rain. I was in tears calling all surrounding hotels asking for availability while locked out. It took over an hour for someone to exit so I could enter. Finally after I was able to get inside I was able to check in well after 1 am. The room was 102. Right next to the entrance. The TV was broken. The window was cracked open and didn't lock. My sheets had multiple black stains. My towels had brown circular stains. I called front desk for towel and sheet replacement and they didn't answer. Nobody was on site. I'm not one to complain as I have understanding for situations out of my hands. However, I strongly feel as though I deserve to get what I paid for. This was so upsetting to experience and I would greatly appreciate if I was given another opportunity to have a better experience credited of Booking.com. I didn't like being treated disrespectfully. I was forced to leave in the rain

The cleaning was bad, especially the bathroom and bed covers
- 3/5
I didn’t like how they were going to charge me an extra fee for checking in an hour early, also wish there was a full body mirror in the room. Other than that, it was clean
- 5/5
Convenient location just a few blocks to Hollywood Blvd. Free coffee variations and microwave at the lobby. Staff Nora was very accomodating and friendly. None.
- 2/5
Room noisy - 110 is right by the front door and you can hear all the conversations with the people in the check in machine. Woken by police as there was a break in and theft from a room. Every word of the interview outside my room. Emailed hotel twice as concerned about safety …. No reply ! Location perfect as so close to subway. Was cheap …. But not worth it if it’s not safe and secure! Lack of people on site not a problem - but they did not seem bothered when I was really concerned and that’s really poor service.
- 1/5
Poor security. Room was burglarized while we were away, no safe box in room.
- 2/5
There's no one on site to deal with issues, you just get a video kiosk to talk to someone. Rooms are spartan, no reading lamp or desk, as minimal as it can be. Even if it's in Hollywood, the price doesn't match what you're paying.
- 5/5
Nice stay. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. I loved that it was a short walk from the venue. Room is extremely clean. The only issue I had was that the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, so I couldn’t curl my hair. Great stay for a solo traveler.

Close to all the action. Nice and quiet and the cleaning lady was very nice and provided a good service. The TV only has public channels but there's plugs in case you wan't to hook up your own streaming device.

Great little place for a quick over night or 2, only thing is it said there was a restaurant inside and there wasn’t but there was plant of places to eat within walking distance!
- 2.5/5
The window didn’t close, we had to put hangers behind it for security. The coffee maker didn’t work We specifically asked for Floor 2, but they said they were full, even though new people were still coming in and going on the second floor.

Good for the price, could be nicer but it’s a good standard experience.

AC working great. The check in remote worker was very kind and helpful.
- 5/5
I am a single traveler and it is nice and perfect for someone who’s just going to use the room to sleep or just chill and get some rest and go on about your day
- 2/5
The AC worked and the room was clean adjacent but definitely gave “landlord special” vibes. They surprise you with a $150 deposit that’s “written” in fine print but almost impossible to see. The amenities are non-existent, overall I’d say the room was NOT worth the price. I’m also a little nervous I won’t receive the deposit based off of what previous tenants have said, but it’s only been a little over a day or so, so we’ll see.

Room was tiny, but the bathroom was big. Definitely get what you pay for but it was great for what we needed. Virtual check in was a bit weird if you've never done it before but it was quick and easy. Check out was a breeze. There is an overnight parking lot right around the corner and it is $35 for the night. Check out time is 11am and you can park there until 11am as well so that was great! Just minutes from the Hollywood walk of fame and stores are right around the corner as well! Definitlwy will be staying here again!

1. At first I noticed the window was open. Being that the room was on the first floor in Hollywood, I attempted to close it but the locking mechanism still allows the window to be slightly pulled open from the outside. 2. Then I tried to close the blinds. The blinds don’t fully block out the window for light and for people that want to look in. I’m aware that the alley is gated, but that doesn’t stop a thief nor creep. I figured out how to cover the window with towels I got from cleaning lady and tried to ignore the window situation. 3. The bed: 2 out of 3 pillows had large yellow sweat stains. The third pillow was still dirty but was the only one that had 1 clean side. I went to get a new pillow case from the cleaning lady's tray. It was folded and ´looked’ clean on one side but once I returned at night, I was about to change the pillow case when I noticed that the one I took from cleaning staff was as dirty as a rag. 4. There were a few red spots on the bed sheet and more hairs than I’d ever seen at other hotel stays. I cleaned them up as best as I could and used a clean blanket to cover the dirty one. 5. Lastly, the washroom had a fecal stain on outside of toilet bowl. I messaged Le Bon via ExpediaApp but have not heard back.

There's no lamp in the room! Other than the bright ugly ceiling light, there's no other room light. Horrible! Even spoke to the hotel operator via the video kiosk and they didn't/wouldn't help. The window drapes are horrendous. The sheets/bed spread are very low thread count -- thin, uncomfortable and rough... dingy. The bed itself is mediocre at best. Bath towels are a joke. There's not even a cup for water. The only upside was, the place was quiet. The entrance to the hotel requires a passcode and when entered correctly, the front sliding door opens. It stays open a bit too long however, b/c anyone off the street could just jump in right behind you. I came back to the hotel one night and there were these two vagrants just hanging out literally in front of the door. I stood across the street observing as they were messing with the key pad. There was no way in hell I was going over there to enter my passcode to enter. They would've followed me straight in. They would not leave! I had to circle the block killing time and 30 minutes later, finally I could safely enter. I was trying to be thrifty but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. NEVER AGAIN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU NOT STAY HERE.

This could be a great hidden Hollywood gem but because of the hotel management it's more of a nightmare. As someone who travels for fun I stay in "budget" hotels often (30+ nights in 2025) and this is one to skip!! No onsite management and technology that does NOT work to the customers benefit. Keypad door locks that broke 2 out of my 3 nights in the hotel, No luggage storage which forces to the check-in early and pay an extra $60 early check-in fee, and a late 4PM check-in to make this fee all but required. There is no shop, it's just an automatic coffee machine. The price will be enticing, but don't bite!! Spend a few more dollars and stay at another hotel where the overall experience will be way more positive.

Room was clean and access was fairly easy. My only complaint is I was told there would be a $125 hold on my card that would be removed at checkout, but there is still a $75 hold on my card that has been there for three days now. When I try to call the phone rings once and hangs up.

The room smelled strongly of sewage mixed with bleach, suggesting an attempt to mask serious plumbing issues. The toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom overall felt unsanitary. The “queen bed” was a blatant deception: a queen mattress resting on a twin box spring, with exposed metal rods underneath that literally dig into your back. It is not just uncomfortable—it’s dangerous. There was no on-site staff or security whatsoever. The only “assistance” available was a remote attendant on a kiosk, apparently located in another country, with no ability to address safety, sanitation, or mechanical issues in real time. This is not a hotel—it’s an unattended building renting rooms. Additional issues included: • Poorly mounted TV and exposed wiring • Cracked flooring and debris • Broken fixtures and visible damage throughout the room • No sense of security in the building at all I did not feel safe staying the night and made the responsible decision to leave. Refusing a refund under these conditions is unacceptable and predatory. This property should not be operating as a hotel in its current condition. Travelers should be aware that the photos and descriptions do not reflect reality. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

The room is small. The hotel has no designated parking. If you park to the structure next to it, its $90/night. Check in is via kiosk. If you have questions, no staff is in sight to help you.

Room was clean, wash room was good too. Though bedsheets were rough and not enough warm. AC was too loud and didnt find anything to even turn off. Overall, good experience. Will definitely stay if they fix AC issue. Morning available coffee was amazing.

Check in was easy, however it was on a kiosk remote linked in to someone via video chat. The reason why that was an issue for me was I left a ballcap of my in the room after I checked out. I realized it fairly quickly on, about two hours after I'd left, so I figured housekeeping had found it and I could go grab it as I was still in town. I believe this was a Saturday, and after calling the hotel to ask about my hat, wouldn't you know it: there was nobody on site at their hotel. No staff at all. That hat was a gift to me and very special, and I couldn't get it back an hour or two after check out because "nobody was working that day." ... The room was small, as in extremely small. The location was great and I felt safe. Coffee in the hallway was decent and it was nice that it was free. It wasn't the worst experience I've ever had, but it certainly wasn't the best. Think of it as budget and budget only. Don't expect anything special, not even staff on site.

Nice room. Clean. The bathroom door didn't close all the way and the doors to the room were sort of difficult to open. We had to put in the code several times to get it to work most of the time, but other than that, all was good. The virtual check in was weird but ok. Is there anyone here to manage things if something goes wrong?

The hotel was fine, there was not a physical front check, but instead a self-service kiosk which was easy to use. The room was a shoe box but clean. I only stayed one night and would probably not stay longer than that. The only problem that we ran into was the parking situation, there is street parking which I am not sure if you can park overnight, and the parking garage next to them charged us $90 to park for 12 hours. If i had known that the parking would cost about the same as the hotel I might've chosen somewhere else. Very easy walk to the Hollywood Palladium,

Towels were dirty, tv had all kinds of scratches and drawings etched into it. We left a day early simply because of how bad everything was. Heard people yelling in the hallways late at night. Asked for a refund or any sort of compensation from the company and they never responded after sending the message to management. Would never recommend this place to anyone

It was nice for the location, and it felt safe with needing a pass code for entry to the building and the room. There is no parking, I'm glad I checked ahead of time and used spot hero app. There is an unloading area in front only. It was clean enough, although there were a few small stains on the towels and bedding. They have free coffee from 6am, to 12pm, and it's really good. They have a machine with all your favorite flavors and variations. Also, they were kind enough to let us check out at 11:30, and hold our bags while I went to get the car. There are plenty of fun bars, excellent food, and awesome entertainment in the immediate area. Very much a vibe.

The location was great because it was right next to the venue we were in town for. There is no parking at the hotel, and I'm so glad I did some google research before the trip, because I was able to reserve a parking spot that was a 2 minute walk to and fro, via the spot hero app. Bedding and towels had a couple of tiny stains, but it was over all a nice stay. They were kind enough to let me check out at 11:30, which was kind of them. It felt safe, because you need a pass code to enter the building, as well as the room itself. Would recommend depending on what your needs are, and such. Plenty of bars, yummy food and shops near by. Pretty chill.

This property has no staff at the front desk, only remote employees visible on camera who show no concern for guest well-being. The lack of hospitality and customer service is shocking. It feels more like dealing with a out-sourced call center than staying at a hotel. If something goes wrong, there’s no one on-site to assist — truly disappointing and I won’t stay there again.

Check in process was a little unorthodox but fairly easy. It's just a little strange not to have an actual human on site. At one point my key code to my room was deactivated, so i had to go back downstairs to have the staff member on the monitor reactivate it. All in all it was a great location and a comfy stay.

This is basically for someone looking for the bare minimum but want to be on the Hollywood strip. The room has a bed, and bathroom. There’s no additional chairs to sit in or dresser space to store clothing. If you just need to sleep, using the bathroom and shower then this is the place. If you have multiple people and plan to spend a lot of things in the room this is not it

Unfortunately didn't stay at this hotel... had to find another one. I am sure most people found this hotel ok. Unfortunately i wasn't able to lock my windows. And i was on the ground floor. So as a single traveller. I didn't feel safe. Did request a new room, but was told they were fully booked. SO they offered to cancel my booking. I will say, that was nice of them. Unfortunately that meant, i had to find a new place to stay Straight away. Which wasn't ideal. Anyway, i was lucky. I found a much better place. There is a lot more, i can say about this hotel. But we will leave it at that.

The room was extremely clean, comfortable and has the amenities necessary. One of the things we really liked is the amazing coffee machine. Lattes, espressos, cappuccinos, etc - lovely! The only thing that surprised us was no parking at the hotel - however, right next door is a parking garage that did have security personnel but that costs a max of $25 in a 24 hour period. I would definitely stay here again when attending the Hollywood Bowl.

The room I was given was already open when i arrived, propped open by a door stop with the curtains open and the ac on full blast. We didn't arrive until about 7:30-8pm so it wasn't as if housekeeping were making the rounds. The towel hanging in the bathroom on the towel rack was cut in half, literally. They're was a horrible smell and the sheets were the most disgusting hotel sheets I've ever seen. The mattress had large divets on either side with a big bump in the middle and the bed's frame sounded like it was going to fall apart with each small movement, never mind trying to get in and out without worrying it would collapse. We had two rooms, this was just one of them. Neither of the bathroom doors worked all the way. One closed but if you actually pushed it closed far enough to lock it, the door was nearly impossible to pull back open. The other bathroom had a sliding door that wouldn't close. It stopped about 5 inches before the frame and the inside is the door was absolutely disgusting. One room had no smoke detector, the base was in the ceiling but the actual alarm casing was gone. The second room had a smoke detector had either no batteries in it or they were dead because the red light at me. he sc unit in my daughter's room had a thick layer of dust covering it, as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. Overall, even though the rooms weren't overly expensive, they weren't cheap enough to excuse the state the rooms were in.

The rooms are tiny, housekeeping is in demand, we asked for the sheets to be replaced after 2 nights and they didn’t. The bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn’t close all the way. The towels are tiny and rough. The “premium” channels on the tv are mostly in Spanish or Asian languages and telemarketing. There is no parking in site, the lot next door is very pricy. Will not stay here ever again.

Check-in was unexpected but very easy. It was my first time checking in to a hotel with a virtual concierge, but was simple and were very clear on the process. The room was small but fit our needs. The hotel is near everything from Hollywood stars of fame, Ameoba records and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The sidewalks had a lot of dog poop, but it's not fault of the hotel. Would stay there again for their great walking distance to everything.

Not bad for the price. Small rooms, but clean. Check-in is video chat through tablet just inside the front door. Code to get in hotel and code to get into room. It was nice not to have to worry about having a key on me at all times. Cool coffee machine available from 6am-1pm, and cold water available 24 hrs. No other amenities. Best place to park is parking garage at 1624 Vine street. Centrally located around plenty of shops and dining. We wanted a it should be just letting it steam through. We came in town for a show at the Hollywood Palladium, which is maybe a two minute walk away from hotel. Would stay here again.
- 4/5
The hotel was close to everything I did. It took a moment to get use to the kiosk. The floor did need to get be swept. Other than that the price was fair. Room is small but I did not mind since all I needed was a room to sleep in for the purpose of my stay.
- 1/5
The room was not clean up to my standard upon arrival, woke up to find bed bugs on the pillows, and had multiple bites from this. There is no staff on property just a kiosk with a video display of someone and that’s who you talk to. Wouldn’t stay here ever again.

All i can do is laugh… unfortunately.. i dont care to leave reviews.. but after being charged a holding fee & ___ ( THEY WANTED ME TO LEAVE PRICES OUT SO IM ABLE TO POST) just for the night , and checkin time was 3pm with no parking lot , a space as big as a king size bed , a half custom bathroom , and basically no service. The didnt not answer any room calls and didnt even answer the hotels actually phone line .. lol .. what an experience that was .. i pray they dont keep my HOLDING FEE .. ive been to one motel 6 my entire life and so far . They beat them by far .. smh

Near a lot of things, comfortable, they have a machine with unlimited coffee and hot chocolate during the morning. They don’t have employees for the check in, it’s someone tru video and they do NOT store your luggage. Also, as a female solo traveler i would not recommend going to LA and staying in this area, its VERY unsafe full of homeless and other type of people

This place would’ve been a good stay but that all went down the drain when I was eaten alive by the bed bugs. I got bit all over my body and ears! The bed was really moist and the room felt humid. Tv wasn’t working and the bathroom was just one big floor no bathtub or anything. I recommend buying sandals if you want to avoid the wet floor. I will not be coming back unfortunately.

It was a nice place to stay for a night. It was simple and quick. The sheets could have been cleaner and there was no fitted sheet on the bed but other than this it was simple for the price.
- 1/5
My visit was terrible after I got in my room to find just bare cement flooring with cracks in the cement. The bed was very moist on the surface . The air conditioner was blowing out moldy air. Had to open the room an leave for 20-30mins just for the smell to not be there. Went to the kiosk to try a switch rooms but they told me they didn’t have anymore available. Never going here again.
- 3/5
There is no on-site representative for assistance. Check in is via a video kiosk. The rooms use no keys/key cards. They asign a pin. The pin pad gave us fits each time. Again, nobody on site to help with this. Other than these things, stay was ok. Not.good, not bad.
- 4/5
felt a little sketchy with just having a kiosk check us in while the operaters seemed to be ima. different country, but after staying the one night it felt a little better, parking sucks and is like $65 a night, i wish the hotel would help with that but from what i know they don’t. they also have a coffee machine with different flavors that we’d probably the best part, it’s close to alot of stuff so that’s also a plus!

The property is excellent. It's a very good cost effective hotel! Would stay again!
- 3/5
It was an ok, minimalist place to stay. My wife complained about NO counter space in bathroom. I complained about lack of a single chair to relax in (went and borrowed a stool from the hallway common area. I received a text to put it back). Had to clamp pins on the curtains to make up for all the gaps. This is a remote (possibly AI) controlled facility, no one at the counter physically. So , no one there to know that someone had broken a bottle of wine as you stepped outside the door. It remained despite me telling 'virtual' attendant. Still, inside the property, everything was CLEAN. If all you need is a place to sleep, shower not a bad place. Close to a lot of things.
- 4/5
Nice little hotel near the tourist attractions. The free water and coffee in the morning was a nice touch. Staff were nice.
- 3/5
Even though theres a "No Smoking" sign in the lobby, our room smelled like cigarettes and took 2 days to air the smell out. The property doesnt have any parking, but they did recommend the cheapest parking garage in the area which is 2 blocks down so that was okay.
- 5/5
Great location within Hollywood, giving you walking distance to major sites. The room was simple, but well-maintained, comfortable, and quiet. Free coffee on the ground floor. The hotel itself doesn't have parking, but there's a parking garage literally next door. Use the Spot Hero app and prebook parking at 1614 Argyle Avenue. It was super easy, safe, and reasonably priced for a day. Ticketless, also. I would stay at the Le Bon again if needed during a trip to Hollywood.

Great place for a last minute rest in the middle of Hollywood blvd.

This place will scam you out of your deposit. Beware while it is in a good location . This is similar to staying in a cheap hostel or motel. Take pictures of everything ! This hotel charged me for “ damaged “ towels which I had to laugh at because the towels were disgusting and thin clearly very well used. I even took pictures of the towels because how this they were ! Hardly worth $20 that I was charged. Not sure how a single woman in her 40s would damage $20 worth of towels in the 3 nights I was there ! Just ridiculous. They did not notify me while I was there but instead charged me days later and I noticed the charge on my card. I called to find out what the charge was and this is what the front desk woman told me. The room was facing an alley and the curtains did not completely cover the windows so actually used a clip to keep them closed as it was very invasive. The bathroom door does not close all the way so someone could easily be looking in from the alley. Just creepy. Also noise in the hallway starts at 6am so don’t plan on sleeping in. Trust me splurge the little bit more and stay elsewhere. I wish I had ! If you still want to stay in this cheap place bring your own linens and towels.

This hotel was odd. A very old hotel that was recently, cheaply updated. For the price it was in a good location but I would not stay here for a long number of nights or with a partner. Only by myself. Also, the pics of the hotel on Expedia are not of the hotel but are of other surrounding buildings.

being one) Le Bon Hotel is a gem. Marvelously situated in N Hollywood, around the corner from the Hollywood/Vine B line metro station which connects to Union Station and LAX (plus all the other metro lines) and a Trader Joe’s also around the corner. The hotel is so well situated that a W hotel is directly across the street. The difference in price is 1/5 of the W’s. The rooms are small and a tad spartan, but have everything you need (hairdryer, iron and board, and a mini fridge). The hotel is a 3 star at best, but again price and location (plus cleanliness and amenities) make it a winner! I have my new go to hotel in LA for literally 1/5 the price of a luxury hotel room. The hotel is run by a very pleasant family who are very helpful and accommodating. Trust me you want to stay here as long as you don’t need luxury.

Property was very close to a lot of stores and convenience to Dunkin & CVS was amazing. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Decided to stay another night and they were happy to help us with booking another night.

Perfectly serviceable. Not great, but not bad. The bed was comfy and the price was affordable.

I loved location, near to Amoeba Music Store, Trader Joe's, Metro rail stop & Hollywood & Vine, theatres, Enterprise Car Rentals, Capitol Records Building etc. Loved the coffee machine and hot water machine to make Green tea and cold drinking water too.

This place uses chemicals for cleaning that caused severe eye issue. I had to leave in less than ten minutes.

Fine for a night

Nila was AMAZING! Early check in available for a fee. And curtains need 3 panels instead of 2. I kept having to shift them to ensure no one could peak inside depending on where I was in the room. Towels and sheets had minor stains, but I took a pillowcase cover. Will have disposable sheets etc. for all future travels anywhere. They’re on Amazon. All in all, I loved my stay! As a first timer to Hollywood and there for awards, Nila was warm and conversational. If you have something in Hollywood, fly into Burbank or if LAX take the FlyLAX Shuttle each way to Union Station! $15 total instead of $50 Uber. The hotel is right around the corner from the train drop off at Hollywood and Vine. It’s also walking distance from Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles! I’ll definitely be back soon!

Great spot, clean and nice. One thing that stood out was free drinking water, why don’t more hotels have that? I’d stay there again.

It’s nice if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep in a cool location, would definitely stay again. If you’re looking for something super luxurious this isn’t really the place, but super cool location!

This hotel was really nice! It was walking distance to the hollywood walk of fame and all the things I wanted to see in Hollywood including the Pantages theater souvenir shops. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was super clean. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. They had a fridge in the room and a common microwave so it was easy to store leftovers and eat them later on. They also had a really good coffee machine with so many good coffee drinks not just standard black coffee that other hotels offer. They had water for me to drink and hot water with tea packets. The decor was beautiful and the bathroom was really big and clean. The bed was super comfortable and it was nice and quiet even though it was in the heart of hollywood. I for sure will be coming back
- 5/5
Highly recommend staying here! Was in town for a concert at pantages theater nearby and this location was the best! Cheaper than the W hotel across the street but same high quality experience. Will definitely return, also, they added coffee machines and water , a huge plus! Trader joes is also down the street as well in case I needed more grocery.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! The Front desk people were very friendly and nice. It's 2 min walk to the Metro Station. It's 15 min walk to the Chinese Theater and Souvenirs stores. Very easy access to Public transportation, restaurants, Pharmacy etc.

Nice travel hotel
- 3/5
quiet n didn’t see anyone else the entire stay key to get into the hotel - felt safe no parking was kinda lame - but did warn us
- 4/5
We arrived late and stayed only 5 hrs - we lucked out finding street parking right out front at a very reasonable rate, the bed was comfy, our stay was quiet. Amenities in the room were very minimal - but we were looking for a clean comfortable bed for a few hours and found it.
- 3/5
It’s a room. Concrete floors, NO glassware, cups, ice, etc. one light, no real bed stand. It’s just a room, nothing more.
- 1/5
Very dirty room , no fridge no shampoo no nothing , plus they hold a deposit of 180€ on my account that they said was gonna be on my card the next day and they didn’t gave me the money back . The staff is very rude and disrespectful, I will never stay here again an I hope they give me my deposit back

Got there later than expected and luckily someone was working. There were two different people working (different shifts) while we were there and both were very nice and helpful. We got a room with a single bed which worked fine but was definitely on the smaller side. The room was clean, decorations and design on the room was a lot nicer than expected for the price! We ended up needing more towels on the first day (we both use two towels lol) and they brought them to us within 5-10 minutes. I will say the original towels looked a little old, slightly yellow and on the smaller side while the extra towel was bigger, very white and thick!! Huge mirror in the bathroom and the shower had full size products (I don’t mind using random hotel products and they were a tea tree something mix so very much depends on the person). When I had booked the hotel I had accidentally marked us checking out the day before we were actually supposed to check out so the girl at the front desk did stop me and ask if we were checking out, she was very very nice and accommodating and helped me pay for another night. The only thing that was a bit alarming was there was one night at like 2 am when we woke up to someone banging on the front sliding glass door of the hotel and yelling. We were the first room when you walk in so we heard but luckily the sliding glass door is only accessible by room key and they have plenty of surveillance cameras. Ultimately we felt very safe with how they had that setup!

Friendly staff . Accommodating very helpful. Clean fresh rooms quite comfortable. Definitely five star.

I had to evacuate my apartment due to the fires in various parts of Los Angeles. I was greeted at the front desk with a smile while patiently listening to my concerns then found the perfect accommodation for me.

Good location, but very small rooms and very minimal amenities in hotel.

Great reception
