I had accidentlt booked the wrong night less then 2 min after booking arrived to hotel and asked to if they can cancel on their end so I can rebook because it wouldn’t let me o my end or if they can change the date he said no and made me pay for another night/stay an extra night. Then gave me issues returning my deposit. worst thing was the cockroaches!!! I felt gross leaving my bag open or eating here

It was very close to what we wanted to do and it was definitely in better condition then expected for the area/price. The beds/pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. We found two roaches but it wasn’t a big deal. The WiFi situation was not good. We were not able to access it. The parking is also really not good since there are 5 parking spaces in the main area that are super close together so even normal sized sedans have a hard time getting in and out. They say there is parking in the back but we did not know how to activate the gate but then a parking spot in the main area opened up.

Ashtrays!!! If you smoke, you don't need to walk out on the street. The motel is by the Sunset Blvd but it's secluded so is pretty quiet. Some weird people lives there from time to time. One guy was a bit annoying

This was a dumpster of a motel. There were massive swarms of flies in the room even after switching. The bed sheets were made of the scratchiest poly blend, dated lighting that made you feel you’re in a creepy movie. The toilet seat with rust on the hinges of the seat that when you lift it, it erodes. The tub did not drain water. I told the front office about the flies and he gave me a can of “Raid!” to spray. You pay $18 for parking and it’s the tightest space and lord help you to get in and out of there. I ended up switching hotels.

Hotel was walking distance to things we wanted to do. The a/c only seemed to have one temperature. The wall plugs do not hold plugs unless held in by something (such as a table leg). They were doing some remodeling while we were there so hopefully the plug issue will be fixed. You have to pay to park in the lot. No breakfast. Good hot water for the shower.

They gave me a different room the second night. It's better. No humming noise. We asked for more blankets. They said no. That's a little surprising. The next morning the manager told us they had extra blankets. He apologized to me. But it was too late. My wife and kids were not comfortable without the blankets. There are other issues I don't want to go into details. I will avoid this place next time. With the additional $18 for self parking, I think you can find a better deal some what close by.

Found more roaches, dirty sheets, dirty beds and there was blood all over the curtains . Everything was in very bad condition . Me and family had no sleep , it ruined our trip . Front desk did not honor booking.com Reservation. They wanted to charge me again even though I paid through booking.com. From desk receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all. After a long day, he wanted to charge me again even though I showed him the reservation but still wanted to charge me again and wanted to charge me more for deposit. It was horrible experience.

The sheets were clean. Close to the Hollywood strip. So not worth it though. Blood spatter on bathroom door. Pretty sure someone od'd and we heard it all through the thin walls and door. Sidewalks around were littered with trash, vomit, urine, and camps of houseless individuals. There was yelling all night long. I do not recommend.

Cock roaches, decaying furniture, a policy where 3rd party cleaning crew gets to keep everything and anything left behind in the room (medicine, laptops, cellphones, jewelry, medication you name it they are keeping it) But by far the worst part of all is the management, especially the very large very angry manager who is so unreasonably horrific it’s peculiar why he walks around the earth so filled with hate - NOT LGBT friendly Management skills

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly, it was a very good surprise for the price. The owner/manager was always at the hotel taking care of everything and asking the clients for any needs. Will definitely go back whenever we can. I found it a bit difficult to manage with just 1 Wi-Fi account per room, there should be more.

The entire motel was very rundown, which is why it's the least expensive motel in the area. The bedsheets were clean she'll therefore it was livable for a couple nights.

As soon as I walked in I killed a cockroach that was crawling on the dresser under the TV, then two more crawling around the bathroom when I went to use. I was instantly grossed out and knew I couldn't sleep there. The room was so basic, and old and seriously outdated. It didn't smell good either. The sad part is that it was in a pretty good area to walk around and see a lot of the Hollywood sites. But even that didn't make me want to stay so I ended up driving home to Ventura after the show I went to see at the Hollywood Bowl.

Onsite gated parking was great and room was very clean. Shower head fell off, no hot water, very loud, very hard beds, and ceiling fan wires were hanging out of the fan WiFi was impossible to connect to. The staff were super friendly, accommodating, and helpful, though.

We got what we paid for; cheep room, close to Hollywood theaters. a Bargen at that. for our 5 night stay. We didn't need a car to get to the TCM film Festival.

That was the point of having a hotel with WiFi. I ended going to Chic-fil-a or Taco Bell for a more stable connection.

The parking lot is so small and they charge 18.00 for it. We had a wet sheet in our mini fridge the linen on the bed was dirty with alot of cigarette burns in the thin comforter. The guy at the front desk was very helpful. It served its purpose didnt wanna drive home after a concert wont be back tho!

To start, they don’t have enough parking, the lobby is kept locked all hours of the day. Staff is not kind or polite. They charge for parking per day per car. Water pressure is good. They have soaps for you and a mini fridge. We booked a king bed but they gave us a double. Paid extra $18 for parking for one night. The parking area is very tight. Bed sheets are like hospital sheets so very thin.

The chain lock on the door got stuck multiple times and we almost had to break to break it to get out. the air conditioner was not clean and we couldn't use it due to the dusk build up in the machine. Parking was inconvenient, as the parking spaces were tight and my partner when parking in the lines couldn't open the drivers door, when we parked slightly over as there was on other car in the lot the entire time we were there we were yelled at to move our car. Gate to get back into the parking lot would not open unless we went around to talk to whoever was working so getting back after a night out at HHN was more difficult than it needed to be. I'm honestly glad I didn't bring a black light to check the bed because I probably would have lost my mind I was bit in a few spots throughout the evening. The stay was the most unpleasant stay I’ve ever had. When I got there I was surprised with a parking fee, was told I could not park inside where the office was that I had to turn the corner to find a “tunnel” to go into their lot that cannot comfortably fit even a compact car. My room key was faulty. The room was not ready for my stay. The floors were not cleaned properly because I found a Walmart receipt that wasn’t mine. The mini fridge wasn’t even plugged in, was leaking water, and smelled when I brought it to their attention they just wiped it down and told me not to worry about it after the plugged it in; after I asked for a replacement for my stay. I only bought a one night stay mind you. The towels were dirty and when I asked for clean towels I was met with attitude and disrespect; continued to hand me a dirty towel claiming it was clean. There were orange stains on it. My original towels had mascara stains or something. The workers did not know how to talk to, or provide any sort of comfort for their customers. Upon leaving and driving 2 1/2 hours home instead of staying there I asked for my receipt and I was told I’d have to wait till morning to talk to the manager because the night shift worker was not authorized to do anything of that manner. I asked for a refund…and he showed me my receipt that said non refundable, but couldn’t print me a copy of what I already paid for.

The stay was the most unpleasant stay I’ve ever had. When I got there I was surprised with a parking fee, was told I could not park inside where the office was that I had to turn the corner to find a “tunnel” to go into their lot that cannot comfortably fit even a compact car. My room key was faulty. The room was not ready for my stay. The floors were not cleaned properly because I found a Walmart receipt that wasn’t mine. The mini fridge wasn’t even plugged in, was leaking water, and smelled when I brought it to their attention they just wiped it down and told me not to worry about it after the plugged it in; after I asked for a replacement for my stay. They had no rollaway beds available I had to go buy an inflatable bed for my daughter to sleep in

There where roaches and it was loud. There was like 12 parking spaces, very tiny. When I told about the roaches front person just said ohh. They refused to refund, but I was not going to finish my stay there.

When I made my booking I noted that the reservation was for 5 people. Upon checking in I was charged an additional $14 per person totaling $70. I’m not sure if their policy was to charge per person, or what the point in noting it in Expedia was. It just seemed unusual. The parking lot had maybe 6 spaces. The shower head looked as if it was falling apart and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. They didn’t have any washcloths in the room. The WiFi didn’t work and we had gotten 3 different codes to use. I had left with my family for an afternoon out and when we had returned, a staff member was right at my window before I can put my car in park to ask if we had reservations. I tried to say that we had checked in the day before and he kept rudely cutting me off to ask if he can help me. I would not be staying at this place again.

Just an overly awful place to stay. Very dirty, uncomfortable bed, roaches, just overall gross. You're better of sleeping in your car if this is your option.

Ac leak water I didn’t know got out bed to use bathroom slip and hurted my self then they charge for parking that’s not on the website.

Only downside is the amount of noise from Sunset Blvd.

The Price was affordable it was very noisy got A Little sleep not much but all in all no one try to Open door i felt ok

$18 parking per night. Take a while to get hot water A strong smell of moldy and faintly like homeless people + disinfectant. The place is really run down. The first room we got has no blanket just a thin fitted sheet. We had to leave the fan running for hours with window open to kinda get rid of the smell.

I like this place so much the stuff is friendly and they make me feel welcome especially Max hes always attentive on my needs I would definitely recommend this place to scape from all and forget about the world for a moment and enjoy yourself for once and like vegas what happened in vegas stay in vegas...

Asked the clerk for wifi access he stated "ok I'll get you access. " it never happened. Parking is a disaster, area is so tiny to even pay for parking and it still didn't make me feel safe.

A nice old place. Needs a little updating, but the manager (or owner) was very friendly and accommodating. His helper on the other hand- not so friendly.. This place is very well located if you want to walk the Walk of Fame, and be within a couple of blocks from many Hollywood landmarks. Parking is tight but very safe.

Cockroach on bed, unsafe neighborhood, had to leave the facility at midnight because several police vehicles arrive and a cockroach was on me when was asleep.

But the rooms are not very acoustic so sometimes I heard the neighbors… and next to the building there are a few tents with homeless, but after that it is okay, it is very well located

My stay was good until I wanted to extend and the person at the front desk tried to make a copy of my credit card number not my Id saying it was hotel policy. There was no sign saying that , only signs saying the card and identification must match . After i refused he offered me to pay in cash but I just left because I’ve never had a hotel take a copy of my card information I felt like they were trying to commit fraud with my info.

Do not stay here unless you are desperate.
