Reviews
The hotel is praised for its convenient location, particularly for those visiting the Hollywood Bowl or Universal Studios. The staff is consistently described as friendly and helpful. However, the hotel's valet-only parking policy and the associated fee are frequent complaints. Some guests also express dissatisfaction with the quality of the rooms and the breakfast service.

Very clean room and everyone one was nice

The staff was amazing and the property was absolutely immaculate and even though the parking was crazy because of the Rod Stewart concert at the Hollywood bowl, which is just a quick 10 minute walk , they managed to park my car without a scratch and took good care of it! By the time I checked out in the morning, my car was already upfront with the trunk open. My door is open for easy access and it was amazing!!!!

Pleasant stay. Bed and pillows were wonderful. Room needed a little TLC. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will most likely stay here again.

Sylvia was the best, best, best!!! She helped us with where to go, where to eat, and just Genuine friendliness. The customer service was the best. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything about the hotel & it's staff were perfect! So friendly & helpful from the moment we left our car with valet when checking in until we checked out.

Front desk was welcoming and kind. Good location to Hollywood Blvd and safe place to stay.

They don't tell you until you have paid the non refundable room price that there's a mandatory $55 parking fee. And we paid $41 for a cooked to order breakfast that we received a $16 credit toward our breakfast that had approx 4 items on the menu. What a rip off.

It was me, my wife, and my sick child. We were in LA, from Vegas, to take our fresh off of chemotherapy child to CHLA. Once the receptionist, Ted, found out, he was extremely kind and helpful. I say this because we did not have any concerns with our immuno-compromised child in or around the property. The only reason I didn't rate this a 5 star stay was the valet only parking. I did not remember reading this and thought parking was included. The cost was $55, but I did get in and out privileges if needed. Once staff heard I was there for medical, he stated the parking fee would be waived, it was not, but I appreciated the offer with the circumstances.

Marco at the Front desk ! Went to the TGIF at the hotel 3 hours before closing. A woman who appeared to be the manager , sat us at a table and never came back again. After sitting there for 30 minutes waiting to be served , we finally just got up and left. We went to the front desk to purchase a beer and Marco told us the restaurant also had beer. We let him know that we attempted to buy some food and drinks and were ignored the entire time and never served . While the TGIF may not be the Hilton. It is still part of your hotel and makes you look bad. The restaurant was not super busy so it just did not make sense why we were never acknowledge or served .

How welcomed we were by parking attendant and front desk. Location which made it very convenient yo sites, pool ate was very clean and well stocked with towels. The parking spaces too small and vehicles were park extremely close to each other. Could probably have more handicap parking spaces.

Nice and friendly staff
- 5/5
The whole stay was great! From the customer service to the valet.
- 5/5
We loved everything about our stay except for a few little things. We thought that we shouldn’t have had to pay for parking and there was no fan in the bathroom. We would definitely stay there again!
- 4/5
Clean and nice area close to attractions. Paid breakfast

- 5/5
Great time
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay! I love how it is walking distance to a lot of places. All we had to do was just get out and walk around! It was amazing. Me and my partner will definitely be staying again if we are in town
- 4/5
Very good
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 3/5
The pool and hot tub would be good if there we’re changing rooms which there is not The place needs a face lift and some maintenance The biggest issue is places to eat if you don’t have a car They have Thank God it’s Friday inside the hotel except the service is bad the food is not made to order and since there is nowhere else to go I won’t stay there again
- 3/5
Could use upgrade and maintenance fixes. Bathrooms and rooms gave worn out and non working fixtures
- 4/5
Good stay.
- 2/5
Front desk and valet staff was nice but this morning called for the car and when we got downstairs it was no where to be found. Front Desk had not let the valet know.
- 4/5
Rooms and lobby badly in need of update. Good location. Excellent work by housekeeping staff.

Closed to Hollywood bowl and there is restaurant and bar. Bed slso very comfy

Awesome
- 5/5
Very convenient and comfortable staying with
- 5/5
Clean property, kind and courteous staff, quick check in process, great amenities, loved that TGIF restaurant is inside hotel lobby, conveniently located near Dolby theater, valet parking was little understaffed and took 15 mins in a small parking lot that is off a busy road. But overall loved our stay, highly recommend and plan to stay here again in next few months.
- 5/5
Very clean, very helpful slept beautifully. I want to purchase the bedding!
- 2/5
Came to the hotel for a vacation and to finally sleep in. Instead was woken up by a fire alarm at 5am. We evacuated and exited out. My husband and I immediately saw employees laughing at us. Did not sit well. There was no free breakfast. Room was clean.
- 5/5
Everything was top drawer
- 3/5
The front desk experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member didn’t greet us, was unhelpful, and came across as rude. Unfortunately, this wasn’t just our experience, I noticed she treated other guests the same way. A more welcoming and professional approach would have made a big difference.
- 5/5
Always pretty good
- 5/5
Stay Was Clean, Staff Was Cool,
- 1/5
Experience horrible. Placed in a street facing room with cars speeding by all night, grown adults running up and down the hallway at all hours. Even had a domestic dispute happen in the room beside me and when I called the front desk for help it took security 20 mins to check on the situation. LAPD showed up at 2:30 in the morning to arrest the couple and hotel staff didn’t even check in or ask if I could be accommodated in anyway. Will never book here again.
- 1/5
I took the deal and unbeknownst to me the room i got was on the second floor, next to the elvator and the door to the pool area. We heard the elevator throughout the stay and the loud slamming pool door from 8am till 10pm. Tbe AC in the room was also very loud. I did ask for a late check out and at least they did gave me that for complaining. Double check that uts not that room when you book a king bed room. Its most likely the worst room in the entire building.
- 4/5
Nice pool and hot tub. Parking was pricey. Security was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful, especially via text.
- 5/5
Friendly staff easy check in
- 4/5
Yes
- 4/5
Great service and rooms that worked well enough, but the facilities were noticeably old. Jacuzzi was out of service. I would consider staying here again but only if there were limited other options, or for a particularly good price.
- 4/5
What I like the most about this hotel was - that pool and hot tub are open 24 x 7
- 5/5
Great location. Easy walks to Runyon Canyon, Hollywood Blvd, Sunset strip and Hollywood Bowl. Shopping and restaurants just minutes away. Rooms are clean. And the connected Fridays serves breakfast
- 5/5
Heated pool and spa. Friendly and helpful staff
- 5/5
My stay was amazing! Staff was so friendly and accommodating. The TGI Friday’s in the lobby came in so clutch! We were 10 mins walking distance from everything we wanted to do on Hollywood Blvd. Can’t beat it! Will definitely stay again and recommend family/friends stay here as well.
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable and close to where we needed to be. Only complaint was there was no way to change the direction of the AC vent if youre sleeping on the side of the bed where it is at. Also not great, ordering TGIF's late because food didnt come our great.
- 4/5
Website said public parking available. this is not true and they charged us 35 bucks to park at the hotel
- 3/5
Hotel is dated. Pool is dated. Hotel restaurant awful
- 5/5
Good location very clean
- 5/5
It was good
- 5/5
Great location.
- 5/5
It was very nice, clean and comfortable! Great location with a lot of things within walking distance.
- 4/5
Everything was good and went smoothly only thing is traffic we had our room next to the road and you can hear all the cars driving by. Parking fee is extra on top of room cost.
- 5/5
Staff was awesome, even though we checked in after midnight. 6 minute walk to the Dolby theater and Hollywood walk of fame. Very close to a bunch of good restaurants (including Mel's diner and tens of coffee stands that were delicious). Definitely a sketchy walk at night but as long as you're in before 10pm, no issues. Room was cleaned routinely, and the convenience area was also nice to have (as with all hotels, a little pricey but that's okay for convenience). Accessible parking lot for ubers and lyfts to pick up.
- 3/5
Elevators are extremely slow. Hot tub was always luke-warm. People were working out past 11pm and dropping weights (noise reverberates through the room). Ok otherwise
- 3/5
The room is fine. The location is great. But it is very close to the street and very noisy.
- 5/5
The location is very convenient, it's safe, the interior is new and very clean, and the parking staff is very polite and friendly . We'll definitely stay here again next time.
- 4/5
Clean room. Comfortable bed.
- 4/5
Staff was great, pool freezing, hot tub great for first night, hotel breakfast is extra charge, not a bad area for LA
- 4/5
All was good except for the breakfast it was in the restaurant inside the hotel, the staff was rude and very bad in the service.
- 5/5
great room, really clean, calding to hollywood bowl
- 2/5
Sticky floor in the room. Small room(I booked room with 2 queen beds). High parking fees. Mandatory valet parking. No breakfast and no shuttle. Why would you stay here if you cant walk to universal and you have to pay parking and they dont have shuttle for universal?
- 5/5
Staffs are good
- 3/5
No self serve parking. Rates were high. Bathroom exhaust didn't work.
- 3/5
Our last night at the hotel, we were woken up by the fire alarm at around 11:00pm. We exited the building but no direction was given by staff. Approx 30 mins later, everyone started entering the building. Staff were not instructing whether or not it was safe to go back in, so we followed everyone and asked the front desk. They said someone pulled it and that we should be fine to go back to our rooms. The fire department never showed up. It felt like this situation could have been handled better by hotel staff.
- 2/5
Not so clean. Staff was nice.
- 1/5
Bad experience
- 2/5
We were initially given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke and had to be moved. On the second night, we were woken up in the middle of the night and evacuated because another guest was smoking and triggered the alarm. The evacuation lasted an extended time with no communication or coordination, and the front desk staff appeared visibly annoyed rather than helpful. Service throughout the stay was poor. The valet on the first night was disengaged, failed to lock a luggage cart on a hill, offered no assistance, and disappeared, leaving us to hold the cart with our legs while loading our belongings. The second night was better, until the evacuation, but the damage was done. We also ate at the on-site TGI Fridays and experienced dismissive service. When I asked to move due to cold air from an open door, the server told me to “sit over there.” Our food sat under the warmer for a long time, and service only improved when it was time to pay. The cook and waiter were having very casual, loud conversations we could hear across the “dining room” and they left the messy large tables, dirty for the entire time we were there. It was gross. The rooms felt poorly maintained. In the second room, there was hair hanging from the thermostat, which summed up the lack of care throughout the stay. Overall, this hotel lacked cleanliness, professionalism, and basic communication. I would not recommend staying here.
- 5/5
We used the property for a stopping point. After an event in hollywood. We were very pleased with how clean the hotel was and how pleasant the staff at check in were.
- 5/5
The highlight of the stay was the bed 😍😍😍
- 5/5
The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly.
- 4/5
Clean room. Comfortable bed and spacious room
- 1/5
$55 to park car thought it had a shuttle to universal but not and no breakfast choices like at Holiday inn.hotel and room was ok but should of stayed at the holiday inn Express.
- 4/5
Valet service should be included in the cost of the room. Room was fine. Surprised by the low quality of the TV. All in all, however, had a great stay.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean, close to several incredible sites, and the hotel restaurant staff were fantastic!
- 5/5
Was very clean and quiet. Thank you
- 4/5
Good location, nice rooms.
- 2/5
The hotel felt extremely unsafe. There was an incident that wasn’t addressed. They also promote being dog friendly yet no area or grass for the dogs.
- 1/5
Valet parking only for 55 dollars per night is not it.
- 5/5
Clean room. Great location. Accommodating staff.
- 4/5
Nice sized room
- 5/5
The elevators are slow to operate, but the staff is great. Management and staff was super courteous from the Valet Parking attendants, to checking in and out and the houseman and housekeeping staff was amazing. We had a pleasant hustle feee visit. Outstanding
- 5/5
The check in person was kind, the room was gorgeous, there was plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. I slept great! Thank you!
- 5/5
Everything was nice thanks .
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Room was clean and everything. It just no one likes to be woken up at 6am because of the protest noise outside.
- 5/5
staff was very wonderful and room was great
- 5/5
Great location-walking distance to Ovation Center, Loews Hotel and Hollywood Walk of Fame. Friendly staff and clean room! Also valet parking is expensive but there are cheaper options in walking distance of the hotel.
- 4/5
Staff was great. Clean. Always able to get chairs at pool. 1 elevator out for repair so always a wait.
- 2/5
We stayed from 10/23/25-10/26/25. On 10/25/25, there was an early morning (6:30) protest of a small but loud group protesting Hilton policies... glad I didn't want to sleep in! One of the elevators was out the entire weekend, resulting in very long waits for the elevator, and on Sunday morning, just before checkout, the second elevator went out, making me hike up and down to the 7th floor. I found the female employee working the front desk both the 25th and 26th incredibly rude on more than one occasion. I wish I had gotten her name; she was that rude! The room was very small and loud (both to the hallway and to outside traffic noise), but the beds were comfortable.
- 5/5
The air conditioner was so loud that when it came on it was like a motor boat starting up and running. Lots of noises from the room above us that went late into the night. Otherwise nice room and great staff!!!
- 3/5
One elevator only working, SUCKS
- 5/5
Clean room and staff was very help. Two thumbs ip
- 3/5
The elevators were broken and one dropped while we were in it, hotel TGI Fridays in the hotel had like one person working and food was never consistent. One day you order breakfast and it comes with one piece of French toast, the next 2. Hotel was super hot, protestors outside the hotel protesting the Hilton at 6am while we are trying to sleep. Just overall a horrible stay and I usually love the Hilton.
- 2/5
The TGI Fridays was gross the elevator was slow
- 4/5
The room was clean, but the toilet was damaged and even though I called and they came to fix it, it looked old. We didn't have breakfast at the restaurant, but we had dinner and the food didn't look fresh. Despite that, the staff was very friendly and attentive at all times.
- 5/5
Great location and service
- 4/5
Wish the water was free for all not just for Hilton Honors members. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
- 4/5
The Hotel was presented nicely. Staff were nice. Location was convenient. Good Value. Would have preferred a proper light in the main room. Had to use just lamps.
- 5/5
good hotel near where we wanted to be
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
!
- 5/5
Clean room.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. Nothing exceptional but great location for Hollywood Bowl and Walk of Fame. They should be more upfront about the parking not being included in the price - we paid $55/night - which seems like a lot.
- 4/5
Room location was excellent, you can walk or drive to any part of California easily. The room was updated, clean, quiet and comfortable. The valet parking is $55 a day but it was worth it as you can come and go as many times a day as you like without paying an in and out fee. Paying $55 a day for parking is also worth it because it is hard to find parking in California and if you do, it is not cheap! The valet members were friendly and professional and on top of the daily $55 fee, I made sure to tip them. The hotel itself is in a safe area and is well secured, as a female by myself, I felt safe my entire stay. My only negative comment would be the lady that worked the front desk during the day, she was curt and distant but the other front desk staff were all freindly.
- 5/5
The check-in was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Quality stay, great service, great location.
- 5/5
Great location for Hollywood Bowl. Parking as usual expensive. At this location they ONLY have valet parking.
- 5/5
Great proximity to Hollywood Bowl
- 4/5
This hotel is among the closest to the Hollywood Bowl. It has easy valet parking that has great attendants. The rooms are fine and overall it is a nice and convenient hotel. We have stayed at this hotel many times. The weak link is the TGIFridays restaurant and bar inside the hotel. It is consistently if not universally under-staffed. Service is non-existent if they seat you, which is not guaranteed and actually more rare than not. There is virtually zero management. Why it matters is there are no other restaurants between the hotel and the bowl. Rather than capitalize on what could be a monopoly, they actually allow no access from the bar from the street because they are actively turning away customers they can’t handle. This hotel deserves better.
- 3/5
I liked the pool being empty around 6pm-9pm. The hotel does not have much in regards to selling items for the pool so make sure to stop by Target nearby. The TGI Fridays that is connected to the hotel is very delicious but a bit pricey for individual meals. The small shop that the hotel has contains items to be expensive even though there is a vending machine not too far of a walk from it that has the same items for much cheaper and has a lot more options. One thing that made this review a bit lower was from wanting to do laundry at around 10-11ish. Me and my partner got to access the laundry room door and wanted to ask how to use it so my partner went to ask but got told off that it is supposed to be closed and that they already turned off the water. I got to let him in considering I was already inside the room but I tested the door out to see if they locked it and they did. They did that right after my partner asked about the laundry room even though there is no time schedule posted outside the laundry room.
- 4/5
Friendly staff. easy walk to the Hollywood bowl
- 5/5
Short walk to Hollywood Bowl!!
- 3/5
Rooms where outdated and felt more like a prison cell than a hotel room. There was no parking it was a mandatory valet, and the parking spot was 10 feet from the valet both. It was $55 to park the car, and the valet attendant was irritated with my $5 tip, given there was an actual service that deserved a tip that's one thing but $5 for you to hand me my keys to a vehicle you didn't even park seems rather generous. The front desk staff on check in was ok but upon check out they were extremely rude and unwelcoming. Overall, it wasn't the worst place I have stayed but extremely overpriced for what you get. With all the hotels in the LA area I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
- 5/5
It was very convenient to the Hollywood Bowl.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed ourselves here. The room came with a fridge and microwave.
- 5/5
Clean room, Helpful and friendly staff. Great location to explore Hollywood and stay for Hollywood Bowl events.
- 5/5
Nice clean and updated room. Could've been better tgif location. Im she more people would use it if more people staffed it.
- 4/5
Parking is $55 a night. It is very convenient to the Hollywood Bowl. Just be aware of the charge.
- 5/5
clean
- 2/5
was not to brand standard lack of service
- 5/5
Stayed here for a concert at Hollywood Bowl. Perfect location. Ubered to the stadium after dinner and easily walked back after the concert.
- 3/5
I really don’t like the surprise $55/night parking fee. This needs to be disclosed BEFORE booking.
- 3/5
no
- 1/5
They turn off the bathroom lights at night to save energy.
- 4/5
The hotel was fine. Overall fairly clean. But weathered for sure. My shower was cracked and patched and the door didn’t close. Toilet sometimes didn’t flush, had to remove the tank and toggle the water thing. Just a bit more work than I’d like to deal with but the staff were good.
- 5/5
walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl for events.
- 5/5
Perfect stay. We were there for a show at the Hollywood Bowl. Great location for the Bowl and for touristy things on Hollywood Blvd. Juan at the front desk was super!
- 4/5
Parking charged was too much
- 5/5
We did not like the Food Cafe in your facility! They need to go! TGI Fridays! Was Horrible service and Horrible Food!
- 3/5
Nice outside pool area and convenient location to some of local attractions..but wasn't "Hilton" standards..unless Hilton has declined..was decent..but could have stayed next door at Best Western for same. Rooms seemed abit dated for Hilton
- 3/5
On the road facility- noisy. Close to attractions. Would not recommend for someone who is going to relax.
- 3/5
The property itself feels a bit dated. Many of the room fixtures and equipment seem old and could really use an upgrade. The room I stayed in had a patchy wall that looked like it had been repaired but never properly finished, which gave it an unpolished look. Another downside was the on-site restaurant, TGI Fridays. It was a major letdown—not only was the menu very limited, but the food quality didn’t match the convenience of having a restaurant in-house. If you’re expecting a full-service hotel dining experience, this won’t meet that standard. On the positive side, the location is convenient if you’re planning to explore Hollywood attractions, and the staff were generally polite and helpful.
- 1/5
Unfortunately, we were told by management that they overbook so when we arrived they did not have the room we paid for, available. We had to suffice with a different room and wait for an additional rollaway bed to be sent up. It took 2 hours and constant calling to get the bed sent up. On top of that, the AC unit doesn’t work and the staff was unapologetic about their lack of service and accommodations.
- 5/5
Close to the Hollywood Bowl and Hollywood Blvd
- 4/5
I like that the location was close to everything I wanted to see while visiting Los Angeles. In addition, I enjoyed the dining options and easy parking to get into the hotel. However, I felt the beds were too hard and the shower head came part for a few nights of our stay.
- 3/5
No fan in bathroom. No recycle bins. Only two packets for coffee add-ins (like sugar).
- 2/5
There was no luggage service when we arrived. The room had only 1 outlet available . There is no counter space in bathroom. The hotel would be easy to miss since it is on a busy street and the drive way to pull in is hidden/not easily visible
- 5/5
Love and very nice
- 4/5
Comfortable rooms and close to Hollywood bowl. That was very convenient as we were attending a concert. Would have preferred no charge for the first two bottles of water in the room. Also would have liked healthier breakfast options at the restaurant within the hotel.
- 4/5
It was more convenient to stay there than a destination hotel. We thought it offered free breakfast, but apparently it didn't. The restaurant located on site was awful.
- 5/5
Convenient
- 1/5
Hilton with a prime price should provide some standard. I will never stay here again or recommend anyone.
- 4/5
Good location, the massage pool is hot and comfortable!
- 4/5
M
- 2/5
A pretty basic hotel in a weird area. Only good for Hollywood bowl events I guess but otherwise I wouldn’t stay. Pool and jacuzzi area are decent though.
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
This location is .39 miles from the bowl on the same side of the street. Super convenient, Valet only parking with in and out privileges. A little expensive, $50 per night. Front desk staff are super cool and helpful.TGI Fridays is on the 1st floor. Service, food and music are great. The room view poolside is beautiful with views of the mountain behind the bowl. Room and Bedding clean and comfy!
- 5/5
Great service and great ambiance. Walking distance to Hollywood Blvd, and Hollywood Bowl, and very close to Universal studios.
- 4/5
The pool was a unique location. It was well taken car off. Enjoyed that it was outdoors.
- 4/5
The pool looked really nice, but it wasn’t heated and there was hardly any sun most of the day when we were there, and I didn’t see any sun anytime on the pool
- 3/5
The rooms are also dark, lighting is dim. My room was poolside but there is a hill which instructs the view of the sun so even opening the curtains doesn't make a difference.
- 2/5
Valet broke my windshield wipers.. and laughed about it.. than housekeeping cleaned our room and took my slippers.
- 5/5
This is our second time here to stay the night when we have a concert to go to. This is really a wonderful place.
- 5/5
The place was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I felt welcomed and safe throughout my stay. I’ll definitely book again.
- 5/5
From check in to check out staff and experience was great. Kids enjoyed the pool and my husband enjoyed the gym. Room was clean and spacious. Location is great central to many attractions. Laundry on site.
- 5/5
Perfect spot on walking distance of the boulevard.
- 3/5
Love how close it is to the Hollywood bowl. You can walk there no problem. The hotel was nice. We had a broken shower head and they replaced it. The bathtub did back up though. The valet were great!!
- 5/5
Great place, very clean wonderful attention.
- 5/5
Great place to stay especially if you are going to the Hollywood bowl. It’s in walking distance and a great hotel and staff

All good

It was a nice stay. Some room noise in the hallway but not bad.

$55 to park daily $75 deposit daily the room air conditioner was noisy, over priced for the room reminds me of a Motel 6
- 4/5
Nice but valet parking is expensive, the air conditioner was noisy & there were no hooks/bars in the bathroom for wet towels.

We often stay at this hotel, when we attend plays at the Pantages Theatre. It is conveniently located and the rooms are comfortable. We like having a frig in our room. Parking is valet only, currently $50 per night.

I didn't like how there's no self parking and we have to pay $55 just for valet

was a good hotel .Staff was friendly.

We were going to a show at Hollywood Bowl. It was a quick, short walk to the stadium so the location cannot be beat. $55 for mandatory valet parking felt extreme since the lot was so small and had lots of spaces available. The hotel itself is older, but most everything on that street is as well. You can tell it has been updated, but probably a while back. All in all it was comfortable, convenient and we would probably stay again if we were going to Hollywood Bowl.

Offer to take our bags when the room wasn’t ready..I arrived early….We were offered bottle of water. Received text message the next day to ask how’s my stay is going..! The best next part…There’s an very popular restaurant right in the hotel.. Great perk…

Nice, safe and clean.

Ok

$50 a night parking fees that I didn’t know about until I checked in. Homeless people surrounding the hotel and not in a good area at all. It was an easy drive to universal studios and the room and hot tub were great

When the first night you hear bottling screams and “get down on the ground” over and over, it’s not a safe place to stay. The entire neighbourhood is dirty and dangerous. Entire Hollywood is filth. Way too expensive for what was charged and delivered.

Convenient location to get an Uber to Universal/Warner Brothers and to walk to Hollywood, but was very busy the first night due to an event at the Hollywood Bowl which we hadn't realised. Other than hearing some late night noise of those guests getting back, and also not being able to control the AC as the wall unit was broken it was a decent stay for the two nights we were there.

Great location, friendly staff.

pretty big room for the price

Very easy check-in. Let us check in a little early which was appreciated. Clean rooms and very friendly staff.

Great location

The room was very stylish and big, super comfortable. It had everything we needed, a fridge, a microwave and coffee machine with free coffee available. The hotel was super stylish and clean in general and the staff was very attentive. The location was great, super convenient

Good hotel . Expensive valet parking
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. The checkin process was quick, and the staff was friendly. However, the rate was different than what I was originally quoted (I called the Hotel's own reservations number and got "total" price). The front desk, charged extra for things that I thought were covered in the quoted "total" price. Lesson learned; next time I'll ask for the "total total total" price.

I mean it’s close to the Chinese theatre and universal studios but tbh its a mediocre hotel, not Hilton at all

Friendly staff

It’s an okay hotel

$55 for parking per night??? The hot tub broke down every day. Pool ran out of towels early. Front desk staff unfriendly. Business center is just a little side area with no door.
- 4/5
Transients walking around asking for money.

Any and all questions where answered with great customer service

Good hotel, except for the part where they charged me $55 a night for mandatory valet parking. That part kinda sucked.
- 5/5
All of our requests were met promptly and to our satisfaction. Pleasant stay.
- 4/5
Front desk, staff and housekeeping very courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, very loud neighbors on both sides. Once front desk was informed, they took care of it quickly.
- 4/5
Great hotel but we weren’t aware they don’t have a parking lot so we had to paid $45 per night for parking valet. Other than that it was very comfortable and clean
- 5/5
I really liked how clean the hotel was and how close it was to other stores and locations.
- 5/5
This hotel was absolutely stunning and was in the perfect area for everything, and the staff was incredible!

We stayed here for 2 nights to go to Universal Studios. We got a 2nd floor room facing the street. The traffic noise was horrible and made getting any type of restful sleep impossible. Pair that with the entire hallway smelling like a dispensary because someone was smoking in their room and it made the stay less than ideal. I shouldn't have to worry about my two kids getting a contact high from walking to our room at a Hilton. I expected more.
- 3/5
Nice hotel with very expensive fee’s. $45 a day to park, $125 a day for incidentals, which take 5-7 days to get your money back. And a TGIF’s down stairs.
- 4/5
The room is as photographed but it needs some TLC. My room was a bit worn, the shower floor was stained and it feels a bit old. The hall way light stays on all night and it strongly shines through the gap of the door. Staff - Extremely polite and helpful. I came down with the flu on day 2 of my trip and they accommodated me so well (thank you).
- 4/5
The valet parking charge is misleading, but it does get returned, so it's relatively irritating.
