    Convenient location. Private setting. Unfortunately, under construction at the time of our stay. The doors were left wide open to allow access for the workers—our guess. But, we did encounter two “odd” persons seemingly walking around.

    The room was more or less okay, although some things just didn't work, but the entire building feels like it's only halfway finished. Lots of work being done, the common area is filled with boxes of things, and one other resident referred to the elevator as "ghetto" as the floor isn't done and there's a tarp or something hanging over the walls. The staff seemed alright though, probably just trying to manage as best they can, not superb but I've definitely had worse. Just know that this is a hotel that very much feels like it's still under construction or heavy renovation.

    It was a terrible stay. They had construction going on and the place looks terrible. I was standing at the front desk for 30 minutes before anybody was able to help me. My room had several beatles before I said it’s enough and I left. It’s been a week and a half and I still haven’t got my refund for leaving early.

    This hotel only gave us two glasses two small plates two forks doing knives too spoons too big plates I guess we could have gotten some more but it was really minimal no pots and pans to cook with maybe available but again have to go get them and worst of all they have a nice laundry in the hotel but they do not have any change any soap any softener that's a big lose to me

    The room I was given was directly next to the hotels laundry unit. Constant banging and noise from the that and workers. Coupled with noisy occupants in surrounding rooms made the stay less than enjoyable. I ended up leaving a day early as a result.

    I stayed at this property for a total of 6 weeks for business and even changed rooms once during my stay. In my last room, I reported a ceiling leak to the hotel. Despite notifying them, the issue was never addressed — and on my last day, the ceiling completely caved in. Debris from the collapse fell onto my personal belongings, damaging over $2,000 worth of items. Instead of taking responsibility, the hotel falsely accused me of leaving the already damaged room in poor condition. To make things worse, they withheld my deposit and charged my card an additional $30.25 for “extra cleaning services.” After all the business and money I gave them, this is how I was treated. Loss of property and more money taken from me in the end. I get that times are tough and budgets are tight — but do yourself a favor and spend your hard-earned money somewhere else.

    It started with the reservation. They only had one room when I clearly had a reservation for two (which I showed the desk clerk). He got me a second room. The room I got (135) had a distinct odor when I got in. Thinking the air conditioner would clear it, I cranked the air. Only later did I realize that the odor was coming FROM the AC unit, so I shut it off and opened a window. The state of the room was not bad, but every surface had a greasy film on it, obviously from a cursory wipe by housekeeping with a well-used rag. The bathroom seemed recently updated, yet the shower head was loose and leaking. And the coffee maker did not work. On the plus side, the bedding was clean and the property was quieter than many of the pricier hotels in which I’ve stayed. Still, I will not be a return guest.

    Bathroom floor sinking; I think the subfloor has rotted away. The shower should be a hand held unit versus single spray head. Finally, the mattress needs to be replaced, it’s just subpar with respect to comfort.

    My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel. We booked for 6 nights. When we got there we already had an off feeling. We walked into our room and checked everything. The ceiling has mold growing on it, the toilet was clogged as well as the bathroom sink, and the AC unit did not work. We went down to the desk and the Employee of the Month (i don’t remember his name) was super helpful and nice and said someone would come the next morning to have a look at everything. The maintenance guy did come but the AC was still broken. It would turn on for 5 minutes every 2 hours! With how hot and humid it was, we were roasting. We went to the lobby and talked with Cash. He was helpful as well but said since it was a weekend the maintenance guy wouldn’t be able to come until Monday morning. I just about had it with this place. The next morning I woke up with ANTS crawling on me in bed!! I was done. We packed up and went to the lobby. They said they would give us a refund but we haven’t received it yet and it’s been almost two weeks! Everytime I call for a manger she’s not there! This stay was absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I’m very upset with how everything turned out and We are still waiting for a refund!! Do NOT stay here!

    I came from Louisville Kentucky for a weekend family bridal shower. I was informed upon arrival I’d have to pay an additional $72 fee for my dog plus $25 for “incidentals” which I would be refunded. I’m still waiting for my refund. The weekend manager was unfriendly and not helpful. The property was not very clean, there was hair on the floor in my bathroom. The overall cleanliness of the property was poor. It was difficult to sleep because the tollway is right next to the property and there were cars and motorcycles zooming up and down it until the early hours. The property doesn’t have an ice machine and although there was a full size refrigerator in the room I didn’t think to check it for ice which I needed for my cooler for my trip back home. The weekend manager just curtly informed me there was no ice machine in the building. I ended up going and purchasing a bag of ice. I will never stay at this property again and I travel to Chicago frequently as I have family and friends in the area. Very bad experience!

    Reasonably priced room/suit with a kitchenette suitable for a longer stay if you didn't want to eat out every night. Nothing walkable nearby. Appeared to be housing some long term guests but I was not bothered by that or any of those "residents". If you are on a budget such as I was, I was able to get some breakfast cereal and milk plus other things to have breakfast when I wanted without having to go out. There is no breakfast offered.

    The room had a strange smell and there was left over painters tape around light fixtures on the ceiling. We stayed for two nights and came across 3 cockroaches in the room. The furniture was beat up with many dents and chips in the paint. We were on a budget and did not spend a ton of time in the room, so we made it work. In the future I would definitely spend more per night at a different hotel. Although, the staff was very friendly!

    Everything was going well up until the day I was checking out. The housekeeping crew was knocking at my door way to early; around 45 minutes before check out time.     When we got to the room the receptionist told us he had to check the room to make sure it was clean because housekeeping hadn't been doing their job. The hallway carpets ton the roomm were filthya once we got to the roomn the foor was so janky it took ylus a while to get in. Once in the room it smelled as if something died in there. We went back to get a refund but he couldn't told me i had to can manager in the morning. I still haven't received my money and they charged me the deposit fee too! I'm pissed.

    Was very nice. Staff was nice & answered all questions. There was a large stain on one of the random chairs in the room so that one didn’t get used. Other than that it was very clean. They were overbooked for suites but very accommodating for me.

    Bed was pretty uncomfortable but i guess on par for price paid The tub drain couldn't be locked/plugged to have a bath or soak feet at end of day. We asked friday morning if they could look at it and the front desk lady wrote down our room number and said someone would look at it. We came back friday night and we asked if someone looked at it. The night person looked his records i guess and said no. We came back late and were too tired to switch rooms so we just took showers. The room felt a little awkward if its a couple sleeping in the bed cause only 1 side table and the other side of the bed was almost right up against the wall. Thankfully im a little smaller than my husbad so i took thay side. Thats honestly just a warning to future guests not necessarily a complaint that anyone thats working there right now. We also couldn't really get the coffee maker to work. We got what we paid for i guess but it felt like an uncomfortable cot with a tv, a shower with terrible water pressure, a refrigerator that did work at least, and a toilet. I feel like a motel 6 would have been the same experience.

    It was fine I guess. The shower didn’t work well though, had to call front desk to get the water temp turned up. No breakfast, but I guess they don’t do that at extended stays. I also ended up with bedbug bites all over when I left.

    Was there fir 1 night and people were playing loud music down the hall, right around the corner from the front desk. Also been almost a week and they tried to re-charge my card the same price i payed to stay last week, along with $1 charge. Luckily I'm out of state,so my card declined. Last time i stayed here, they gave me a room that smelled BAD! Asked for a different room and they gave me one across from some crime scene. Love having the kitchen, but can't believe i rather stay at the Red Roof across the street.

    This property unfortunately has a lot of residents that live there who are very aggressive, and on drugs. A lot of alcoholics also stay there as permanent residents. If you stay here be prepared to see the police a lot, and see a lot of screaming and fights in front of the building. The staff is great here but the permanent residents definitely ruin the experience of a good hotel stay. They get drunk everyday and harass guests. Including me everytime I stayed there. Apparently they cannot kick these people out but every guest I talked to complained about them. Like I said though, the staff is wonderful. Xavier, Jessica, and Syeed are all wonderful people who will try and make your stay as comfortable as possible. But if you stay here like I said be prepared to see Hoffman Police there every other day, and drunken screaming matches in the front of the building.

    I stayed there for two a few nights before this one & the next morning when I had left out to do some errands I come back and my pre roles is marijuanna were missing I go downstairs and tell what happened spoke with the manager Ashley Smith she lied and said her people don’t steal there, ummm just very convincing story which right I knew she was lying 😕 Anywho she just ignored my whole point and issue so I was real mad because I had just bought them pre rolls the night before I didn’t even get to open one of them. So I was mad and told a few of my ppl what happened you know the story I guess one of them posted a review anonymously why she ABANDONED ME FROM THE PROPERTY FOR THAT! I booked I n a reservation the other night for two nights and when I went to check in the guy at the front desk told me that I’m in the DNR list and I can’t check in and I haven’t gotten a refund from it yet So can someone in the hotel.com department give me a call please..

    The first room they gave us was an occupied room, the second didn’t have enough beds and the third looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and there was no bedding for the pull out couch. The whole hotel had an odor to it. Will not be staying here again.

    The original room we got had no working air conditioning. The room we were moved to had a broken bottom drawer in the refrigerator. The carpet was dirty as evidenced by our socks getting dirty after we walked on it. The biggest problem was the noise. Noisy air conditioning, noisy refrigerator, even a noisy toilet that kept running regularly because it was leaking. We had to turn off the air conditioner when we went to bed so we could sleep. And then there was the discrimination. Dogs are allowed but not cats. In my experience cats are quieter and less trouble than dogs.

    Our room was not clean as we found a broken nail beside the bed and a used bath mat. For the kitchen, does not include and soap to clean the dishes. To hold the check in to 3pm is wild and totally expecting the room to be clean. Our room had a weird smell as well.

    Paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling. Room reeked of cigarrete odor. Half of parking lot was being resurfaced without providing a notice ahead of time thus providing very limited parking space.

    I liked that the rooms are studios with kitchenettes. Unfortunately, the staff was not very friendly and did not provide information needed for our stay. They just check you in. There was work that was going to begin during our stay to the parking lot. I was not told. I found out about it by a flyer posted.

    It was not what I expected from a Extended Stay Hotel. The front desk person including the manager are very rude not only that but whoever was assigned to clean my room stole out my room and when I went to report it the manager was very rude telling me why did I come to this hotel her housekeepers don’t steal I don’t know what I’m talking about just plain rude. Then when I started talking to her the way she was talking to me she got offended & mad and didn’t want to attend me anymore

    No one at checkin upon arrival even after calling. Waited over 20 minutes and had to call throughout hotel to find someone. Room had old coffee and keys from previous guests. Kitchen had very little: only 1 fork and 1 glass.

    I have stayed here on and off for a few months now and have never really had a bad experience at all. The rooms are always clean when you check-in, they are all stocked up with everything you need to cook in the kitchen etc. But the STAFF here is the real winner. The manager, Ashley, is incredible and always helps and sorts you out whenever you need it. That really goes for all the staff here though. Just great people who are extremely respectful and will always help you no matter the situation. If you are thinking of staying somehwere local, this is the place for you. I come here even if it is sometimes $10-15 more expensive. Usually that isnt the case but I'd rather pay a bit extra and stay at a good hotel w even better people than a great hotel w rude and horrible staff. And I've been staying in hotels for months now... there is a reason I keep coming back obviously.

    I inspected the bed and did not find bugs, but the sheets didn’t smell clean. The carpet was not vacuumed, there were stains all over the walls, the bathroom appeared as if only the surfaces got a quick wipe-down. There was a lot of shady activity in and around just this hotel and I didn’t feel very safe.

    I was not pleased at all with my stay. When I arrived, there was a line because people's credit cards were not going through, but they were being charged. I was afraid to stay. Then I got to my room and the couch looked like they got it or the garbage, and the place smelled like urine. I immediately asked for another room, which was better but still not up to part. I will not be staying there ever again! Not to mention the power went out for two hours.

    My key card would stop working after every use. We had to go down to get a new one every time it stopped working. We got it changed 10 times in 2 days. The room they first gave us had dysfunctional lock. My room would not lock. After so many hours, they gave us a new room. The person at the desk hardly knew how to fix things. Was a terrible experience. Would never visit again!

    There were things in the room that were left from previous visitors. Spots on the ceiling. But happy that there were no bedbugs. My door handle fell off when trying to leave one time, told the front desk and they had it fixed by the time I returned. Overall happy with the place for the amount of money I paid.
