Parking are with ok food wuz ok room wuz nice and clean

Everything was great but the young lady that checked me out when I left was unfriendly. She needs work on her customer service skills.

This place was so nice and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Peace and quiet. That was probably the best sleep I’ve had in years.

First the when we checked in the person at the front desk was rude and not very friendly. The key would not be open the outside door until maybe the 20th try. Then the same keys would not open the room door. In the morning I took the the keys to the front desk. They gave me new ones same thing, so I gave up and did each door about 20 times until they worked. In the room there was snot on the wall in the restroom and the shower was dirty. The hair dryer didn’t work and the electrical plugs were not working. The lighting was very poor. There was no paper or pencil or pen to right with, no map of the hotel no one new wher the ice machine was at ( only one in the entire building. I don’t recommend the hotel to anyone.

Pool and hot tub broken. Property was maintained to the bare minimum. Patio seating area was fool of bird poop. Shower glass and sink full of sediment.

The wait time was ridiculous, there was only 1 person working, which is fine because we stay here often and there seems to only be 1 person working. But knowing it was graduation weekend & there were other things happening in the town, they should have prepared to be fully staffed. The rooms are starting to get hot for us at night (we like it really cold) shower pressure is weak when showering and lots of buildup on the shower head. I would recommend; new windows, fresh showers, better AC units.

The room designed for the disabled is too far from registration.

Hotel is ok. Needs a lot of upgrades, but if your looking for something to get you through the night this is a decent option.

Its location and cleanliness Breakfast isn’t great but I’m picky

Room was clean. Staff was friendly at check in but not so much after that.

Hot tub was out of service, pool was very dirty. Neighbor was awfully loud.and never forget FREE PALESTINE

A great overnight stay. The location is close to anything you need. It was quite and clean.

. Wendy was the BEST! She was very helpful when I first checked in as I was late in arriving. I can’t thank her enough, she made my stay exceptional! Parking was a bit difficult in finding a spot , because of many trucks with trailers taking spots closer to access doors. Breakfast bar was low or out of many items but what was there was good

The hotel was clean and nest. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early but they let us check in a little early. The room was nice and very clean. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was well prepared and very tasty. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved my stay

Went for graduation so got in late they advised us the elevators weren’t working and if we didn’t want to stay there we could get a refund. At 11 pm at night how would we find another hotel plus the front desk said the owners had this issue for quite some time and didn’t bother letting customers know beforehand. Anyway the shower didn’t work it literally was spitting water out and not enough to even shower. None of the Breakfast items were filled was not filled until guest complained, waffle filler didnt work, cereal machine didn’t work, had to wait an hour for coffee that never got hot. The hotel was booked for graduation and softball games so expected more. Will never stay here again.

The elevator will not go up to the second floor because of a button issue. Inconvenient for guests and employees.

The elevator was not working. There was rubbish all over the property inside AND out. There was a used washcloth hanging in the shower in our room. Cabinets don't close properly. Curtains don't close properly. Breakfast wasn't available at the time stated. The pool and hot tub were in need of SIGNIFICANT cleaning.
