    -Immediately upon arrival into the room, the thermostat was set to 77 degrees and took several hours to cool the room. -My teenage daughter needed to sleep on the sleeper sofa in the room. No comforter or pillows were provided in the room, and when my daughter asked for those items, the front desk attendant stated that she did not have any available. My daughter stated that the desk attendant kept going outside while she was waiting for someone to help her and that it was 'weird.' -The swing bar lock/latch was broken on the room door and there was no secondary way to secure the door. -Knocking by housekeeping to clean our room on 5/31 began at 7:30 am--there was no privacy sign available in the room to hang on the door. -Flooring was broken and coming up in several places in the room. -We attended breakfast on 5/31 morning, only to find that the muffins had mold on them. I've been staying at LaQuinta for over 30 years and have never, ever encountered a stay so horrifically bad in my entire life. The only good thing about the room was that it was cleaned by the cleaning staff.

    The sofa bed is very small and can fit only 1 person on it. We ended up booking another room. Thank god there was another room available or else we would have been strangled in this small room. Didn’t even mention there is only 1 bathroom. This was a really bad experience!!!

    My negative was with the check,-in & check-out staff. It was the same male who took over 25 minutes to check me in. Then at check out at 10am he left a note saying be back in 15. He was not back in 15 & the other staff was trying to find him. When I called the hotel number, he appeared & removed headphones. At that point, There was a line of people waiting to check out. He had no name tag on. so I do not know his name. He needs better training or another job. Also a name tag should be required for the front desk clerks.

    The room was directly over the entrance. I did not sleep. The room was fully lit by the outside entrance lighting. I could hear full conversations by the people smoking outside. If someone arrived with music playing, it vibrated the room.

    They do have a breakfast bar which is somewhat decent, the hot food mainly consisted of biscuits, smoked sausage, eggs, and some potato’s it stayed the same the entire 3 days, the doors get stuck when you walk in so you have to push them open, our room definitely needed some work and was pretty dirty, room service never brought our trash out once so it was over flowing by day 3, the room also had trash on the floor when we arrived, the couch in our room looked really dingy and could really use a cleaning, they did replace our towels though, but they never cleaned the room once. The pool was shut down because of to many people in the pool so we were only able to go once, the guy on our checkin day wasn’t very friendly, but I will say the other younger guys working at the front were very sweet, friendly, and helpful! I’d give them a 2 out of 5 because of the guys working the desk, I honestly don’t think I will stay at à la Quinta Inn again, the rooms look nothing like the photos, the lobby is pretty clean but the toilet in the lobby was out of order and full of poop the entire 3 days and the roof in the lobby was leaking during the rain, the elevator sounds like it was ganna break and there is only 1, they could defiantly use some maintenance and repairs! For over $100 a night i feel like motel 8 would’ve been the same experience for a better price.

    The room we stayed in was a suite and the first thing I saw when I opened the door was how extremely dirty the couch was. I ended up laying sheets over it just to sit on it. The room itself was not cleaned thoroughly either. Everything was grimy and dirty. The beds were comfortable though and allowed for good sleep. It was just disappointing to see how dirty it was because the hotel has good potential to be nice. I would recommend a few updates to the rooms.

    The breakfast host was extremely rude - to the point of yelling at me. The hotel appears clean in the lobby until you get to the hallways and rooms. My first room was a smoking room. The second room was a suite with a very dirty and stained couch. There is a smell all over the hotel. And the elevator made a terrible grinding noise. I would advise everyine to avoid this hotel

    The guys up front was nice the room when we got there underneath the pullout couch was filthy. The mattress on the pullout couch was nasty. The whole second floor when you got off the elevator it smelled literally like death. I basically were forced to stay because it was nonrefundable and I couldn’t get on a switch to another hotel. I honestly do not recommend staying at this hotel, because it needs better cleaning stuff and maintenance staff because obviously they’re not doing their jobs.

    Although the room was clean as usual, I was slightly perturbed being out in a room next door to a kids birthday sleepover. They were really loud and I typically come here to get peace. This time I didn’t get any but I didn’t want to be a part pooper. There was also this odor on the 2nd floor that I couldn’t quite figure out what it was but it wasn’t pleasant. Hopefully, I’ll get my quiet time the next time I visit. I’m there at least once a month.

    stayed in a long with sofa room so we would have 2 tvs. the king bed had a separate room with door so that was good . the pool was closed ( one of the reasons I got the place), the hotel is old so it has no ac. it was stuffy and muggy in the room luckily I could open the window ori wouldn't have been able to sleep but the window had no screen! the Internet/ wifi was a pain to hook up. the stairway smelled musty. bed was comfy.

    You get what you pay for…moldy pool, filthy carpet, and 2nd floor hallway had a horrible moldy smell too. We couldn’t use microwave in room bc it couldn’t be plugged up. The only good thing was the black gentleman who worked the lobby. He was very nice and hard working, taking care of guests. On the day of our departure 4/9 the lady setting up breakfast was extremely rude. We will not return

    GPS directions are incorrect, not the hotels fault. Check-in/out was smooth. Room reeked of chemical cleaner, but was clean and partially updated. No carpet, had laminate floor. No smart tv, but decent channel selection. Bed average, linens clean. Noisy, both hall and street/traffic noise at noticeable levels. Decor did not match at all. Bathroom: new vanity top and mirror with dimming border light, and heat to defog shower steam. No vent fan. Glass shower doors were clean, but tracks and frames were cruddy and molded. New shower head and wall surround nice, but caulk had mold and the pan was grungy and stained. No ice machine on 2nd floor (had to go to lobby). Breakfast was average with eggs, meat, potatoes, waffle irons, fruits, cereals, milk, and breads. Juice machine out of order. One coffee airpot was cold, one ran out and not refilled for a while. The one breakfast staff member could not keep up with Sat morning visitor load.

    Room 313 smelled really bad. There was mold in the bathroom next to the tub & in it. The tub had black mold, all around it. The water had no pressure. Paint peeling from ceiling, the pullout sofa bed is apparently 100 years old because it had springs that were showing through the mattress. The mini refrigerator leaked water all into the floor in the middle of the night. The air did not work in the room. It was miserable all night. The fan on the air-conditioning unit did not work. There was a tree outside the window that screeched on it all night. The elevator sounded like it was about to fall apart very scary. The breakfast was awful. They had no drinks other than milk. The orange juice, apple juice and cranberry juice machine was out and they had nothing to replace it. They had hot dogs in one of the breakfast containers for breakfast, eggs that were watered down. There was no bacon no sausage and the biscuits were cold. When checking out there was no staff at the front desk. I had to call just to get someone to come to the front desk so we could check out at 10:30 AM. This place is not somewhere you would want to stay. The indoor pool had oil all in it so you felt slimy when getting in or out. The cleaning staff was very loud in the morning when making their rounds to clean up the hotel the cleaning was very subpar. And they don’t change the sheets and blankets. Once you depart as long as they look clean, they keep them on the bed as to what a cleaning lady told me.

    For the long hours he had been working, the employee at the front desk was quite cheerful and helpful. Breakfast could have been better as the juice machine was down and the waffle batter was too thick and couldn’t come out into the cup well. There was also mold on the pull-out bed in our room. Other than that, everything else was great and my family had a restful night.

    This was the perfect hotel for a one night stay with our 2 dogs while on our way home from Florida. Our room had a vinyl floor--perfect for our dogs. Everything was clean. The style and overall appearance are a little dated, but the room was clean and everything seemed to work fine. Dog walk area behind hotel and some nearby greenspace was really helpful. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with a reasonable selection and a few good hot choices. We would be happy to stay here again.

    Room was not great, knob broken on heat/ac unit so ran VERY noisily while we were trying to sleep. Front desk lady was friendly and kind but I had to check in at 2:30 a.m. and couldn’t find anyone for a while. A man on the phone had told me that there would be an hourly charge for checking in at that time in addition to booking fee which upset me because it sounded like a scam but it was not assessed. Breakfast had a great selection and we were well fed. Plenty of easy parking.

    The lobby was nice and breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. My room, however, left a lot to be desired. It had an overwhelming smell of pet cleaner. It had been remodeled but it was not left looking nice, looked like it hadn’t been completely finished - doors were scuffed, grout looked bad, etc. Carpets in hall looked old.

    7/10. Stayed mid March 2026- Beds were hands down the most comfortable beds we have slept on! The pool was cold, which was a let down. Breakfast was okay, they ran out @ 8:30am and we had to wait 30m to an hour for the food to be replenished. Elevator worked but sounds like it’s breaking down. Staff was awesome, loved them. Overall great experience, the building just seems a little run down. I would definitely stay here again though. Room was clean, beds- so amazing.

Not only did I find cockroaches there, but when I did not want to stay there, they said they could not do anything for me until the exterminator verified that there were cockroaches, even though I tried to show them the pictures if there was a way to share them here I would you guys need to do way better if you want to charge that much for your hotel rooms

    The employee who checked us in was wonderful. The breakfast was top notch. However, we booked this room through hotels.com specifically because it said it slept 5 people. It did not. My daughter had to sleep on the floor. The wifi did not work on any of our phones or devices. The employee was new and had no idea why it wasn't working. The room was fairly clean. However, the ceiling above the shower was covered in mold.

    We’ve been staying at LaQuinta for years and at the beginning this location was in excellent shape. Over the years it has declined. The overall appearance is soiled and seems unclean. I know the staff works to keep things in order but the scents and appearance say otherwise

    This hotel was wonderful, the staff was very friendly & helpful. We used the lobby seating area several times to have lunch & dinner with the kiddos and it worked perfect. The indoor pool was a huge hit too! If we’re ever in the area again, this will be where we stay. It’s also right off the main highway so easy access to everything.

    This property was pretty amazing for the price! The breakfast was delicious and pretty good considering the price for the room. They had eggs every morning and some type of meat biscuits and sausage gravy. They also had your usuals like cereal and waffles and breads toast and bagels. The pool water was a little cold but that was really about the only bad thing about my stay.

    We enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was good, only thing I could say is that you can easily hear neighbors nearby and room could've been cleaned a little better, floors seem like they were half swept and found 1 or 2 screws on the floor where we could've stepped on one. But other than that it was a pretty good stay and the staff was very friendly! Will look forward to checking in again soon!

    HOWEVER despite their website/listing saying they have cribs...they do not!!! We are on a road trip specifically booking places with cribs. The description quite explicitly says they offer cribs. I called the front desk to have one sent up and she told me they don't have cribs. I said, the description online clearly says you do. She replied, "Yeah everyone says that." So then I asked for extra pillows to try and make a border around my one-year-old on the sofa bed. She said they don't have extra pillows. I know this situation was unique, but I still belief it justifies docking stars. Change the listing description so parents aren't blindsided by lacking a safe place for their baby to sleep!!! Also, in what world does a reputable hotel chain not give you extra pillows.

    Booked a suite with 2 queen beds- It’s evident they have “remodeled” and added new things to old and dingey. Painted over water damage, mold where there should be water sealant and caulk. Old furniture painted over that needed to be tossed. Really disappointed. Mold on the ceiling that had clearly been smeared by housekeeping. The pull out couch was disgusting. Floors were sticky, no carpet but vinyl wood. The water took 3 minutes to get warmed up in the shower. The staff seemed so miserable. The elevator sounded as if it was going to fall at any given moment. Thankfully the beds were very comfortable and clean, and no bugs!

    The room was excellent for my mother and I. For the most part it looked very clean. I figured my mother could sleep in the bedroom on the king sized bed. Which was nice, clean and comfortable. I elected to sleep on the pull-out couch. That's where the delusion of cleanliness fell apart! The mattress cover was grossly stained and dirty, it looked like it had never been washed. I was willing to deal with the problem, just take the stained cover off and put a clean one on, no problem. Well... I took the mattress cover off, the mattress was nasty also. It had unidentifiable stains and what looked like blood stains. Very disappointed and severely grossed out!

    Good things - the water is nice and hot. The queen beds were comfy. Bad things -There were stains on the sofa mattress, stains on walls. Sofa bed mattress was very springy, needs replaced.     Rooms were not very clean, hallway smelled like dog pee. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and old. staff closed the pool early one night, was told by one person it was to sanitize and by a different person it was cause of laundry. Neither made sense for why they needed to close it early. The pool was one of the reasons why we chose there was to have an indoor pool for our children. They didn’t have any extra pillows for the couch bed. The couch bed We pulled out was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast was good and the lobby was really nice.

    This one - not so much! The desk agent was watching TV in the lounge area and acted put out like she was doing me a favor at check-in. The furnishings (bed, dressers, desk, etc., were tired and worn. One of the bedside lights did not work. And while I cannot say the room was dirty, it was not up to the standards of cleanliness I experience at most other LaQuintas. Bottom line - It was ABSOLUTELY NOT a $158.47/night hotel!!! The next time I have business in Chattanooga, I will be seeking different accommodations!

    My room had a bad smell, there was hair and debris all in the shower, had to shove my door open, couch had a lot of stains and was flat and uncomfortable. They allow dogs which is fine except that it sounded like a kennel at times because multiple dogs were barking whenever a door opened. People hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Left something behind, called a few hours later and of course no sign of it. Staff was just there, no one was “friendly”. Some may ask did I report this, I did not, it’s the room they gave me and they thought it okay, but their standards seem to be low. I will continue to stay at Towneplace Suites down the street when I visit.

    We went to this facility to spend family time together and let the grandkids swim. When we checked in and asked where the pool was, we were not told that the pool was closed for maintenance. Clearly a nonstarter for us. Felecia Reid at the front desk saved our family time by reaching out to a sister facility in the area. My only complaint is that LaQuinta should have at the very least, provided a discount on the alternate location for the inconvenience l.

    Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness of lobby and breakfast area were good and breakfast was very good. Cleanliness of rooms was not as good - items left by prior guest and stains and tears on sofa.

    They were full but Couldn't get Xpedia to stop taking bookings. They don't allow people with local licenses to rent rooms. Really nice from the lobby though. Staff was courteous
