The property was close the venue we wanted to go and the staff was really nice.

Room was dirty. Door did not lock securely. Shower was also dirty. Asked for a refund since I checked out early due to safety concerns. Never heard back from anyone.

I did not like that I was changed a extra fee for things if they were stolen. Not only that I had no kleenex my room wasn't vacuumed it was food under the bed casing and on the walls. The refrigerator cabinet was broken no cord to the phone to phone down stairs.

This place is slightly overpriced, at $127 total cost, compared to another place I stayed in the area, Spark by Hilton ($100 a night). The room was spacious, and it has a microwave and fridge. It has a mediocre coffee maker with weak pods. The bed and pillows are above average. Shower is good; towels are small and flimsy. The AC didn’t work well; i had to set the temp very low to get it to kick on, and the fan didn’t stay on when i told it to. Could open window; I like that (but no screen). Toilet handle seemed about to fall off. Decent breakfast with fake eggs, good sausage, no fruit, and available only until 9 on weekdays. Especially for the price, this place isn’t quite as sharp as Spark.

The TV would not work. The staff was very kind.

The staff are kind, the first night they almost gave up my room because I left from the event late and didn’t check in before attending the event. I arrived later than expected but it worked out after I called them back and the staff were AMAZING. The hotel doesn’t have many amenities but it is clean and the breakfast was okay, not many non-pork options. Room service was great as well they clean early every morning.

Breakfast menu was standard and clean. Property was clean and rooms were clean. Beds were made up and looked fresh. Nothing but good comments on this stay.

Clean modern rooms that were quite spacious. Staff was great. Across the street from a big mall with many stores and restaurants. Breakfast was not very good.

As soon as I walked in the lobby there was a fresh clean aroma and smiling lady behind the counter that greeted me. Check-in was quick and easy, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was grear. Wonderful location that shared a parking lot with a nice movie theater, and tons of restaurants and shops less than a minute from the hotel!

The front desk clerk Vincent was exceptional! Very welcoming, super personality and helpful! He deserves a raise. 👏👏👏👏

The roll-in shower was exceptional. The mattress and the pillows were so soft and wonderful. The handicap room was absolutely fabulous. It was large and I was not banging into everything. The couch moved easily so I could use it to assist me in standing up. The bed was high up off the floor which made it difficult for me to get in and out of the bed. The air conditioner didn't cool down the room enough. The toilet is probably an ADA toilet, but it is very low. I was only able to get the handicap roll in room for one night. It would have been wonderful if I could have gotten it or a handicap room for the day before also.

The accessible room we had was spacious and spotless. The bathroom was also large and easy to use. The whole hotel is very clean. The staff was courteous and always helpful.

The Sleep Inn & Suites Atlanta Northwest was a good stay. Its proximity to Powder Springs, Hiram, and the easy access to I-20 was just what we needed this Thanksgiving weekend.

This is probably one of the best places to stay in the area. That being said, it did not feel as clean as we would have liked. Would not walk around outside at night as there is a movie theater in the same parking lot with people coming & going. The only saving grace was the staff who were all extremely friendly & helpful.

Me and my family came for a karate tournament and our room was so clean and the staff was very sweet and the man that checked us in gave my little boy a toy truck .the breakfast was good and the lady that was in there was also very sweet and helpful. The housekeepers brought us mlre towls without us having to ask .i felt vwry safe here with my family . And it was very quit and peaceful and not even noisy at all. I would recommend this hotel to anyone .we will be back in February for another tournament and this is the hotel i will be staying at again. Restaurants are also very close to the hotel as well..

Breakfast there was not a lot of choices but the staff was helpful and very friendly, the rooms were comfortable and beautiful, the lobby, halls and elevators were very clean and most of all the hotel was quite on a weekend.

We stayed here for a wedding of a dear friend. The staff of the hotel were fabulous, available, and helpful whenever we needed them, and very friendly. The breakfast was pretty good, with a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and some pastries and cereal. Our room was very comfortable, however, the moisture stayed very high. There was no fan in the bathroom, so with me and two teenage girls all showering, the humidity in the room stayed really high, and there was a slight musty smell because of that. The beds were super comfortable, and overall always slept well and were comfortable.

The gyme was mostly unusable. The tewadmill was wifi run and it couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi so no treadmill. The stationary bike wouldn't let you ajust the seat at all. So the elliptical and hand weights were it.

This is my third stay in this hotel while visiting family in Dallas, GA and it’s always a great experience. Staff is nice, rooms are clean and cool and beds are comfortable. Will continue to stay here when I’m in town.

Worst of all, when I left for the day, housekeeping never came by to service the room—even though there was no “do not disturb” sign. This stay was a complete letdown, especially from a brand like Sleep Inn that promises comfort and cleanliness. I expected much better. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until serious maintenance and housekeeping improvements are made.

We stayed 3 nights. I k ow this hotel is not on the higher end of the spectrum , but we only got room service once. And all she did was remake the bed and added 1 or 2 clean towels. Nothing was cleaned. And the mattress must have been one of the first mattresses there when the place was first built. Had a big dip in it and needs to be replaced. Eggs and sausage looked like they were left over from the day before. People who ran the place were extremely friendly though. Elevator has been broken for 6 weeks! Which I find hard to believe they couldn’t get it fixed before now. I’m glad though that they were able to put us on the first floor. No where on the website did it say the elevator was broken. Feel for anyone who was handicapped and couldn’t climb the stairs. May or may not stay there again. Lots of people running the halls during the night and have no consideration for others who may be trying to sleep

Was told on arrival that the elevators were broken. I asked if there would be compensation and they said they would let me pick out a drink in the fridge. Ac was broken and towels given were dirty. The manager came out one day and stated he fell asleep in the back room.... Unbelievable lol. Find a different place.

They told me we had booked two rooms on line and we only needed one room, they were going to help me get my refund back from you but I have not been able to speak with anyone!!!!!!

When we first walk in the room there was a bad odor coming from the bathroom. We used lysol spray in there but nothing help. We had to keep the bathroom door closed. The bathroom tub was stained. The toilet needs to be updated. The mattress on my bed sunk in when u layed down on it. Its done throw it out. I feel like we got robbed. We didnt get what we paid for. I will never stay there again. The people at the front desk was nice. Thats the only thing good i can say about sleep inn.

This is our second stay at Sleep In Suites. The area is close to dining and shopping. I like the free breakfast. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

The front desk clerk was awesome! He wasn't just friendly. He went out of his way at every encounter to make you feel you were the most important thing on his agenda! That was every time you encountered him. He hand delivered towels, washclothes, floor mat (they were missing) and also brought us a cart at checkout, I've traveled a bit and he was the best I've ever encountered by far! He is MUCH MORE VALUABLE than what he is paid - and I don't care what he is paid!

Everything was great and clean. I enjoyed the room. The location is great you are in the mist of everything there is. Shopping restaurants and movies an you are on the main strip.

Maybe the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room smelled old because of the dirty, stained, carpet. The bed sheets had stains on them. Very disgusting! The manager was gone for the weekend and not available to hear my complaints. The staff was not helpful at all. The toilet had a loose seat and there was a big hole in the wall by the TV. Dirty chairs in the room. What a joke!

Breakfast juice machine(Orange), did not work. Informed front desk (two employees) and they will take care of it. 45 minutes later, no sign was posted saying (Orange Juice out of order). Decaf coffee was cold as the Apple Juice.

Staff was very friendly, the hotel had a little musty smell on the third floor where our room was located. The hair dryer didn’t work and the towel rack was loose. The room was clean and the ac worked well. The breakfast was microwaved eggs and sausage, cereal, toast or waffles.

Good area(movie theater, target, restaurants) all easily walkable. Staff was nice. Room wasn't cleaned after my first night there. When I arrived there were hairs in bath tub. Woke up my last morning there, with patch work from ceiling having fallen during the night, even though I was on top level.

Booked 2 night stay. Beg bugs in first room. Hotel gave us a second room and there bed bugs again. Having no other rooms available we went to another hotel. Management promised us a refund. Countless calls later management issued us a refund for only 1 of the 2 nights. Refund was issued 10 days after stay. Do not stay here.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, the night desk clerk that checked us in was so welcoming and friendly. Everything nice and clean. Bonus was a movie theater right beside us in walking distance.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, Fire Alarm was set off at 4:30 in the morning. Someone else’s hair all over the shower. Room stunk of weed even though they claim to be a smoke free place. Never I mean NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT A SLEEP INN especially for the amount I paid for two nights.

The check in was such a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We were there for a business meeting nearby and it was close and there were plenty of options to eat. If we had time for a movie we would have walked to the theater next door. Parking was also easy.

This hotel is next to some sort of concrete factory. If you can image a large dump truck with its backup beeping....this is what I heard ALL night. Also, a jackhammer like noise persisted from the same factory throughout the night. In addition, it is just off of a major thoroughfare with large trucks and many loud mufflers going by constantly. The desk staff was NOT helpful when complaint was made.

This place was amazing! Very clean and inviting. I highly recommend and will be booking again in the future.

Our stay was great, the accessibility was wonderful the room was wide and the bathroom was wide for the wheelchair, my husband is a stroke survivor and the bed he slept on perfect for his condition and also the check in was fast and the guy was so friendly, Breakfast was awesome, and the accessibility room was right off the elevator

Room and service were great - the breakfast was alright, but better than some I have been to. Location was great to several restaurants and shopping.

If you choose the Pay at Hotel option, understand the day prior they are going to charge the default card you have on file with Hotels.com a deposit. In my case, they charged about 1/2 my stay for 2 days. Nowhere on this site does it warn you of this. This hold is released upon checkout, but took an additional 4 days to fall off my account. In addition, there is no restaurant or convenience/snack store only vending machines on-site. There are several restaurants in that area (I highly recommend San Lucas for Mexican food), however, despite there being no place to spend anything on-site, they still charge a deposit for damage to the room. While a common practice, no one checks the room upon checkout so this seems unnecessary. I would stay here again but wish this information had been disclosed in advance. I contacted the chat for hotels.com customer service and accomplished nothing which has been my experience whenever there is an issue traveling.

I left a small black box with necklaces inside on the night stand (the housekeeper COULD NOT miss seen it) when the room was clean. I called back to see the housekeeper has turn it in, of course not. Nobody knows nothing!!!

The stay overall was great. The night staff is super friendly. At check-in, i automatically knew there was going to be an issue. I booked with my card but were using my fiances to pay for the whole thing. Before i made it to the hotel, my card was charged for half of the total. Then was told that they were keeping that for the dwposit to be returned after checkout. But they also put a deposit fee plus the whole fee of the room on my fiances cars. Its been two weeks now since we checked out.Two Mondays ago we were told both fees would be returned. Supposedly they had just entered it and were waiting on the bank. We would have it by Friday. Still, the money is not back. Ive heard a few friends who stayed here had the same problem and that the manager was hoping they had forgotten about it. Seems l I ke theyre running a scam. I know we didnt do any damage to the room or smoke/vape/whatever in there. Just want my money back.
