This is a clean , safe hotel with a friendly staff! The indoor pool is great, too!

Loved the location. It was close to everything. The hotel room was very clean The carpet on the stairs was stained and dingy. Not really a big deal, but may need to be remodeled at some point. Also the beds were very uncomfortable.

Everything was perfect but the wifi was so spotty you couldn't stay online for more than a minute without losing connection.

We Had The Best Time And All The Staff Was Vey Nuce And Our Room Was Clean Too!!!!

For its age, it was extremely clean. The staff are always very accommodating and go beyond what is expected. The pool area, which is notoriously hard, is always clean and well functioning. When passing the service area with the doors open it is a lot less clean (including the floors) than the rest of the hotel. The beds are older and harder than is customary.

Breakfast was ok. Not as expansive as what I would have liked. Heavy on the carbs. But overall ok. Glad to have an ice machine on the floor that I stayed on. In fact, that’s why I switched rooms. Did not want to travel to a different floor for ice. Annoyed by that. Not sure what the rationale was.

Our stay was very pleasant. The room and lounge area was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a 7 (need flavored creamer for the coffee). Other than that, my stay was very pleasant.

It was clean, enjoyed the breakfast. The pillows are not soft, but hard and lumpy. We called ahead and told the front desk that I would have my sister who is blind and a service dog. They said no problem. At breakfast on our last day, the girl working the breakfast came up to us and said we can’t have the dog in the breakfast area. I told her he’s a service dog and she said “it doesn’t matter he has to leave” we were very upset.

The hot tub that’s all and the breakfast I did Not like how there was black stuff blowing out the ac and heat vents on to the floor and the bed. The tv had no channels to watch at all. Didn’t take two different deposits and I have yet to get either one of them back yet and each time it was $100 so that’s $200 that I need to get back.

Breakfast was good,nice choices, location was close to everything but also quite area. I needed a handicap room with walk-in shower,not a handicap suite with tub.wheelchair bound person can't get in a tub.

The room was clean. The staff were nice. It was quiet. The continental breakfast was good. I felt like it was expensive for the location. It was a little out dated and the beds were hard. The pillows helped.

I was only there for one day and I was in and out so I didn’t get a chance to eat the breakfast.

My roommate felt it was noisy, but to me it was just kid-friendly and normal noise.

Front desk Staff was super friendly and very helpful! Breakfast staff were very responsive when alerted to items that needed to be refilled. Rooms were very clean and well stocked with towels. Location was easy to get to and beds were very comfortable. Great hotel and staff!!

This hotel was sheer perfection which is rare! Looked fresh and clean upon entrance to the clerk desk, smelled great and very inviting. Water and coffee station in lobby as well as cookies at the desk. We had a choice on our room level and we took ground floor. It was very very nice! Quiet, with an occasional creeking from upstairs but no big deal and definitely did not bother us. We only stayed one night, but will return for future events in the area. Breakfast buffet was nice and loaded: eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, bagels/mixed breads and pastries, yogurt, cereals and juices. We enjoyed it. I think this hotel is just the nicest and cleanest place. Oh, our beds were fresh and crisp clean. The bathroom was too. We couldn't complain about anything! Seriously....it was a wonderful onvernight stay for us. The Wrights from Centre, AL

Our room was clean, the bed was a little hard, but overall it was a nice room... The lady at checkin was super nice and helpful.. The woman at checkout, not so nice... She seemed really annoyed when I asked her for a receipt.. Also, the ice machine wasn't working.. But other than that, it was a good stay...

Breakfast was good. Coffee not so much. Reception desk staff were very friendly. There were a lot of people just hanging around cooking and drinking alcohol in the parking lot in the evening. I had to run to my car after dark and felt a bit unsafe.

Made me pay an extra $200 because we had 2 guests at the pool . Manager and front staff were not welcoming and were rude. The a/c would not work so my daughter got sick at 12:30 am and threw up. Also they made us swept ourselves.

Cost, ease, cleanliness, space, amenities, friendly capable staff. hot water, overall served the needs well. Fire alarm went off one morning for 5 minutes, no explanations. One night the hall smelled of weed. Bed, bedding, and some towels could use updating. AC and venting is partially effective. Minor cracks, damage and abrasions. A drawer wouldn’t stay closed. Breakfast could be extended to a standard 10:30 like most food services with some additional common options. There’s some noise transfer due to the solid floors and space below doors. Some limited internet capability. Overall minor oddities for improvement.

Beautiful hotel, older hotel, remodeled.. nice size room.. we had the 1 bedroom suite, nice clean breakfast area! Toilet did not work, we had to go get it our own plunger because we were told no one was available to help, there were unruly children running up and down the hallways, screaming and beating on the walls till 3am at midnight I called the front desk and asked if there was a curfew.. and was told there was not… at 6:00am when I got up to get ready for the funeral, I called for help with the toilet again and was told once again that maintenance wouldn’t be in till 7.. at 7:30 I went down stairs to once again get the plunger to fix my own toilet so my family could get ready for a funeral! If you are thinking of staying here I would think twice!!

Breakfast was amazing. My bed was so comfortable that I could have slept another 12hrs. Very clean Deposit a bit much, and I still have received back, we checked out on 3/25/26 @ 11am

The hotel is outdated and needs to be some remodeling. There were cracks in the walls, shower curtains were frayed, air conditioners in some room need to be replaced. We had to continuously adjust the temperature to keep it at a good temp. My bed sheets looked wrinkled but I just thought that they just weren't ironed, but when I pulled the bed spread down I found straight black hair and the sheets were dirty. My grandson and husband were sleeping in the other bed so I stripped the bed and asked for new sheets and gave them those and changed it myself. There was blood on the door in the other room my daughter was staying in.

I enjoyed the spacious King bed suite and the jacuzzi and salt water heated pool The breakfast could be a little more adaptable to vegetarians. Make sure they have breakfast gravy for the biscuits and maybe more fruit and yogurt , only separate the yogurt , it is safer that way, putting it in a big container is unsafe

Also, there was one very small square of soap for 2 adults for hands and body. There was no body wash so we used shampoo from the dispenser for body soap. I think they could use a spurge for maybe a second square of soap??? Given the lack of options for this area, we were fine for a quick night.

There are literally no hotels in this area which is disappointing. I did have to scrub my tub and I asked for my room to be changed once because of the circumstances of my stay (working nights) and wasn’t accommodated. The rooms are dated and who ever did the repairs was like the cheapest patch and paint jobs. I didn’t expect much at all.

It is a highway side, transit hotel the rates on your app are not what they charge you. You will be required to personally show up And let them charge a card for a deposit. It is an absolute mistake and a waste of your time to use this hotel the staff are not nice and not accommodating to the needs of victims.

So I checked out drove 35 minutes to another hotel and paid for it only for Sahar the GM to email me and tell me she will not be refunding me because housekeeping said the room was used! We were there for 20 minutes she knew we used the shower because we sent the video of the noise and the dirt told us to check out and is refusing to refund me for the room I didn’t sleep in.

The website shows a comfortable chair in the King bedroom. It was not there. When asked to support one, a small side chair was delivered; like one would see to sit for a couple of minutes. It is smaller than the dinning room chairs.

If booking at this hotel make sure you get 2nd or 3rd floor because the walls and floors and thin and you can hear everything especially above you. The staff as a whole was incredibly friendly and helpful when needed. The condition of the hotel was not their fault in any way. They were the bright spot of our stay. Unfortunately we would not stay here again in all likelihood.

Overall my stay was pretty good. My biggest issue was there was no suitable comfortable chair in my room. There was a rolling desk chair that was adjustable up and down, but after a few minutes I had to roll over to the bed to get back on my feet. Not much good for comfort or working at the desk. There was another chair, a hard back dining type, no comfort there either. The bed worked well enough, though I fell asleep before the Daytona race was over. GO BLANEY!

While it’s an older property it is kept clean. Room was decent and the beds comfortable. Bathroom is clean. Nice there’s an indoor pool and hot tub, yet the hot tub isn’t really hot. For me it has to be clean and beds comfortable and this was. Only issue is thin walls so you hear everyone around you. Otherwise it was decent and would stay again. Oh the $100 for incidentals is a bit much for this type of hotel, most hotels are just holding your card if needed but don’t charge anymore. Maybe this hotel should do the same.

The hotel general area appeared clean for the most part but the room was subpar. The bed mattress was collapsed and caused back pain and my wife and I to sink in to the middle of the bed. The bathroom was mildewed in the grout by the tub. The pull out bed (sofa bed) was overwhelming with a mold or mildew type of smell. The walls all had fingerprints and just seemed old and outdated overall. Would not stay there again. My wife said she started having breathing issues because of the mold.

My room was canceled 3 hours before i arrived by Expedia and i was unaware of this untill i drove 45min and found out. Pipes broke and damaged 4 rooms. The front desk didnt even bother to assist us in finding another hotel. A phone call would have been nice. Rude desk employee. She didnt care we were out of a room

Had a great check in! Room is great. We actually got a different room than we reserved, but it turned out to be a nice king suit, so we are happy about it. 😊

Clean facility, good location with lots of restaurants nearby. We were there for one week and breakfast buffet was the same every morning. Would have been nice to have some variety! Overall was a good value for the money.

We turned it on and went to the pool. Pool was nice. The pool area is a little small so anymore than 10 people and it’s super crowded. After about an hour we went up to the room and it was still hot but was a little cooler. It did not get to a comfortable cool level until a couple hours later! The room was nice and beds were comfortable. The shower head sprayed in a cone pattern so it was not the best. There was no way to change the setting. Water pressure is on the lower side. Our window was cracked and duct tape had been placed over it.

Front desk clerk obviously doesn't like her job. Breakfast area was out of regular coffee. Gave up waiting, left and went to dunkin.

Room smelled of cigarettes. Had to ask for soap as room was not supplied with it. No one responded when we tried to check out so we ended up just dropping off key and leaving. Not terrible, but not great.

The bedspread was dirty. No housekeeping for 3 days and had to walk downstairs to get towels and a clean bedspread. Staff said housekeeping only came every other day but never saw them. Pool had a weird soapy film.

Booked my room for one night using my "orbucks rewards". When checking in I was told by the clerk I had to leave $100 CASH deposit which I will get back at checkout, after they inspect my room. What happened to leaving a credit card on file for that. I was traveling alone it was 11pm and this cash thing didn't sit well with me. I left the hotel

Arrived to police activity in the parking lot and parking lot and area around the hotel had numerous individuals that were shady and felt totally unsafe. I ate the reservation as it was to late to cancell. Found another hotel half hour away bit was cleaner and safer.

We had an accessible suite. In those rooms the sofa and chair need to be firm and higher off of the floor. It's hard to get up when in soft, low chairs and sofas. Also they either need a roll in shower or shorter sides on the bathtub. We couldn't get in the tub.

We had the end room that was huge. Fairly close to the Silver Comet bike trailhead. Walls were a little thin and could hear next door neighbors but overall nice rooms.

My room wasn't cleaned the first two days. I had to call the lady at the font desk. She came and brought us fresh towels and took out our trash.

I was accused of smoking in the room when I don’t smoke. It was pretty clean and the front desk was super nice. All in alll I don’t like being accused of something I don’t do

My dad used to stay here when the kids were growing up and now my kids have kids and they come and see me and stay here

I love the fact that my room had a microwave and mini-fridge! The cookies were also a plus!

The room was very clean. The pillows were small the bed was just ok. When we checked in not very nice. But when we checked out was very friendly.

Overall the hotel met our needs for a 1 night stay. The people working there were very friendly. Our only complaint was the beds were extremely uncomfortable. My back and hip are in extreme pain this day after our stay. It isn’t making for a very good start to our vacation in which involves a very long flight. We would only stay again if the mattresses were replaced/upgraded.

I had some issues with the shower - had trouble with the hot water. The front door was a little odd. It was not properly aligned, so I could see light from the hall.

The bathrooms was dirty and the furniture has stains all over is. I booked two suites and I was not satisfied at all.

Our room smelled like straight up smoke and it was non smoking room. Room above us was partying with louder music and even after mentioning this to front desk it took 3 hours for them to stop the music and partying.

There are a few questionable characters, that stay regular that are different, (off the wall) a bit but no harm, no foul. I especially like "Brittany Schultz", she is a day Asst. Manager, and she always makes my day better !! A definite keeper. I will be back to stay another while the first of February, 2025. There is also a new Employee, Shawn, who was especially gracious towards me. I hope to see him again on my next visit. I want to do "Choice" but Expedia is cheaper. Can you match ?? sincerely, T. After checking in, I walked into my room and was pleasantly surprised at its spaciousness. However, that feeling was quickly replaced with a "Yuck!" when it was obviously surfaces (ottomans, night stands, etc.) were not clean. They had crusty stuff left on them and drink rings galore. I went back downstairs to let the night manager know. Travis, the night manager, was very polite and responded professionally. He apologized for the condition of the room and offered to put me in another room. I was appreciative of his wanting to be sure I was comfortable. Kudos to him! Sadly, once I moved to the new room, I noticed the same issues (though a bit less crusty) in it. Drink rings on the desk and night stand, the floor didn't seem vacuumed. It was late, and I was too tired at this point to say anything else. I didn't use the shower because I was not confident at all at its cleanliness. I brushed my teeth, went to bed, and left the next morning. For the record, the bed was very comfortable.

The pillows were HORRIBLE The Pros: Super awesome staff that was spot on every time we needed something. I hurt my back, and they dragged a chair from another room, so I had something better to sit on. Lots of restaurants and a Walmart nearby. Awesome hot tub, open late, and we had it to ourselves every time. And I repeat, the staff was awesome at every turn!

Th property was great with one exception. - the thin walls or ceiling which enjoyed some thumping around until about 4am not sure if it was kids or heavy steppers, lasted about an hour - not worth reporting but it was annoying and I was tired. Had an issue with the in room heater however was promptly switched to another room and the staff wa attentive.

Checked in Monday, checked out Friday and housekeeping never cleaned the room

My only complaint would be the TV’s. I would rather have smart tvs with streaming options. Cable is terrible and few choices. Two days we struggled to find something to watch. TVs are so inexpensive now with ROKU, etc….this would have made the stay way less boring.

A great place for a one night stay.

My stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean, pillows were quite small and pillow cases were very wrinkled. The tub appeared to have a molded spot. I am a Choice Rewards member and I didn't receive the complimentary gift that is unusually offered. Within walking distance of two descent restaurants.

My key card kept expiring every day, even though I was scheduled and had reservations for 3 1/2 days. Annoying. Also, people talked loudly out in the parking lot late into the evening, could have been residence or people going to the restaurant nearby.

Amazing staff, very welcoming. Nice clean property, common area, and rooms. Hot breakfast available and was good. We will stay again! Only change will be bring own pillows. Pillows they have are small. Pet friendly hotel. Pool and hot tub were working and clean! Recommend fully!

There was a cockroach in my room. They didn’t apologize for it, and they wouldn’t fully refund my stay. I had to find a new hotel and showed up 2 hours late to a a venue to get ready for a wedding I was in. I traveled 11 hours in one day to get there, and the last thing I wanted to do was deal with any of that.

The hotel is in poor condition and needs to be renovated. I am very allergic to mold and mildew and the air conditioner spewed mold and mildew into the air which made me very sick.

Check in took some time due to problems with the computer system or operator.

This hotel violates disability laws and charges me for a service animal. I reported them to the ADA . Despite phone calls they asked for paperwork which they admitted was illegal to reverse the charges. When my son had a seizure in front of the lady and the dog helped but still required paperwork later?

The hotrls needs to be updated I always look at the matresses the mattress are nasty the cleanliness is not good

It was a delightful experience staying at this exquisite hotel. My daughter and her children thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Furthermore, the customer service representatives exhibited remarkable knowledge and attentiveness while displaying exceptional courtesy in catering to the needs of my family.
