This place was safe and dry for the night. The beds were comfortable, but we had reserved a room with a sofa bed, which we discovered was not the case. We were told the wrong couches had been delivered during renovations and offered one twin sized roll-away for our two children instead. Most of the staff was fine, but a few were downright rude. Definitely not family-friendly attitudes on the staff, but the accommodations were fine. The shower rod was installed incorrectly, causing the curtain to slowly slide open at either end while you shower and get water all over the floor. We’ll do our best to avoid this place in the future.

We had a King bed room with a couch sitting area that was clean and comfortable. We had a room at the back of the hotel that was away from traffic noise.

Booking from out of town can be scary, I have booked some hotels looking at beautiful pictures just to arrive and be in shock of the hotel conditions, that was not the reaction here at Best Western it was very clean, beautiful and comfortable rooms, the property was excellent and no offense to anyone with fur babies but no pets were allowed, I love pets but my allergies don't I will definitely stay there again when visiting Georgia, oh one more things it sits in all the shopping areas.

Stayed for 2 nights and parking was great and free. Room was standard nothing fancy but the sofa was a plus and great for just 2 quick nights. The staff was very pleasant. Next time in Hiram we would definitely stay here again.

No eggs at breakfast, which was brief - not informed of hours when we checked in. Restroom off lobby out of order for the three nights we were there. Staff VERY helpful, particularly on rates.

I wasn't aware that they were in the middle of renovating. I arrived early in the am and once in the room I saw a roach. They moved to another room whereas the air conditioner was leaking water and soaked the carpet. I was then moved to another whereas there was no streaming Apps. This was my birthday weekend and was very disappointed in my stay. Thank you.

The second floor hallway smells like weed from about 7 pm on Monday until about 9 am. It’s overwhelming. We stay here often because it’s really the closest place to who are visiting and this happens every time we go the hotel itself is just fine. It’s clean and it’s what we need and we stay there because of those things, however, the weed issue on the second floor is disturbing. And we’re all allergic to it so of course we’re more sensitive.

The hotel is infest with bed bugs. My daughter and grandson got bitten pretty bad. My daughter has videos and pics of the bugs that she caught in the bed with her.

The hall ways smell like weed but the front desk guy was nice he got me towels cause they didn’t add some to my room the breakfast was too early so didn’t get to have some 630 am to 830am but it was a nice stay bed is comfortable and clean.

The whole establishment needs major renovations. The air conditioning didn’t work, there was mold, rusting everywhere and it smelled like old wet carpet. I would not stay again!!

Tried to extend a day but was told I needed to make a new reservation so I paid the 125 just for the key not to work. So we went to switch the key and they wouldn’t let us in bc she couldn’t find the reservation. Mind you, my things were still in the room. It’s been ridiculous.

Location was convenient. Staff were nice and helpful. Room felt mostly clean. Bathroom toilet kept getting condensation on the outside which made the floor wet. Had to run air conditioner (in winter) to help mitigate it. Shower curtain rod needed to be anchored better so the shower curtain would stay closed.

Beds were comfortable. Locations convenient. The tv in our room did not work. I called the front desk they stated we would receive a discount (we did NOT receive discount) breakfast ends at 8:30. No one goes to breakfast at 8:30 while on vacation. Walls very thin we could hear children screaming at all hours

The staff was very nice and the food was good. The desk chair looked like it was taken out of a dumpster, the sofa cushion had a big stain on it, and the pillows ere flat.

Breakfast could be expanded, with more variety, and extended hours.

The breakfast bar could be better and stay open until 9am.

Very comfortable and well kept room. The mattress was hard on my lower back, but in fairness I have that problem almost everywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a good experience.

Loved my stay. I had previously booked a vrbo and I'm so glad they canceled! I didn't have to worry about finding my own breakfast. There was plenty of variety for me. the bed slept great. There was lots of room to spread out and everything was very clean. I really appreciated the desk and the mini fridge. I wasn't expecting those.

Rooms have weird smells, water issues and humid/hot because the air is turned off until you walk in. Had to switch rooms because of the water faucets being broken, and even the one we ended in was broken. We also had family in another room that had to switch also because the AC wasn’t working. Just not worth the stay.

Parking was easy and convenient, area is kind of tucked away and safe. Room furniture and bathroom fixtures are old and out dated. The cable service for the TV is not HD. I didn't even know that there was still signals that weren't HD.

Their unwillingness to wirk with us because we used Expedia to get a great deal was appalling. They didnt care about customer service. Housekeeping was very nice and persons working the desk at night were civil and helpful. These 2 guys would go out of their way keep from saying hello. The beds actually slept very well. We were all really tired from travel and some sick, so most of us slept between our events. I had softened toward my position but when I went to check out the owner just pointed his finger at tbe desk and barked "just leave the keys in the desk." He was nothing short if rude! I will stay further outor closer to my neice and nephews homes the next time I come, it doesnt matter the cost. Good service and hospitality is what I was paying for and the Owner and his backup could use a good lesdon in both. Thank you, Expedia and The One Card for providing me support and excellent service via Southwest Airliines and Hertz and for your assistance with our stay at the Best Westen.

It didn't at all look like the pictures, Very disappointed.The morning staff was not very welcoming.The guy in the evening shift was very friendly.The room didn't feel clean there was dust on the lights,and light bulbs,the toilet and tub had a smell.It wasn't worth the price there was a hole in the wall above the picture we had to cover it up.With all due respect I will not be staying here again.I felt mislead on the room display. The toilet seat was too low.The towels and beds were clean.

The worst part was, the worker that I reported these issues to told me the manager said the manager told her that he would refund me one night upon check out on Sunday. However, when I was checking out, the manager refused to refund the one night. He said he could only take 50% off one night. He said the issues I had weren’t that big of a deal. Obviously, he is not concerned about hospitality or honoring his words.

Very basic room. I asked for clean linens as the set on the bed had stains and the front desk brought a new set that was balled up and placed on the dresser. I asked if I had to put them on myself and she said “yes housekeeping left for the evening”

Looking at the actual mattress and there was a big brown stain on it. We refuse to sleep on whatever that stain was and requested another room. They sent us down the hall to a newly renovated room that had just been painted. The door was painted shut and I literally had to hit it with my shoulder to get in. The paint fumes were too strong to stay in this room, so we didn't stay

There was NO daily breakfast provided at all. Coffee and a package of instant oatmeal doesn’t make the grade! Also I returned to the room after 10 p.m. on more than one occasion and no one was at the front desk, no security, anyone could have followed me in and to my room!! Unacceptable!!

The place was just filthy, the counters were just plain filthy, i have video. I pulled the desktop chair out that was all ripped and just covered with dust. The hair dryer hanging in the bathroom again covered with dust. The countertop backsplash and the mirror top had not been cleaned for a long time. Went to check out the next morning never to stay at best Western again. They said they had work going on and i should have never been put in that room, i should have been put upstairs away from the work. I couldn't even breath the room was so dusty. Add that to an old hard bed and a sofa with a dip in the middle. I took a video. I was then overcharged. Never go to hiram, ga best Western. Should be a refund. I went to a Howard Johnson down away from there. Damn rip off. Never, i mean never again. Im no child either, almost 70 and i know when I've been ripped off. i don't know how to post it but i gonna get my child to help me post on fb. I've never left a hotel without a 10 to 12 percent tip for housekeeping. Some of this was was work related dust but what i wiped off most of it was just plain filthy.

1. The maroon throw over the bed had a huge stain. 2. The tub had some stains and strands of hair. 3. We had to ask for disinfectant spray to spray down and clean the space. 4. The quality of the TV was a joke. Pixelated and staticky on most channels. 4. We awoke in the middle of the night to roaches crawling across the tv stand and behind the wall. Completely freaked out. We did not ask to move because if it were in one room, it would have been in any other room. We had to keep our belongings closed up and shook the hell out of items outside before putting them in the car. That alone made the entire stay uncomfortable. This was a great value for the money at under $100 per night. Clean hotel, good location. It even included a complimentary breakfast that we we're able to take advantage of because it was only from 6:30 to 8:30. It would have been nice if the breakfast extended a little later to maybe 9:30. But otherwise, I would certainly stay here again.

My guests were happy and that's all that mattered. They especially like the breakfast.

This hotel is near my Elderly Father's Home, so it made sense to stay here. The Hotel is dated so you get what you pay for which was not much. The room was slightly smelly. The TV about 20 years old with Satellite TV that kept going in and out. No Streaming options. I like that fresh coffee was available early - 5AM. Hot breakfast was a nice touch. the parking lot was well lit. The front desk was able to print a Gift Certificate for me which was nice and convenient.

Room 121 didnt cool well. Not staffed fully. Had to go find the front desk attendant folding clothes to get checked in.

I selected the right day but they had it wrong. Couldn't cancel or change without paying. Couldn't get in touch with a real person and the "virtual agent" kept messing up.

Toilet leaked in bathroom. Floor was soaking wet.

The stay was fine except the room didn't smell too fresh. There was a spider in there bathroom and I did see a roach.

I didn’t like that cleaning wasn’t automatic. The toilet didn’t flush well. Tv way too small for a king suite. Breakfast was sub par and ended too early. Coffee and juice was very weak Staff was friendly

I was there only to sleep. The room smelled terrible like chlorine and mold.

The toilet backed up and filled the bathroom with poop and paper an inch deepad took 5hrs to get it cleaned up

I forgot to put the do not disturb tag on the door and housekeeping came in and that I just got some new towels from her, but I did wonder why I did not hear her using a key, It was a couple hours later when one of the ladies I was traveling with walked in the room and I asked her how she did that. She said it is unlocked and I said you do not have a key. This is how I found out the door was not locking and probably the reason I was having trouble using mine. I went to the front desk and had to switch rooms. Only one of the keys worked for the new room and I did not say anything because I did not want to experience the same issued again. Keys not working properly, door not locking and then switching rooms and only one key not working made me feel unsafe.

Hiram is a whole in the wall and the hotel was outdated

This is one of the most well maintained hotels we have stayed at. We travel every weekend for baseball and Hiram is a great area! The hotel was clean and I felt safe. The beds aren’t the most comfortable in the world but the cleanliness and safety make up for it!

It was okay they don’t do late check outs like the Marriott. When you have kids that is a plus.

When i first inter the room it was really stinks couldn't even breath. I did reported to the front desk and requested another room but my wish wasn't granted, unfortunately I had to spend 2 days in that condition. It was really a vad experience with BW. I think management has to do a better job. Thank you

Check in went well shower head was being held up by a zip tie and there was so much calcium in the spray holes it only worked on message bed was comfortable ice cold ac and free breakfast was excellent

The bathroom toilet has urine underneath it in the front that hasn’t been cleaned. The phone was dirty as was the light feature on the night stand. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were awful. Don’t plan on staying again.

Clean hotel with helpful staff. The beds aren't super comfortable but the price is right for a quick night's sleep.

Worth the money paid

We got to hotel at 1230am. Was check in with no problems, the clerk was very helpful, i ask for late check he also put that in as well. Thank yall for having me and my family there
