Palmera Inn and Suites

The breakfast was bland and the channels on the tv card they give you are wrong nor premium. Outside of that the stay was nice. The parking sucked. But it was a decent overall experience

Room was clean but beds were very uncomfortable.

Pool was underwhelming and a few foreign floating objects in it on day one. Hot tubs jets were all broken except one and it didn’t actually aim anywhere on your body…worst breakfast I have ever had, inedible eggs, coffee was not drinkable. Room was fine, bed was comfortable and clean, but nothing special. The bathroom was clean. Pretty annoying that I have to go get clean towels in the lobby everyday and need to check out pool towels too. I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was just for a night and only for business. If you are here for pleasure check out someplace else.

Beautiful place and the rooms were huge and had everything you would need for a week at the beach!

Cleanliness and nice breakfast. Easy to check in and fast to check out. Love the big ref with dishwasher, stove and needed Utensils and pots for cooking

Wonderful property! Wonderful people! This is our 3rd time staying. My kids loved it, too! The breakfast is phenomenal.

Our room was clean, comfortable and cute! There was plenty of room for our family of 5. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Every worker we encountered was kind and helpful. And we were relatively close to the beach, shopping and other entertainment like the Coastal Discovery Museum (which we really enjoyed). I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. My only issue was that there was debris from the trees in the pool so it could have been cleaner, otherwise we had a perfect stay!

The room was a bit dirty, the staff were rude and unhelpful, and overall, the experience was poor. The experience was especially poor when considering the hefty price tag charged per night. Definitely not worth it. Steer clear and invest your money elsewhere.

can.It’s a little gem of tranquility & amenities nestled in the forest of fun known as Hilton Head Island. A place to relax & unwind. We highly recommend.

Not a bad place to stay. Our studio had a kitchen. Pretty clean. Breakfast was below average. Located in a convenient area.

asking for the guests to sit the trash outside of their room. Check in was very easy, however, some staff members were not very hospitable at the front desk. Breakfast everyday was provided in the hotel lobby as complimentary, but I would have liked to see the pancake machine make waffles in the machine as well. Also, the hotel lighting was very insufficient, especially at night, because of the trees.

Mostly a clean room but the shower grout was moldy. Convenient location with free parking. Free breakfast wasn’t that good but coffee was good

The staff were great. The breakfast has gone down. The breakfast was the main reason we booked as we’ve stayed here a few times before and were very pleased.
