The room was very dirty the bathroom was not touched at all you can tell it was a fast turn over all the kitchen stuff was lefted from prior person Breakfast was good wide variety that is what you are paying for am i saying it is best of best it is hotel food The pool is closed they said they could call the other property to accommodate that being closed wifi did work staff was amazing housekeeping not so much but everyone else did there best to help they did find another room after 2 hours and ants all over the bathroom with ant traps

Breakfast selection were not great. Not as good as last time we stayed. They ran out of items as well as tableware and dishes. Very surprising for this hotel. But staff is friendly and helpful. They just need more help. Location is excellent and rooms are comfortable. Night desk staff was very helpful with a temperamental printer. I will stay there again.

Contacted Booking customer service who helped us find a different hotel nearby. Despite repeated requests and being told we would get a refund, it was never processed. We finally just had to contest the charges with our credit card company.

The room was perfect! King suite upgrade well worth it. Nice views from the 5th floor :) Extremely comfortable bed! Hotel staff was super friendly, maid service was fantastic, and the hotel amenities are great! Cozy common area with a fireplace and free happy hour three days a week! Laundry facilities were clean and the fitness room had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again, thank you staff!!!!

Great customer service. Jesus the front manager was amazing as well as the rest of the staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Super family friendly and pet friendly.

Surrounding area was beautiful, felt very safe. Lots of shopping and dining options nearby. Breakfast options were awesome, variety of choices. Front desk staff was AMAZING! Christian helped us with a late night check in and he was great! Checkout was quick and easy too! Parking was effortless as well. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall our stay was ok. The staff were friendly and personable, and the room was comfortable, clean, and met our needs. The not so good was our room wasn't ready until 2 hours after check in and we had to hang out in the lobby with a kid that wasn't feeling well (so we couldn't go somewhere else to pass the time). I asked, but no other similar rooms were available because they hadn't been cleaned yet either. The other issue was a loud rattling sound in the vents anytime the AC and/or the bathroom fan in our room or the adjoining room were on. When our neighbor left their things on, there was nothing we could do about it. We spoke with the front desk about this multiple times, and were told that maintenance would come by to look at it, but no one ever did. Breakfast was the standard eggs/meat option/cereal/waffle/pastry fare. The eggs, meat, and pastries were always overcooked. Probably won't stay here again.

There were a couple of little issues we ran into -- stovetop not working great, missing door plate on one of the bathroom doors, so unable to close without getting locked in -- but those were very minor. Everything else was excellent!! Great breakfast, great appetizer social on Mon & Tue evening! Hotel staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond in customer service. Would definitely stay here again!!

The ac unit was ridiculously loud. The pool is a postage stamp. Staff was great. Breakfast was great, though on weekends they don't start it until 7:30 which was not great for 8:30am soccer tournament guests.

This is our second stay at this hotel. This time in the room there was a door knob missing off one door and it just felt a little more used. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite is fantastic!!

We had a very enjoyable stay here. We had a suite with 2 queen beds and small living room and kitchen. It was just the right size for our family of 5. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, hotel employees were kind and friendly. It's located in a commercial / industrial area, so the view is not nice, but other than that (and some issues with wi-fi streaming in the evenings), it was perfect for us.

Very nice staff checking in. Room was immaculate with a pleasant scent. Body wash/shampoo were high end.

The only elevator out was out of service, I had to go outside since there was no access to stairs from the lobby floor. Just lacked professional service but the person serving breakfast was great

I was impressed on how comfortable beds and pillows were. Sofa bed was terrible had dirty stains that was very uncomfortable. Pool area was clean just needs a little upgrading. The only complaint I have is we had no extra sheets or pillows for sofa bed and, we called and we had to go down stairs and get them they wouldn’t bring them up. And our room handles on one of the rooms was handy cap and it was broken we could not lock the bathroom door. Other then that very clean hotel and the room was very clean hotel was quiet and comfortable the hotel was also just a little warm at 80 the temperature was a little uncomfortable while walking downstairs. Breakfast was very good as well tables were very clean. Over all great stay.

The frontdesk gentleman was very help and everyone there was nice. Breakfast and social hour was a pleasant surprise The rooms get stuffy without windows opening. AC worked but it was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Friendly staff who made sure we had a great stay. Location works well for families with multiple parks nearby. Close enough to Portland to see things but far enough away to have a quiet atmosphere. Breakfast could be healthier but the kids loved the waffles.

The property was nice. Easy check-in, but we found out that the pool was closed. This was one of the reasons I booked the hotel, very disappointed. Not enough towels in the room. We had ants in one bathroom and had to ask how to turn on the lights in the kitchen. Was informed that we needed to turn on all three light switches to get the light to work. Why did the front not tell us this when we checked in? Breakfast was good.

Great location for our family during the recent airshow. The room was very spacious. Separated bedroom. Building was very clean and the breakfast had great options for the entire family. Staff was very helpful. Especially the older lady"but young at heart" at the front desk.

This was a fantastic place and I was so happy to find this. Very convenient for large families. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and 2 bath suite and this was perfect for the size of our group. Love the full kitchen as well as the breakfast that was included in our stay. Staff very helpful and friendly especially our interaction with the general manager Jesus when we checked out. We also liked the pool and the option of the complimentary laundry room. Parking was easy. I booked this hotel for a family reunion and my family kept telling me how much they really liked the hotel and rooms. Stay here if you are looking for a place in the Hillsboro area!

When I arrived the elevator was out of order, young man at desk was very courteous changed my room to 2nd floor from 5th grateful since I had quite a bit of stuff and staying 6 days.. I had ants in kitchen , asked for cleaning by 3rd day and reported ants but I forgot to take do not disturb sign down so that didn’t happen I went down to front desk and requested cleaning and lady at front desk was rude and dismissive ..she offered another room but I didn’t feel like even staying there after the way she talked to me it hugged it out but by the time I checked out ants were all over my stuff .. worst stay ever ..manager was apologetic but nothing was done to compensate just a future “ compensate “ but I won’t be returning on top of that I was charged 6 dollars for god knows what after spending almost 1200 for the stay …it felt like a slap in the face

Pool is quite small and no hot tub. The foldout couch is only big enough for one adult.

We were happy every time when we got back to our room always clean and refreshing! - lobby/breakfast area: good seating area, good selection of food. - gym: small one but has everything you need. - laundry: we didn’t use it but looks good - Room: we have 1 King and 2 Queen beds with kitchen, the kitchen is fantastic! Since we cooked daily for dinner, from kitchenette to oven, microwave and refrigerator, everything you need is there. - parking: large enough - surrounding area: during our walk we found out the neighborhood area are beautiful community, quiet and perfect for evening walk. We definitely will come back if we visit Oregon again.

Room was very spacious. Had a couple light bulbs out and bedding for the pull out was not in the room but was brought up right when I called. Staff was very friendly.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. We loved our large room with full kitchen and the evening socials were great. They offered free laundry and dogs are welcome.

I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. There is a lovely lady that leaves at midnight, but Julia has no idea what she is doing and messed up our reservation; then according to assistant mgr apparently didn’t tell the truth when asked about it- not cool, at least say when you’ve messed up. Jesus is the assistant manager and was probably one of the least helpful and dismissively rude assistant managers I have met in a while- he is the reason I personally would stay away- hospitality…there was none. There was water all in the elevator, although it may have been dog urine. There was a hair in the breakfast station, no sheets for the pullout sofa, despite being told was bringing a child… room lacked cleanliness. Not friendly to INTEL employees, or associated workers. I won’t go into details, but there are other hotels in the area for similar prices…

This property exceeded our expectations. Friendly service, clean and roomy, newer building, free parking, nice breakfast. We loved the 1 bedroom queen that we had. It fit our family of 4 very comfortably. Great rates. I wish all hotels were like this. The kitchen was stocked enough for basic cooking as well.

Huge comfortable room with lots of places to sit and relax. Big lobby if your family needs a place to spread out or eat dinner. Interesting location within walking distance of 2 great brew pubs. Tiny pool if that matters to you.

Stayed here in a pinch when our other hotel had no water. They were so friendly, staff was truly exceptional. The even reception was a nice added bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was new, updated, well designed, and clean. The staff was kind and helpful and seemed to really care that you had a good stay with them. The location was conveniently located but it was on a noisy road. The only negative was that the dishwasher smelled and the utensils were dirty in the drawer like they got unload by accident unwashed. That wasn’t pleasant but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The suite didn’t have separate room controls and the air conditioning never shut off even when the wall unit said it was. It was uncomfortably cold.

We booked this place as we wanted the use of a pool. The heater was broke so it was freezing . Ants in the bath room, first part of the week there was little hot water in the room. They sent us a letter to inform us they would be no warer one night to fix issues . After 3 days we had Hot water. Ac didnt work in master bedroom . Other bedroom was freezing no matter what we did. Living room and kitchen lights tripped the breaker all the time. Upstairs people bouncing a ball till 3 am. People stomping all the time. Second bedroom had a locked door to a machine thay was loud and on the whole time. One perk was the free use of washer and dryer. Staff was really nice.
