Reviews
Guests generally appreciate the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel, as well as its convenient location. However, many express dissatisfaction with the additional fees for parking and breakfast, which they find unexpected and unjustified. Staff friendliness and helpfulness is often praised, but some guests have had negative experiences with unhelpful or rude staff members.
- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Convenient location
- Unexpected fees for parking and breakfast
- Inconsistent staff behavior

Nice comfort and clean.. paying for parking was not expecting and feels like a rip off . Don’t get the breakfast it was horrible !!!
- 5/5
The room was clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was helpful. I did not use the gym or the pool but people were using it and it looked good.

Breakfast was not included and was too pricey.

This was our first time in Oregon and this was the perfect hotel for our stay. It was very clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the property was in a perfect location. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice & convenient hotel!

Good food 10 minutes away from hotel very clean room and excellent friendly front desk attendants
- 5/5
Clean and great amenities! Close to delish food and shopping
- 5/5
Were affordable and it was situated in an area with many choices to eat, my recommendation is the brewery a few blocks away. They have a bar and a nice breakfast. Not many options for snacks, they don have a few though, you may want to bring something with you if you want more variety.
- 3/5
Had some issues with the cleanliness of the room. Staff was great
- 5/5
I left my phone in the room when we left and the staff retrieved it and held it for me until I could return to pick it up. Thank you!!

- 4/5
It was okey but i didnt like that in the app when i reserved it said free breakfast and when i got their they try to charged me for the breakfast when it said it was a free breakfast ???? Also the first lady when my husband arriving and trying to to check in cause i was arriving later she was very rude and not very polite made my two sons and my husband feel very uncomfortable..!! Something i did not like cause when i call i heard her how she was talking to my son and it was very unprofessional and my kids were very uncomfortable and disappointed !!!!
- 5/5
Excellent all around. I want to know what kind of mattress it was also because I got the best sleep that I have had in quite some time. The sheets were very soft and the pillows were amazing because there were so many different kinds so I could find the one that was just perfect for me! The staff was friendly and hopeful. The room was very clean as were the lounge areas! Would definitely stay again

My stay at Holiday Inn was extremely disappointing due to constant creaking noise coming from the floor above — throughout the night and again early in the morning — making it very difficult to rest comfortably. Unfortunately, the staff made no meaningful attempt to address the issue beyond offering a generic apology, which did nothing to improve the situation. Based on the experience, it seemed like this may be a common issue affecting multiple rooms.

The hotel is beautiful when you walk in and the room was great. The hot tub was dirty murky. The bathroom door in our room did not provide much privacy. It is a rolling farm style door (looks cool) but you can see through the frosted glass and you can hear everything so using the bathroom was uncomfortable.

Very good service of everything.

Didn’t realize that we had to pay for parking granted it was only 10.00 a day but really this property was out in the burbs not the city, also breakfast is listed as included on Expedia but it’s 16.00 per person when you check in, when I mentioned that the desk clerk gave us vouchers
- 4/5
Only feedback I have is if you’re going to charge me the full stay at check in, don’t attempt to take out the daily rate every night that I stay there that’s an odd way to charge ppl. I asked the staff why was that happening at check out and I was advised it was a system glitch. I said ok and she said I was good to go. I left and then get a call back 30-40 mins after saying my payment didn’t go thru. Mind you I’m visiting from it of state I had a plane to catch. I was called I called back about 1hr later after I saw a message from a blocked number. They advised me that I still owe for my stay with the money was taken out. I’ve had issues like this before so I always lock my card because that wasn’t about to happen again being it of town. Didn’t like that experience of charging you after your start if I was a dishonest person knowing I’m from out of town after a got a refund back for the hold. I could have easily kept those funds and never paid but that’s not in my character. Do better as a property to not get gipped by ppl because that’s an easy way to lose money. Other than that it was a great stay , staff was friendly and very clean property almost holds self up there with top notch hotels. Holiday inn in Hillsboro is an underrated stay everything is right around the corner and about 15 mins from downtown Portland.
- 5/5
Nice room and great location.
- 3/5
We were charged for a continental breakfast. Definitely not worth it. I’d eat breakfast elsewhere.
- 5/5
When the fire alarm went off in the night … there was no one from the staff at the front desk to answer questions or direct guests or tell them when they could return to their rooms . We called the front desk 3x to see if false alarm ( which it was) but was hung up on before coming down 4 stories with my mom who has mobility issues.
- 5/5
Great stay again! Every staff member was friendly to me and my family. The breakfast was decent, the bar was great, the room was perfect, and the location was close to everything we needed. Pool, hot tub and gym were all clean and ready to use. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
- 2/5
What i like was they had a restaurant and a full bar..... What I didn't like was they charged me an extra my bill was for 2 nights they added and it made my bill they added state tax and Oregon is not supposed to charge tax
- 5/5
Exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back. Room was clean, bed was comfy, warm customer service. 10/10
- 4/5
Room clean, spacious. Appreciated the couch and automan. Wish there was an actual good fan in bathroom, with a separate switch to activate it. What's there now does nothing to remove odors! Farm doors on bathroom slide open, can't be secured shut. Staff good. Breakfast offerings good, diverse, healthy choices. Be aware that a $10 per day fee is charged for parking.
- 5/5
Amazing place to relax and unwind… staff was incredible!!
- 4/5
Expensive for the amenities. They charge for parking and breakfast, which was mediocre compared to hotels which serve a free continental breakfast. Why charge for parking when they have a dedicated parking lot? There is a snack room which is nice, expensive though. The room was nice, nothing special, nothing any different from any other average hotel, but nice and clean. The staff were very kind and friendly. Overall I would not stay there again. It just felt pretentious.
- 4/5
Large room, large bathroom. Very nice.
- 3/5
The room was nice and spacious. Very clean. The only complaint was that there was no internet connection on the 4th floor.
- 4/5

It's all good.
- 5/5
Place is well kept. The bar/restaurant could use a little bit of upgrade especially catering to guests’ orders. Room was nice and clean
- 3/5
It was very creepy. I prayed, made it through the night. Just saying. The bathroom barn door. A big No.

There was a vibration in the entire room occasionally, that was annoying. Kind of a machine like vibration. Hard to describe
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful, the hotel was SO clean. The hot tub was too hot and most people couldn’t submerge themselves for very long. I cannot say enough how wonderful the staff was.
- 3/5
Too much sound from other rooms

We had a reservation through Orbitz for three rooms under a single booking. At approximately 7:30 a.m., we arrived and requested early check-in, asking if any rooms were available. The front desk employee told us that no rooms were open. Shortly after, I sent one of my students back to check again, and he was told that two of our rooms were in fact available—but he was charged a $50 fee to access one of them. This was inconsistent with the initial response and not clearly explained. Later that same day, at approximately 11:00 p.m., we returned to check into the remaining room from the same Orbitz reservation. The front desk employee on duty stated that the room was a separate reservation and required an additional service fee. I showed him my Orbitz confirmation indicating that all three rooms were part of one reservation, but he refused to acknowledge this and insisted on the charge. When I questioned the fee, his demeanor became confrontational, and he indicated that he could refuse to rent the room to us. Overall, the interaction was unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected as a guest. I was traveling with two high school students on an educational field trip from Oregon to visit NASA, and we expected a much higher level of professionalism and clarity. I hope management will review these incidents and address both the inconsistency

Beautiful facility in a location close to the hospital. Enjoyed the pool and spa. There’s a restaurant on site as well.

Clean, quiet, and very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Nice pool room with big windows! Very quiet stay both stays. No complaints :)
- 5/5
Parking should be free it’s just a regular lot in a good neighborhood not sure why you need to charge for that. Beds are too soft. Staff were wonderful and friendly. Very clean and quiet except in the morning we were woke up by the laundry room.

Great> Nicely presented and plenty of options.

They also charge $16 for a basic breakfast. I clearly chose to prepay for $10 for the breakfast for my entire stay, but the young lady at the front desk just told me that it was $16. She couldn't explain that because I booked through Expedia it was only going to cost us $10. I wouldn't have minded spending $10 had I known that's what I would have been charged. Training is important. If you call to complain that you're upstairs neighbors are jumping off beds and crashing and screaming and running they will call them to let them know that you complained. This happened two nights in a row up until 10:00 p.m. and started again at 7:00 a.m. nothing was done. I could hear the phone ring and then two seconds later there was jumping and stomping and crashing twice as loud. We were sitting in our room waiting for the rest of our group to arrive and the housekeeping walked right in after I had asked them to not clean our room. I met eyes with her and told her not today we didn't need it, and she continued to walk into the bathroom and start cleaning. I actually had to get up and ask her to leave. I think it was a language barrier, but training should be given. No means no. There are definitely places close by that treat their guests better. With a free breakfast. And free parking.
- 5/5
Excellent stay
- 5/5
Peace, warm pool and hot tub

This was our second time staying here. Love the pool, hot tub, and living room lobby. Market is great for evening beverages and snacks, or for heating up a quick ramen lunch. Amazing staff. Thanks!!

I stayed in this Holiday Inn Hotel for 3 days with my family and my room never got cleaned. They only replaced the towel. When I approached the front desk I was told that I had to request for service to get it cleaned. So I was disappointed but next time I know to request for services which can be annoying.
- 5/5
Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff members that we dealt with were so friendly and accommodating.
- 3/5
It was clean enough. The staff wasn’t helpful (or were fake helpful—polite but useless). And the doors to the bathroom was sooooo bad. Do not recommend
- 2/5
Walls are thin, can hear other conversations very easily
- 2/5
Room was not wiped down properly, there were blood stains on the wall, shower was really confusing to use (handicap), charging pits/plugs didn't work. Mini fridge was on the lowest setting and wasn't able to be changed. I lost $70+ in food because of that. Several times there were no towels in the pool and exercise room. You have to pay for breakfast separately and it's very bland and very limited.
- 5/5
Loved the great staff and the rooms were very clean.
- 5/5
Excelent breakfast
- 4/5
No complaints with staff, condition of room/hotel, breakfast was great etc. my only complaint was very noisy guests and other additional noises that was easily heard in our room. Keeping us up past midnight.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
Some staff were really nice and helped me out since were rude The time was really clean
- 3/5
We had a safety incident at this hotel. Found glass pieces in the bathroom under the sink. Unfortunately the way we found out was because one of the family member stepped on it and had it pierce foot. This was upon check-in at night and unfortunately no housekeeping staff was on site to clean up and no other rooms were available to switch. We also found several dried blood drops under the sink. We asked the front desk that a safety incident be reported. Front desk did provide first aid for the cut. We did not have any other complaints otherwise with our stay.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly. And the hotel was very clean.
- 5/5
Ac was great
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Great location with a free shuttle to the tennis tournament.
- 5/5
This was by far one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in! The front desk staff was so kind and polite. The hotel was very clean. Our beds were actually comfortable. And they had an amazing gym, working a hot tub, and pool. I love that it was a little bit out of the busyness of Portland, but very close to everything that you could possibly want or need. We will definitely be staying here again!
- 5/5
Comfy bed and linens! The breakfast buffet was delicious and worth the money!
- 5/5
Beautiful rooms, friendly staff, wonderful amenities, reasonable price. Won't stay anywhere else unless have to

Very quite and clean
- 4/5
All was in great ..clean, polite staff and good services... The restaurant's menu could improve with more selection.
- 5/5
Great rooms, quiet. Be aware there is a $10 parking fee.
- 5/5
Absolutely the nicest holiday inn that I've stayed in. The pool and hot tub was really nice and they gave me a room on the ground floor because I had a knee brac3 on. I'd give them an 11/10 overall. Lobby and bar were super clean and beautiful as well with great food. Highly recommend
- 4/5
The property, the room and the experience were very nice.
- 4/5
Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was affordable, there were sufficient options, and the food was delicious. Staff was phenomenal- very professional and accommodating. My only issue was that they charged a fee for parking my vehicle in their parking lot... Is that really necessary when we've already paid to be their guest? If it is, just include it in your room rate. If guests have more than one vehicle to park, I would find it totally acceptable to have been charged a fee for additional vehicles, but charging the fee separately for one vehicle gives greedy vibes and prompts a thought, for me, of, do they really need this fee money that bad? Just a thought...

Everything nice
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful. They were so friendly!
- 5/5

- 3/5
The bar and grill was terrible! The prices were high and we got crap. The service was terrible. Supposedly the cook didn't come to work but we weren't told until we were done. Well why wasn't someone called in? Where was the manager? When we checked out and wanted snacks for the road there was nobody at the front desk. The room was nice though.
- 3/5
Room and staff were great! Only thing I did complain about was children running up and down the hall at 10pm and once again in the morning.
- 3/5
I was charged $25 and just told to pay, I assumed it was just the typical hold charge at a hotel. It wasn’t until I was in the room reading the welcome materials that I realized I paid for parking and breakfast. It wasn’t very forthcoming. The room was ok. Very dusty and the kurig was disgusting dirty. Could have been better, could have been worse.
- 5/5
clean room nicely appointed .. has a couch which is nice .. comfy bed .. clean bathroom with walk in shower . very nice staff and a good breakfast

- 5/5
We finally found a place we like in Hillsboro Oregon. We come 2 times a year and have stayed other locations. We enjoyed this hotel it was clean. The breakfast was good. Real bacon, real eggs, and French toast every morning. The staff were all very nice. The pool was a good temperature. We will be returning. (We stayed one week)

- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
Attentive staff
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and was modern. The pool could be a little warmer. We loved the property.
- 5/5
Clean hotel, beautiful Christmas decorations, amenities like hot tub and pool were amazing. Affordable, convenient. There was no staff because it was Christmas and I will support that every time. For a business to be high class have availability and to support family’s I will be back. We still had coffee, hot chocolate, towels available. I hope no one ruins this for everyone else. Thank you!
- 1/5
The room was actually clean and comfortable. The issue we had was at 6:30 am a noise like a freight train wakes us up! I get up and look out the window and there’s a truck with a hose pumping grease. It was LOUD! This lasted for about 15 minutes. It had to have woken up half the hotel! What kind of management runs this place! Why would you allow a vender preform something so loud at that time In the morning? WE Will Never STAY THERE AGAIN!
- 5/5
spotless room and courteous staff! breakfast was insanely delicious - everything i could ask for!
- 5/5
Hate that there isn’t even a continental breakfast for free but the check in lady was so sweet and welcoming

The hotel is very clean a modern with a reasonable price for a very nice room. The staff was friendly and very attentive to anything we needed. The gym and pool area were emasculate. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
The service was incredible, from the greeting to the goodbye. We were disappointed about the pool and spa being closed. The breakfast made up for the pool, the service from Jess I think was her name was next level. The food was fresh and great, as a Chef I was pleasantly surprised and fulfilled . Extremely happy with our stay.
- 1/5
The entire reason (& I do mean entire) we booked this hotel was for the pool and spa. When we arrived we were informed that NEITHER were operational for the length of our stay. Needless to say… Because we booked through Expedia, cancelling & trying to get a refund would have been extremely time consuming who knows what other hotels around would have worked on such short notice. I full heartedly believe that if these large amenities are down, guests should be notified well in advance. Poor experience.
- 4/5
Classy hitel, rooms are lovely. I just did not like thwir billing oractice of authorizing my debit card every day. I stead they should have hust taken full payment and let me know if i owed them for additional charges at check-out. I was deeply offended and i do not believe this is normal. No other hotel has ever treated me in this manner. They apologized and gave me a $50 discout, but it doesnt change how i feel, like i was being judged and discriminated against. Why i can onky guess, maybe my skin color? They thought i was going to leave without paying my bill? I dont know.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable!
- 3/5
Pool and hot tub not working.
- 3/5
Staff and room were fine. Pool was closed and I specifically chose this hotel for that purpose. Grandkids nd I found other things to do.
- 1/5
Worst experience ever they charged me on my debit card $896 when the total was $353 tying up my funds for who knows how long. No mabager avail to talk to the pool working again which was the whole point of booking this hotel when there are many options asked for a receipt still has not been emailed
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
The front desk person was so helpful and kind. She really made my stay excellent!
- 5/5
The property is excellent, it’s immaculate. The linens and bathroom products are wonderful.. the pool and spa are clean and comfortable! Not too much chlorine but enough to make you feel like you’re OK. Staff was pleasant and kind. I was not aware of the $10 parking fee. Expedia said that all fees are are shown no surprises. Well surprise. At the front desk said she talked to a manager about it… the property is in such good shape and everything is excellent. I think it rubs us all wrong. These surprise charges, but I know what they do it… thank you Donald Trump economy is tanking. Great jobs to the staff in Hillsborough and management.
- 5/5
Very clean room and very friendly staff.
- 5/5
The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable and the girl at the check in desk, Grace, was very friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
The room was extremely dirty, and my children even found someone’s dirty underwear. When we notified the staff, they acted as if this was normal and responded with a poor attitude. This was completely unacceptable and made us very uncomfortable. This will be the last time I stay at this location
- 4/5
Good clean area, clean property, and accessible to everything I needed to get to
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quiet room which I needed. Love it.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Liked the gym and pool. They ran out of towels despite pool not being that busy.
- 4/5
For how expensive the breakfast was, it was not good. Didnt eat it on our second morning. The rest of the stay was great.
- 5/5
Was good stay the breakfast could be way better for not being complimentary but iverall amazing stay
- 5/5
Everything was terrific.

This hotel is consistently clean. The staff is helpful too! I was surprised to know that they charge parking. I don't ever recall that they did that.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and kind.

The next morning we went down for the breakfast we paid for and there was no food left so the lady said she was going to close it. We were there 40 min before breakfast would stop being served. Never got food.

Gorgeous hotel! The staff was great. Especially the gal working at the restaurant/ bar. It was affordable and beautiful. I wish the parking wasn’t $10 a night but still worth it.
- 5/5
The staff went out of their way for me on this trip. Grace checked me in and worked with me to find the perfect room for my visit. She was kind and informative.

Next Day, both opened at 5 I ordered a Drink to have at the bar, ordered a Cesar Salad with Chicken, Bartender brought my Salad, I went back to my Room, opened my styrofoam container, inside was Chopped Romain and chicken with a set of Plastic utensils in the Box next to the Rubber Fried Parmesan cheese that may have been cooked a Week ago I returned to bartender to request Fresh Cheese and a Real Fork. She looked confused on why I wanted Either, adding “For You I will” There was 1 customer at the bar and No one in Dining Area I would have completely understood if the Bar/Restaurant were Busy

Hotel nice-just there for a night. The parking fee of $10/night was not listed in Hotels.com and only after insisting that we did not see the fee listed that she waived it. The parking lot was relatively empty and we booked hotel in part due to free parking.
- 5/5
The hotel is very clean, the room is HUGE and the staff I have met is very helpful and friendly, My only negative comment is the bathroom door is a sliding door and it won’t stay shut. Slides open about 12-18 inches EVERY time.
- 5/5
Enjoyable
- 5/5
Great room!
- 5/5
Very good property. Very helpful staff.
- 5/5
Nice property, didn't feel super cheap. The staff were amazing, the bar had to close early and the woman at the front desk was kind enough to get us glasses and ice and we made our own make shift drinks. Rooms were spacious and it was exactly what we needed for a quick night stay.
- 4/5
Parking should have been free. Beds were comfortable. YouTube would have been nice since that is all we watch. TV channel system difficult to manage.
- 5/5
Very comfortable with lots of space. We had an accessable tub which really helped with age and lack of mobil abilities. Also with a sofa which is not always found. The only thing questionable was couldn't get the shower wand (adjustable sprayer) to have water come thru it so just had to use the basic overhead for our showers.
- 5/5
I was also put off about the 10 dollar parking. Regardless, it was super clean and the staff was friendly.
- 4/5
It smells like laundry detergent and I called ahead and they lied!
- 5/5
Very nice accommodations. No cause for concern
- 5/5
The pool and hot tub is nice. I'm Happy that I brought my boyfriend to the hotel. We cuddled and relaxed on the bed.
- 3/5
Check in was very easy but no one mentioned when the pool was open and closing. We decided to go and all the towels were out for the hour we spent there. We were also not informed anything about breakfast.
- 5/5
Very clean, friendly staff and convenient location.
- 5/5
I stay here each time I go to Portland. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very accommodating especially the cleaning staff.
- 5/5
didn’t really see much of it, but there was free water and tea in the lobby. They actually had hot breakfast as well as hot dinner. The staff was absolutely amazing when I first got in my TV wasn’t working and they sent me up with a whole different room on a different floor as well
- 5/5
Check-in was super quick and easy. Errol was friendly, helpful and efficient. The property is in a convenient location and close to lots of food and shopping options. The amenities are great, the work out facility is spacious with a variety of equipment.
- 5/5
It was nice, lwky luxurious ngl
- 4/5
it was a great stay.
- 5/5
Very nice facility
- 5/5
I have stayed here 4+ times in less than a month and every time the employees have treated me with a warm welcome, cookies and smiles which is a nice surprise. I will keep staying here. The bar is clear, welcoming as well and awesome prices.
- 3/5
Comfortable bed. Disappointed in the hot tub not working properly. I was wanting a hotel with a hot tub to soak in after hiking all day. I don’t like that parking cost extra, I could have easily parked across the street for free. Staff was nice.
- 5/5
Sparkling clean, comfy bed, friendly stuff
- 5/5
super clean and well maintained room and amenity. Require breakfast tickets which were not given at the check -in.
- 2/5
Rooms are dirty especially shelves and the spots that you would normally expect things to be clean.
- 5/5
Beautiful place.
- 4/5
We liked the location it was right off the highway but the lady at the front desk that night in the day after she was the grumpiest person in the world. She did not want to be friendly at all...
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Great staff! Super clean ! But we probably woukd not stay again though due to having to pay $10 a night to park in just a regular parking lot and breakfast being $16 person. ( That’s $32 for two of us to eat there and you’d also of course leave a tip - so even more ) so we drive to McDonalds each morning … There are other hotels as nice that you don’t have to pay to park and they provide breakfast. I didn’t honestly see too many people eating breakfast there each morning so guessing most people thought the same thing we did.
- 5/5
This is a great hotel with all the amenities you would ever need.
- 4/5
This is my go to hotel in the Hillsboro area. Usually great but this trip there were issues. Door lock jammed and they had to remove entire lock and replace. Took several hours to find parts. Restaurant/Bar didn’t open due to staffing shortages. Pool area was crowded with kids sports teams and unusable.
- 5/5
Everything about this property was excellent. It was clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint is that they did not tell me before I booked there that they have a $10 per night parking fee. I don’t understand why there’s a parking fee when they have a dedicated parking lot for the hotel. It just seems like a way to inflate their rates
- 5/5
We asked for a room on the top floor away from the elevators, hoping it would be quiet… We did get the top floor however it was not quiet; there was some type of humming or machinery that kept coming on all through the night. Hotel and property was clean and looked pretty new. Would definitely recommend staying here if in the area
- 4/5
The rooms are lovely andthe staff is very attentive. The breakfast buffet seemed a bit over priced at 16.00 a day. I have had the same or better Breakfast options at other hotels that was included in the price.
- 5/5
Just a quick overnight stay. Convenient Ev charging. Breakfast was as expected. Pool area was clean. Staff was polite.
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
Also did not receive cleaning during the day. Had to request additional pillows to use the Hyde way bed and when brought they brought separate pillow cases for us to put on ourselves. For such a big property, seems they have a staffing issue that can’t accommodate amenities they advertise.
- 4/5
Stay was fine & clean. Only issue was bathroom door , it doesn't stay closed. Its a barn door and we had to use a shoe to keep it shut. I made them aware and said they are working on it. Seemed like I wasn't the first to mention it. I would stay again.
- 3/5
Resturant and bar not open, no daily cleaning services and hot top out of service.
- 5/5
Great location. Pool was wonderful. Fun times at the bar. Comfortable bed.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and the staff were nice and welcoming. The only thing was we can hear the road noise but everything else was good
- 4/5
Nice hotel, pool was great. My only issue was that my room wasn’t as clean as I would have expected.
- 5/5
Our flight was delayed so we didnt get in until 1am and we were still able to get our room.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing!! I had a surgery and was well taken care of.
- 5/5
Very convenient hotel to stay in Hillsboro, plenty of shopping options within walking distance.
- 3/5
Check in was 3 but we didnt arrive til 4 and the room wasnt ready. Then, it was after 5 before we could get in. Only in town for one night and chose hotel with hot tub but it was out of order.
- 1/5
Check in was at 3:00pm. They didn’t have a room available because they said “housekeeping was behind”. Didn’t get our room until 5:00pm. There was some trash still in our trash can once we arrived in our room. No kleenex in kleenex container. The hot tub in pool area was out of service, front desk never mentioned that, even though I asked what time the pool closes. Very disappointed!!!!!
- 5/5
Very clean and update property.
- 5/5
Probably the quickest most efficient check in I’ve ever experienced. Very friendly staff and a nice clean room.
- 5/5
There was nothing I didn’t like, everything was amazing!
- 5/5
Wonderful stay
- 5/5
Great stay for a business trip to Intel. Very clean, well updated hotel. Comfortable, quiet room. Had an issue with the Kuerig and it was fixed in under an hour. Front desk staff was great and said hi everytime I came and went. Nothing walkable in the area to grab a different meal than in the hotel and limited non alcoholic options at the part was the only draw backs to the stay.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly & attentive. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable. The shower was good but tub was slippery so I had to use a towel for traction. I gave only 4 Stars was the food. I opted to pay for the daily breakfast buffet for my wife & I. The first 2 days we ate at the buffet. They have silverware & ran out of forks, I asked her for a fork & the woman said “your supposed to use the plastic ones”…then filled the metal fork holder with spoons then handed me a cloth napkin with silverware. I was confused but thought whatever. The potatoes were hard like pebbles day 1&2. The eggs were gross, they kinda had a fishy smell to them. Both days my body reacted to the bad eggs/food, I won’t go into details but I’ll just say I needed a bathroom pronto! So we elected to not eat there day 3 & went out to a local breakfast place instead. Day 4 is checkout day and I thought I need something quick maybe the oatmeal will be safe. The oatmeal had way too much water in it, it was like soup! It tasted terrible too. I did notice though a different woman caring for the buffet & she placed regular cloth napkins & metal silverware at all the tables.what I expected to be done from day one but hadn’t. They also mixed it up & instead of cinnamon rolls offered French toast. Another aspect that should of changed daily but took 4 days to offer a different choice to eat. Also I should add the sausages look uncooked, I tried one & had to spit it out. Buffet food gets an “F”
- 4/5
$16 per person for continental breakfast is ridiculous though
- 3/5
And seriously i was charged 10.00 to park. No fans to offer because the hotel only offers 1 fan for guests. And no care to have the room pre cooled when its over 80^ in the room. I wont be staying here again. The cost to stay was ridiculous.
- 4/5
Tv remote didn’t work.
- 5/5
Clean and great stay
- 5/5
Breakfast person was rude to almost all guests
- 5/5
Always nice to stay there
- 1/5
We never even got to stay!! The front desk agent was very rude and nasty from the very beginning. When we went to give him our legal documents that were given to us by the DMV to use for our enhanced DL until our permanent one comes in the mail he would not accept it. We told him it’s a legal document and we are able to use it for everything else he said well not here. I asked to speak to a manager and he said no. He would call them. He took his cell phone and went back to another area and shut the door. Came out after about 2 min and said the manager said no and it was a company wide policy. Which was a lie!! After going back and forth with him we asked him to refund the money we paid and he said not now I will get to it later. Still has not been refunded. We left and called the company to see if he was telling the truth and he wasn’t! He lied!! We then called another hotel right around the corner, owned by the same company and they said yes they take that as a form of ID and that he was not telling the truth. So we stayed at that hotel instead. Will never be back to that Holiday INN and I will be taking this further up the chain and will let others know. No need to be so rude, condescending and nasty and definitely no need to lie!!!

Clean & safe
- 5/5
Clean & peaceful atmosphere
- 5/5
Great place with friendly staff
- 3/5
Had to pay extra for a crappy breakfast that should’ve been complementary…
- 5/5
Attentive front desk greeting guests as they come and go. Market fully stocked, whether its what one would want or not, there was variety. And a microwave! With complimentary paper plates and plastic wear?! Super convenient for anyone who might not have such things in their room.
- 5/5
Beautiful amenities for any personal taste.
- 5/5
Loved the pool and staff!
- 4/5
This is a very nice place. Very quiet and clean (very important to us) We usually get a complimentary breakfast with our Holiday Inn stays. This one charges $16.00/person. I’m sure it was a nice breakfast but we chose not to get it.
- 5/5
Its a good place to relax.
- 5/5
Excellent location to visit the west cost and do things around Portland.
- 5/5
We’ve stayed at this location twice and plan to stay a third tomorrow. New, clean, staff is wonderful, there is alot to like about this hotel. It will continue to be our go to hotel when visiting the Portland area (twice a year).
- 5/5
Modern, clean and had no issues staying here
- 3/5
The place itself was good. The negative side is where the staff charged me $30 for parking my vehicle. The breakfast was also a 0 rating feature. Besides being not included in the stay, I was charged for the kids when it was explicitly said n the information chart that kids under 11 eat free. If this is the trend Holiday Inn will have, we will definitely look around for a different hotel
- 5/5
Amazing
- 3/5
I don't appreciate being charged extra for parking when i paid for the room. I've stayed at many holiday inns and have NEVER paid for parking.
- 5/5
The room AC was not loud Water was hot The bed was comfortable
- 5/5
Everything was clean and comfortable and in order. The only drawback was not having any pool or workout towels available at 9 o’clock on the Monday I was there.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 4/5
The "buffet breakfast" was terrible and not worth the money! most of the food items were out, they didn't have bowls for oatmeal, no fruit, very little choices. The eggs were good!
- 5/5
friendly team
- 5/5
Great stay. Clean.
- 4/5
Beds where to hard pillow not enough filling inside left a kind in my neck
- 4/5
Nice clean hotel, bathroom in great condition, quiet area. My one complaint is that you have to pay for parking, when the parking lot surrounding the hotel is the only lot in the area, makes no sense to pay extra to park there.
- 5/5
Clean, excellent service
- 5/5
Nice person at the lobby that checked us in.
- 4/5
The area seems safe and quite, but it charged $30 for parking even the surrounding area is not even that busy.
- 5/5
The peacefulness and cleanliness of this building.
- 5/5
Good

Great property for our travel needs
