I was also surprised that there were no mugs or glasses for coffee, just paper cups...and only Coffee Mate (no half-and-half). Is this a western thing? We live in Virginia. The two patios (one on either side of the front entrance) could use some attention. One had only the sparsest furniture, really unappealing.

Very nice facility. Worth the extra money if you are partial to something that is modern and well appointed. Great staff, helpful and friendly.

The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Shoutout to Lisa who took excellent care of our entire family while we were there from various states for my Dad’s surgery.

I should not have to pay for breakfast when I am paying top dollar for my stay. I will not come here again. The small water was $3? Yeah, not happening.

The curtains don’t close so you’re getting blasted with sunlight at daybreak whether you want it or not.

The bedding was outstanding and a welcome comfort after a long day on the road, very much appreciated!

The only thing I found was that the light switch by the room door only turned on the light at the door. You had to walk into the room to turn on any other room lights. There should be switches by the door to turn on lights in the area by the bed. Not the hotels fault but some guest slammed a couple of doors at 5:00 am. Which got the dogs barking and no sleep for the rest of the morning. I would go back anytime.

Friendly staff and check in. Was under the impression breakfast was included. My mistake apparently as it is not but is offered for purchase. Beds were reasonably comfortable, however, there was hair in the shower and on a face towel. The pool smelled horribly of chlorine so I did not partake. Elevator was a bit scary as it was slow to open a couple of times. Myself and another guest found it scary. Stayed for business trip and was sure check out was closer to noon. However, at 915a housekeeping knocked on my door stating it was check out but I was 15 minutes from being ready to do so. I’ve already informed my company and we will not be using this property for future stays as I still have 5 weeks of stays to go.

Disappointing. The cable was out for 2 days, the ice machine on the 4th florr didn't work and the microwave in my room 417 was broken.

Neither the cable or internet was working in the hotel during my stay. Had planned to watch a ballgame last night and work today before my meeting in Denver. Fortunately I was able to use my phone as a hot spot. Gym was nice but bike was a Peloton and doesn’t work unless you have/create a Peloton account. Nice facility in a good spot, but missed on a few key elements as connects to city is pretty important.

BUT EVEN WORSE, the work lead to a horribly loud sound at 3:30am that woke up the entire hall. And it kept happening. Then hammering against pipes. I called the front desk and he said "there's really nothing I can do." Wrong answer. No word at check out. No asking how my stay was. This probably won't be an issue for most future guests, but this stay was terrible.

There was no hot water on my initial arrival on the 16th. I was told it would be working the following day. I tried to take a shower on the morning of the 18th and there was NO hot water. I also could only get cold water from the sink. Not having hot water when I was told it would be working

I didn't like that I was unable to get a refund for the last night. I checked out early and Hilton would not honor a refund and I was unable to connect with ANYONE at Booking.com. I will never use your platform again and I will not be recommending to anyone. I lost nearly $200.

These are the biggest problems for us. Being older we found the rooms too dark at night. Even with plenty of lamps....the bulbs were too dim to light up the room. The bathroom ceiling light was pretty dim. Also had a problem figuring out the wall heat. Too cold blowing on us or too hot. Kept having to adjust the thermostat. Could have used better instruction. Water was barely warm for a shower.

The worst experience at any hotel. We've stayed at 5 hotels this month and this hotel was the worst. The front desk manager discriminated against us and would not give us a key for a room after taking our money. Worst customer service ever!

Pool was too cold to swim in and not disclosed during booking. Would have been nice to know as our children were looking forward to swimming. Would have booked a different hotel or should have been offered a discount at this one. Maintenance was aware the pool heater wasn’t working based on the conversation with the receptionist.

We always stay here when we visit family in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is always clean and the rooms are large. My only problem is that the mattresses are too firm for me, but I am sure that it is difficult to please everyone.

Nothing at all there was boogers on the wall when we arrived. The bathroom shower was full of hair. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. When we arrived there was 5 sheriffs there with a search warrant looking for fugitive.

There was nothing special about this place, except their opinion of themselves. It was clean, but the bed was nothing special, the pool was really cold, everying, including water, was an up-charge. No free wifi, $15 for a basic breakfast buffet that other hotels give for free. When I left my room to check out, housekeeping was standing in the hall, looking annoyed, and asked if I was checking out yet. It was 11:30am and check-out was ar 12pm. Just overall an unpleasant stay. I won't use Hilton again.

This hotel is very nice. I’m fairly certain the carpet in the room is new! It’s plush and comfortable! The beds are very nice. It’s very quiet since it’s not on a main highway. Our only complaint was the pool was cold! But our kid was fine playing in it but my husband and I were too wussy to get that cold. But the rest of the hotel over rode anything else it is super nice! We will stay again.

Clean, quiet. Professional and friendly staff. Our room 103/106 was nice. ⚠️ However, the exterior doorknob to the room showed subtle signs of forced entry at some point in the past. At night we could see a small section on the door straight out to the hallway from the damage. Otherwise a great stay.

Our toilet flusher in our room wasn’t working. We let staff know and he said he checked it while we were out and was working fine. We went back to room and still it didn’t work the two nights we were there. We were in town for a funeral and had to open the tank and tap on tank pump to make it work. Also I thought bottle water for members only was tacky 3 dollars if you weren’t a member.

Undergoing a full renovation at time of stay, which was not disclosed at booking or anytime before arrival. Corporate management should be ashamed of themselves. Facility was not fit for use. Amenities were closed, and services were limited or completely unavailable. Check-in was handled at a folding table in a hallway. Staff did their best, but overall, not recommended until construction completed.

Hotel is convenient to shopping and the local hospital but is under renovations and just isn’t very comfortable - the bed is surprisingly hard and the heating - a/c unit is loud. The staff is nice, breakfast is good, and parking is easy, however.

The stay was good overall. Quiet and convenient. My only gripe is the uncomfortable bed. While the hotel is undergoing renovations, I sure that bed upgrades are include. The bed was so uncomfortable that I had to purchase a mattress for the remainder of my stay. My back couldn’t take it anymore. Perhaps this will be my last stay at this hotel.

The staff tried their best. The property is under renovation, which was not disclosed when I made the reservation. There is no pool, and breakfast was moved into a small conference room all the way across the hotel from the lobby. They did not stock the rooms without constant requests. They were short-staffed, so my spouse had to go get the clean towels from the front desk. With all the changes, handicap accessibility was at a minimum. I was there based on a referral from the local hospital, I under went major surgery, they did not make any adjustments based on this even following a discussion. It snowed the night before our departure and they didnt even clear their sidewalks.

I was really disappointed. The hotel was under renovation and no where once was it stated anywhere on their website. We planned this trip and decided on this hotel specifically so that my six year old could go swimming in the pool but when we went down to go swimming we found out that the pool was closed for painting.

The breakfast host on Friday 10/25 did not treat us like paying customers, and Kevin the Front desk manager was beyond rude and confrontational. On 10/27 he yelled in my face even when asked to lower his voice after yelling at our teenagers who were doing nothing wrong. Our team was there for a hockey tournament and the kids were trying to get more hot chocolate. The hotel staff refused to make more coffee for the adults, nothing available after 10am. Horrible hospitality to all guests. Others in the eating area asked for more coffee before 10 am on other days and were refused.

Great stay for a wedding in HR/Denver area. Showed up very early but the staff was still able to get me checked in well before the scheduled time which I greatly appreciated!

It was terrible, every floor you go to there was 70's carpet. My room stuck. It stuck as if someone had finished smoking a cigar. So bad I could taste it. I did go to the front desk & asked if banother room was available. By surprise there were 2 other ladies from the 3rd floor with the same concerns
