I traveled 4 hours to have a surgery the next morning at 7am. The early morning appointment for my knee surgery made this overnight stay necessary, so that I didn't have to get up at 2 am in the moring on the day of surgery. My day was going well until later in the evening right after we checked into the room. The room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly, check-in was easy and pleasant, easy parking and conventient lecation with plenty of restaurants near by. But I was not able to get a good night rest because the toilet flapper was leaking and it kept refilling the tank about every 5 minutes making hissing noice throughout the night. I am a handy person so I tried to fix the flapper and I was able to stop it, but once I fulushed the toilet again, it would start to leak. This is a maintenance problem that prevented me from having a good night sleep. I was already tired and didn't want to switch the room. I just decided to do my best to cope with it because I previously had similar experinece with another Comfrot Inn and I knew that they do not have a maintenance person at night. I contacted Comfort Inn and received an email with an apology for this unfortunate experience.

The people were kind and the breakfast was delicious. However, the hotel was falling a part. When we arrived, we noticed that the safety latch in our hotel door was broken off. The cable input frame was cracked, and the roof was leaking from the lobby. There was a notice on our door that said turndown service had to be requested. We requested turndown service but they didnt make the beds. They brought us fresh towels and took our garbage, which we are thankful for. All in all, we had a great time, the place just needed some overdue maintenence.

Location was good - easy access to I-25. Starbucks right across the street.

Breakfast- We were shocked that at the complimentary breakfast, the worker who was in charge of the food had placed 3 large tubs of Dannon yogurt in a small refrigerator and expected the guests to take out the container, open it and scoop out their desired amount of yogurt into a styrofoam bowl and then put the lid back on and put it back in the fridge for the next guest. The spoon that the lady gave a guest to use had dried food all over the handle. This is dangerous and a health concern. One of the guests took one of the large containers to her table. Someone could have contaminated the yogurt with anything and put it back for the next guest. This is not safe and unsanitary. The bed was comfortable but the blanket on the bed was so worn that it was falling apart and it looked dingy and yellow as if it were overly bleached. Outside the front entrance of the hotel, someone spilled a large pink yogurt smoothie where people walked and it was never cleaned up by the staff during the 4 nights we were there. On the third day of our stay, there was a major leak in the hotel lobby. Brown water was dripping out of the light and pieces of the ceiling were peeling and falling onto the lobby couch. That night, after attending my niece’s graduation, our adult son’s were asked to vacate their room at 11pm because the water had stopped working in their room. The management needs to do better

I would say that this a middle of the road property. The sheets don't stay on the bed no matter what we tried. The breakfast was nothing to get up for!

Great location This is definitely an older hotel that could use updating. Breakfast was just ok. Dining area is way too small and it was hard to find an open table. There were hot options, but they ran out of sausage pretty early both of the mornings we were there, and didn't replenish it. No fruit. Yogurt was two large containers that everyone was supposed to scoop from. Yuck.

NO HOUSEKEEPING for the 3 days we were there. Key cards didn’t work. Breakfast was deplorable.

Clean and neat inside. Floor in room was a bit dirty. Bedding was clean and mattress was very confortable. Water pressure and hot water supply was good. Pavement outside was potholed. Breakfast was tolerable but scrambled eggs, although tasting good were, 'bouncy'.....unusual. Very quiet althought close to Route 470. Really nice walking trail imediately close to motel and accessible by paved path. Fitness room needs free weights - a rack with 10, 15, 25 and 35 pound weights would be great. Easy check in and out.

Hotel claims "free wifi", but it is not; you have to join their "club" to use their wifi. Not staying at this hotel again.

Upon entering the room, it felt like a sauna as the heat was set on 90°. We stayed four nights and never received fresh towels. We finally had to ask for some and was told that housekeeping cleans on the third day which never happened.The trash was never taken out. On our last night somebody with dogs stayed next to us that kept barking throughout the night. I would recommend you find somewhere else to stay.

The room was fine but did smell like it was at one time a smoking room. The breakfast was fine on Friday, but not as good on Saturday. No meat in the buffet line and the potatoes seemed hard. I was not satisfied this stay.

Very spacious and comfortable room. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great! There was a decent breakfast in the morning, and I did find some restaurants nearby to have dinner at.

What matters to me is a clean room. They delivered. I’d stay there again.

Bathroom was not clean, there were toenail clippings in the tub and the shower curtain looked unwashed. The sitting area's floor was sticky.

Super dirty room even after initial room change request the day of check in. Last time, room was cleaned seemed at least 3 months ago. Cleaning staff doesn’t believe in mopping the floor or giving any other services for more than 2-3 nights stay guests. All the corners had so much dust piled up. We didn’t get offered change of towels, garbage taken out, nothing for three nights stay. Bed sheets and comforter had so many big stains that any Normal person would feel icky going to that bed for three nights. Floors/carpets were so dirty and sticky that stained dark/dirt sports on our socks/slippers. I can go on and on for this. I can even write thesis on this.

I don’t usually review hotels but I have to this time. Buyer beware, the ratings do not reflect the property… room was dirty, looked like it had not been cleaned in a while, food crumbs everywhere. The sleeper couch had holes in the fabric, just not good. Stay away until they get these things taken care of… we ended up leaving at 10:00 at night because we just couldn’t do it, book a hotel down the road.

Gym was very small, no pool no hot tub..staff was away from the desk for 30 min while we waited for a re key as the keys only worked one time. Breakfast was good though!

I felt the bedding was stinky and dingy and possibly not washed. The smell of my pillows kept me awake at night. My family in the other beds also felt the ick factor. That feeling was throughout other areas in our room and the hotel. It's old and deteriorating, the elevator, too. I tried to stay out all day to avoid spending much time here. Breakfast was just ok.

Staff polite and friendly. The bathroom sink did not drain. Unfortunately, we did not find out until the evening, when hotel couldn’t send maintenance staff, and left the next morning before that staff came in. Staff offered to change the room when we called at 9 pm, but that is exceedingly inconvenient. Hotels should check drainage in sink and tub BEFORE checking guests into those rooms. The shampoo squeeze bottle was empty; staff replaced it, but didn’t take the tab off to start the flow. We didn’t know. As a result, we had full, but unusable to us, shampoo. The hotel should have taken the tabs off, or informed the customer verbally of via a sign in the room. These things marred our stay at an otherwise nice hotel.

We were supposed to have a roll in shower, but they over booked. Then the elevator quit working.

There were not enough bath towels in room for the number of people we had. Luckily they were being laundered and were able to receive them timely. The room was spacious. Staff were great and helpful. Breakfast was decent.

I booked an accessible room due to just getting out of a surgical procedure only to arrive with none being available. Furthermore, the hotel is refusing to refund me for this!! NEVER AGAIN.

Room was dirty I was itching the whole time on the bed didn’t feel clean at all. Towels were dirty.

It did not meet the star level in my opinion, it smelled funky, it didn't feel like a true comfort inn and suites

Walls were very thin, you could hear guests in hallway. Around 7pm, someone tried to come into my room. Front desk said it was a mixup with someone elses check in.

The covers had visible stains, there was a bug that crawled from somewhere on the bed. Just a dumpy place. Free breakfast was ok, I didn't participate in that. Coffee is terrible.

The room looked nothing like the pictures and it was only cleaned once for a week long stay. The extractor fan in the restroom did not work. The shower rod was installed incorrectly and the curtain kept falling. The showerhead was leaking and the tub felt like it was about to crack. Also, the toilet seat was loose. Lastly, the breakfast was the same almost every day and not great.

Staff was excellent. Facilities are basic but confortable. It is a 4 story hotel near a highway. Breakfast was sufficient. Room cleaned when requested. Good value forbthe price paid.

They turned off the water without letting me know . I attempted to call the front desk multiple times, but no answer. I advised them that I did not have the option for a shower since there was no water , and their response was “0h I forgot to tell you “. It was a horrible experience and will never return to this hotel.

The suite was in excellent condition and fully stocked. The bedding is premium. Breakfast is good and the overall condition of the hotel is nice. Staff was always available and helpful. The quality of service was consistent and everything essential+ more provided. Additionally, there is a small market in the lobby.

Great area. No homeless nearby. Plenty of stores and food options around. We stayed for a week and everything was great! Front desk were fantastic and were always excited to see us and my daughter's haha.

This hotel seems to be dated and not as clean as it should be. There was a marijuana smell in the hallway that was overpowering. The rate was good, and ratings seemed good when I booked. Probably would not stay at this hotel again.

All 4 staff members i had contact with were all friendly and helpful. They were always available anytime i needed. All 4 were very polite and professional, and it made my stay even more enjoyable.

When we first arrived, we could tell instantly by looking around that the hotel was not well maintained. The desk clerk was very kind and seemed conscientious. However, when we got to our room, there was something smeared all over the bathroom wall, and the bathroom floor was very dirty. There were no towels in the bathroom, and the toilet was continually running. We contacted the desk clerk, and she immediately moved us to another room, which we appreciated. The room she moved us to was definitely cleaner than the first room however, the toilet was running in that room as well, the shampoo container was not connected to the shower wall and leaked, the water pressure to the toilet was so low that the toilet wasn't getting enough water to flush, so we had to flush it by filling up the trashcan with water from the bathtub and dumping it in. Needless to stay we were very disappointed in our stay. We reported our experience of the second room as well, upon checkout, and that desk clerk was also very kind and seemed to appreciate us making him aware of the problems.

We have stayed at this hotel 2 times a year since before Covid. This time I was very disappointed. The mattresses have outlived their life. We’ve never had an issue with the free breakfast but 2 days there was not enough food for everyone.

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Rooms were spacious. Hotel has definitely seen some better days, especially the bathrooms. Citrus mint shampoo/conditioner/lotion provided were very nice but mold on ceiling.

The people were amazing. But our first room had stained and shredded linen… so we were moved to a second room (executive) which also had the same but way better. Washroom was absolutely tiny. Such a bummer, because the people who worked there were so incredibly sweet and helpful.

My biggest complaint was there was very little parking in the front. So you had to go around back to park. And if you parked in the back after dark, you could not get in the back doors even with your key. You had to walk all the way around front in the rain. Just wait till it snows there and see what fun that is. I complained and basically got “Sorry, that’s just the way it is!”

I was really looking forward to our stay here, the reviews made it sound perfect! It was anything but. When we arrived I immediately noticed how dirty our sheets were. We had to request a new set, clean set, and it took us three other tries until we finally got sheets with no stains, holes or dirt on them. We also had to go down to the front desk anytime we needed new towels or any other accommodations. I thought they would come in once a day or even once every two days to change out the trash. They didn’t. Before we left for the day I would bundle up our trash and have to throw it away at the entrance to the hotel. The last thing that we encountered were bugs in the bathroom. I’d be getting ready and my toddler pointed out a bug crawling across the floor. This happened more than once. Probably won’t stay at one of these “Comfort Inns” ever again.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting Denver. The common areas outside of the hotel rooms where quite dirty. The room was not the greatest but it does look like they have attempted some upgrades, just not well done. Mattress seemed old as there where definite impressions on each side with the middle being higher. Breakfast is okay, nothing special. We where slighly disappointed with the hotel as the area did seem nice.

It's good for a quick stay. It has the basics, and overall, it's a good choice. The hotel hasn't been updated, and it doesn't look as nice as advertised.

I usually stay in 3-star hotels when traveling to different cities, but this property is nowhere near 3-star quality — at best, it’s a 2-star. The room smelled bad, the sheets and towels were stained, the sink clogged, and the taps were broken. The front desk varied; some have an attitude while others were very helpful. They claim rooms are serviced every third day, but that never happened. It was also difficult to connect online sometimes. On the positive side, the fridge and microwave were in good shape. The breakfast was not bad. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience and I don’t recommend this hotel.

Not good the hotel said there was a pool and there was not! My kids wanted to swim and they couldnt and then someone was arrested on the property hreat rates but the hotel was not great! I talked with the lady this morning when i checked out and she was rude and very unprofessional! Never going there again!

Staff at the front counter worked very hard to help get us in a handicap room for my disabled husband when all the handicap rooms were booked by guests who didn't need them.

We were very happy. The room was clean and comfortable, and above all, SO quiet! The shower was wonderful. My family loved the breakfast. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. We were really impressed when the beds were made, and the housekeeping staff took great care to arrange our girls' "lovies"... which was very sweet, and left quite an impression. Thank you!!

The room smelled of dog urine. The bed linens were stained. I asked for all the linens to be changed. Unfortunately it did not happen. You get what you pay for.

Absolutely horrible. Bed bugs. Two of my co-workers have bites all over their body. One of them has a swollen eye. After inspecting we found bugs in the bed. Documented photos of everything. Spoke with front desk and manager has yet to speak on it. Very disappointed in the way this handled. Would never stay at a comforts inn again

The room was a good value and the property is in a fine location. However, the breakfast was very limited and food ran out. The trash can by the front door wasn’t emptied over the weekend. The beds were comfortable. The floors weren’t the cleanest. The front desk clerk helped to bring needed towels when asked.

First of all, I had to wait for 15 minutes at the front desk for someone to even show up.Upon check-in, the night auditor… I believe. A man with long disgusting fingernails, put me in a room that had no air conditioning (93 degrees today) or no refrigerator. I was driving for two days, stopped at the store and bought fresh vegetables, but could not refrigerate them. When I asked to change rooms, he told me he had things to do and that I’m the one who would needed to be patient with Him.

The area was good, and the hotel was in good condition; however, the bed comforters had stains and the middle quilt was ripped.

Upon arrival there was no front desk agent. Some lady pops out from behind and says she doesn’t work there but her husband does 10minutes later someone showed up. Nigh audit personnel was welcoming and respectful. The hallways were smelling like cigarette, the room was not the best of cleanliness. The couch had stains shower curtain was with hole and the curtain was hanging off it seemed that it was broken or something.

The staff were great! friendly and always present at the front desk if you need anything. Housekeeping was great, very clean. Always felt safe and at ease.

The hotel is old but the location is really close to south suburban sports center and Park Meadows mall (sits a bit in the middle of both). The beds were very comfortable, the rooms have a fridge and microwave. The staff is nice, the breakfast is average but there is an Einstein bagels in the parking lot and a Starbucks across the street. Conveniently right off of C470.

My room was not ready . They didn’t know when it would be ready. I had to make other arrangements last minute and got charged for a night even though I did not stay out of no fault of my own. The manager ( Brittany) is rude and hateful. She hung up on me and rep from Expedia

AC in room didn’t work properly asked to be moved was told no and they would have someone check it and all they could do is offer a fan and nobody ever fixed the issue. Made for a very uncomfortable trip.

After filling out the hotel's post checkout review on their website, I recieved an extremely unprofessional email from someone named "Snow" with the hotel where I was pretty much told that it was my fault they couldnt get a new room for us or fresh towels. I guess they werent fully wrong because I could (and should!) have chosen ANY other hotel to stay at!

I came into an absolutely filthy room. Bedcovers had stains all over them, one bed also had a black hair. It was disgusting. I was promptly moved to a new room. The hotel staff was kind and accommodating. Then, in the new room the toilet would flush unless you took off the back cover and flushed it manually. The light fixture in the bathroom didn’t have a cover. Rooms are also very loud - you can hear the freeway. The entire stay was completely disappointing.

Em was really great! She is an asset to the management team and made up for some of the other misses the hotel lacked. Thank you Em!

Front desk staff was very nice and very professional when I checked in. However, I stayed on the fourth floor and a lot of people were putting trash out in the hallway and the whole time I was there, it did not get picked up by any cleaning staff. When booking, please ask where exactly the room that you're booked as mine was right next to the elevator super close and I did not know that. I had to keep the bathroom fan on most of the time so I would not be constantly woken up by The elevator dinging every time it was summoned by any floor. Also, the bottom of my door had a huge gap so it did not feel very private. I use one of the provided towels in the bathroom to almost cover it all the way but it was extremely loud when other people would open and close their doors. It is listed as a Denver tech center place but it is not very near Denver Tech Center (DTC). There are a lot of options for groceries as well as places to eat though very nearby including the shopping center right next to the hotel.

My horrible experience was that half way on my sleep I got woken up by an employee knocking on my door very loudly, asking about my name and to spell out my name, I guess they had made a mistake with the room or something, I woke up very disoriented and after that I kept waking up every hour with a headache from that event, I had driven 10 hrs before that and had 10 more to go, all I wanted was to have a good sleep, and did not happen.

Great room and service but booked a non smoking room and first thing I walked into was a room that smelt like someone had smoked a box of cigarettes inside and hotel had no more available rooms but did have a bottle of febreeze.

No juice or anything but coffee to drink at breakfast. Cream for coffee one out the next. No plates for breakfast. Sorry out

Room had hair on the bed (bed was made up appeared like they just made the bed from previous guest vs switching sheets). Bathroom had hair in the shower as well as all over the floor. Room looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 1900s. Bathroom counter has stains. Area was nice but I’d spend a little more and get a cleaner room at a different hotel.

breakfast basic items missing. Cereal bowls. Only white bread. Juice out of a jug. Reception desk couldn't provide small change-$1s & a $5 for tips.

A simple and basic place to stay. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Upon first arrival, the exterior of the hotel looked average. When we got inside the lobby it looked welcoming. But when we arrived to our room, it was uninviting, had outdated furniture, poor colors, and crumbs on the couch. We asked the lady at the counter for a different room, she kindly gave us one. When we entered the new room, it was noticeably cleaner. However, the room still didn't look like the ones in the photos. The photos showed the rooms renovated with brighter colors and no "popcorn" ceiling. This room had "popcorn" ceiling and was half renovated. We decided the room was good enough, and slept for the night. This hotel should not be rated as good as it is. Only stay here if you want a decent breakfast; that's about it.

The o ly bad thing was yhe breakfast. They only had bagels butter,cereal, 3 green spples, apple juice coffe and waffles. No milk and no hot breakfast
