Was very affordable and exceptionally clean, especially considering the cost. Great place to stop on our way to vacation!

I just stayed one night. Room was very clean and looked newly decorated. I felt safe and was comfortable. Parking area seemed very secure.

Let me start with the staff was very helpful and courteous. The beds weren’t that comfortable, but the pillows were fluffy. The bathroom had a half of a door handle and under the beds needed to be cleaned. The room was in good shape other than that. Woke up for breakfast @ 7am and the 4 items they had, they were gone. It wasn’t a bad stay for the price.

Place is newly renovated inside staff is nice but they charge you for everything. Literally everything. Late check out for our hour is $40 dollars but supply and demand this is the only hotel close by was there for a wedding and needed a place to stay over night. Facilities could be alittle cleaner it was horribly dirty but you could notice dust in between doors and some dirty in the bathroom

When I arrived I had to wait for someone to come out the restroom 20min with a signed that read out of order I had a long drive and had to use the restroom….. The pool was green thick fungus

Staff was AMAZING! We went for a taekwondo tournament and after driving 8 hours the staff was able to get us checked in early. later one of my kids dropped 2 of his medals down the elevator shaft. The staff fished them out for him so he wouldn't have to go home empty handed after all his hard work. They saw them in their uniforms and congratulated them and we're just the most friendly people. The rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was delicious, and according to the kids the wifi was super fast. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The front office manager was pleasant, got us weary travelers checked in quickly and found the room to be very tidy and clean. The breakfast was on par with what you'd expect and appreciated before heading out. Great stay for the price point.

We stayed in two rooms, each with two queen beds. We are amazed at the cost. Our stay was wonderful, with clean rooms and friendly staff. We are happy that breakfast was included. I would recommend the stay.

Booked a room online through expedia a month in advance but once I got there to check in found that they had canceled my reservation in their system due to them overbooking. There was no management onsite to help and the guy at the front desk tried to help but efforts fell short. I cannot review anything past the lobby due to not making it past the front desk. I was a couple states from home with myself and 2 young doughters.

The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I do travel quite a bit and this was terrible. No milk, no yogurt no fruit no danish. The 4 juice Machine was all out except for apple juice. It advertised yogurt on the go it advertised waffles. It advertised bananas and hazelnut with the oatmeal. The only options were oatmeal very small stale bagels and toast. No milk.

No, the pool was closed down, and it had green algae inside of it, my T.V didn't work in my room, the hotel didn't even have a room to move me to, the manager treated me and my husband very poorly, and the manager threatened to call the cops on us because I was telling him what he didn't want to hear, but I definitely wasn't disrespectful.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well, nor was the floor near the bedside tables. There were 2 Do Not Disturb signs in my room. I put one on my door before leaving the hotel to indicate I did not want my room entered or cleaned, yet when I returned, only one Do Not Disturb signs were there. The one inside my room was missing. Someone was in my room while I was away.

We did have to ask for the TV remote and wait 15 min. to get it. Then had to come back for a hair dryer later on. The room had a smoke detector hanging down from the ceiling, toilet that was not bolted securely to the floor and we had a weird noise that sounded like metal duct expanding in the wall about every 20 minutes. Had to wake up the guy to turn back in the blow dryer when checking out. No one was covering the front desk, no receipt or check out paperwork could be gotten.

First room we checked into was dirty. Hair in bed, makeup on pillowcase, microwave dirty and no shower pull in bathtub to get water to showerhead. We moved rooms and much better.

I understand that North Carolina in general doesn’t see the quantity of snow it saw while I was there but hotels in general should be prepared for such weather. The parking lot being on a slope was difficult to drive in and my rental car ended up being stuck and unable to get out for which I had to spend $250 on a tow company to pull my car out of the lot and park on the side of the building. The next morning when I checked out the parking lot still had not been plowed out and only the main road leading to the hotel was. Otherwise the room was nice and clean.

My 3 year old child found a pill in her bed left by negligent staff, checked out early due to safety concerns. Staff refused routine room check at check out,12 hours of us being off the property filling formal complaints staff denied returning deposit.

Staff are very kind and rooms are nice size and updated and clean! Close to highway…close to Greensboro, High Point and Winston Salem (within 1/2 hour) - I am a single travel nurse and have stayed here several times!

Breakfast was good. The desk receptionist made more coffee since it was empty. Also, we did not see the towels in the far corner cabinet of the room and desk receptionist that night brought us towels. The view from our room was green water in the pool. There was long black hairs on the comforter.

The staff were very friendly and helped to answer questions. The area around the hotel was dark and remote but the parking lot was very well lit. The hotel, and especially my room, smelled damp. My bedding was comfortable but I couldn't get the room temperature to adjust, and my towels were damp.

We had a decent overnight stay here - the lobby and our rooms seemed recently renovated so everything is nice and clean. Linens were clean and beds were comfy. Also the parking lot is well lit and feels pretty safe when traveling with a family. Breakfast is included and there is a gym which is nice because there's not much around the hotel itself. The major disappointment for us was the pool - it is closed and we didn't know that ahead of time. By the looks of it the pool has been closed for awhile (green with loads of tadpoles living in it and quite a few mosquitoes outside)- unfortunately this pool is your view from several of the rooms so we just left the blinds closed. Would recommend for a short stay but you would probably want a place with a pool for longer stays

This is a beautifully renovated space! We did have an issue with the hot water, and it was handled, immediately, very professionally. Breakfast was hot and delicious, and very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

The hotel and rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice. The rooms do look like the pics on the site, they were updated and nice. The mattress and pillows were heaven. The only real issue we had was that it had a odd smell to it when you got off the elevator and in the room. It smelled like something was wet. We put a car air freshener in the room, and that helped. Not a good experience. The pool was out of service. There was a water leak in the lounge area. Asked for extra pillows on numerous occasions, never recieved any. Continental breakfast, thats a joke. No juice, no decaf coffee, no cream cheese for the bagels.

For the price this hotel was nice. Very clean and comfortable beds. Wish the pool was open but could tell they were working on it so I understand. Would stay here again if I’m in the area again

To make matters worse, we also found a roach in the room, which was quite unsettling. On a very positive note, the housekeeper was exceptional. They were incredibly attentive and helpful, and their service was definitely the highlight of our stay. The complimentary breakfast offered standard continental items, including cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast, orange juice, and coffee. While the excellent housekeeping was appreciated, the issues with the pool, small beds, and particularly the presence of a roach are significant concerns that impacted our overall experience.

There was a smell in the room like someone previously smoked or a humidity light mildew or something. The property is newly renovated so it does look nice inside. The area is off an exit with a BP next to it. Turning it the front could be kept up better. There was a sanitation grade of 85. But that was from last year July and waiting for the new inspection after the renovation. So guess it's worth seeing how that turns out. Over ask decent property..

It’s a place to lay down if you’re passing through. Room was clean. Sheets were clean. Still waiting on my deposit to come back. Overall nice place to stay.

Hotel smelled like weed real bad, the beds were not comfortable and poorly put together, it was loud and the peep holes were extremely big you could stand back and still see in the hallway or in the room. We stayed there for 7 hours and they took our deposit. Looked run down and the elevator is a safety hazard itself.

The property is quite old and the pool wasn't filled up so we couldn't use that there was no hot tub but the staff was very accommodating when needed to be our refrigerator did not work and right away they switched it out very pleasant

I always read reviews before booking anything , but those reviews were so misleading. The property was quiet,clean, the room was amazing and the breakfast was good . I would definitely stay again

There was loud music coming from the parking lot in the later evening. A new property but a few things looks not quite finished like a few tiles missing in the entry, and our smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling. Breakfast was average.

First thing you see when you walked in was the unfinished and loose tile in the entrance. The one luggage cart available was filthy. The beds were cheap and flimsy. You could hear every time someone rolled over. The free breakfast was a joke. The coffee maker didn't work and they didn't even have forks. They had oatmeal packets with no way to make it.

This is a hotel in transition. It has potential, but shouldn’t be open right now. Our room’s HVAC would not work at all. The shower was cold. The hallways leading to the room were filthy. The entryway to the place has missing tiles everywhere, clutter all around, and is not welcoming at all. The worst part I think was their excuse for a breakfast. Two packages of oatmeal and four slices of stale bread to choose from. Very disappointed hotels.com
