    My first room had bed bugs and no deabilt. If I would of seen the outline of a figure done is masking tape I would not have been surprised ! Very noisy and if there's bed bugs in one room they will all have them

    Extremely dirty. Front desk staff with bad attitude. Sheets burnt with cigarettes. Horrendous odor of smoke and other substances in the room. Couldn't stay and asked for a refund.

    It was easy to find and get to off of the interstate. The first room we were put in was disgusting. Different color stains and hair were all over the bed sheets and the pillows, the room smelled like weed, and there was a giant cigarette burn on the comforter. The lady at the front desk was very nice and put us in a new room immediately. It was better in that it only had one stain on the sheets and the comforter had some black marks, but no cigarette burns.

    Beds were nasty & room not clean! Definitely not as expected! No single cup coffee maker in room. Property seemed as if high crimes happen there frequently and blood stains in the room reinforced that idea. Will never stay there again and if had not been absolutely exhausted upon arrival, I would gone to different location. Do not recommend - especially for a female alone.

    Close to the event I was attending . No house keeping services,room wasnt cleaned or restocked with towels etc during our stay. Was a ton of night time activity tgat revolved around several nearby roo.s including drug sales and use as well as prostitution.

    Very very dirty. There was people throwing up, smoking, and listening to music with there doors open in their cars in the parking lot. Everyone was staring and it was a very uncomfortable environment to be in. I paid for a non smoking and got a room with cigarette burns on my bed and stains.

    I come back and forth from Georgia to North Carolina and I have gave this place plenty of chances. But this time the heat didn't really work. And it was really cold in North Carolina and the bed and the room was so cold. I was too tired from driving and just wanted to get some rest. The heat didn't work and the thin and with the no heat.

    It has bad reviews but honestly it's a decent hotel. I only wish my room would have had a fridge. Otherwise, a decent place to crash. I'll stay again. Needs a fridge for drinks and sandwich stuff.

    Compared to my my last day it was way much better the room was more cleaner I liked it that room I remember that 1:38 he was way better than my last time much better room cleaner newer. In the front desk clerk she's my favorite this lady here I think it's Christian she's my favorite. Very helpful very professional. I don't have much to complain about this song compared to my last time.

    I checked in on Friday and I wasn't able to get clean sheets and towels. When I checked in I went to 3 different rooms that wasn't cleaned. Clean sheets and towels and the front desk person said that I couldn't get clean sheets or towels.

    The room was severely neglected the heat didn’t work the thermostat was broken didn’t know weather I was turning the heat on or off the was no smoke detector in the room there was dried food on the microwave but the worse part was the roaches in the room we ended up leaving we just couldn’t stay there my suggestion DO NOT go to Redroof inn or econo lodge..

    The manager told me that I would be receiving a refund through hotels.com, that was false. The room was incredibly sub par. The only plus side was the homeless in the parking lot didn’t break in my truck. I’m very disappointed with my stay and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I hope to see this building condemned and tore down.

    Last wknd I booked a room on booking and paid for it on the booking app like I always do,show up to check in late at night after busting my ass working w my kids and fiance,to be told they didn't receive my payment bc the booking app sends a mobile credit card n it was denying it,they wanted money up front and I told them I paid online I'm not giving them more money,the lady told me I had to contact customer service for booking to see what's going on,w it being so late I wasn't able.to contact no one until the morning,well my fiance had to spend $120 at another motel,the last of what we had,now I been trying to get ahold of someone at Red roof in and booking is to get my money back,and they are avoiding us..hmmm ? seems kind of fishy to me.I will get my money back!! I will never stay there again,n I do not recommend this place to no one,not only have I been booked a room that was being worked on and the bathroom was destroyed and had.to go back to the office late at night to get another room,they never have hot water,they are infested with cockroaches,it don't feel like they clean the rooms properly,the bathroom ceilings are filled with black mold and honestly I feel it made me sick to even sleep in the rooms,it's ghetto n drug glory over there

A huge bug came from the ac unit and killed it. Told the check out lady and she said she would talk to housekeeping. Partying in the lot where the room was. At 3am it woke us up, peaking on doors and walls. It was more of a working company hotel than a hotel regular tourist to stay at. Half was red roof inn and the other econo lodge. The prices they had listed in hotel was 69.00 a night go figure. Will not stay or recommended it.

    Checked into a single room. Floors were dirty and sticky. Bed linens were damp and filthy, the decorative cover was ragged and had cigarette burns on it. They traded me out for a double. Linens were stained, but clean i think. Floors were at least not sticky, but not clean. The room is nasty. Please clean these rooms. I drove 11 hours today and i didnt have the energy to find someplace else. Was looking forward to a hot shower but after seeing the tub I couldn't do it.

    Got this room for my brother who just needed a night of rest. When I went in the comforter was dirty and food marks in the wall and curtains. It smelled horrible like pure smoke. There is no microwave so he could warm up his food. The environment was confusing because I paid for Red Rood Inn but it said Incono Lodge. I wouldn’t stay here but again my brother just needed a night of sleep. I’m a high class woman. I normally stay in resorts.

    Things appeared clean and new in the pictures, but didn't hold up under inspection when I arrived. The bed looked neat, but there was a hole in it. There was a working fridge, but the microwave and TV didn't have a working wall socket. The bathroom and shower were neat, but the shower smelled. All of the light fixtures worked, but the bright street lights outside came in around the curtain. I was uncomfortable most of the time, and my clothes smelled after hanging in the room. Also, my first room was at the back of the property, where it was dark, the bed was low to the ground, and the neighbors were talking loudly. After I complained, I moved closer to the office. There are regular residents here who complain loudly about outsiders. I saw the police when I arrived, and there had been a dog fight, so don't bring your dog. A motel is still a motel at the end of the day. Take it or leave it. The good news? The wifi was okay and there was a Starbucks next door.

Its been over 10 business days and still no refund. The thing thats tops it off is the fact that they make you sign a no smoking wavier and agreement you pay for damages if you do smoke in the room. My room smelled like cigarettes, there was cigarette burns in the mattress protector. Luckily we took pictures. Also when I asked for new sheets because the ones we had were stained they gave me another pair that also had stains on them. We ended up going to Target an buying new sheets. Dont waist your money on this rundown junk of a hotel. Youll be sorry.

    my experience was nothing short of terrible. Upon arrival, I quickly discovered that my key cards would not work, and every time I left the room, I had to return to the lobby to have them reactivated—this happened in freezing 30-degree weather! also, I had serious privacy concerns. The guests next to me were incredibly intrusive. Every time I pulled up to my room, they would stand outside, peering into my car. Even worse, when I opened my door to the room, Id catch them peeking through. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. One individual decided to sit in a chair directly in front of my door, smoking. I would have had to brush up against him to even stand in front of my door, which felt uncomfortably invasive and inappropriate, especially considering there was plenty of space on the other side of his door to sit.To make matters worse, I was wrongfully accused of my puppy barking all night. I work as a 24-hour remote travel agent, so if there had been any noise, I wouldn't have been able to do my job. On top of that, when I ordered DoorDash, the delivery driver was instructed not to knock, yet someone still did and very loudly,he informed me that it was the "guy next door", I have messages to prove this. I was threatened to leave due to false complaints from guests who are possibly under the influence,so I will not hesitate to extend my services and request a formal inspection of the property.

    The whole floor in my room was nasty and sticky and the bed sheets and covers had burn holes and nasty looking stains on them and the mattress itself and I went to office as soon as walked in my room and asked for mop to clean floor and needing new bed linens to not get the mop or even room service to clean floors the whole time I was booked for and then the microwave was broke down and the staff at desk no help as anyone else I asked for help there other then to give me room key and paperwork to sign and I paid $125 for one night and would have left if I could have canceled and could have got a refund but that was the rules for cancelling my reservation for the night.

    I was traveling from NY and had to drive to Asheville for a wedding... but the woman at the front desk was kind of rude and not so welcoming at 1:30pm when I arrived and asked if I could check in early as I had to get changed. She said absolutely not - so I drove to Asheville, changed in the car. Drove back out and luckily the overnight staff member was kind and nice given the situation. I only got to sleep 3.5 hours before having to drive to CLT to fly out. When I woke up - there were little critters walking around near the bathroom... so that didn't make me happy. I guess you get what you pay for right. The bed was comfortable and they had nice pillows... so that was a plus for them.

    I will say that the inside of the rooms were clean. However, the outside of the hotel is old and in dire need of repairs. There are people walking around at all times, doing God knows what. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean, the only issue we had was the toilet not flushing well.

I ended up checking out the night before I was scheduled to leave because I just could not take it. The woman in the office said that she would submit a request for a refund but she didn’t seem very enthusiastic or sincere, as she was distracted by her guest that was hanging out and smoking in the office with her.

Then to notice microwave was broken and fridge was dirty as hell. They had no explanation on the early check in fee! She just said it depended on staff and the company changed on day to say basis.     Management knew of the pest problem but still booked the room. Very Greedy. When I complained the management they admit of pest problem and changed the room, but the new room also has a broken toilet drain so checked out. Management refused to issue refund. I will strongly advise to choose another Hotel for better experience.
