Washington Dulles Marriott Suites

We are frequent travelers to Washington DC and usually stay at a Hilton. I have been dismayed by the rising cost in reservations there so I decided to try a Marriott. The hotel was spotless and comfortable. However, we did not get free breakfast. Panera is next door and has excellent oatmeal for Vegans and half the price of the hotel oatmeal. Supposedly our basic level of Marriott rewards membership left us ineligible. There was free parking and it is located near many restaurants. Our drive into DC was I usually about 35 to 40 minutes, which wasn’t bad at all.

Very clean & comfortable. The ability to Park & Fly with the available airport shuttle made everything seamless. Highly recommend! The price was a bit steep but the convenience made it worth it.

Our room was very clean, staff was friendly and the drinks we ordered to our room took no time to deliver. Would book this hotel again!

Breakfast was wonderful, and so was the woman helping out during the breakfast service. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and we had easy access to the mall area behind the hotel for food. The wifi making you pay or becoming a member wasn't great, the shower had little black specks that came out with the water probably because of an old gasket and one of our windows was cracked

I have never been in a Marriott where there was no one to help with luggage or I had to pay for internet!!!! That was ghetto.

Close to Dulles Airport. The shuttle to the Airport is great. Clea facility. Helpful staff. Great breakfast. Nothing.

AC went out! Asked to put ice packs in freezer! They put them in a fridge. Shuttle driver drove like he was fresh from Daytona!

When I asked where I could park, she told me the garage, when I asked if I could park outside of the garage and where, she really did not give an answer. After getting my keys, I had to ask where the elevators were. While breakfast and the servers were great they did not seem to understand that my breakfast was included and had to tell people more than once. We left too early for the airport to enjoy breakfast. Shuttle service to and from Dulles Airport was excellent and very much appreciated. Long-term parking in garage was very convenient and fairly priced at $10.00 a day. Mattress could have been firmer.

Last minute booking due to our original hotel being overbooked. Hotel was beautiful, staff were friendly and the bed was super comfy! Breakfast was also great

But once you are on, it is comfy. ;) Right behind the hotel, walking access from the lobby level to various restaurants from Thai (very good), Chinese (seems very popular as packed), good coffee shop, ice cream, pizza and movie theatre. Nice to access to those without car. Hotel also has a restaurant breakfast buffet and dinner (from 4pm). About 10-15 mins max to the airport. Quiet, and nice view. And good staff. I say this is a 4 stars hotel. I think this hotel is great value. Highly recommend.

Parking seems bit congested and didn’t get the spot closer to hotel. If near by spots available it would help senior citizens not to walk much to enter hotel

No hot water to shower after flying 17 hours. Called front desk to inform that there was no hot water. They said that they were having issues with the boiler. Was eventually fixed for showering the next morning. Also bathroom had only 2 towels . Not up to Marriott standards

Checking in was wonderful. I was Very tired get up at 2am to catch my flight here . Arrived early but the wonderful courteous lady checked me in no problem. I took a nap had breakfast and went to the museum. Love the Marriott. Definitely coming back .

We called the front desk to request extra blankets and they never honored our request.

The first room was gross. There was a lot of up and down cause she was alone which was a major inconvenience for someone who had don’t 8+ hours at the airport and just wanted to get to sleep. The first room had hair in the shower which I let go. But trying to get in to bed is where the line was drawn. there were marks and other things on the sheets.

Everyone was great however the front desk was still train8ng and that cost me. The lady said wifi is free the fee drops when you check out. That was untrue. If I knew I did have to pay for WiFi I would have used my husband hotspot. There was another question I asked that turned out to be incorrect. Hotel was beautiful, staff needed someone there to answer questions correctly

This was very inconvenient because I opted for the "Reserve Now, Pay at Property" option when making the reservation. Very quiet, lots of food options within a minute or two's walk and overall no issues with anything there (elevators working, hot water, functional TVs, etc). The front parking lot was being re-paved but there's another entrance that's easy for an Uber or Lyft to find you.

The room and the layout was actually amazing but my sheets weren’t that clean and I had asked for towels to be sent up to my room because me and my kids came and we ran out of rags and towels, and the guy at the front told us that he will send them up when I went down and no one ever send them us towels and my sheets was Nasty looking. I told the lady at the front about my problems and she kind of just wrote some things down it kind of brushed it off, but I was very disappointed being that the room was so nice. I was just disappointed.

Property was lovely and the stay was nice. It was easy to get turned around in the parking lot, but that was an easy fix. Only dislike was there was no pool.

Hotel was close to markets and restaurants also pretty clean. No outside patio or lounge area as shown in pictures. Also there is no swimming pool as advertised in some sites. The pool is at the gym next door. Small rooms, but housecleaning does good job

The front desk service was inconsistent; however, one woman was good and worked hard to find us another more satisfying room. The restaurant service was good. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable. The menu/food at The Grill/Lounge could be better, however, the server worked hard to cheer me up given the situation.

The suite had partial power, meaning the bedroom lights would not come on. Desk clerk said someone would come up to check it,…never happened. I needed to go back to the desk to request breakfast voucher because it wasn’t given to me at check in. TV didn’t work next day.

I like everything about this property especially the bathroom. It was very clean and spacious. It had a dual shower head which it didn’t really matter to me. There were a variety of eatery that were walking distance. I would recommend this property.

This is the best hotel I've been to for this price range. The rooms are separated so you have a sitting area and then double doors that go into the bedroom. Prob 55 inch TV in the main room and then another tv in the bedroom. The bathroom was nice, free breakfast, free parking and we watched plans take off from our window. We will be going back for sure...i dont work for the hotel but wanted to give this hotel some love. Also staff was nice and helpful

I highly recommend the Washington Dulles Marriott Suites. Check-in was fast and smooth, the lobby and elevators were clean, and we were pleasantly pleased with the room. It is located near many eateries. The only negative was that the lighting in the bathroom sink area could be increased, putting on my makeup for the day was a challenge.

There were no toiletries in our room when we arrived. I called for some, but they never came so i had to buy hand soap from a drug store. The dront desk staff was perpetually away from the desk also.

However I noticed when we got the room the toilet tissue was almost done which makes me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned/done in the room. The cleaning ladies also didn’t change the sheets. I watched them twice. It was still a very nice stay and in a great location next to a mini mall. Plenty of restaurants to pick from on your stay. Much better then the hotel directly across from it.

This hotel is the best of the best. It's super comfortable, and having two TVs—one in the bedroom and one in the living room—makes it even more convenient. The king-size bed is the best I've ever slept on.

This is a nice place to stay if you need a place to crash after coming into Dulles. The suite was very nice and clean. I’d stay here again. Only note that if you are coming in late at night, the airport shuttle may not run as frequently as advertised (took about 30 mins to come).

Rooms were a good size but disappointed with the service rec

The shuttle drivers are very tip demanding and for that reason the service is poor. They are rude and not close to be respectful. We always give tips for service, but the attitude on these people make me think twice. I am Bomvoy Titanium member and very upset for the treatment my family received.

*To the hotel’s credit, a repair person came within minutes of calling the front desk to complain and we were moved to a more comfortable and well equipped suite the next day. Overall, this suite hotel is comfortable and desirable. The services are excellent.

Great property close to Dulles airport with airport shuttle. Appeared land smelled like it was recently renovated. Located in a strip mall with lots of dining options. One bed rooms good for small family. Only thing was the ice machines didn’t work. I went to three floors and they were all on but no ice. Finally went downstairs and the bartender helped me fill up my bucket.

I love the bed and how its seperate from the kitchen and the living space. Has a vibe of home. Enjoyed staying there. 2nd time staying at this place and its wonderful.

Lovely space.... They young lady that checked me in was a bit unfriendly to me, especially since she was overly friendly to the woman ahead of me. The internet streaming did not work in the bedroom but in the living room area it was great.

All 3 days we stayed there was only lukewarm water in the shower. The closet had a big dresser in it so hanging clothes was very difficult. Breakfast was way too expensive. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very weak. This hotel definitely did not live up to the Marriott name.
