USB charger didn’t work. Couldn’t make room dark lights were dim, but had to cover clock with pillow Room smelt of synthetic gas, or Cleaner, off gassing, gave me a headache. Breakfast looked disgusting out of a package. Even at DC prices this was worst Hampton I have ever stayed at.

The breakfast was awesome; the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful. There is no security case in the room; the toilet was leaking and sounded noisy during night.

Room was clean and beds slept realitivly well being I just had shoulder surgery and used a wedge pillow we brought. AC was good and cold. Breakfast was a little less than I figured we would see. But still there was many options. The potatos were actually really good. Check in was quick and easy. Very nice stay.

Very nice lobby. Wifi is so-so...just barely qualifies for "high speed," but adequate (and free). You can opt to pay for "premium " wifi, so if you HAVE to have faster speeds during your stay, you can. Location is excellent...lots of shopping and dining options are close enough to walk to. Large (free) parking lot if you drove or rented a car.

I enjoyed the free parking, free coffee anytime, and free breakfast in the morning with many food and beverage options. Everything was neat, clean, and orderly!

GREAT stay at the Hampton Inn. Property well maintained, beds comfortable. Best part was the staff. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and helpful. Refreshing to see such fantastic employees and customer service in this day in age. My daughter lost her tiny stuffed animal which was tangled up in the sheets and we had half the staff going through laundry to find it. Many more examples, they were all exemplary . thankyou

We had a double queen handicapped room. It was spacious clean and comfortable. Good sized pool, and a great variety for breakfast. Second year in a row we've stayed here, I see no reason we won't beback next year!

The shuttle service from the hotel to and from Metro and restaurants was very helpful !! Saved a lot of frustration trying to park ourselves in DC which was our reason for visiting the area. The Metro and bus service was very reasonably priced and easy access to all the museums and cathedral! The entire staff was very helpful and courteous.

From check-in to check-out the staff was amazing. As someone who travels a lot for work this property surpassed my expectations. Everyone was friendly, rooms were well maintained and comfortable and the grounds were well kept.

Nice hotel, clean. Parking is free. Gym has a nice set of weights. Stayed several times and will stay again. Walkable to nearby restaurants and Reston Town Center.

Everything you need in a breakfast buffet. Rooms super clean Nd ample supplies. The local shuttle is so convenient for restaurants etc.

Had to be moved from my original room. Couple next door were a bit too noisy for me. The gentleman who was working that evening (David) was nothing short of awesome. He understood and was able to assist me. I have always stayed here, as it is convenient for me with work. The breakfast was amazing. Liked the fresh fruit. Will be back.

The staff is very helpful and accommodating however the hotel itself was built with what I can only imagine is paper as walls. So you can hear everything in the hallway, rooms next door and outside!

Kids running up and down the halls be loud every night, was no adult supervision at all Wanted to cancel last night and was able to; didn't realize to do that I had to make reservations through the desk. Wasreal upset because the last night wasn't needed. Was there for medical health problem with family member

However, the thing that sets this hotel apart is the TREMENDOUS customer service. The staff here are not only professional and friendly, but went above and beyond with any request we had and always made it feel like not only was it not a burden, but that they were genuinely happy to help. The free shuttle service within 3 miles of the hotel was very useful and allowed us to go shopping and to dinner without having to uber or get a rental car. They were quick to respond and picked us up with smiles and a friendly attutude. My daughter and I travel alot and this is the best customer service we have received anywhere. I would HIGHLY recommended staying here.

One of my favorite go-to spots when I just want to get away for the night—even though I live close by! The rooms are clean, spacious, and the staff is wonderful. Ms. Sulma at the front desk was especially friendly and made me feel so welcomed. During my previous stays, the front desk staff has always been amazing. Highly recommend!

The airport shuttle was above and beyond excellent. When I called from the airport for a pickup the driver came very fast. Some of the other people waiting to be picked up by their hotels were amazed at how fast I was picked up. Some even made the comment "wow, I should have stayed at your hotel" I told the driver that I had a fairly early morning flight out of country. She said would you like to check in and then I will take you to one of the nearby restaurants for dinner, then pick you up to take you back to the hotel. Of course I said yes, and driver was like a tour guide driving me by some restaurants and asking me what I would like. I went in and got the food, paid the bill and within seconds my driver was waiting for me outside to take me back to the hotel. Amazing! Breakfast in the AM was wonderful and my ride back to the airport was waiting on me. Rook was very clean and very comfortable. Desk clerk could not have been nicer.

I will be staying here the next time we visit the area. The hotel is modern and decorated nicely. The bathroom was very clean, which is very important to me. Enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave.

I had a late check in after an eight hour international flight, and was told checkout was not until noon. It was really upsetting to have housekeeping, knocking and yelling at my door at 8:07 this morning when I was barely awake and certainly did not want to be Awake or up. The rest of the stay was fine other than that. Housekeeping knew good and well that I had not checked out yet. What is the point of turning over the room when I’m still in it?

The room was great...clean. The website said the pool was closed until July 13th. However, i arrived with family on July 11th and the pool was open. We had not brought bathing suits since the pool was supposedly closed. We were very diappointed regarding the use of the pool.

The best stay! All staff was wonderful! Hotel was spotless and beautiful! We travel with our fur baby, and really appreciated the doggie bag station and gift bag from the hotel! Nice touch!

I rented two rooms for a weekend getaway with my family and we were very happy with our stay. Aiden made our check in an absolute pleasure making for an amazing first impression of the place. I’ve worked in the travel industry for 28 years. I have been in hundreds of hotels in 5 continents and has been one of the best if not the best check in experience I’ve had. Thank you Aiden once again.

I love Hampton Inn hotels. That’s usually where I always stay when I travel. This location is close to the Dulles Airport. This particular location had a few restaurants nearby as well as a target. This place was very clean and a has variety of snack to purchase. Also there is an indoor pool. And the complimentary breakfast was good. There was Something for everyone to enjoy. My only issue was the bed was a little too firm. But that’s just my taste. The hotel was fantastic and the staff was great and accommodating. Definitely worth the 5 stars I’m giving it.

Overall great experience. Parking spaces a bit tight for larger vehicles was only downside. Will definitely consider this hotel again when back in the area.

Employees all seemed friendly and happy to help. The hotel seemed adequately staffed. Never had to wait for an elevator. The colors chosen for the rooms are calming. Pretty white comforters on the beds. Window shades tastefully done and easy to use. The bathroom products were high quality. The place was clean and the breakfast offerings were very nice with something for everyone and very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel!

This was the most enjoyable stay I have ever had at a hotel to this date. The facilities are great but it’s the staff that makes this experience so enjoyable. I would like to recognize Christian, Aiden, and Dave these 3 were amazing.

Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of food available. This would be an easy 5-star review if not for the pillows, which made sleep uncomfortable. If you're not a fan of memory foam pillows (which go flat when you lie on them), I suggest you bring your own. As I fought with my pillows in the night trying to stack them in different arrangements to get the proper height, I seriously considered just stuffing a pillow case with clothes from my suitcase. Exhaustion finally allowed me to sleep before it came to that.

Nice, comfortable room.the king size bed was comfortable. The shower was clean and had pump bottles of shampoo, condition and soap on the wall. They provided extra towel upon request. Pretty lobby with a space to relax and breakfast area had enough seating options. I would have given this hotel a higher rating but didn’t because I tried to get staff to help with guests making noise late at night in the hallway which kept me awake past midnight but no one responded. However, the next day, when I complained at check out, a manager called me and apologized and gave me points on my Hilton membership.

When we got there it exceeded our expectations hotel lobby is beautiful and the rooms are great and well put together . Only thing for me are the beds they are a bit too firm for me . But overall not too bad for a couple nights stay. Breakfast was delicious , the cute little snack bar downstairs is cool too . They have ramen soups and drinks with chips , accessibly there 24/7 and they also have free tea and coffe throughout the day as well . Great will book again
