    The hotel room was good but when i arrived the general manager was having a party in the small lobby with friends , karaoke, drinking and vaping , they were polite and helpful but this is not okay at a hotel , this is a business and we would expect way better . I contacted hotels.com and a supervisor was to call me back hours ago but that didn't happen either !!!!

    Got over charged. Staff was rude. GM was nonreponsive to my requests about charges and then acted like I did something wrong by being frustrated with him. Never stay there again.

    Nothing! We ended up having to canceled both rooms and getting a different hotel! This hotel was absolutely filthy! They claimed they needed us to wait 1 hour because they were doing a deep clean! We ended up waiting 1 hour and 35 mins all to still find a dirty room! As I waited there were 3 different guest who came to the front desk to complain about the room being dirty. This hotel violates health safety! They should be shut down or get new management/staff.

    Was easy to get to from the airport and was close enough to Downtown Nashville, staff were friendly and helpful Room was not cleaned during my entire stay which was a whole month! Not even hoovered or swept, also fridge had items left in it from previous guests and tops of fridge and other places were not cleaned had thick dust, laundry service is through an app that doesn’t allow payment from foreign cards with no cash alternatives.

    The staff were absolutely amazing and kind but the original room we were in wasn’t the best. The AC and TV weren’t working and the room constantly smelled like sewage. After we spoke about it to the staff, they switched us into a way better room.

I don’t appreciate when I put my card on file and they do whatever they want with it. UPDATE I DID NOT GET REIMBURSED!!!!!

    Had to switch rooms 4 times room 320 tv broke 220 was still dirty 144 tv broke and AC unit finally room 109 was decent other than padding on bed was peeling it was amazing compared to other 3 rooms they did extend check out till one but still had housekeeping come till us at 11 it was checkout so lack of communication. I will not book here again ever for 100 bucks !!!!!

    The hotel is pet friendly, which is fine, but there were two dogs barking near my room at night and I couldn't sleep. It took many phone calls to the staff to intervene. After two hours, the problem was solved right at midnight.

    Front desk staff is hardly ever at the desk, and half the time you don’t even know who actually works here. The room had no hand soap, the Wi-Fi was constantly in and out, and there was mold above the shower head. You can also hear people through the walls very clearly, so there’s basically no privacy. Even the coffee station isn’t included and you have to buy it. They only give you one towel and one rag per room because of some “exchange program,” which makes no sense when there were two of us staying in the room. We had to keep coming downstairs over and over just to get fresh towels. On top of that, no one even cleans the room or does anything while you’re gone. Only good things is a lot of food places around and not too far from downtown. Overall, really inconvenient and not a good experience.

    The parking was very safe . The staff was very friendly and helpful . Didn't realize when i booked our stay that they didnt offer free breakfast or even have a coffeemaker and coffee in our room but at least there was a waffle house near there . You had to go everyday and do a towel exchange if you wanted clean towels and never did see a person to clean the room.

    I didn’t like the fact that I’ve stayed in more upscale hotels like Cambria and Radisson the deposit was only $50 at WoodSpring the deposit was $150 . The front desk closes at 8 wasn’t open on Sunday so requesting towels was an issue I’m used to going to hotel coming back and beds made linen changed they don’t do it. Then u have to share an iron and the board but if the desk closes at 8 you’re stuck. Also it said they had dishes and cookware and they didn’t the rooms were clean but I’m used to full service and they don’t provide I don’t think I’ll ever book there again

    Air conditioning was not good at all. It would turn on for 15 mins and turn back on 40 mins after. I need to hear the A/C on to sleep, instead, I could hear all neighbors coughing, cars outside revving up and loud talkers.

    The hours of the front desk staff is terrible. They are never there. Then, the first room they sent us (my mom and I) to still had dirty sheets thrown on the bed in a wad and dirty bathroom towels in the bathroom. The room had not been cleaned. So they sent us to another room and there the bathroom was disgusting. It had hair in the tub and only one toilet paper roll that was almost finished. Even the mirror had streaks and marks. VERY gross. The room is an extended stay but they don't even have a coffee pot. Do not recommend.

    I had an awkward event there where police knocked on my door because of some crazy man while I was still asleep. The staff should have called me and asked me to come down instead of giving police my information. The event was handled incorrectly and I felt like my privacy was violated.

    This property is pet friendly to the extreme. I have never been to any hotel like it. Dog everywhere! If you don't want to sleep in a room where dogs may have just checked out with its owner, do not go there. There is no regular reception staff. You cannot call them from your room for anything. You have to take your towels to them in person and exchange for a new one when needed. It is a relatively new property, but the operational model is strange to me.

    Infested with roaches. When you walk the parking lot at night there are hundreds of them crawling all around the building. There were tons of them inside the room as well. When we got there the floors were sticky and turned my socks black within 10 minutes of being there. Staff were okay, no complaints there. the dishwasher smelled horrible. The stove didn’t work at first until i lifted it to mess around with the wiring to make it work. Not the greatest area of town either, i wouldn’t be letting my children walk around the hotel alone. It was okay, it worked for the week i needed to visit nashville but still cost around the same it would if i went somewhere else that may have been cleaner, and the front desk may have been open more than just a few hours a day.

    Just wasn’t what I expected, property is more bare-bones than other extended stay suites I’ve experienced-this one’s front desk shuts down entirely in the evening, there’s no “pantry” to make purchases of snacks, etc (there is a vending machine). Nice little kitchenette but not equipped with anything like dishes, pans…this place is more like getting an apartment than a hotel, if that makes sense, so it depends on what you are looking for. It was clean and I slept well, comfortable beds and powerful hot shower.

    Overall the stay was not enjoyable and wasted money. From the outside the place looks great and well kept but the area it's in is somewhat sketchy. But that would not have been a deal breaker for me it's once checking in is where everything went downhill. The staff there trys to help until they seem bothered. From checking in the rooms have nothing. No plates, cups, dining wear, pots and pans dish soap etc yet the rooms are a kitchenette. The rooms also have no paper towels, body soap, dish soap, iron, iron board etc. when I ask about this like I said earlier the staff tries to help as the said it's not a normal hotel and guest have to bring their own stuff but asked me what I needed and they will see what they can get. They found me a iron board which was acceptable and a iron that worked but it leaked water. They gave me a box that had dining wear and pots to cook in. It had one small plate, one fork, one spoon and there is two of us. I asked again for another and was told they would bring another but it never came so bad to buy one at the store along with dish and bath soap. Aside from this the entire place smells of weed. Walls are thin and smoke comes in from neighbors room even though it's smoke free. Beds nasty with dirty stained sheets so we had to go buy one from Ross as my gf refused to sleep on it. They don't clean the rooms daily nor take the trash out you must do it yourself. They don't bring clean towels unless you bring your dirty to the lobby for exchange.

    It was a decent place to stay, but the beds were super uncomfortable and hard. The kitchenette is nice, but they offer zero pots/pans to use, and you have to purchase them separately. There were quite a few drunk people around, and the nearby food places were a bit sketchy. Overall, it was good enough, the building was safe with a lock. The main complaint was the beds were too hard, and I left with back pain after 3 nights. The kitchenette thing just seemed pointless once I realized there was no cookware or things to eat with/on.

    This is more like an extended stay but we ugly status for 2 nights. The ease of checking in was fantastic. We arrived late and the clerk was called down to come assist us. She was awesome and friendly and nice for it to be after 11pm. The room wasn't what i expected but it was decent for the time we stayed. It was clean but the bedding wasn't that great. Shower water was nice and hot and the air conditioner was cool overall if i had a choice this wouldn't be my first pick but because of the curiosity of the staff I would consider.

    This is not close tonthe airport. The place looked newer but dirty, almost never anyone around for anything. Definitely dont stay here

    I forgot the ladies name at the front desks, but she checked us in and greeted us and was very kind! She even gave my toddler Welch’s gummies as a treat! The room was clean and us being out of town we felt safe at this location.

    Gunfire in the building was a turnoff, especially happening just a few doors down from my room. The doors are remarkably sturdy. The one stood up to at least 4 bullets. That’s good, as long as assailants don’t try the handle. The lock and deadbolt on mine didn’t work.

    The worst part for me was that after I checked in, I realized I needed another pillow and blanket. The front desk was closed so I called the after hours number. The guy said he couldn't get me additional bedding when the front desk is closed. Over my 3 night stay, I never saw the front desk open again. I called the front desk and after hours numbers multiple times, always getting busy signals and never a person. After check in, I never saw anyone else who worked there. I'd definitely not stay there again.

    Staff was friendly, hotel close to restaurants, gas stations, pharmacy, ect. The room wasn't as clean as it should've been. The floors hadn't been swept or mopped( hair,food crumbs ,teeth flossers all over) , dried spill in fridge.

    Could not obtain clean bath towels or wash cloths. I was given the excuse that the washing machines were down. Carpet areas in hallways were dirty A lot of pitbull dogs. No maid service. Front desk clerks were not accessible during working hours around 6pm. I made the mistake of not taking photos

    We couldn’t get towels when we asked for them because the desk at 6:30pm. It Overbooked and had to switch rooms because we walked in on someone who was already given our room. Not the best - but when we finally got the room it was nice.
