Many issues with our stay . We had three rooms total for our group . The sheets were stained so bad in one room that the guests there opted to stay elsewhere. There was no hand soap in the bathroom . I guess they expected us to use the body wash from the shower . Shorted us towels . Was glad to see no carpeting in room as carpeting in hall and stairwell looked like it had never been vacuumed or cleaned . But unfortunately the laminate floor in the room wasn’t clean either . Air conditioner was old and noisy right next to bed so it was hard to sleep . We definitely won’t be back and this bad experience makes me leary to stay at a Wyndham again .

Very small room problem with the toilet. We were cramped.
- 5/5
Great place breakfast could be bigger variety
- 3/5
The room was clean but very tiny. Not any space to place a large suitcase. There is no phone in the room so was not able to call the front desk for any issues or questions. There is also no elevator so I had to walk up with my 2 suitcases to the second floor. Upon entering the second floor from the stairwell there is a laundry machine and dryer in the open space and the smell was not pleasant and the floor was not clean. In the room the bathroom is very tiny and after I took a shower I noticed water was leaking all over the bathroom floor. There is no water bottles in the room so I had to purchase a water bottle from the vending machine on the first floor. The alarm clock in the room was not plugged in. The soap by the bathroom sink is a body wash dispenser and it was empty so I had to use the body wash dispenser in the shower to wash my hands. There were only 3 pillows on the bed.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was good for the price. We had a very pleasant stay and were happy with our experience. We will definitely stay here again next year when we return. Thank you!

I can give 5 stars for cleanliness and value. But this is a 2 star property. Small rooms, no closets in the rooms (just hooks on the wall), limited breakfast, elevator not working, etc.

Newly-decorated and stylish. Easy access from the highway and close to shops (Walmart/Target). Staff were polite and efficient. The bed was super comfy. Linens and towels were immaculate. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Very reasonably priced!
- 3/5
Clean, convenient, but Spartan. No juice at breakfast, for example.
- 2/5
Place wasn’t what I expected it was old no elevator it was just not a good recommendation
- 5/5
The property was clean, well maintained, food was good, coffee was hot! Overall I really enjoyed my stay
- 0.5/5
Never answered any of my questions directly only in roundabout ways that got me no where
- 5/5
Staff was very nice. I was close to a lot of restaurants.
- 4/5
It was a basic room but was comfortable. Door didn't close on its own so you had to make sure it was locked before you left.
- 5/5
We really really enjoyed the cleanest of the motel
- 3/5
AC was fine, parking & coffee were good.Room was like the size of a single college dorm room. Paper thin walls, with connecting door to next room. Those guests left TV on all night. Terrible sleeping. Pot light was held into ceiling with masking tape. RM242

It was ok
- 5/5
Will be on my list for every visit. Great little budget hotel. Highly recommend.

Down side: I was in Room 125 and 126 located in the hallway across from the ill placed ice machine. Noise all night and early every morning. At some point the fire alarm went off so all the fire doors closed. There were two in my hallway....so two doors banging every time people came to access the ice machine. Staff never rectified and seemed oblivious. Very frustrating due to lack of sleep. I finally complained they did put in a door stop right away. This was a situational problem so I don't hold it against the facility but did feel that staff should have been more aware...
- 2/5
There was no hand soap in my room when I arrived. The property is pretty well worn overall and really shows its age. Breakfasts ended early. You get what you pay for
- 5/5
Everything was just perfect
- 3/5
Staff seemed very uninterested in making any accomodations or handling requests.
- 4/5
This place is always amazing when I stay here, definitely didn’t like seeing several roaches in my bathroom and 1 on my bed.

Loved the remodel of the rooms . Had a working ac and fridge the shower was spacious Didn't like that i asked for a queen bed when I booked but was giving a full . Wasn't comfortable fitting 2 grown adults on a full bed. . And that our room was located right near the washer. So had to hear that in that late at night or early in morning.

For a very affordable place I enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The whole place seemed very clean. The staff was helpful. I thought it was very convenient to good places to eat. I would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable, and quiet, too! Decent breakfast- very nice for the price!
- 3/5
There was a long black hair in my bed. I put it in a coffee cup and showed it to the front desk. I was told it would have been from the person cleaning the room and changing the bedsheets. There was nothing offered, when I suggested it was not a good sign for any lodging place and a Baymont property.
- 4/5
Room was super clean, hotel was clean too. Breakfast was ok. Only thing was that we had to switch rooms due to no hot water in our room and was missing soap in our bathroom. Otherwise, it was an overall good experience.

It was fine for a night. Staff at the check in was super friendly. Breakfast was meh. Room was clean and comfortable. Toilet ran most of the night but the renovations looked nice.

Switched to this hotel after two nights nearby. For the same price, a much better experience! The staff was particularly friendly and helpful.

Must request house keeping in advance before arrivals. One staff member lied and said they didnt work there when I found out they did. It was apparent they didn’t want to help me with my need.

I was in town helping my daughter move out of her dorm room at RIT. This was close to the school and convenient.
- 3/5
Breakfast was not always complete. Had to ask for certain things. The heat/air was difficult to regulate. The shower leaked all n over tue bathroom floor. We had to dam the flow by putting towels down so the water would be contained. Our room was clean, and extra towels were cheerfully given.
- 2/5
It started off bad and finished just as bad. There was one employee checking folks in and unfortunately she was either new or clueless on how to do the job. When I say it took at least 30-40 min to check in I’m not exaggerating. The folks ahead of me tied her up forever and when I finally got to check in I learned why. She swiped my card no less than 4 times. First said I was declined (it wasn’t) then kept saying it was a computer issue. Room was ok but small. Woke up early with a strict timeline only to find out that there was zero soap/body wash and shampoo. Only one towel for two people. Husband went down 3 times but no one was at desk. Ended up trading toilet paper in hallway for body wash. Seriously! Went to grab a quick bite from their breakfast area so we could hit the road and nothing was working except waffle maker. A circuit breaker popped but the employee that was working the area didn’t speak a word of English so she didn’t understand anything we all were saying. The hotel is definitely not worth the price we paid. And then there wasn’t even anyone to complain to. Honestly a partial refund should be given.
- 1/5
Reserved a double and room only had one bed. We went down to ask for extra blankets and pillows and were told sorry we are sold out. No toilet paper. Pretty bad experience
- 1/5
Absolutely poorly kept room and rude staff. Upon going into the room, we noticed the bed had large, brown stains across it and that the toilet was leaking. When asking staff at the desk if we could have another blanket since ours was stained, we were told that it was “Just a stain”. After that, someone appeared to have come in our room even with a do not disturb tag on the door, as things were moved around and the tv was off, when we left it on at a low volume. To make sure the tv’s weren’t on a timer, we muted it and left it on before going out for approximately the same amount of time, only to come back to the tv still on. The building was poorly kept all around, with dirty floors, broken items around the hotel and rooms, a stench of marijuana throughout the building and a burnt stench from the air conditioner.
- 3/5
It is dated and needs a bit of TLC. Floors needed to be swept and there was absolutely no hand soap in the bathroom - we had to use the body wash in the shower to wash hands. When we let the front desk know about this, the floors were clean by the time we returned to the room but hand soap was still missing - 2 hand lotions, no soap. There was also only 1 bath towel - were we supposed to share?!? The bed was clean and comfortable. The real problem here is that this hotel is very short staffed, only one person working all evening. Breakfast offerings were very basic and certain appliances were not working properly - again, short staffed.
- 2/5
They do not have an elevator, the place was dirty.
- 4/5
Very good
- 2/5
We paid extra to have a 'walk-in shower, only to find every room has the same. We are both in our 80s and there were no ground floor rooms available - ups two flights, and no elevator. The condition of the place is poor. Cheap materials and novice workmanship. Room was less than half the size shown in the photo. Vending machines only ion the foyer, took our money and gave no produce. Desk clerk claimed he could not help. NEVER AGAIN.
- 2/5
Room was not cleaned, I had to ask for fresh towels, there was no hand soap, and the shade was broken so I was in perpetual darkness. Also I asked for an extra comforter and they said they did not have any!! Not a do over.
- 2/5
It was ok. Could have been alot better. I would not choose this place if i had a longer stay
- 2/5
Our room had no soap in the shower or for the sink. There was no ice bucket. When I called the desk, she told me she couldn’t leave the desk. I went down and she found me some soap, but no ice bucket. Finally one of the floor attendants got us one. We stayed 2 days, when we’re gone for the day and came back our room was not cleaned, no new towels. I asked about this and they said I needed to request to have the room cleaned. No one told us this at check-in. I had to ask for towels since they only gave us one bath towel to begin with. The front desk staff was very unhelpful. I would not stay there again or recommend to anyone
- 3/5
The room was clean and comfortable queen bed with basic breakfast
- 3/5
The hotel was pretty clean and modern. I would have rated it higher except for a couple of reasons. I asked the front desk to have maintenance fix the blind on the first night. The next two days, same thing. I finally fixed it myself so the blind would stay up and let some light in the room. The microwave door also didn't open easily and my TV was older. The one across the hall had already been updated. Little things but they are needed for the 4th star. As far as the breakfast area, Monday was good, nicely stocked. Tuesday not as much and by Wednesday it was pretty lame and Thursday there was hardly any variety available. They did restock by Friday but they need to be stocked better during the week. I would stay there again
- 1/5
First, be warned: THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS HOTEL, and the stairs are steep. Also, a room for two is actually set up for one person: one desk chair (and a small square rolling ottoman that tips). Someone sitting at the desk blocks the other occupant from getting through. And the hotel supplies only one bath towel unless another is requested the night before. There was no hair dryer in the room. There was a large hole in the wall in our room with the insulation showing. There was no closet -- only three pegs on the wall, and no place to put toiletries in the bathroom. The room is cleaned and towels changed only if requested the night before. There was no dresser in the room -- only three cubbyholes. The dining room was inadequate for the crowds and laid inconveniently (for example, the milk was placed far from the coffee).
- 4/5
I had a good stay, staff was great. Only big issue was the breakfast as there was nowhere available to sit. I enjoyed my visit.

No hot water the last day at 430 am. Sorry towel in Room when I arrived
- 1/5
I Guess you get what you pay for but this place is awful. Horrible smell in room, filthy uncleaned room, breakfast is a joke. Pay a little bit more money and stay anywhere else
- 2/5
Hotel very run down. Would not recommend
- 2.5/5
I was told I would get a refund bc I got a smaller room, I did not.
- 1/5
The beds weren’t even comfortable either. The toilet had a leak as well, and there wasn’t even any hand soap provided. The only nice thing was that there was a hairdryer in the room. I’d honestly suggest spending a little more on other hotels when visiting Rochester instead of this one. I definitely took an L on this booking.
- 4/5
Parking was free and there was plenty. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The staff member who checked me in was excellent and he was super kind and helpful! My only complaint is that I requested to have my linens changed, but they did not change the linens. They did offer to move my room, but I just requested for fresh linens and changed them myself. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was limited, but it was free and tasty. All in all I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Was so perfect location from 5 minutes away for all the places that I went. Clean room / the only thing was the breakfast place is so tiny for all the guests. I recommended the hotel . I stayed 3 nights. The price was ok . I will de finitely stay there again. Thank you staff . I travel from Washington DC
- 5/5
The hotel staff, however is amazing. The young man who checked me in both evenings, is a 5 star employee. He made me feel comfortable and he was the deciding factor for me whether I would stay there. The hotel looks and seems a little seedy and the price point is lower than I usually go as a woman traveling alone. But, he so was professional and lovely at check-in, that I felt that I would be safe there and so I stayed and returned. He was equally kind and welcoming on this past stay. The breakfast staff and the room staff were also friendly in the halls. I think the hotel is a bit worn down, 2-3 start but the warm and welcoming staff make it feel like a 4 star experience. I’ve stayed at luxury hotels where the staff wasn’t nearly as polite and warm.
- 1/5
I do not recommend this hotel. There was some kind of miscommunication, and our room was switched from two beds room to one without any notice, even though there were three of us. The hallways had a very strong air freshener smell that seemed to be covering up lingering smoke odors, which also reached the rooms and was overwhelming at times. The bathroom door wouldn’t fully close, and the hotel was extremely noisy both inside and outside the room. I could clearly hear footsteps from the room above me and I could barely sleep.
- 2/5
No elevator and we were on the second floor - room was dirty and clearly not well maintained - the breakfast area was extremely small for the number of rooms in the hotel and not well stocked.
- 2/5
Our room had a weird smell, the shower leaked and there was no hot water the last morning.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay here, the staff was friendly, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the exit was right next to my room for easy access to my vehicle. I would definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
It was very loud and hard to sleep.
- 1/5
I don't know why but I was supposed to pay a check in but they had already taken the money off my credit card before I got there. To this date they still haven't refunded day $50 security deposit and I can't reach anybody to talk to with about it. I don't know what cleaners they use but it is not a very pleasant smell overall for the short money it is equivalent to a pay by hour motel in an inner city.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 1/5
Checked out a day early due to conditions of room and hotel. Was told I could not get refunded for checking out early thy it would be up to hotel.com and then hotel.com told me the hotel should have given me a refund and only charged me for one night !!!!!!!!!!!!
- 5/5
Some areas need paint between floors
- 3/5
The thermostat wasn’t working so it was cold but other than that, it was a good space.
- 4/5
Everything was amazing. I just had very noisy neighbors and after driving from NC to NY all I wanted was quiet and sleep
- 3/5
the first room was filthy; not cleaned since last visitor, so they switched me, the key was working on and off, drink machine - you better have dollar bills- not updated, however, for the price, it is very much makes sense. The good thing is you have Tim Hortons Taco Bell McDonald’s, Burger King chipotle and others right near by. So my overall experience, I would say 3/5, to be generous I’ll give it 3.5/5 - because of the price! parking spots are plenty.
- 2/5
The room was relatively clean but there was no hand soap (the front desk told me that didn't have any), the phone in the room didn't work, the bed was creaky, and the walls (and ceiling) were very thin. I woke up to some very loud talking and music multiple times during my two-day stay, I thought it was the room beside us but the bulk of the loud music turned out to be the staff. The breakfast was scarce and sketchy (the eggs and sausage looked very questionable). The front desk staff weren't overly helpful but they were friendly. It was a budget-friendly price, but I will not be staying there again.
- 3/5
The room was clean, and the staff quickly fixed things like my card not working to open the door my second day. No coffee maker in room and the microwave platter didn't turn properly. There are no elevators so if you are disabled request a first floor room.
- 1/5
I didn't like the place at all and actually checked out within an hour of checking in. I was told by expedia that I would get a refund but didn't receive one. I was assigned a room on the second floor but there was no elevator. Access doors locks were not working and the door was catching. I also saw a lot of random workmen going in and out of the hotel and hallways which made us feel unsafe. The room was smaller than I originally booked. The bathroom flush kept going on its own and the sink and the WC cistern were wet.
- 4/5
It was fine. The property itself is worn - loose veneer, hallway not super clean. The room was clean enough and the bed was very comfortable. I had read previous reviews and brought earplugs and an eyemask, both of which were quite helpful.
- 4/5
Room was clean and well maintained.
- 2/5
Everything was fine on the other days.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
The room was very neat and clean. No odors like some other hotels. Staff was helpful and flexible with the checkout time. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come again

TV should have access to local channels ABC, CBS, NBC.
- 4/5
Parking was ok...no pool here
- 4/5
The motel was very clean and beds were very comfortable. There was a bit of noise from the adjoining rooms, but that is probably due to the age of the building. There were some decent options for dinng nearby
- 1/5
Dirty sheets , toilet leaking wasnt up to par
- 1/5
No pool!
- 5/5
10 out of 10 would stay again
- 1/5
I was kicked out of the hotel after staying there for 2 days and booking an extra shirt night because I came downstairs to sign the paperwork at 11:20 a.m. instead of 11:00 a.m. Never again. Most important thing is you need to see a chiropractor after sleeping on the mattress like they have. Stay away.
- 4/5
I was in what's called an accessible room. The bed is very high to get on and the shower head is extremely high. Also the walkway going to the property has a number of cracks.
- 1/5
The hotel cancelled my reservation for 5 room 1 hour before I arrived, then sold the rooms. I had to scramble to find housing for 10 people. I will never use this hotel again.
- 2/5
There was no blow dryer, though they said there would be one, be aware that a lot of people are smoking weed in their rooms so it smelled like weed everywhere. The free breakfast was OK I guess. The toiletries smelled nice. The room was pretty clean.
- 3/5
- Location - Room Size, TV, Microwave, small fridge available - Parking was plentiful and simple - Heating and Cooling very good, guest operated - There was some kind of breakfast. I did not partake, but I did see other guests having food Cons - Damage to various parts of room. - Check-in not ideal. 3pm is hotel policy. At 330pm room not ready, key in hand at 350pm. - Staff provided the typical upstate insincere politeness mixed with a touch of sass. - Pre check-in was useless. - No bar soap or hand soap for sink. - Toilet flushed usually by 3rd try. - Shower spilled over onto bathroom floor. - Show basic with a very low flow, interestingly short duration of hot water and the body wash ran out. - Hallway smelled of weed, air freshener and bottom - An absolutely unnecessary text at 7am asking when we planned to check-out. - Other guests ranged from older travelers to families on college visits to people you would typically want to avoid or who seemed to be planning to film an "amateur film" Overall a very basic place to stay. Definitely between 2 an 3 stars only. Closer to 2 stars. They slapped the name Wyndham on some janky motel and do the bare minimum.
- 3/5
Upon entering the Reception area, the rug in front of the reception desk was visibly dirty. Also the door handle to my room had white dust on it. The property needs an uplift.
- 3/5
I didn’t even know about the pool! The room was to be ready at 3 but we had to wait over an hour for it to be cleaned. Last I wish that had an elevator. Carrying our luggage up a flight of stairs was hard because my husband and I are in our late seventies
- 4/5
The staff is always so friendly and helpful !
- 3/5
No pool. No laundry room
- 4/5
Parking was great, didn't even know there was a pool. We wouldn't have used it anyway.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff is always so friendly !
- 3/5
The room was clean but very small and in need of a wall repair.
- 3/5
Staff were extremely nice. Clean room. No elevator. TV remote never worked, even when given a second one. Lots of door banging at night made sleeping difficult.
- 2/5
My stay was over a week in all for business 5+times police were called to the property rooms are very small. I had to take my own trash out room has not been cleaned the entire time. Hookers coming in and out going from room to room. Not worth the savings.
- 5/5
Immaculate
- 4/5
Check in was easy. Location of room was right off the stair well so we could hear people going up and down all night. Price was right for a one night stay.
- 3/5
Not much hot water. Room was small, room to eat very tight. Overall pretty good for the price
- 3/5
It’s okay
- 4/5
Parking was easy
- 5/5
Besides having to switch rooms because it was cold everything was good
- 3/5
Continental breakfast had almost no options. Broke ice machine on my floor.
- 1/5
Rooms look like the inside cabin, in the hull of a cruise ship. So tiny, no sitting area, staff had terrible attitude. I checked out a day early and the desk clerk told me I could not checkout until the next day and I left, I had a plane to catch. What property tell you, you can’t leave? I will never stay here again. AND people were smoking in their rooms on the second floor and nothing happened even though it’s a smoke free property.
- 4/5
The staff was very kind. The shower leaked and the fire doors keep closing which kept waking me up.
- 4/5
The room was clean, updated and the bathroom was very nice. Shower worked great and the soap/shampoo dispensers are a nice option (in case you left yours at home).
- 4/5
Newly renovated
- 4/5
The room was so fresh and clean. It looks newly renovated. Good deal for the price!!!
- 5/5
Check in person is always so friendly.
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful when I had an issue in my room with the heat.
- 5/5
staff
- 5/5
The room we were first located and did not have heat. They accommodated quickly. The room was cleaned, and the showers were hot.
- 5/5
It was a nice place to stay with a good breakfast. I did notice that we only had 2 towels for our group of 4 and we had no extra roll of toilet paper for a 2 night stay. When we ran out of our half roll we were given to begin with I had to go ask for another roll, which was a little embarrassing but the staff member was super nice about it!!
- 1/5
It is what it is for the price. Dirty, lacks finish and no attention to the details that make a hotel stay nice. Strange check-in after checking in online. Do not recommend.
- 4/5
It was a nice place to sleep and stay a few days
- 4/5
Management leaves something to be desired. Every room has issues of some sort, so maintenance seems to be a very low priority for ownership and management
- 2/5
Budget hotel with a friendly staff, but every time I turned on the sink tap I got a few seconds of brown water, and the shower water pressure is so weak I could barely wash my hair, even though I have a crew cut.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Yes
- 2/5
Location was convenient, price was great, and parking was ample. Not the most clean and breakfast lacked. No warm food yet there was a buffer for it.
- 4/5
Good stay. No serious complaints bed could be a little more comfy but that's all
- 5/5
Clean
- 2/5
Room felt neglected, breakfast wasn’t prepared at all.
- 1/5
Smelly place, I could smell cigaret smoke and funky hotel smells. The place is not well maintained. The beakfast is a joke, I passed and did an egg mcmuffin at Micky D’s Inexpensive to stay here but not worth it.
- 2/5
Most of the stuff had a odd unsettling tone in there voice and if you look a certain way there will profile you and treat you as such
- 3/5
no hair dryer and TV didnt work
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
The staff was all very nice when I was checking out I left something in the room they gave me the key for I can go back to get the item I left in the room. The room it’s self is good the only thing that’s I didn’t like was the sink water when I first turned it on it was rust water but other then that it was good
- 1/5
Disgusting
- 3/5
The room could have been cleaned better but was alright for the night. The breakfast was subpar. Waffles were good but there were no non sugary options
- 3/5
Stop
- 2/5
No cleaning room service.
- 3/5
This place was ok because I only needed to sleep there for a few hours before an early flight. Will I stay there again, probably not. The lobby had an overwhelming odor of weed when my daughter and I walked in. The guy at the front desk barely spoke, acted annoyed that we were there to check in. The floors were dirty all throughout the hotel. The heater had so much dirt in it that I almost didn’t turn it on but it was too cold. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The remote didn’t have a cover on the back. Everytime someone else closed a door in the hallway our room shook. I woke up in the middle of the night to our room being filled the smell of weed. The lights are obnoxiously bright. Parking was easy and very close to the airport for an early morning flight.
- 3/5
Sheets were very rough and bed was extremely squeaky

The first night my room didn't have heat so they put me in a single bed unit. The next I received a phonecall from front desk knock at my door around

This is a budget motel. Rooms are small with ikea-style furnishings. No carpet or drapes. We stayed here 3 times in the last month. Had to ask front desk for a hair dryer each time. Breakfast is limited to cereal. This time our SHOWER HAD NO HOT WATER even though the sink did. The manager seemed unfazed, said they were slowly checking rooms for water with the change of season. We will not come back to this hotel.
- 5/5
Room was spotless. Self control room temperature was working perfect.
- 3/5
this hotel has NO ELEVATOR. very difficult to carry our luggage, etc upstairs

Need an update on a lot of things. My window shade was broken so that the light streamed in.

Wonderful friendly staff. Very poorly executed "accessible room" NOT accessible or ADA compliant. Generally an epic fail on many counts. The hand held shower was mounted at about 6 feet. I could not reach it! There were 4 grab bars in a roll in shower which is great but the water ran all over the bathroom floor creating a really dangerous fall risk. There is no safe shower chair in the shower. The shower chair would never hold the weight of an adult and was so cheap and rickety I was appalled. It was shocking that anyone would allow that dangerous situation. The bed was very comfortable BUT way to high to get into/out of safely. This bed would not work for anyone doing slide board transfers. The sink in bathroom NOT at accessible wheel chair height. There is no toilet paper roll holder so the TP was sitting on the back of the toilet and only a1/2 roll sitting there....kinda gross! There is no real desk as shown in photos because the TV is sitting on the desk making it unusable as a desk. The desk chair was very dangerous because it was very light weight and on rollers? The mini fridge is sitting at floor level. How is that useable for someone with disabilities? Too low to access or see into! Over all the room is clean and bright on the first floor near the front desk which was appreciated. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I did review in person with the manager who acknowledged the need for changes to make this room handicap accessible.

Comfortable room, good service
- 4/5
The shower did leak, so you may wanna fix that.
- 4/5
Room in good shape. Usual annoying intermittent noise from the window HVAC. Walmart and Applebee's nearby, but you have to drive.

Buenos anfitrión especialmente Ana. Todo limpio.

Won’t stay here again

Very safe
- 4/5
Hotel was good not much in near proximity. 15 min drive intto downtown
- 5/5
The staff were wonderful! The room was good and clean, pretty on par for the price I paid.
- 3/5
The location is convenient to RIT, restaurants, and shopping. Excellent lighting outside at night around the entire property. But, there was a perfume odor permeating the entire inside of the property which was almost nauseating. I think it was the carpet cleaner or deodorizer, but it smelled like a very heavily perfumed grandmother. There was free breakfast, but the breakfast area could barely fit 5 people and it was so overcrowded every morning that we couldn't even get close enough to grab a cup of coffee, so we went nest door to Tim Horton's (which conveniently is a 30 second walk across the driveway). Next time, we will stay anyplace else.
- 2/5
They did not offer any discount or credit.
- 2/5
Parking was fine. Staff friendly and helpful when you could find someone. The first room still had another guest’s things so guess they had not checked out. There were danger wet floor on the carpet in the hall with an open ceiling tile but no one actively working in any repairs. The room was very small. There was a hole in the wall from the door handle going through, room paint on the wooden door and the bathroom baseboards were dirty. Breakfast did not have any hot option in the warming tray. Only hot option was waffles and coffee and the coffee tastes burned.
- 4/5
Was able to park right outside the main entrance which was very convenient for my wife and me who have heart problems
- 4/5
We were just staying for the night after a late flight in. It was close enough to the airport after getting our rental car. The outside was clean and felt safe. Check in was easy. The room was small but not a big deal. I had waffles for breakfast. There was equipment for hot breakfast items but no pans in them. Seems like they just aren't doing the typical eggs and sausage that other places do. If that's the case maybe put the appliance away. It was a bit of a tease. Overall I'm content, especially for the price. Just booked them for our flight out as well.
- 3/5
The place itself wasn’t bad. The people staying there were rude, loud, and had no consideration for others.
- 5/5
Clean
- 1/5
The place was so noisy it was impossible to get any sleep. I would have been better off sleeping in my car. I spoke with other guests at breakfast and they had the same experience.

AC unit was ridiculously loud and couldn't keep a steady temperature. The toilet kept making noise throughout the night. There were uncovered outlets and a hole in the walls of one of our rooms.

Small bed
- 5/5
The walls were thin and I heard all of my neighbors talking. Overall it was a good stay.
- 1/5
THE HOTEL WAS STINKING BAD, ALSO THE BATHROOM WAS RUNNING WHOLE NIGHT DO NOT LET ME SLEEP ALL NIGHT , DOOR IS IN REAL BAD SHAPE ,VERY HARD TO CLOSE .
- 1/5
First room was already occupied. Second room was filthy from construction. Third room had brown running water and electrical outlets that did not function. Perhaps the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced and the staff were completely unhelpful when you could find them.
- 4/5
Room was clean and staff was friendly. Please get some smart TVs though. They cost next to nothing these days
- 5/5
Everything was great/clean
- 2/5
The he room was fair but the bathroom had paint peeling off the ceiling. There were hairs on the shower walls. The breakfast didn’t have any eggs or meat both days.
- 4/5
Communication with staff is sign language because they don't speak English well. Staff kept the rooms clean.
- 3/5
Upon initial check in, receptionist was highlight of stay. Very attentive and accommodating to my family. A+ to her!
- 3/5
Check in TOO SLOW DUE TO AMOUNT OF COMPUTER KEYSTROKES REWUIRED
- 4/5
Enjoyed my stay
- 3/5
While we have enjoyed staying at Beaumont’s before, this was by far our worst experience
- 3/5
Bed was rather uncomfortable and it took forever for the shower to get hot.
- 5/5
Everything worked out perfect for my stay at BayMont
- 1/5
The room next door had the TV on high all night. It was so loud, I couldn't sleep even with ear plugs in. It was basically vibrations. I called the front desk at 11:30 pm. They tried to call the room and there was no answer. They called me back and asked me to go next door and ask the person to turn the sound down. Later, I called again at 1 and the process repeated. The sound blasted until I checked out at 8 in the morning. I didn't sleep at all. What a disappointing experience.
- 4/5
The only complaint would be for the breakfast needs an upgrade
- 3/5
Walls to adjacent rooms were very thin and transmitted noise easily Bed and pillows were good Had the feel of a contemporary dorm. The common areas although bright were dirty and dirty and unkept Breakfast options were very basic and limited
- 5/5
very clean
- 5/5
Clean Room. Efficient staff. Decent breakfast
- 2/5
I of the 2 beds had not been changed. There was food crumbs under covers. A blood spot on a sheet, and a wad of toilet paper. There was only 1 employee on. She checked people in but had no time to change sheets. We did it ourselves. The other room was ok. Our room smelled like bleach had been splashed around. We are.hoping for a refund. L.R. 10/4-6/25.

Sheets had stain marks on them. Fire alarm went off at 6:30 am. The room shared a door with the next room and we heard everything.

I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with a recent stay at Baymont Hotel, booked through Expedia. The room we were given had a strong, unpleasant odor, and no alternative rooms were available. It was midnight, and traveling with family, we had no choice but to stay the night under extremely uncomfortable conditions. I contacted Expedia immediately, only to be told that cancellations must occur within 15 minutes of check-in—a policy that was never communicated to us. Neither Expedia nor the hotel staff provided meaningful assistance. Eventually, Expedia informed me that the hotel agreed to refund one night and offered a $25 OneKeyPass credit. Despite this, the next day I received a receipt showing charges for two nights. When I contacted Expedia again, I was told to speak directly with the hotel. Upon doing so, I was informed there were no notes about any refund. Only after a lengthy discussion did the hotel agree to refund one night. This experience was distressing, costly, and unacceptable. The room conditions posed a health risk, and the lack of coordination between Expedia and the hotel added unnecessary stress. I had to book another hotel at an additional cost of nearly $100. I urge you to investigate this matter and ensure proper compensation is provided. I also recommend reviewing your policies and communication practices to prevent similar situations in the future.

Unsafe-cars broken into during the night
- 1/5
Did nit kuke at all
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean
- 5/5
Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It’s a two star but you feel like they’re working nothing to three. Friendly, accommodating check-in , my room was on the small side but super comfortable and everything worked great including wifi. Lots of fast food options and a liquor store and a bar within a half mile or less. Easy access to the highway. Perfect spot for a through traveler.
- 2/5
I also asked to refill the dove body wash. They filled it with something other than dove. Very unhappy with everything about this hotel there was mold growing in the bathrooms very hard smell every time I walked in. It smelled like a a place you would take a person just for sex.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great!
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5

It was right off the highway but you could tell the room wither remodeled or going to be . Stuff in the room didnt line up, like lights and sockets. But the room was comfy
- 5/5
Ok
- 3/5
My room was ignored and when I returned, it was still dirty, towels and trash not replaced.
- 2/5
I liked that I got to check in early an hour early. If you wanna check in any earlier than that, there’s a fee the rooms are clean, but the walls are very thin and I didn’t sleep very well because all I could hear was banging from the people beside me all night long and you can hear Every time someone open the door walk down the hall even I think some of the workers had their phones on watching something so you could hear it through the door.
- 5/5
It was nice
- 5/5
Wonderful staff!!
- 2/5
The rooms do not have a closet!! No place to hang up clothes, not even a rack. Unacceptable.
- 4/5
Need an elevator and the rooms are too close. It was noisy
- 3/5
Shower wasnt the cleanest. The room was small and the furniture seemed a bit rough. It was just ok for a one night stay
- 1/5
I had a room with 2 registered adults. My stay was 3 nights 4 days. I asked all 3 nights for clean linen on the bed and clean towels. Neither was done. I was given ONE towel for the both of us because the reception desk said that’s all they had. Floor was dirty. Roll down shade was broken, NO HOT WATER, could only flush the toilet ONCE every 45 min- hour. Done even get me started on the free breakfast. There was no Apple juice, the orange juice was brown, no wale mix by 8:30am and they didn’t refill it. Every day my key card was deactivated and had to go to the front desk to activate again. Don’t get me started with the roaches. I paid OVER $300 for my stay and believe I DESERVE A COMPLETE REFUND! Completely horrible experience
- 1/5
Was a handicap room that should not have been rented. Water leaked from ceiling in bathroom forming a puddle on the floor, which was a major safety hazard. Could see ceiling and wall had previous water damage and had not been repaired. Took pictures, filling a complaint and requesting refund. Was so disgusted with room, I left at 6:30 AM
- 3/5
Room was nice and remodeled
- 4/5
I had a nice overnight, but frustrated about 3 things: 4 of the 6 drinks in the vending machine were out of stock (I sure didn't want Coke), I couldn't find black out curtains, I couldn't find an extra blanket!
- 2/5
1. A 240V 20A receptacle without cover plate exposing wire terminals 2. Safety door latch missing / broken. Looked like some in the pass forced in 3. Door to room was very tight in closing and opening. Had to use body weight to open door 4. Over night the GFI on the AC cable popped causing the room to heat up
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff
- 3/5
It wasn't cleaned very well. The staff was great 😃. She was very friendly and checked us in right away. The bed was comfortable. It was a decent stay for one night.
- 1/5
the only staff I made contact with was Shawna beautiful customer service well spoken very no excellent help from her was leaving my room stopped in the hall asked her if I can have new blankets in my room blankets had coffee stains on them from previous people who stayed there asked for more towels shawna was the only one who made certain my needs were satisfied, other wise my stay was okay with my girlfriend from Friday to Sunday thanks to Shawna.... excellent customer service excellent in making certain customers like myself get what I need thank you Shawna... 5 stars for her

- 5/5
Great place to be
- 5/5
We had a great experience. Great value. Newly remodeled.comfortable bed.
- 3/5
Room was fine. Toilet ran intermittently throughout the night. Guests next door fought loudly at 3:45 am then loud music played from 4:15 until we left. We texted the number which said, welcome and let us know how to help. No response. Milk at breakfast in fridge was soured.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but was cleaned shortly after. The beds were comfortable and we had a good stay for the price.
- 4/5
My only quibble is that there are literally dozens of very bright exterior spotlights all night from the building to the grounds and parking lot. It was OK for me as my room window did not face any others, but I now know why there are heavy blinds in my room and presumably all of them.
- 4/5
Excellent stay. Only suggestion is that they make it possible to hang up clothes in the room. Otherwise good choice.
- 4/5
Was okay
- 4/5
Rooms were a bit small and my remote for the tv didn’t work.
- 1/5
Sadly this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The (non-carpeted) floor was sticky next to the bed, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower, the walls were so thin I could hear all close-by conversations and TV shows. The air conditioner initially didn’t work, but Orlando (the only saving grace of the stay) came up right away and got it working. Unfortunately it was so loud each ten minutes it came on AND somehow in between that I barely slept. Very unfortunate since I’ll need to return to the area multiple times in the next few years. Didn’t even get a hint of an apology from Angel, the manager, when I politely shared these issues.
- 2/5
Hotel service was bad receptionist at hotel was irresponsible and careless no room service cleaning and linen not provided
- 5/5
Breakfast options has room for improvement.
- 2/5
The outlet by the bed was nonfunctional. The sink ran rusty water. The ac only worked via the wall thermostat.
- 4/5
hallways and stairways was dirty and entrance to the hotel looked like a dump. the bathroom soap dispensers were empty. but overall for what we paid was good
- 2/5
Bathroom shower was not clean. The floors wet dirty. Corners of the room and floor were dirty. I was there 4 nights and never had one day of cleaning.
- 1/5
Staff were lovely, but the rooms had dirty stained sheets. We tried 2 rooms, each was equally as dirty. Plus, so much air freshener! The scents were so strong it made my eyes water & set off my allergies. NO ELEVATOR! We ended up not staying.
- 1/5
Found cockroach in bathroom, shower wouldn't drain due to amount of mold under metal drain cover, water was yellow coming out of sink faucet
- 5/5
Everything went geeat
- 1/5
Bulding was very dirty. Room was dirty and the shower was so disgusting i had to drive home the next day to take a shower. The water in the sink was brown. The breakfast was a joke. Slices of bread and cereal.
- 3/5
We were very surprised there was no closet. Only 3 hooks one which was broken. Reserved a queen sized bed but this was not a queen. Gnats flying throughout our 5 day stay. Killed a bug in the bathroom and one in the hallway. Not sure if it was a cockroach. The room was never cleaned. After 3 days I requested to have my room cleaned and was told I would have had to request it the night before. When I returned to my room later that day someone had placed a garbage bag filled with bed linen for us to change . Had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper and facial tissue. The young lady at the front desk handed me an open box of facial tissue saying that was all she had left. When I returned to my room I saw a house keeper entering a storeroom and asked if she had a box of facial tissue. She gave me a new unopened box. Although the hotel provided soap & lotion in the shower there was no soap holder for my bar of soap and hair shampoo I use. Peeling paint in the bathroom ceiling. My wife requested an additional pillow which the house keeper promised to bring but she never received, he also asked did she want the room cleaned she said well we leave tomorrow but you can give us clean bath towels. He just left the towels on top of the dirty toilet seat instead of on the shelves. The floor in the bedroom had what appeared to be dried food stains on the floor which we had to stay with since the room was never cleaned. We’ll never stay here again.
- 4/5
Good for the price, staff was nice and not a trashy place. Solid hotel.
- 4/5
Quiet, clean hotel option. Not a 5 star but not a spot to sleep on. Looks like it is well maintained, up to date decor and finishings. Orkando provided excellent customer service, very responsive. I would n will stay again.
- 1/5
AC was so loud I couldn't sleep. Breakfast was at 6am went at 6:30 and there was only a couple bagels and 3 cereals. Front desk guy was nice when I was checking in. Put the extra money and just stay somewhere else.
- 4/5
It was ok
- 5/5
Desk Clerks all very nice.
- 3/5
Room was clean. Relatively new. Small, basic. But expected that with low price. Repair needed on one place on the wall. Continental breakfast limited, but Tim Horton's next door. Mattress was fine. Body wash container in shower needed refill before I arrived.
- 4/5
Good place for a reasonable price.
- 5/5
great stay, very clean, staff wass veey attentive.
- 1/5
Absolutely terrific. I bought the room for the entire week and it was disgusting. I put my bag down and walked to the window which had black mold all around. The walls were literally dirty, the bed sheets had stains and when i sat down on the bed i basically hit the floor. This hotel room looked like it was meant for the birds and bees to spread their body parts. The main foyer was under construction, zero noise isolation and a blind that was a city mural. It looked like it was a hotel room in the movies for prostitutes and criminals. It was the worst hotel room seen. It was so bad i picked my bag up and walked out and found other accommodations. This place smelled like intense incense but they refunded less then a third of the cost which was kind of them.
- 2/5
Terrible hotel. The air conditioner (even when OFF) was making constant banging sounds like someone was hammering inside the unit. The floor was laminate but had not been cleaned for weeks. There was a constant smell in the entire hotel which was masked by air spray. I would stay away from this hotel as it needs a lot of work to bring it up to a mediocre standard.
- 3/5
Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable but we had to Ask twice for extra pillows and towels.
- 3/5
Second floor lobby there was trash, swept in the corner from construction

Once details of my trip (location and staying dates) were input, Trivago.com provided with results, which were sorted out by "price", and the top one was $74.00 per night for the "Microtel Inn Wyndham Henrietta" (see GREEN ARROW), that was selected BUT, the next step (NEXT PAGE) provided with a different higher cost, of $84.00 (see RED ARROW), and the process continued throughout WITH THAT HIGHER PRICE, and not THE PROMISED originally offered of $74.00 You can see in your system that this is a legitimate transaction made by myself, with my Credit Card, full name, and these screen captures are not fake, nor made up, nor false. Please, provide back to me with the proper refund. Hugo Acosta - hacosta60@yahoo.com - (315) 415-8593

The water that came out of the faucet was brown. After running a bit, it cleared up. The next time I turned on the faucet the water came out brown again. I'm not brushing my teeth, drinking, or anything with water like that.
- 5/5
Liked breakfast..waffle machine was good
- 1/5
No elevator and suspect looking people in the parking lot. The room was hot and very cramped. Another part of hotel being worked on with washing machines & other things around!! TERRIBLE! We did not stay there. We are elderly and would not be going up & down stairs for 3 days.
- 4/5
Good place to stay in the greater Rochester area for a reasonable rate.
- 1/5
I almost left but it was late and I was tired. Got to my room and there’s a connecting door to my room and a hole in the wall where someone pushed the door too hard. The noise was ridiculous, people hanging around the hallway and pretty noisy for a late night. I WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN. I did not feel safe as a person checking in by myself.
- 5/5
Great property
- 5/5
We did enjoy our stay. The facility was very neat and clean. Look like it had recently been remodeled. The breakfast was lacking a little bit, mostly breads, cereal and waffles.
- 5/5
Nice and clean property, good staff
- 5/5
Highly recommended. Very clean. Amazing staff.

Staff and unexpected charges
- 1/5
Room was disgusting. Shower had brown stuff all over it. Floor of the room was stained. Water ran brown for first 10 seconds. AC unit was not connected to wall thermostat and barely functioned. When the AC did kick on it was so loud it woke you up and sounded like metal on metal grinding. Door to room didn’t seal against the frame correctly which didn’t seem safe. Door to adjoining room looked to be DIY closed off with plates and such. Only positive was a place to stay the night when needed.
- 4/5
The handicap room on 1st floor was good, just the blind let all of the parking lot light in which was too bright and the blind was see-through. We had to cover up the window area to get sleep.
- 3/5
Although the room seemed clean and the room was clean enough, the main issue is there are super bright lights in the parking lot that illuminated the room all night.
- 4/5
Excellent location and easy accessible. Convenient
- 4/5
Excellent location, easy access.
- 1/5
Bedding had burn holes in mattress protector, bed spread had huge big stains on it, hair on walls in bathroom, just dirty. Only ice machine worked on first floor, pop machine all sold out
- 2/5
Walls are paper thin. You can literally hear your neighbors conversation as if there right next to you.
- 4/5
Bed was spacious and comfortable. Fridge didn't work. My room was missing light blocking curtains so I fabricated a makeshift wall using the cargo cover from my rental SUV and the ironing board. There was construction debris in the stairwell.
- 3/5
You could tell the property had been recently renovated, but our room reeked of mildew, and the floors were coated in something that my wife described as "the bathroom floor at a beachside restroom." The staff were amazing and cleaned the room again, but every time we came in, we were assaulted by the mildew/dampness stench. I think there was also some kind of coolant leak in the AC unit as any of our clothes that were out and in close proximity to the unit all smelled terrible and had to be tossed into our laundry bag. The staff were amazing, but this property needs some TLC. We won't be going back.
- 1/5
Needs to be fixed it’s not even worth the $112
- 5/5
Nice, quiet. clean hotel at a good price. The breakfast is very basic, as expected (waffle machine, toast, muffins, juice machine, apples, yogurt, coffee). Easy to get to right off of I-90/390.
