Great stay, lovely spacious room, and nice staff

Very clean and the staff was very helpful. Bed was comfortable and HVAC worked well. The breakfast was among the very best we've ever had at any hotel. The two negatives were no availability of a microwave even in breakfast area and no make up mirror in the room

Not applicable I requested a free cancellation. The hotel never received the free cancellation request from Booking.com. The hotel made note on the account that they would be receiving the request from Booking and would grant the free cancellation request. So I was charged for a stay that I tried to modify within the cancellation window. I need a refund from Booking or the hotel. Shante Guy 615-596-2655

Great staff clean room!

Convenient location. Air conditioner had not been cleaned in quite some time. It was clogged with pet dander, dirt, and hair. Whole family woke up with allergy issues. Refrigerator had previous guests food left in it. Hallways where left littered with food trays for over 12 hours. Breakfast is bland and microwaved.

The staff from top to bottom, back to front were excellent! I would recommend this to my closest friend. The hotel was very, very, clean. In a wonderful location. You have access to all types of resturaunts, grocery stores in walking distance. Just a wonderful experience. That I didn't get to stay longer

There was tree right outside of our window that we could hear the limbs brushing up against the windows because it was very windy. We were in room #403. We did inform the staff.

Breakfast was great. You were easy to find. Just moved our daughter from IL to TN. You were cloe to her new home. The room was super clean, towels were fluffy and the water pressure was great.

The property itself was adequate I specifically searched for properties that were dog friendly and had a restaurant on site! There was absolutely no mention on my statement there would be A $100 per night pet fee!! Which the lady working the desk did not mention when she took my card. When I asked why the charge was for $120 more than stated by booking.com she replied oh I don’t know why they didn’t let you know!!! I will call customer service tomorrow for both businesses

The room, property and staff were great! Even the bed was comfortable. However, the complementary breakfast was terrible. Eggs were straight water and cold, sausage was cold and French toast sticks were not even worth looking at. Very few plates, cups or silverware. I understand why it’s free/included in the room price.

The staff were courteous and friendly. We were very disappointed in the view from the corner room that we had booked. All we could see was the construction site of the new stadium that was being built next door. We had not been informed of the obstructed view prior to our stay. We did show pictures of our view to the staff at the front desk. We would not recommend the corner view room at this time if a view of Nashville is expected.

Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet location, close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was decent, but was disappointed they didn't have a waffle maker. The premade waffles they provided on the breakfast bar were dried up.

The lobby bathrooms were extremely classy and very clean. The staff was INCREDIBLE!!!! Jeff, the General Manager was very attentive and has a great personality. A winter storm was going on and the hotel was FULL. Jeff was there when I left for work at 5 am smiling and was there by the restaurant at 10 pm still smiling and making sure guests were comfortable. We live in the area but plan on coming back occasionally to have a glass of wine or a getaway just so we can see Jeff and his amazing staff. Food and wine prices were very reasonable! THANK YOU SO MUCH HENDERSONVILLE HYATT!!

The room was very nice and the beds are awesome. Aside from that, the staff could not have been nicer! They went above and beyond for us during the ice storm emergency. We could not be more thankful for their hospitality! THANK YOU Hyatt Hendersonville!

Very clean, nice and comfortable room. Staff was top notch. We went there because we lost power in our house due to an ice storm and the entire staff at the hotel worked so hard to allow my family and other families check in early, as we had nowhere to go with heat. I will never stop being so thankful for the hospitality at this hotel and will sing their praises always.

Room was very clean and roomy. Only one thing. There was an area in the carpet in front of the sink that looks like a stain that was not completely gotten out. It is a per friendly hotel,we were wondering if it as dog pooh?

Breakfast fruit had no flavor, and the Canadian bacon, the only breakfast meat, was also poor quality, like the fruit

Room clean, excellent like new; except heat auto reset about 7am, heat off ac actually on. Staff excellent except overnight woman not friendly. My biggest concern was no coffee till 6am. Breakfast was fine. Also bottle water too expensive at $3 each. Actual facilitywas excellent.

First impression at check-in was great. She was friendly, helpful and served many roles. Hotel breakfast also very nice considering this price point. Room was large and clean. Hotel served all our needs and convenient to tennis park and everything.

Loved this hotel, it was a large room with a sitting area, and nice people at the front desk, and delicious full breakfast. I had no complaints here, and would definitely stay here again.

Clean n breakfast was great

Went there for a two day stay. When we arrived, we were told right off that they had no king size beds, even though we reserved it way in advance. However, we agreed to two double beds. Other than that that, everything was outstanding.

The night staff was very nice and helpful. There was blood on the comforter and had not been washed properly. There were not enough blankets and the hotel had ran out. The breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs were most definitely powdered as the water used was sitting in the bottom of the pot. Everything looked overcooked or just unappetizing. I was very disappointed in Hyatt Place. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, making me feel I had been beat up the next morning. The “bar” and drinks were also disappointing as there was not an actual bar tender or drinks mixed when ordered. The drinks were premade and in bottles poured into a glass. They were not very good and were too highly priced. Luckily, Hyatt Place was very close to the Highland Games we were attending. Doubtful I would recommend or stay there again. For the money I paid, I was very disappointed.

One thing to note: the hotel is pet friendly, which is great, but the pet fee is pretty steep at $100. I’ve usually seen fees between $25–$75, so this one felt a bit high. Overall, I’d recommend it for a comfortable stay, just be prepared if you’re bringing your furry friend.

When we got there, the toilet wasn’t clean. We were told that house keeping is every other day but no one came to clean/bring towels even after third day. We came back late at night and needed to request at least bringing towels. If it were under staff, they could have told us. We thought Hyatt was better brand.

The Starbucks inside the property was not open yet, but I wanted coffee. A staff member heard me and he made my coffee. That made my day!

I liked that the property was cean and safe.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Service was good. Breakfast left something to be desired and the eggs were very unappetizing. The toiletries provided were not good at all and the hairdryer did not work. Also the coffee maker did not work as a previous guest put coffee grinds in the water reservoir.

I was in Hendersonville to play in a softball tournament at Drakes Creek park. Hyatt Place is only about 5 minutes away. Everything at Hyatt Place was great. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast in the morning. I

The room was spacious and clean. We stayed in the King room, though we booked one double bed, we were put in a room with 2 Full bed. We were too tired to asked to me moved. Aside from that, it was a good place to stay. I will suggest that a microwave in the room will be beneficial.

Attended a softball tournament for my daughter's team on this trip. The hotel was very accessible to stores, restaurants, movie theater and much more. The convenience of having everything nearby made this trip much easier and less stressful compared to putting up with the hotels located in Nashville, in which was our other option, I was extremely happy I chose this hotel. The hotel staff was excellent and made my stay feel very welcomed. I will definitely take high consideration next time I am in town and will refer friends and family to this hotel.

The hotel room looked exactly as pictured. The staff was very pleasant and the room was very clean! There were many people there when I visited but surprisingly very quiet. The hotel is close to many restaurants and stores. I will definitely stay again.

The place is poorly managed and run down. No Starbucks coffee or bar area as advertised. There a better Hyatt place not far away. I would avoid this one.

We were very pleased We needed a pet friendly hotel. It was so clean and smelled so fresh and clean. Did not smell like cleaners but smelled good and would never think pets had stayed in the room. Our second time staying there. Great breakfast buffet. Will stay there again.

This was hands down, the worst stay I've ever had at any hotel. Me being stuck here during a power outage for a night, was honestly the only thing decent here. The AC unit leaked and soaked my carpet. After asking about it, I was told it was "normal". I was told the best that could be done was a 'loud' fan, but it will be my responsibility to dry the carpet and turn it off. After having the fan placed in my room, without me knowing...that was the onky time staff did anything to the room. No clean sheets, towels, nothing. I eventually checked myself and my staff out early and went to another hotel. This place was terrible.

Highly recommend. Service was great. Very accommodating. The rooms were very clean. Great location!

Only suggestion would be more breakfast seating, but I understand the property was full and it might have been a poor timing on our part.

Stayed here a few times for work trips and it’s been a highly pleasant experience each time. The breakfast is quality and the latte, albeit simple, beats driving down the road to Starbucks.

My recent stay at the Hyatt Place in Nashville Henderson was fantastic! Such great service all around. My number one favorite thing was how quiet it was in the room. Will for sure be coming back again. My only request would be it would be great to have microwaves in the rooms. Sometimes we would have leftovers, and it would be hard to heat it up without a microwave. Just a convivence factor.

it was great. I was hoping for a better selection for breakfast.

I was in town for a few nights for a family member's funeral. The room was very roomy (king bed with sofa). Plenty of counter space and a nice size tv viewable from both the couch and bed. The bed was comfortable. Maybe hotels don't offer this anymore, but there was no lotion which i badly needed. The breakfast was just ok; mostly carbs. The yogurt was good, but it was sweetened, not plain. Greek yogurt would be nice. The eggs were typical powered "scrambled" eggs (not real), so skipped those. Every day, the bananas were way overripe. There was a good selection of Tazo teas which i appreciated since I'm not a coffee drinker, and real half and half. The location is good with several stores and restaurants not too far away. The room and hotel were updated and nice and clean. My room window was facing the road, so it was a bit noisy with some of the traffic. Too bad the pool is outdoors. I was looking forward to relaxing in an indoor pool. Overall, nice stay.

Ray at the front desk/Placery was a DELIGHT. He knew my coffee and found me every morning to give it to me. I was absolutely the BEST. You also have a very lovely young man (also tall!) in the evenings. Enjoyed the hotel and people very much. We’ll be back!

The on duty manager, Ray, was very helpful when we had to check out and leave early due to the weather. Also, breakfast was over but he still took the time to make my mom a cup of coffee.

We had no issues, the only thing I will say is I wish there was a microwave to heat up leftovers. I can’t wait to come back once renovations are complete.

Your offer of a bar is a way over sold. Putting a couple chairs to one side of check in desk does not make a bar. So then we decided to just take a drink to room. Your attendant said one only. Real BS. plus if we wanted to watch the Thanksgiving football game, well tv didn't work and other tv nearby didn't offer the channel

A hotel guest was in the breakfast buffet area with her dog in hand not sanitary.

Property was under construction during our stay only one working elevator in the whole hotel, our room was never cleaned the entire time and staff didn’t seem really concerned about it and blamed our dog on the reason why it wasn’t cleaned, even though our dog never stayed in the room without us. Then when we asked for some kind of reimbursement, they said they couldn’t reimburse us because we made our reservation through Expedia and not through their hotel directly and couldn’t give us any reimbursement.

This was an overnight couples trip. The room was clean but did not have a microwave, although there was a refrigerator in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet.

Was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. Even though we did not eat the breakfast, we did walk through to check it out and were impressed with the spread.

We had a funeral to go to. The hotel was clean and everyone was nice.

Rooms were really large. Breakfast was good but lobby seeting is pretty small/ limited. We stayed for a soccer tournament & the elevator situation is pretty slow so we took the stairs most of the time. Would stay here again though.
