    Nice, centrally located hotel. Easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. Friendly staff. I’d recommend changing the carpet in the rooms as they feel sticky. Exercise Room and pool/hot tub are well maintained.

    Upon arrival, we had no hot water for an entire 6 day stay. Luke warm on most days at best for a few minutes. Reported several times, and this was with a full? Hotel during grad week. We were there for a celebration and funeral with no choice of switching with pre paid by Expedia. Wall paper was taped up in the lobby, and falling down across from our room on a fourth floor suite. This is the Second Fairfield/Marriot we stayed at in the last few weeks with issues. MARRIOT can do better than this association. We will search elsewhere in the future, maybe Hilton can meet better expectations. This was unacceptable and could have been fixed, rather than giving us a song and dance every time we asked. The first girl told us no hot water because the breakfast bar lady was doing dishes on the ground floor. Ha. Either way, they won’t get our business again until they clean up their act.

    I had a 4 day stay. I only got room cleaned once. One day I left the DND tag out, but notified house keeping that I was leaving the room for the next day and needed towels. That was done, but the 3rd day I was left with dirty towel & no house keeping. A piece of someone’s false eyelash was under the phone. One of 2 elevators were out of service during my entire stay. There was a hair on my sheet & an identifiable stain. The breakfast offerings varied in quality & availability, especially after 8:30. Today the coffee was weak and awful, The electronic keys either didn’t work or I had to jiggle the door handle while swiping the key card. The tub was extremely slippery. On the positive side, the room was mostly clean. The small frig was very cold and the A/C was comfortably cool. The microwave was convenient, but the in-room coffee maker water well didn’t look clean. The tv service was out when I arrived, but worked well after that. If I return to Hendersonville, I will stay somewhere else.

    Location was good. It was nice and clean. When I went to check-in after booking and paying online through Booking.com, they tried to make me pay them at the property and said that Booking.com had not sent payment. It took several hours to resolve the issue. They blamed me for using a third party, and said they prefer direct bookings with them. The issue was resolved after they figured out I had in fact paid online. I had to show proof of payment via receipt and show that the money was deducted from my bank account. They finally called a manager who was able to access the website and determine that payment was already made.

    Breakfast and coffee were good. Staff was unfamiliar with “new” computer system, so took very, very long to get checked in. Was given handicap accessible room, (not requested) where bathroom fixtures were not secure in the wall, and curtains not secure on tracks.

    Breakfast was fine. Rooms were clean. Staff nice. However, the WiFi was terrible and the television barely worked. Additionally, we accidentally left a pair of AirPods there, called back to ask if housekeeping or anyone turned them in and the front desk said no. Well, we are able to track the AirPods and they were stolen by a member of the staff and popped up on our map. We are from a different state but have filed a police report.

    Took the grandkids to this hotel because of the indoor pool. The rooms are older but the beds were comfortable. The room had a small fridge, small microwave and a coffee pot. Breakfast was included. Overall great stay.

    We slept well, the rooms were quaint, and the breakfast almost made up for the crazy night before. Until we got home and was charged the incidentals fee apparently to fix their broken faucet. Something that would have easily been noted by a housekeeper prior and the room not bookable until it was fixed. I've tried contacting the hotel, and calling their 800 number which gives you too an AI driven answering service that won't accept the itinerary number you're trying to give. Long story short, it seems if you want to have an experience where the hotel keeps on giving after you've left-This is the place to stay! I hope we see resolution, but so far all I've been given is people who don't want to deal with it, and give us another dead end number to call

    Room was OK, Pool out of service, ice machine didn't work on my floor and the breakfast was subpar. Called for a reservation a couple of days later, on a Wednesday, and the same room was fifty dollars higher. The only reason I wanted to stay there was that it was close to the venue that I was attending.

    The entire hotel was run down. When they showed me to my room, they walked past a big hole in the ceiling where water was coming out into a bucket and acted like that was totally normal. They had literally NO HOT WATER! I had to scramble to change hotels and at least they were kind and helpful with refunding me through Expedia. It was awful.

    In the first room assigned, the TV did not work. Was moved to a different room. In that room the microwave and refrigerator did not work. I could not warm up my pizza or keep cold drinks. For the money i paid to stay there, the appliances should have been in working order.

    We were very disappointed that the pool was not open, since thats the reason we booked a room there, so our grandsons could come over and swim. HOWEVER, the woman at the front desk was so kind. She helped us find another place to stay that had a pool and let us cancel our room there. I know these things hapoen, but she made it as easy on us as it could be. We will.be coming back. 🙂

    We came here out of the way just for the pool and hot tub. We got there and the pool and hot tub was down. Then the breakfast didnt start until 630. Ive never stayed somewhere it didnt start at 530 or 6. We had to get on the road so we left without breakfast. I dont care about the breakfast my kids were devastated no pool. We drove an extra 40 mins for this only because of the pool.

    bathroom counter her was broken and bathroom door did not close properly. Advised front desk 3 times, nothing was done. Broken piece of counter nearly fell on my wife's foot. Room was only cleaned once...... The ladies who worked the front desk were very polite and apologetic. The two gentlemen we dealt with during the evening, could care less about our concerns...... Nothing was done to correct t our concerns nor was any discount or refund offer, just basically a "oh well" type attitude......... VERY DISAPPOINTING.

    Good breakfast The bathtub/shower was filthy. I put the hot water shower on it for 10 minutes and there was still dirty residue left. I didn't even take a shower the morning of my business meeting, as not to step in this filthy mess. I also tried using the prompts on the phone to call the front desk 7 times and it rang busy every time.

    Arrived around 9pm to a kind and friendly staff, left immediately to get dinner without going to room. Returned to discover the A/C was not functioning in the room. Staff attempted to get it started then had to clean a room for us to move to. Upon entering this room the lamp and plugs between beds was not working. We found plugs in other places and made do. The morning staff was rude, short and unfriendly when one of our guest was having a minor medical issue in the lobby and we asked for a washcloth. We were overall very disappointed in the beds and the quality of the rooms. I do not recommend this hotel.

    The staff was superior. They were more than accommodating. The only proble was Booking.com did not reserve the correct room and Booking.com did not pay for the room, immediately. I should have booked directly with the hotel. My vacation was ruined by bookings poor service. I requested a King with a sofa bed and booking.com reserved a King. The staff and hotel was superior. It was the booking company that was horrible.

    The breakfast was not the best verses other hotels. Certain items were burnt, and cooking waffles did not work. Very disappointing that the pool had to be shut down twice during our stay as the drainage system did not work properly to keep the area from flooding. When you have a full hotel due to various tournaments, with kids, this was not good. There should have been some type of compensation made to your guest. My air conditioning was very loud and even after reporting it, nothing was done. Not an overall great experience.

    The staff were friendly, breakfasts were great hotel was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was I had booked this hotel because they have an accessible lift for the pool. When I booked the room I had called about it and the front desk person stated that they worked. When I got to the hotel they stated that the batteries didn’t work and they ordered new ones. I had a 5 night stay and extended my stay 4 more days. When I left they still didn’t have the batteries. If I would have known I would have booked a room at a hotel that truly had an accessible pool.

    I like the location right off the 386. So close to so many restaurants and shopping. Shell gas station just right down the road. Sam’s Club right next door within walking distance. Property was a little dated. The shower faucet was a little weird to get used to. Small indoor pool and hot tub. But nice to have those things there. Great continental breakfast included. I booked through Expedia hoping for the 2 queen with sofa sleeper but was given just a 2 queen bedroom instead. It was convenient to get around to things in the area. Pretty quiet location. A couple of nights could hear people in next room talking and one night we heard what sounded like someone throwing furniture or something around in the room next door for what seemed like an hour. Overall pretty good experience and employees were very nice and accommodating. Cleaning crew did a great job with our room. I would book there again.

    We were pleased to find new or recently updated facility. The staff members were polite and friendly. The issues we encountered were with the maintenance of the facility. The elevator had serious problems with a loud bang and a few inch drop when it goes to the top floor. The spa water level was well below normal. Breakfast equipment was constantly inoperable. The front desk staff was amazing in trying to help but it sounded like management refuses to address known and ongoing issues.

    No power to the entire hotel. This was not the fault of the hotel as there were storms going through, but to not have hot water or the ability to see, and no way to change my reservation, I was stuck. There was also a leak in either the AC unit or the window from the rain, as the carpet was soaked in about half of the room. With no AC, sleep was a little difficult, but when I finally got there, the fire alarm started to malfunction and went off and on for roughly an hour around midnight. I've never had a worse experience in trying to get a little rest when out of town in my life.

    The lady at the front desk during check in (3p CST), was super friendly, nice, and quick with our check in. The hotel had great amenities! The pool, hot tub, and gym were a nice size and clean! The lobby was elegant and clean. The breakfast was amazing as well! The location of the hotel was great! Everything just a small walk away. It was really close to the bypass. I was worried since it was so close that it would be noisy from the cars driving by, but I did not hear a thing! I highly recommend this hotel. This was the best hotel experience I have ever had!

    I made my reservation a hour before I arrived at the hotel and the front desk said they did not have it. I showed them my phone with the conf number. She said it still hasn’t come through. She said I could call hotels.com. She finally called and I got to check in after waiting about 15 minutes. The refrigerator didn’t work. Shower didn’t get hot enough. The bed was not comfortable like most Marriotts I stay at. I was really disappointed. The breakfast lady was super sweet.

    visiting, with our family in Tenn. We like to get our own room rather than stay with them, as it gives us more privacy. By far, this has been the best room for us. They are always extremely clean. The beds were so comfortable, as we both have bad backs. We like the king better than the 2 doubles as it gave us more room with a couch, chair & 2nd tv. Our son & grandson were able to come & watch football with my husband in comfort. Everyone was really friendly also. Great free continental breakfast. Really nice hotel!

    Great location and Friendly staff who were willing to help accommodate a room change after the first room 215 hvac unit was very noisy and room had a strong smell of bleach. We tried room 310 and that hvac unit was not working. Unit was set on 65 and it was hot in that room. We then moved to 319 were the hvac worked and wasnt quite as noisy but it had a faint smell of smoke. We just settled with the smoke smell and quiet hvac. The front desk and maintenance personnel were very accommodating but for a Fairfield Marriot property, it needs work. Looks great from the outside and in a great location and evn though the staff was awesome, I would not stay here again

    Everyone was very nice. The room though was sub standard. The AC was noisy and the refrigerator in the room did not work. Only found out in the next day when I opened it and my food was spoiled and it stunk up the room.

    Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast was ok, it was the same thing everyday so that wasn’t great I was there for 6 nights. Had a guest laundry $2 for a wash and $2 for dry so pretty good. The pool was good and gym were good. The only thing that wasn’t great is the carpet in the room, I don’t know what it is with hotels and carpets but the carpet is always sticky and just not pleasant to walk on.

    There was a musty smell in our room, and the carpet was soaked in front of the A/C unit. The excellent front desk staff helped us change rooms. However, the 2nd room had an uneven tile at the bathroom door, so we couldn't shut that door, and had to be careful not to trip on the lifted tile.

    The curtains had what looked like blood stain on them and dead bugs. The curtains were broken and the wand to pull the nighttime curtain was completely ripped off an left laying by the window. Random bug in the room. Also the jacuzzi was cold not warm but COLD! Ladder to the pool was broken and concrete pieces at bottom of the pool. Never mentioned charging us a holding fee uncase we break anything.....I think they have enough issues not to worry about me breaking someone.

    Breakfast was the best that I've had at any hotel that offered free breakfast. I didn't use the pool but I checked it out & it was very clean. I didnt use the workout room either but it had enough equipment for a simple workout with weights & treadmill. This hotel is located in a perfect area surrounded by stores & restaurants within walking distance distance. My only complaint was that the bed was too soft for me but my husband & son slept very well in the bed.

    The room was a little smaller with the one king bed - the bathroom was huge, but had problems with the shower - it was a handicapped shower and the first night my husband turned on the H20 full speed & the H20 ran all over the bathroom. Maintenance did come following morning, but could not fix it while we were in room & no other rooms were available. The rest of the time (4 days) we took showers with low water pressure! Otherwise, the room was very clean, the breakfast was wonderful and the service was good!

    The AC in our room made a horrible loud rattling noise so we could not use it. When asked for assistance from assistant manager we were told that the hotel was fully booked and they had no maintenance. Also told us they wouldn’t refund because we used Expedia - we would have to call them - we did and the refund was still denied. After a very hot night we attempted the breakfast. Unfortunately, there was zero food out and it was a mess. The poor woman trying to stock it was alone while two people sat at the front desk and watched. At one point one of the front desk staff even helped herself to the little food that was out, even asking the worker to get herself something from the back. Overall a terrible stay and horrible customer service.

    We checked in to the Fairfield Inn after a long day of travel. Upon arrival into the first room they assigned for my husband and myself, we found one of the TVs to be inoperable. My husband went back to the front desk, and they assigned us to a new room. Problem solved, you'd think...The next morning, we intended to take a quick shower before breakfast. No hot water. Met our son for breakfast downstairs. He had scalding hot water in his room. Can't moderate temperature with cold. Upon voicing these concerns to the front desk clerk, another hotel patron says they have been experiencing the same issues for three days! This is a known issue to the hotel!! But the only credit they want to offer is $30 a night. I don't know about you, but it isn't worth it to me. We cancelled the remainder of our stay and moved to another hotel.

    Many of the guests I spoke with experienced the same problems on multiple nights. My family and I have booked a 4+ night stay every Christmas since this hotel first opened. Because of the problems we experienced on this stay (and the likelihood that they will continue), we will not be staying there again. I would be very grateful if Hotels.com could negotiate a partial refund to compensate us for these problems. Until the water problems are resolved, I would highly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel.

    This hotel was very clean and the staff was great. My only complaint is that I didn't have hot water in my room. I'm not sure if it was because they had a water leak in another part of the building but for over $200 a night I should have been able to take a hot shower. The water wasn't even luke warm. Other than the water I enjoyed the stay.

    The hotel does need some updating. The Hot Tub wasn't working for the entire stay and there was a problem with the hot water. The staff made up for those shortcomings. LaShonda and Kathy were both extremely helpful and made our stay even better. This hotel is in a good location with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

    It was a nice clean property and friendly staff. However, the fridge did not keep anything cold. You had to push a button every 2 hours to make it cold, but that quit working. Also, we didn't have any hot water. We had reservations for 3 nights and we didn't like having to take cold showers. Other people in the hotel were also complaining about the same things.

    This property needs to be condemned. elevator buttons are falling off. Bathrooms are leaking. Toilets dont drain. Airconditioners are so noisy, when I complained i was told to either find another hotel or wear ear plugs and sleep. Wow. In my 25years no such thing has ever happened.

    This is a nice and comfortable Hotel. Great restaurants in walking distance as well as shops. Rooms are spacious, cold, clean and mattresses was amazing. Breakfast in the morning great. My only complaint would be the shower head sprays all the the glass door and water pours out. The floor gets wet.

    The air conditioning unit was very loud. Clanging metal noise. The outside patio was not organized. Random chairs. You could tell it was not in use. Newer hotel, not managed well. Hotel breakfast did not start until 700am. We did not wait and checked out at 600am. No coffee made. Hotel staff at night and morning never smiled. Just stared. I question, who does the hiring. They were worse than the DMV.
