Simple stay but comfortable!

Rooms were very clean, I asked for new towels and trash to be taken out, if was fine within the hour!

Great stay at The Hampton Inn in Hendersonville! Wonderful staff and exceptionally clean hotel! We will be back for another visit!

Breakfast was below my expectations. Only a couple of hot choices, not prepared very well.

The bed was comfortable It was generally just a little old and shabby. The lighting inside the rooms was really dim. It was fine just not great.

The staff was friendly, especially the blonde lady at the front, forgot to get her name. Also, Ms. Kathy that was in charge of breakfast has the best personality. She takes pride in her breakfast making skills and is on top of having enough food to feed the crowds. I would definitely stay here again, felt very welcoming. The shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided in the room was also very helpful.

The salt water pool was different

The indoor heated pool was not heated. I had to take my time getting in the water because I can't jump in like some others were doing. I reported it to staff but nothing got changed. The heated pool was the main reason I chose this hotel and even though everything else was great I will not choose this one again.

The breakfast was wonderful, it had everthing you could ask for. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked like it was supposed to. The indoor heated pool was not heated. This is a good hotel, great staff, and very clean. The only squeeze was the dining area is poorly designed. Very congested every morning.

The outlet in bathroom did not work. No outlet in the room by the mirror to do my hair. No paper in the desk area.

The room was clean, the shade in the room needed to be replaced, but worked adequately. The noise level in the room is not the best. We were woken up on Saturday night several times by people pounding on doors and slamming up doors. The front desk was friendly. I had a hard time figuring out how to work the thermostat. But there was an extra blanket in the room, which was a nice feature.

This Hampton Inn is on it's last leg at this location. They should begin talking to Quality Inn about a takeover soon. Very dated. Mattresses were worn out. Some are worth the price. This is not one of them.

I arrived late from a concert at Clemson and was told that I was considered a no-show, and my room was no longer available. Then told that they were full. However, the manager disappeared and told me to wait. Upon his return, he told me that he had put clean linens on the bed in a dirty room and I could sleep there. I was so tired that I couldn't drive anymore, so I went to that room and slept for 4 hours. And it was, indeed, dirty. So, I spent $200.00 to sleep in a dirty room for 4 hours because they gave my room away without notifying me.

Was a decent hotel for the price however, the AC unit was incredibly loud for the first 30 seconds everytime it kicked on and woke us up several times throughout the night.

I booked a single queen and the room was extremely small to the point that I felt claustrophobic. Most of the room was taken up by large built-in furniture that didn’t seem to really have any purpose other than taking up space. The mini fridge rattled throughout the night and woke me up multiple times. The hairdryer in the bathroom did not work. There is free breakfast every day, but the hot options are not very appetizing. The windows in the room were not well insulated and you could hear all of the road noise outside and I was woke up one night because somebody’s car alarm went off at 1:30 in the morning. The staff were all very friendly and nice which was one of the positives of this hotel. The pool is indoors, but the water was so chilly it wasn’t worth swimming in. The blind covering my window was also torn up down the entire right side, and was definitely bothersome to look at it for the entire week.

Average overall, though room furniture was not what was shown in photos of chosen room. Can't imagine where they found the sofa, but it was one of the most uncomfortable things I have ever tried to sit on.

My family and I stayed at the Hampton during a weather emergency. The staff and services were excellent. We were made to feel at home during our 3-day stay.

The "Fitness Room" was a huge disappointment. The photos posted on the Hotels.com website were obviously of some other hotel's fitness room. Because of your misrepresentation of that room I would never stay there again. I don't like being lied to, and you did. In addition, your breakfast buffet needs some fruit besides red delicious apples.

Breakfast was always delicious. The room was clean. Everyone was so nice. 24/7 fresh coffee was also a big plus! Such an excellent stay that we’re coming back soon because we didn’t see everything we planned to see.

The one room did not have a lock on the door but my guests were switched to a new room. Then someone burnt the breakfast and the fire alarm DOES in fact work but we were fine! Good thing and we’re all safe!!

Just excellent service. Staff so good and the room was quiet and very clean. I've yet to be disappointed in any Hampton Inn. Hampton Inn is my first "go to" if I need lodging.

Our room was spacious and clean, with a TV that offered more stations than usual, including some premium choices. Our bed was comfortable, and the A/C was quiet. This was our first time at this property. Very nice place and staff was friendly. The front desk clerk even assisted my husband with downloading the first football game of the season 😊. The only issue we had was the noise from the expressway at night. That can be easily solved by requesting a room on the other side of the hotel the next rime we stay here. Because we will be coming back.

Disappointed in the breakfast that was offered and advertised. Informed at check-in that breakfast was between 6:00 am til 10:00 am. However, food was gone by 8:00 a.m. and was not replenished.

Bathroom vanity had a water leak that damaged cabinet and it showed. No doors on vanity. Also, the sleeper sofa was worn down to the foam. Looked like a cat scratched it down to the wood. Also did not look clean

Everything from staff to cleanliness of the room have been great. Because I do not like elevators, I will safe the one at this location feel small and old. It was not really a problem because they put me on the second floor so I could take the stairs. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Hotel is conveniently located close to the interstate and main road. Was easy for us to get around. Staff was nice.

The bed lines and pillows need an upgrade.

I stayed three nights on property and while the proximity of where I needed to be overall was great, the staff was absolutely kind, and they had sufficient gym equipment I doubt I return. I was not a fan at all of the bedding/pillows and the walls allowed me to hear what seemed to be normal volume conversation and alarms from the guests on the other side. I had to stack three pillows to remotely sleep comfortably. The thermostat, though it set at 68, did not seem to get cool enough. Could there have been a glitch with the HVAC, sure, however the bedding and being able to hear regular conversations is not something that could be remedied by reaching out to staff, nor would I have expected them to. I loved the desk and wardrobe area in the room also. I did get a great dumbbell and bike workout in, which is important to me. Breakfast selections were standard and the ladies I encountered working were just the kindest. Check-in and checkout were a breeze.

We thought the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful when our tv wouldn't work. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was great too! Our only complaint was that the some staff stood outside of our room @ 6 am on Sunday talking extremely loud

We enjoyed our two night stay. Our room and public spaces were clean and comfortable interactions with staff were professional, helpful, and welcoming. Hotel management seems to foster a team approach among staff that is reflected in excellent customer service.

Area around property given 4 stars not due to appearance, but lack of clear view to left ehile pulling out of entrance/exit-a little more trimming on left side of exit would ease anxiety as driver could anticipate oncoming traffic from left WHiLE also negotiating speed of traffic rounding blind curve from right. Not Inn’s problem, but fix for speeding traffic on public road leading into property.

When you arrive into the lobby, the first thing yo see are very old and dirty lobby chairs. I have been to this Inn several times over the years and the worn out, dirty chairs are still there.

Our stay was as outstanding as the last time. From the Front Desk check-in to all the staff....awesome. I'd like to make a very special shout-out to Kathy (she works in the kitchen area). She is true gem for this hotel!

The grounds were nice outside and it was clean and there was music. The water in the room didn’t get hot, the room was small, and the breakfast was meager.

check-in was good Desk people were pleasant however, I requested a late check out and the clerk extended it to 12 pm and wrote it on the board behind the desk. We took a little trip that morning and came back at 11:30 am to find our room open and the cleaning staff in the room. We had wanted to freshen up in our room before leaving. The attendant offered no apologies..just told us the supervisor told her to go ahead and clean...very disappointing

The cleaning staff we encountered were very accommodating. The room itself was a suite with a mini kitchen area. The day of checkout the elevator stopped working and I was stuck on the 4th floor with our luggage. The front desk woman went up the fire stairs to the 4th floor and carried down our luggage. She was fantastic. That was on 2/1/25. Room was quiet but furniture was dated and uncomfortable.

Very nice hotel. Especially appreciated the breakfast--large variety of items to choose from--eggs and bacon and potatoes. Doors were a little noisy but it did not disturb my sleep. Two things that I should have told the desk were loose control on shower and the TV remote did not work very well. Will choose Hampton again.

I had dogs barking in the room adjoining my room and across the hall from me. This went on for three nights. I complained twice at the front desk and nothing was done.

There was a window shade that was broken and we didn’t feel the most comfortable with people being able to see in the window. Aside from that, we have had a quiet experience with our two animals and appreciate the location of our room.

Bad case of bed bags in room 220. Took about 3 days for terrible bites to appear. This was the only place we stayed for 2 nights.

I am disabled. I have short term memory, seizures, vertigo and have an aneurysm. When we got to Hendersonville, NC. When the weather changes it changes my health. I was confused and made some mistakes on Expedia. I made a mistake checking into Hampton inn in Hendersonville. I put our date for 2025 January 27&18th. I was so confused. Men’s bathroom fan was about to fall out of the ceiling. It smelled as you walked in. So, we didn’t stay and came across to Home2 Suites.

The pull-out couch was ripped. The mattress had a blood stain on it. The furniture was dirty. The room had belongings left behind by the person before us. The entire hotel was so disgusting we didn’t feel comfortable eating their free breakfast - had to leave and go somewhere clean. NOT worth it even at a discounted price. It’s in the bad side of town as well.

Was disappointed for a few things we expect when we stay at a Hampton Inn. They did not have a king size bed, just one queen size that was softer than normal. Secondly, the variety for breakfast was more limited than usual. Lastly, they normally provide shampoo and conditioner but this one only provided shampoo and body wash.

Facility is clean and updated. Stay here a couple of times a year. This go around we had a WiFi connection issue with our Xbox. Service issue was not resolved and staff didn’t have an acceptable response. Found the solution at our next Hilton stay, which made this issue a bit more glaring.

Check in with my prepaid Expedia reservation was very quick and easy...and two weary day hikers were in our room in no time. The room was clean and comfortable and so quiet. Peace and quiet is why Hampton Inn is always my first choice.

The king suite room we stayed in was wonderful and very clean. Check in was very welcoming. The area and parking were safe. Our only complaint is the cleanliness of the pool. I do allot of water workout and typically choose places to stay with clean pools. This one really needed some attention with scrubbing around the edges as it was grimy. Other than that we were very comfortable.

The floors were wet and dirty, the room smelled wet, the couch and sheets had stains. The whole place just felt very dirty and gross. We were very uncomfortable and stayed less than 12 hours.

We reserved a king size bed but the sheets were too small both fitted and flat. The mattress needs to be replaced. King size or more pillows need to be added.
