We walked into the lobby. It smelled old and closed up. The furniture was dirty. The lobby looked as if it had never been dusted. I asked for a refund but they refused. Mr. Patel owner: This was a beautiful hotel before you took over it. It is a dump now.

cant say really, they still getting back up and running after the disaster. big bed and a shower that works. main gripe is the other people staying there. if you're gonna partake in domestic fights, please use your inside voice so we cant pick sides.

The room was dirty. The toilet had excrement from the previous renter and there was dried urine drops on the floor. The hair dryer did not work. As we were leaving another guest told us of how he had many roaches come out from under the microwave.

Hot water only worked once. Cold showers were miserable. Dozens of trash bags in parking lot and in hallway. No shower curtain or towels in room upon arrival.

They gave us a standard room and I requested a king. The staff said it was the last room available and had no key. If we had to leave the room, we would have to put the stopper across door to be able to get in. Seriously a security issue.

Hot tub, restaurant and gift shop were closed. It appears multiple rooms were occupied by people living there. Not sure but the room a few doors down from us may have been treated for bed bugs the door frame and door handles were taped off.

They have raised the rates recently, and Friday I paid more than I wanted to. Also I only had one bath towel.

This was a difficult hotel to stay in. There was no Wi-Fi. And the general manager was totally not there at check-in. The girl who left at 3:30 left the desk wide open until another arrived, and also had to learn how to check people in. It was a headache

Stopped included cooked breakfast in the Restaurant. Changed to continental break fast. Breakfast now gone completely. Arcade room removed. Bocci Court removed. Hot tubs broken. Air conditioner and a pipe somewhere kept banging all night.
