I wasn’t greater when I first arrived and they didn’t appear to be very happy. I was afraid to ask them questions. I will not return.

Clean, convenient, we'll priced had a wonderful stay There wasn't any thing we didn't like.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was decent with a decent breakfast. The sofa bed mattress was terrible. My son slept in the sofa cushions on the floor. The elevator broke a couple times so we took the stairs.

Staff was very helpful. Property was clean and in a good location for shopping and dining. There was some construction being done in the pool area. But the issue is not with the property. The problem is with Booking.com booking me in the wrong room and false information about the room. I had to pay an additional $180.00 to get the room I need an originally booked. On top of what I had already paid booking.com

It is a nice place to stay with family. There are many places to eat or shop around the hotel and parking was easy to find.

This is the worst hotel experience of our road trip in the USA. The staff who welcome us have very bad attitude, including the manager. Booking.com sold us 2 rooms which are not available, and the manager said they they were aware of the problem for 5 years. What? So for 5 years they keep allowing customers to book rooms that are not available? The rooms are old, the sofa also looks old and dirty. And if you have a dog, don’t come here unless you are happy to pay USD 150. It’s an outrageous charge that is almost as expensive as a room. What is the justification for that?

The hotel itself was great, but customer service like that is what makes people want to come back. Thank you again to Amber and the team for making our stay such a positive experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay if you want a clean comfortable room. The spa wasn't working and to pay $15 per day to park at this location is ridiculous.

Not a thing. Upon arrival the front desk was talking to each other and not able to help me. They tried to run my card 8 times before asking for another also 8 times. All of them placed separate holds on my card. The one lady at the front was telling the guy that she was assigning him 100 videos to watch for training and he said that would have to do them at home off the clock since he was busy. They ended up giving me the wrong room from what I booked on booking.com. My reservation shows a king bed with sofa bed. For the two adults and a 15 year old. When I got to the room it was just one king bed. When I called to the front the lady said it was a booking.com issue and there is nothing they can do to help. My husband had to sleep in the bed. Booking.com said that they would contact the hotel and they could not get us another room or another room at an alternative location. Upon check out after sleeping in a chair I was told it was not their issue and to have a nice day. Maybe you should change the description on booking.com if you cannot deliver what is advertised.

Mattresses on all three beds (Queen, sofa and rollaway) were very thin and not very good.

The Lady who setup the morning breakfast was extraordinary, all four mornings. The room was spacious and clean. The refrigerator seemed to be going out and was extremely noisy when it cycled all night long. We were on the 1st floor but it didn’t seem to matter if the noises came from our floor or above.

The front desk staff was super helpful during the check in process. They made a point to say hello each time you walked through the door. The breakfast area was kept clean and tidy. The room was great and having a fridge, microwave and small cooktop were very helpful.

-Free water and popcorn -they let us borrow the vacuum cleaner to clean our 4yr Olds mess ? other places dont -Customer service is great -We were able to swim at their sister hotel across who had indoor pool -Paid parking (why we got to pay for parking?) -Breakfast options suck. Only thing good was the sausage and apples ? -our 2 bedroom suite was small and had only one bathroom! I'm use to bigger 2 bedroom suites with 2 bathrooms. The picture looks big, but in person its small.

The heating and air conditioning unit was not great. It would not even set above 71 degrees. So we had to shut it off all of the time. Then the room would get too hot.

The staff were the best part of my stay. They were amazing, from the front desk to all the housekeeping! Breakfast was better than I was expecting, good variety. My family looked forward to eating every morning. Location was very walkable to a lot of shops and resaurants, which is rare in the Las Vegas area, because you really need a car to get around.

My king size bed was very lumpy! Need new mattresses. Plus having animals in the hotel is not a good thing! 2 separate days, I was woken in the middle of the night bc had the dog barking loudlly! You can tell the walls are thin for that reason.

Breakfast was decent, not bad. Was charged for parking even though I was told it was included. Charged more for room than originally priced at. Biggest perk was its located right next door good and affordable gym that made my extended stay bearable. Room and hallways smelled dingy with cigarettes.

Hotel and room were very clean and comfortable, only downside was the hot tub wasn't available at the time of our stay. Had amenities I wasn't expecting (dishware/washer, wine bottle opener, free water bottles by front desk). My girlfriend and I had a lovely time in Vegas with this place as our homebase.

The AC was very cold but better than sleeping outside over 100 degree weather but was hard to sleep every time it turned on, the sound was so loud, it scared us and was hard to sleep over the sound. It is nice to have a bedroom and the price was okay for it. The lobby and staff were very nice. New policy that I was surprised is the $40 accidental pay which $30 of it was to cover my two night parking fees. IF you do not sign up right away to yet another APP, and register your vehicle, you get fined $80, not cool to charge for parking it should come with the room stay.

This is a nice, clean hotel. The room has a small kitchen. The bathroom has a nice shower. The breakfast options are decent. I liked the fresh oatmeal stand the most.

Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. The location is great, lots of food options and grocery stores. They serve a good breakfast, it was well worth the stay!

Our stay was awesome. The staff was so accommodating and receptive. The breakfast and continual, fresh coffee was appreciated. I highly recommend one stay here and will return again.

No one never came and cleaned the room since our stay. I went to talk to the staff and was told they would still no On my way! Never came. The whole stay I had to ask for towels multiple times.

Not only was the hotel set up in the cutest way, but we were greeted by Amber and Chris who were wonderful! I will always opt to stay here when I am in Las Vegas!

Note: never accept room 119. The location is at the rear door to parking. The room shakes when the door slams shut. The trash bins are just outside the door. At 930pm, staff pushed some type of carts through the hallway, banged it against the doorframe, and tossed out the trash (banging the metal doors and dumpster tops in the process). There is a small dog-walk just outside the room, but pet owners prefer to use the (rock) path just outside the window at night and early am. So, it gets quite noisy at various times. Then, the people above were heavy walkers and had repetitous pounding (like a ball bounding on their floor) the majority of the evening. The sounds were like low-frequency 'booms'. Another issue I had was an obvious foot print on the bathroom wall along with some type of (food ?) splatter. I also had to fix and adjust the wire shelving in the coat closet and main bedroom closet. Overall. the property was clean and well maintained. The staff were courteous, the room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. The suite's kitchen is well stocked with teas/coffee and kettle, a micro, griddle, apt sized frig/freezer, dishwasher, and silverware. The gym is pretty good. Never used the pool (I was too busy). There are dry-goods and some toiletries to purchase at the front lobby convenience area. Townplace is primarily used for business travelers; so its mostly quiet at night. Many choices nearby to walk for food.

(1 bagel left for several people). I watched this same girl be rude to several others. When we were finished with breakfast this same girl was complaining to the front desk man making fun of all of us asking for more food. Just very unprofessional.

Overall place is ok. Not in pristine condition but decent. Stayed a week, on paper is offered a room freshen every two days, only happened once. Amenities for kitchenette (soap etc) was limited, only one spare toilet roll in room, had to ask to get one at a time. Elevator floors always dirty. Quite mostly, breakfast choices good, but could have coffee available 24/7 to be in the league with most Las Vegas area places. Would give it a solid 4/5, staff is really nice, likely they are the greatest asset of the place

When we got into the room we notice underwear in the living rom just next to the couch ,besides that everything else was clean,really helpful staff,good breakfast good place to stay .

It’s an older place, needs updates. The floors were dirty, I dropped some cream and when I wiped it up the napkin was filthy from the floor. A few stains on the towels. I don’t know if it was just our room but it was crazy loud . Sounded like air conditioning unit or something. It was a very loud humming noise that never stopped. We were too tired to change rooms we got in late . We didn’t want to chance changing rooms and still hear the noise . Staff seemed nice

The beds in the suite was older and not the most comfortable. The pillows had something to be desired. I woke up with a sore neck and headache. And whoever had the idea to put the bed right next to the bathroom door, you might want to rethink that, or change the direction of the door.

It was what you expect of a 1bedroom room. The rooms were clean but are starting to look their age. Breakfast was also the usual. No surprises over all. Parking should definitely be included in the room’s price.

The hotel was installing a new water filter which required them to run hot water in every room for at least 5 minutes. The result was a cold shower every single day of the trip. And because we booked on Hotels.com Marriott would not apply the stay to our rewards account. Never again through Hotels.com and never again at this hotel.

Pet Friendly Hotel. Crew were all friendly and helpful.

Also, they charge $150 for pets! Ridiculous!

Perfect, except they really do need some parking for vehicles with trailers. I also think that the $15/night fee for parking a car was unjustified. All hotels should have free parking for their guests. It's not like we were in a downtown parking garage or something.

Good room amenities

Clean rooms and bathroom. Bed was big enough for my 15 year old hockey player son his dad and I haha! Having a fridge and stove is UNMATCHED when we come for hockey tournaments. Really saves us so much money and driving around looking for food.

For $170 a night I would expect better, nicer, cleaner accommodations.

I enjoyed my stay.. very comfortable

Pool was the highlight of the property, mainly cause the wifi didn't work in my room. And they tried to fix it multiple times. Breakfast was normal it was overall a decent stay.

Great, clean family friendly property. Graveyard staff not very helpful, doesn’t know much about room amenities. I called and needed assistance and she didn’t have a clue of what I was talking about, her solution was keep looking it should be there. What? Don’t you think I looked and double check before I called the front desk for assistance. Nevertheless, overall positive experience. Great value for price.

The rooms were nice and the customer service was great. We however had an issue with the noise. It was constant stomping and banging and running non stop. We were not able to rest. We complained 4 times. We were offered another room which was great and we accepted however what an inconvenience to pack up our things and move down the hallway. When we got into our 2nd room it was clean however it smelled like Marijuana. These are nice hotels however the guest who were staying there really took away from the hotel.

Nice hotel. Parking lot is small and filled up fast.

Several kids running the halls on all 4 floors..knocking on doors and running. They were also playing hockey in the halls. Couldn't use pool or hot tub due to 20 kids in the hot tub and pool til closing including families from the hotel next door.
