Relaxing! The pool was amazing for the whole family, we had a great time. The ambiance outside at night with the fire pits was amazing. Not stroller friendly for the baby to get around. The handicap lifts were down and we had to just lift the stroller up and down stairs.

The room was comfortable. Good room service. Friendly staff.

Parking was a breeze, the staff was absolutely wonderful! From checking us in early, to the pool staff, shuttle service, room service, and check out, the entire staff was constantly impressing us with their kindness and generosity. The room was clean and cool during the summer heat! The pool was very clean, as usual, and the slide is so much fun! Our bestie birthday staycation was well worth it, and we'll continue to keep coming back! I love The Westin Lake Las Vegas, I've stayed here many times over the years, including my wedding night! We love this place. Thank you!!

The location was perfect for visiting my son who lives nearby. Easy to find and the grounds looked lovely. Bonus was valet parking because my Mom is in a wheelchair and parking is pretty far to take her. I requested an accessible room but we found that in fact, it wasn't accessible for her. There was only a bar on the left side of the toilet and she's unable to use her left hand. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and out into the foyer, creating a slippery surface for someone who's not steady on their feet. The housekeeping people cleaned the first day we were there and they never cleaned the bathroom after that, we were there for 4 days and 3 nights. It was not cool that all they did was pick up most (not all) of the towels and washcloths and give new ones. Never cleaned the sink or toilet or floor.

Marssa - Dinner was fantastic, and the service staff was great. Ricks - Another outstanding meal and service felt rushed. The server was a bit rough, pushy, and pressed. Location was great. Golf was memorable. The shower water temperature was barely lukewarm. Not cold but definitely not hot. The room was pretty basic. The bathroom was also very basic. The room was a bit tired and did not feel very resorty!

Wonderful stay that is out of the way. AC didn't cool the room as much as desired but highly recommend and will stay again.

I was a little disappointed. Although i did appreciate the friendliness of the check in staff, valet & pool towel staff, i felt as though my requests were unmet. We requested a quiet room where there weren't families with kids (jr suites) or stairs/elevator access. We got exactly that. Maybe they tried but didn't quite get it right. Booked here instead of hilton due to the "beach" area, which was closed during our weekend visit as well as hot tub. Thete was a lot of bird poop everywhere which i understand can be put of their control but made it hard to find a clean lounge seat by pool. The breakfast was nothing special at all go off site if you want better. Although we got a lake view the balcony is not walkable its about a foot of space. If you get a ground level room for a patio know that you have no privacy & share access with your neighbor. Overall the price was not worth it.

This resort is very beautiful! Our room smelled like a septic tank for most of the day though, unfortunately. The smell seemed to be coming from the air conditioning and no amount of leaving the sliding door open would alleviate this. Thankfully it went away around 5am...

The person who checked us into the hotel and the server at Rick’s Lack of food options when the main restaurants weren’t open yet. Not allowed to use a cart for our luggage unless we used the valet. Stop pushing for more tips. AC wasn’t working in our room when we arrived, luckily the maintenance man was very helpful.

AC did not cool the room. Said is was 62 but over 70 the whole night and we could not sleep at all.

It's a beautiful hotel and the pool area are very inviting. The room I stayed had very small beds.

This is a great resort away from the ruckus of downtown Las Vegas. The Friday Night Prime Rib Special at Rick's was fabulous! The only issue we had was the early closing of the pool and hot tub area at 7 pm, when the outside temperature was still above 95F. I liked that there were more than 10-12 Level 1 EV charging stations in the parking area (credit card and smartphone required). Overnight charging provided a full battery charge for the next days travels.

When we arrived in our room, the smell of old rug welcomed us. Room is warm, I thought maybe because we just got in so i didnt mind, and this was at 4pm check in. Room is okay, decent, clean. So i turned the ac to 70 coz its still not cooling down and we went to the pool. Came back at 7pm and room still warm, went down to front desk and told them about the issue and they said theyll send engineering to check it while were gone to eat. i said okay, and when we came back at 10pm room is still warm and it is on 65. Went to front desk to complain that theres even a spoiled food inside the mini fridge plus the room not cooling down and theyre glad to switch us to a different room and gave us hotel credit. New room is a little better, ac is at 62 but its just a tad cooler than the previous room that weve been to. Just disappointed with a 250$ room. I hope they fix their rooms and update it. Its very disappointing considering there are many people who comes here.

Registration receptionist was rude, the only pool open was filthy and had not been vacuumed for some time and the entire patio and pool smelled of sewer the entire time we were there!!

Room is modern and clean, Check-in/check-out was quick; Self-parking was straightforward; Hotel design felt expansive and airy; Restaurant was easy to book for the same day dining; Made for an easy launchpad to visit Valley of Fire state park and the restaurant server gave us great tips on what was worth to hike/see Hotel is in up-and-coming new development so gas station was farther away and we had to navigate around construction detours and as this is in a residential area the speed limit and bumps mean a longer drive from the main freeway; Breakfast cafe (grab-and-go) is understaffed and slow; Restaurant had recently changed its menu from its marketing/promotion throughout the hotel and I think they could have changed the signage

I liked the valet young man-very kind and polite upon arrival. I think his name was Carl. He extended his hand,opened door and told us where to go. The breakfast at Rick's café was superb. The modern rooms are very attractive. I do not like that the hotel adds extra fees on top of the daily rate(we are locals and got charged $29 for a tourism fee)and a resort fee of $35...My $230 room was now over $300 for 1 night. The chair cushions outside by the fountains are torn and need replaced/cleaned. Trash(cups) should be cleaned up in area by guests or assign someone to check hourly,we sat down and had empty cups in front of us..You also have alot of stairs which is difficult for seniors...we had bar tender carry our beverages down the stairs to us....

The location is fantastic and beautiful. Our ground floor balcony faced the lake and it was peaceful and perfect. The staff we did interact with were great - front desk upon check in was very good at his job. The breakfast staff were extremely pleasant. The hotel is dirty. Our room was very very dirty, not vacuumed when we arrived, the bathroom was super gross, some sort of product/lotion splotches on wall and door and the light switch was filthy - I took a wipe and cleaned it and everything came off so not a stain, the floor had tons of hair that was not ours, garbage on floor in room. Toilet took 3 flushes each time and sink didn't drain. All the doors in the hotel were very gross and dirty I didn't want to touch them. Our coffee/tea in room was never replenished. The bakery display cases in the coffee cafe had so much dust all over them I was shocked. Garbage in stairwell that was there for our entire stay, which was 4 nights. The pool area had garbage, empty cups blowing around, chicken bones under my lounger, yet there was 4 lifeguards hanging around for 2 people in the pool. I never saw cleaning staff ever so maybe this is simply a lack of staff issue otherwise it is a management issue. The breakfast is $30 bucks and it is the quality and selection of something that is free in most hotels. However, the hotel is beautiful so this is such a shame.

Hotel overall was very nice. The lake view was beautiful with lots of area to sit down and enjoy it. Restaurant was very pricy. Food was ok. Room was clean for the most part except for hair in the shower drain and black marks on the shower floor.

Just location and room cleaning service The property was falsely advertised as having two pools, a water slide, and a hot tub open year-round. In reality, only one pool was open. The slide and hot tub were not available during weekdays, and the hot tub was dirty and empty. Additionally, there were serious safety and hygiene concerns. A rusted fence collapsed in front of us, posing a real danger to guests below. The pool restroom facilities were in very poor condition, with a strong and unpleasant odor. Overall, the amenities and conditions did not match what was advertised, and this significantly impacted our stay

The breakfast at the hotel definitely deserves special mention. It’s $27 per person and offers a great selection of tasty options. Don’t miss the omelet station — it’s amazing and totally worth it! For us, this hotel felt like a true paradise — a peaceful and relaxing escape after three busy days in Las Vegas. The pool with a mountain view is beautiful, and in the evening it’s so calm and cozy to sit by the fire. We honestly wish we had stayed two nights instead of just one in this quiet little gem. 😍

The only complimentary amenities were the pool, breakfast and fitness room everything else you have to pay. there are discounts with your stay but the discount is basically replaced with gratuity with every available service, didnt really affect my stay but other guests were audibly disappointed/disgruntled at almost every "amenity" we visited/used. we ended up at the lakefront at the hilton for most of our stay/activities (theres so much more to offer over there)

Everything and everyone was great, Alexis was AMAZING!!! Food was really good and our waitress was great, I feel really bad that I can’t remember her name, but I do remember she was fun, very vibrant and chatty. She had like dirty blonde hair pulled up in a bun.

The neighborhood was nice, the exterior of the hotel is also nice, has great views, good architecture, the lobby smells clean, the staff treats you nicely,. Pools didn't seem to get too crowded, not sure in summer. Big parking lot. Things that I didn't like that much was the conditions of the room, the carpet had stains on it, cabinet door hinges on the coffee bar were broken, every time we opened them they felt like they were about to fall off, toilet paper holder was broken and about to fall from the wall, shower curtain smelled like pee, leaky shower valve, very visible cracks on the bathroom ceiling, bathroom door lock didn't work. On the exterior, the smell of the lake was very unpleasant, it smelled like sewage and inside the arcade smelled even worse, in this case i understand maybe that's out of your control since you don't own the lake, another thing was the smell of Marijuana by the fire pits, i walked out around 8pm with my kids because I figured we could sit around or nearby the fire pits for a bit, but as soon as we walk down the steps, we turned around and walked back to the room because the smell of Marijuana was that strong, in my opinion, not an ideal environment for kids. I wasn't planning on leaving a review, but since I got an email asking about it, here it is, I'm leaving this review with the best intentions, i hope it gets to management or even better corporate, the place has a ton of potential, but they need to invest a little bit more on maintenance, i hope something positive comes out of this review,.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. We had a maintenance emergency because the shower faucet came off the wall and the water would not turn off. I called the front desk and maintenance came in less than 5 minutes. He fixed the problem immediately. We had been in the room for almost 5hrs and the ac never cooled. I told maintenance & he knew immediately what the problem. He explained the unit was still set for winter. We were in a junior suite & I told him it has not been winter in Vegas for over a month so it didn’t make sense for it to still be set to winter. The property is absolutely gorgeous!

Foodservice at Rick’s cafe is very slow. But overall hotel is nice, quiet, tidy, easy parking.

One of the major reasons we RETURNED to the Westin was the great experience we had there 2 years ago - so what a disappointment that no one could tell us where to find the corn hole game we had so enjoyed on that earlier trip. The best news is that the Hilton and Village were just a short drive away - and that's where we spenft DAYS 2 & 3, only sleeping at the Westin. Needless to say, next time we'll stay at the Hilton!

The staff was confused and gave conflicting information when asked. The restaurant was understaffed. Food was not bad. The room smelled of wet cleaning towel when we entered. There was no fan in the bathroom which was problematic since 3 of us were sharing. There was no option of 2 queen beds. Instead we were left with 2 doubles. Which really is not enough room to share the bed with adults and kids.

The only gotcha is having 90% of pools closed and 80% restos ' closed for season' and paying the 32$ resort fee for that. Fix it Weston. Ditch that resort fee when the whole plce is basically shut down! The 32$ taxes, i understand as its close to vegas...

Clean room and the staff were good. I think the highlight of our stay was our dinner at Marssa Steak & Sushi. The food was so good. Chef personally greeted us & gave a us some special food to celebrate our anniversary. We’re local of Las Vegas, we would definitely go back to Westin not to stay but to dine at Marssa again.

The hotel is dirty, the beach is closed, the pools aren't open late enough to even enjoy. I won't be staying here again and advise you look elsewhere where the staff appreciates your patronage.

One of the best & serene resorts I've stayed in Vegas. I decided against staying at the strip because it is too overwhelming. This resort provided al that I needed. It was quiet, beautiful with a view of the golf course. I took a long walk along the property and enjoyed these views. The only disappointing aspect is room service. My room was not serviced fr all the three days I was there despite requesting several times. I ran out of coffee and a few things and it took many calls until late the last night before they finally brought some coffee and cups, and I did not like that. Overall, I loved my stay.

I’ve stayed here for over 10 years & this last trip was horrible. I booked a king & at check in we got a 2 double beds. Not what I booked & it was my birthday of all the times. We checked out early & hotel did work with us for refund. I’m not sure I’ll be back.

My room was changed to a double bed without any notice until I figured it out upon check in when I booked a lake view & a king bed. I understood and accepted. I was given a credit of $100 for food and drink for the inconvenience. After I checked my account, I saw I was charged double and no one could tell me why, but that I had to wait for the amount to change in 7-10 days. I wasn’t given a break down of the amount either.

They never opened that section of the pool so there was no access during our stay Thursday-Sunday. All of the hot tubs were out of order. Looking at other reviews this has been the case for at least 3 weeks. They randomly closed the coffee shop all day Sunday with no explanation. We did not rent a car so this was a big deal for us. Food options for dinner were lacking and it was a 25 minute walk to get to another restaurant. We had our toilet break and while maintenance was fixing, it overflowed into entire bathroom. No one came to clean or sterilize. We asked maid to clean 2 times and they never showed up or cleaned our room during our entire stay. Super gross. I won’t be staying here again. There are much better options closer to the strip. The one good thing is the slide is fun and lifeguards were easygoing, but definitely not offsetting all the downsides to the resort.

This was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well kept grounds and clean spacious rooms. We will be back next year.

The couch in the rooms aren't very clean. It had to be dog hair on it because it I had an allergic reaction after sitting on it. Overall the hotel is beautiful and pool was very relaxing.

Excellent stay at the Westin... the staff is the best!

I love this spot so much and have come here for years. It is a beautiful location and the service is wonderful. The staff are fabulous. The rooms are clean and cute and smell great, but the patios are a bit of a mess. The food is superb. The gym is new and fabulous. The spa is a bit over priced for the quality of service, but the staff are friendly. One thing that disheartened me this time was seeing the outside areas, pool area and equipment and tidiness or cleanliness of the property and the landscaping deteriorating over time. There is some renovation going on inside the resort which will be lovely. But it does seem like the outside has been much neglected. There was some fresh paint in the pool area but very sloppily done. Many broken umbrellas and pool loungers. The patio chairs are in rough shape. The landscaping is very neglected. The quality has slipped a bit - I was appalled to see a group come in with their cooler and little cook stove to a common area and set up their own picnic - definitely disrupted the ambience of this classy resort. Perhaps I’m sensitive to this because I really do love this resort and I truly hope there will be a turn around and investment to keep it beautiful and the oasis it really is. It is definitely a place I will continue to come and stay. It still is a special place and I do recommend it.

I paid for a room with two queen beds, instead was given two full beds. It was rather uncomfortable for two to sleep in one bed.

This resort had beautiful views and great places to work onsite. The pool areas are nice and everything feels well taken care of. The room had a great view of the lake and was spacious and clean.

Excellent 1 night hotel stay. Did not really use the amenities therefore, unable to comment on them.

Was a nice stay. Only complaint was the music at the pool. Had some DJ and it was so load and raunchy music which was not appropriate for all the families. We wanted to stay at the pool longer but just couldn’t take the same old beat over and over.

I loved everything about this property. Only complaint is our neighbors kept banging on our wall when we weren’t being loud and it was only 9pm.

We were greeted with the biggest smile and welcome from Karl in valet he went above and beyond to help us. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Ethan was just adorable taking us back and forth to the village. Lucy what a beautiful soul, again went out of her way to make us feel welcome and was so helpful when I needed some extra support. Donovan at the front desk wow what a guy and again NOTHING was ever to much trouble. Finally Lucy and Nikki and check in and check out were so friendly. Making sure we were ok. This place was amazing with its views! So quiet and relaxing. It didn’t feel like Las Vegas with how calming it was there. Truly a wonderful place to stay, if you have business in Vegas but don’t like the crowds.

Honestly my opinion, this hotel is very out dated. Had an issue the first night with the cleanliness of the room, swapped It for another the next day. The prices for food / drinks seemed a bit outrages, amenities such as the kayaks, beach access , etc weren’t available. The property on the outside when walking around just seemed dirty and not kept up, the “village” which was a short drive with hotel shuttle was dead and over priced as well. For me, this wasn’t worth It, the pictures make It seem way more luxurious than what It was.

The overall atmosphere was very nice & beautiful scenery. However, there was a used plate next to our room door & was passed up multiple times by cleaning staff since we got there a bit early. Also the condition of the bathtub & shower head was a bit broken but useable. Overall I can't complain about the stay to much since it was pleasant but I just wish it was more modern.

A lot of things were closed by the time we arrived. Our rooms weren’t ready despite being there right at check in time. We didn’t ask for early check in, I waited over an hour for my room to be ready so I just had to sit and wait in the lobby with my luggage

We were only there for one night . From check in to check out all well. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Love it everyone and everything

While the grounds were beautiful, my room was lacking in many ways. There was used toilet paper and no replacement; same with the Kleenex tissues; and the shower spigot came off when my daughter was showering.

Our check-in process was exceptional with the front desk representative named Alexis. She was very hospitable, friendly and very helpful with the many questions that we had. I had a friend with me that had never stayed at the property before and was very pleased with the way Alexis took care of us when we first got there.

1) the baby pool has been fenced off for years and it’s an important amenity for families. 2) the pool area smelled bad, was dirty and the decks need a deep power wash. 3) the jacuzzi was broken and drained 4) the lower pool’s restroom still smells like sewage 5) lower pool fountains that shoot out of the wall by the lower restrooms are not running 6) 1 of the lower pool outdoor showers is bot working Staff was great, food and adult beverages were highly overpriced Please Marriott, get renovations done!

We enjoyed the distance from the busy city, the view of the lake and the interior amenities.

This wasn't my first time to the resort, but was the first time i stayed around to enjoy it. I loved the property, it's so relaxing and beautiful.

We had a lovely stay, it was quiet and away from all the Vegas noise. Just perfect for relaxing by the pool, playing golf and enjoying happy hour!

The drains in the bathroom need to be cleaned out and unclogged. The refrigerator in our room did not work and the Jacuzzi did not work either.

This is my second time staying at the Westin first time was twenty years ago. It is still a long walk from the parking lot to the reception desk. Lucy at the desk was friendly and very effective in checking us into the hotel. Seems like the Hotel caters to the young and the old and still is elegant. Microwave and fridge were available.

We liked the quietness as well as the excellent service provided. We noticed that the hotel exists for some years, however, it is still in very good shape. For dining: there is dining in house which is excellent, however there are also excellent restaurants in the vicinity.

The room we first checked in has a leaking faucet, flooding sink that made the towel underneath all wet. They sent somebody to fix it but when we talked to them they said a different thing to the receptionist who made us feel that we’re the ones not saying the truth. But anyways, they transferred us to another room in which the TV is not working that they have to send someone to fix it. However, it was still a good stay. Not the one that we expected though.

2. Human errors. First, they checked us in and gave us the key to AN OCCUPIED ROOM. Not making this up….we checked in and went up to our room….luggage in hand…..opened the door to the room to find occupants in the room in a compromising position. The front desk simply said “oops, not sure how that happened”…and offered nothing to us or the poor folks we walked in on. They then tried to give us an inferior room on the non-view side that the first room had. Second, no one came to clean our room until day 3. Next, pool service was very understaffed…amazingly took 1.5 hours to get a simple hamburger for lunch and it came ice cold and beef jerkey well done. Last, the convenience store with the Starbucks was closed at 8 am when the sign said it was open until noon. Sadly, as a huge Westin fan….this place was waaayyy below the typical Westin. Serious management issue here.

We stayed for 3 night and really enjoyed the resort. The staff was very friendly. Alexis checked us in and we went straight to our room. The toilet was slow to flush so we let the front desk know and it was fixed immediately. The pool area is great with many umbrellas. I would have liked to use the jacuzzi but it was not working. We will definitely stay here again.

I ordered room service and the dessert was not good, it had a piece of “candied” bacon on it that was awful. Everything else was awesome!

Mary Ann at check in was great. The rest of the service was poor started out at the pool was ignored for a good 30 minutes before a server made her way over to take my order. The pool bar was out of 3 beers that we ordered. Breakfast was ordered with Room Service. The order was delivered with only 1 out of the 2 meals. I called back down she said they would send the yogurt and granola right up 20 minutes later room service shows up with a bowl of yogurt no granola. She then proceeds to tell me that granola was not ordered. I pulled the receipt that showed granola was ordered. She said she would go back and get it at that point I was done and said to just take it off the bill. I didn’t want it and send it back. I also ordered a small sparkling water. A large was delivered. I was charged for a large. I kept it. It was fine, but overall service was very poor.
