Great stay for an emergency situation - very spacious and clean. Plus my dog was comfortable, but not too many areas for them outside.

Both rooms smelled like sewage the entire time we stayed in the hotel. Went down the second day and talked to the front desk about the smell and her first response was questioning why we didn’t come down sooner? We later received a phone call from someone also with poor manners complaining our request was too vague and asked for specifics. If we knew where the smell was coming from, we wouldn’t have asked? We told the person on the phone that it might’ve been kitchen drain and then asked for a new fresh set of towels since the housekeeper never came to clean our room. The smell was still there and the fresh set of towels never came. When we checked out the next day, the front desk person was on the phone for a good 2 mins while we waited right in front of her with no acknowledgment and was talking about room price on the phone? The staff there except for the servers at the breakfast bar all need proper training.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at the property, which was way after the check in time. We were very disappointed as we had a 20 month old baby tired from the trip and we couldn’t cook his food on time for dinner. Receptionist was not welcoming either. She even looked upset whenever we asked her questions.

2nd time staying here. Peace & quiet. Really clean as well.

I have used this hotel twice for business within town and it is consistent. Everything about the place was great, but I will see if you are traveling with a moving truck probably not the best location. Not much parking for anything large.

The kitchen staff need a shot out. They were beyond kind and but so much attention into their work. Breakfast is awesome. So many options. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall great choices for all. Facility was clean, staff was friendly and offered help. Room was clean, has small electric stove, fridge and full kitchen supplies. Check out was easy, staff noticed my daughter in uniform and wished her luck in her game.

I was there post surgery for an extended 2.5 week stay and the staff was amazing and made sure we had all we needed and everything was clean and they were very responsive. While there I observed the staff love helping the guests! Especially the housekeeping and Maintenance amazing people they will definitely ensure you have all you need.

The location is great, it's a short drive away from all the hoopla of casino life. Breakfast was enuf and staff at breakfast were so kind! I found it disturbing to see other visitors putting their plastic bottle on the tip of water dispenser, making contact. The staff were very helpful with resolving our concerns but, if it was attended to in the beginning our stay would hv been perfect. Maybe it was a missed opportunity and sometimes attention to detail has to be a learned talent. I am a true believer in retraining and connecting with the staff to develop a relationship that keeps the moral up to produce a perfect business. We came into our room and there was garbage on the counter. Fork in the sink. BUT worst was a "private hair" and something I don't recognize on face towel. Place was dusty and floor had dirty water spots on the floor. So, I don't feel the room was deep cleaned and comfortable.

The staff were helpful and pleasant. It was clean. Breakfast was decent. We had to extend our stay and the process was easy. Loved being on the ground floor with the baby and luggage for 4 nights, that was convenient. Parking was convenient. The dishwasher didn't work.

Room was beautiful again. (This was our second stay). Staff is always courteous and friendly, check-in smooth. Housekeeping is top tier as well. Can't wait to stay here again! Once again, still not over the fact there is an actual dishwasher the room. Wow.

Very quiet room which is hard to come by in Vegas. Very clean. Spacious room with kitchen and full sized refrigerator. Breakfast area was super neat, clean and tidy. All did and drink and condiments were filled and inviting. I don’t like powdered eggs so I didn’t partake in the hot breakfast but the continental portion was excellent!

It was good until Saturday afternoon when the fire alarms started going off due to another "guest" cooking in their room. We made it to the hallway, which was full of smoke, and instructed by the staff to go back to our rooms. We immediately evacuated the hotel, but were told by Bianca at the front desk that they could not check us out or give us a refund because we paid for our room through a third party vendor. I asked to speak to the manager and Bianca told us "she isn't working today." We could not go back to our room due to the smoke, so we just went home. Please see comment above!

I loved the whole experience during my entire stay for three days. The breakfast every morning was the tops. The staff was great and there were no discrepancy with the price. The only draw back was that there was not a lot of shaded parking or a parking garage. But I'd still stay here anytime I could get a great price. I've told my family and friends about this great hotel.

The hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Could not hear a peep through the walls which made the hotel perfect for sleep.

Every time I come to Vegas I stay here. It’s about 15 minutes from the strip and it’s in a great neighborhood.

The only thing I didn't like, was the parking, there parking lot is too small, but if you have to park elsewhere, its not a real long walk.

Room smelled like pickles when I checked in, but it was an amazing stay.

No real minuses except that they said they would clean every 2 days and didn’t this time (had to remind the front desk twice). In general I do wish they would have some sort of standards for being a “pet friendly” hotel. There were dogs barking in rooms across from us (owners seem to just leave them unattended in there most of the day), the room next to us had a very loud small dog yipping for 2 days, and one lady walked her large dog through the hallway without a leash. My kid has allergies and we suspect the exposure to random dog hairs didn’t help.

Starbucks is less then 2 min walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all hours. After 12noon it's to hot to walk anywhere.Its way over 100 °.Thank goodness for air con. Will stay here again.

It was amazing, I received an early check in, the suite was clean and really comfortable. The staff is really friendly and very accommodating.The Inn is really nice, clean and welcoming. We spent a lot of time in the pool area, there are comfortable chairs and tables with chairs outside of the pool. Staff started the gas grill for me and I cooked on it, very nice grill. Breakfast was great everyday, well stocked and friendly service. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Las Vegas for non casino accommodations.

I didn’t like the fact that 2 of the 3 nights there was a big family across from us and above us where huge fights broke out between them in the middle of the night. Like 230 am. Stomping on the floor and throwing each other against the walls. What’s next? Gunshots? Unacceptable and the hotel did nothing to stop it even though I called the desk. I don’t think we will be staying there again. Not a good stay and I would not recommend this hotel.

The stay was good. The only issues we had was that had to change suites in order to get all the kitchen appliances advertised and the fact that there was so much static on the metal surfaces that we kept getting shocked every time we pressed the elevator button or touched the door handle to open the door to the room.
