This was our first stay here and we will definitely return. I love having a kitchen while we're on the road so we can have "home" cooked meals. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Prices were great. Thank you!

The hotel was quiet but the shower was terrible. I think they need to renovate it. Tiles missing from the floor tiles. The water pressure was terrible and absolutely no amenities so may she sure you bring your own. The toilet took forever to fill with water which is not good. I personally would not stay again. The breakfast was okay. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and resolved issues I had.

I loved it here next time giong to LasVegas I will be staying there again. Suites are perfect beds are comfortable kitchen has everything you need. Clean 100%. Breakfast was great a bit of everything. Thank you

The staff were amazing and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful. Not much amenities and place for our dogs to use the bathroom, but they’re working on it. Overall, great stay!

The hotel/room were all fine - typical Hilton - I ALWAYS stay at Hilton! I booked this hotel because they said it had complimentary shuttle from the airport - BUT THIS WAS TERRIBLE...The hotel lady didn't know how to get us to the driver, we walked FOREVER...Horrible Experience.

Enjoy my stay.

I stayed in room 407 and recommend the same. Breakfast also exceeded all expectations, from carnitas tacos to chia pudding to a ‘robust’ option for coffee.

Room was clean and spacious.

Location was away from the chaos of the strip. Hotel itself was very nice. In the middle of being upgraded but had no effect on our stay. We benefited from the new changes. Out dog has the best time meeting new people, he loved the room and played, and got the zoomies for the first time in weeks during our travels. This says a lot as dogs are keys to comfort. There was nothing I can say wrong

We loved the newly renovated rooms. They are very stylish and comfortable. The only hiccup is that the TV is not right in front of the bed -minor detail for us. Oh! And I believe that the pots right outside of the main hotel doors are in much needed attention. They were bare and some flower will make a huge difference.

They are under construction currently. The pool and spa are closed until June. But our room was updated beautifully and comfortable. The breakfast was abundant and fresh.

The only downside was so many of the amenities were being renovated. Once those are done this place will be stellar.

This was a great hotel. The complimentary Wednesday night social was great, as was the breakfast. The fact that they get you to and from the airport is a such an added bonus. The rooms were very nice and the beds comfortable. Highly recommend.

This is a decent place to stay. Breakfast was fine, nothing fancy but edible. The mattress in my room wasn't great, but I appreciated the selection of pillows. They are doing a lot of construction and remodeling right now which is very noticeable. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars. Good not great.

The staff at the reception desk and at the cafeteria were very friendly and polite. We truly felt like valued guests. It is our third time staying at this location and we love the newly renovated room! The highlight was that the hotel is pet friendly! We will definitely be staying there again. There was some empty beer bottl and trash around the property.

We were staying in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was beautiful! Very clean, modern and comfortable. We love the little kitchenette! Nothing really.

As always, this is a beautiful place to stay, although the place was under renovation, it was unnoticeable and the property was still in excellent condition!

Nothing. The hotel room was very dirty and unpleasant. There was black mold everywhere in the bathroom, and hair on the towels. The bed linen was dirty, and the mattress definitely needs to be replaced — it was very old and springy. Breakfast was discussing.

We were shocked walking into our room! Bedroom was separate, huge bathroom, normal size fridge, microwave and even a dishwasher and stove. If we are ever in the area we will definitely stay here again! Also we have stayed in many many hotels before and this was the best hotel breakfast we have ever ate

The entire staff is helpful, friendly and professional. Michelle, Carla, Phillip, Savannah, and Daniel were terrific at the front desk, exceeding our expectations. Denise and Kyle were outstanding in the breakfast area. The choice of food, taste, and overall selection was amazing. Housekeeping and maintenance staff handled all our requests. We highly recommend this Homewood Suites location. It is close to shops and outstanding restaurants. The pool and jacuzzi were relaxing. The pool could use some maintenance on the tiles. It was slippery in spots entering and exiting the pool.

Everyone here is so wonderful. Its so close to so many places to eat and shop. Nice gym, pool is quiet and relaxing, but could be cleaner. The service here is definitely 10 stars. I highly recommend

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Many shopping and dining options that are within distance. Although I would not advise during the crazy heat wave we’re experiencing right now. Breakfast had plenty of options. Rooms were a good size and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again if/when I’m in Henderson.

Requested accessible room close to elevator or entrance. Placed at the end of a very long hall, room not handicap accessible. Front desk person neglected to mention there was an entrance and parking closer to room. Found it on our own.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us because the property is very near where we were planning to spend time with family. We hoped to get a small suite so we would have space to babysit the grandkids. They provided breakfast and had some board games to borrow. These were huge for us. Our biggest problems were maintenance issues. We got moved to a different suite because the dishwasher was broken in our original room. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken in the new room also, along with a very noisy refrigerator, clogged sink drain and toilet running through in the bathroom. Maintenance came and fixed the drain but failed to resolve the other issues. Spa pool heater circuit breaker was tripped - reported cold spa to front desk and they sent maintenance to fix it and it started to heat up before we had to leave. The main pool was covered in downed foliage and food wrappers. I skimmed the pool and I watched a few other guests skim it also. The pool filtration system seemed not to be working as filter baskets had no leaves in them. It could have been a great stay if these problems hadn’t happened.

The aircon in the room was great as it was very warm weather outside and I still slept very comfortably. The front desk staff also provided a little bag with water and a snack, which I felt was very thoughtful and useful touch during the stay and especially when arriving late in the evening.There is a free breakfast that is very nice and inclusive of all breakfast requirements. The internet in the hotel was good coverage and speed. I couldn't recommend this hotel more and will definitely consider staying here again when returning to Las Vegas.

I didn't like how expedia didnt post that the pool was under construction. That was a main reason why we booked the hotel. So my kids were very disappointed when we couldn't swim.

My only negative comment would be the artwork on the walls and the drapery needs to be updated as it looks to be from the 1980s (unless that is what you were going for). But that is only a minor thing. Overall, a comfortable room. And a good breakfast menu, too.

Property was mediocre. Reviews say renovated - I guess so but poor quality and marks on walls etc. Room very noisy- refrigerator and air system extremely loud. Breakfast bad quality ingredients (best western better). Stayed there rather than other hotels due to great reviews. Same price as better hotels ($200/night. Wouldn’t recommend.

The afternoon/ evening receptionist was in her own world, was not super friendly, and made us wait both on the phone and in person until she was done doing whatever she was doing.

The homewood suites in henderson is very nice. The place was clean and quiet. Very convenient to shopping and dining(walkable). The breakfast is good, lots of good stuff to eat. The only complaints I have are that the elavators were slow, once i wanted coffee and the Mgr said he would be making more in 30mins. This was after the previous Mgr told me it would always be made and if it wasnt she would make some. That was the only time out of the 4 days that it wasnt made when i wanted it. The other complaint was when i asked for late check out, and was denied. I was staying at hotel for a class held in penthouse that ended at noon and my checkout was for 11am. I will say that some in my class that asked the day before recieved it, so kinda my fault. All in all very nice stay and i would stay again.

I will say that some in my class that asked the day before recieved it, so kinda my fault. All in all very nice stay and i would stay again.

I booked this place for airport shuttle & a hot tub. Shuttle was good use of Lyft, but super disappointed that the hot tub was cold!

The property is nice. But its old. Like the sink is outside the bathroom old. No exhaust. No place to hang clothes. If tou share room you gonna have to take your toiletries inside the bathroom and put them on the toilet tank or floor. For the price i felt it should be moderately newer. Other than that it was good.

It was ok. The only “complaint” we have would be the linens on the bed, the whole bedding!! Oh my gosh! It was like they just grabbed whatever they had and fixed it on top of the bed making it so uncomfortable and not clean!

Even with that, it is very busy with parents and kids every weekend coming into town for their hockey, soccer and football games. Breakfast is always fresh and ready so i will give them credit there.

Beds and pillows were terrible!!! Very loud and uncomfortable beds. Couldn't figure out if it was the mattress or protector. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel though. Bathroom was pretty big. Kind of dated. Could hear dogs barking several times. Pool heater was broken, so couldn't swim.

Also, breakfast is eggs, sausage and some bagels with juices and coffee, don’t expect continental breakfast. Horrible experience

Checkin was easy, the room was easy and comfortable, the bathrooms had the essentials, and charging outlets were accessible.

The bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable. They need to offer more in terms of dining. The morning breakfast is nice however they should offer vending machines instead of having to buy overpriced items at the front desk area. My bathroom sink had to be plunged because the water just would not drain out and the showerhead only had a few Sprayers that worked on it. I think the property is long overdue for some updates.

The only complaints I have are that i was called the day of check in and was told that if i didnt pay the $200 deposit before 4pm they would cancel my reservation. I travel 20-30x per year and have stayed at hundreds of propertys and have never had that happen! The other thing was that housekeeping comes every other day which is fine, but on the day they were scheduled for our room they showed up at 9:40am. We weren't ready yet and were told they were busy and would not come back later.

It was nice, far enough away from the runways, and yet still close enough to the strip.

I would also like to mention that it was almost impossible to call the hotel the day before our arrival; endless button pushing and a final disconnect.

This place is a gem, will stay every time we are in town! Check in was quick and easy, everybody working there are so nice and helpful and professional!!

We were in Vegas for a concert. We stayed 2 nights. Check-in was easy, the breakfast in the morning was good. The room was very nice. The shower/tub faucet leaked a bit but you couldn't hear it in the bedroom. My daughter was able to get her mobility scooter into the room with no problem. The only downside we found was the beds. Hard as a rock. If you like a hard mattress you will be very happy

I was just there for one night, so for the time I was there, it was fantastic.

Staff is nice and the breakfast was signifcantly better and more well stocked than other hotels

Expensive (booked over Labor Day though). Clean spacious rooms. Really good breakfast with lots of options. Would stay here again.

The room was nice, bed was decent just far enough from the strip that the drive isnt bad. Lots of food places around.

One of our beds had no bedding, the bathroom had no towels, and there were homeless people passed out in the parking lot. Competency crisis strikes again.
