Reviews
The hotel has beautiful grounds and a peaceful location, with friendly staff and good food. However, there are frequent issues with hot water, air conditioning, and room cleanliness. Some guests have reported rude staff and problems with amenities such as the pool and spa.

Food was excellent and the restaurant staff was professional and very helpful. The pool closed at 6pm and it would have been nice if it had stayed open till at least 7 or 8 o'clock. The temperature in Las Vegas during summer months is always in the triple digits, cooling off in the pool during evening hours would have been nice .

The duvet had blood on it and instead of a bed skirt they used a ragged white fitted sheet (classless). There were trays along the hallways with leftover food and trash not removed for at least 8 hours. Hallways were not air conditioned so you nearly passed out walking forever from the garage to your room. No hot water in the bathroom sink; to get hot water in the shower and sink, you had to turn on the tub and let it run constantly. Room coffee was horrible and there was trash behind the coffee bar in the room. An alarm on the thermostat kept waking us up at 2-3-4 in the am…useless to try to fall back to sleep. We packed up and left at 5am. We asked for a one night comp…they only comped us a breakfast. It was an unpleasant experience for a Hilton Hotel. Do not recommend!

We got to check-in early but got in someone else's room that was occupied thank goodness they weren't in the room. The immediately got us another room and took off the resort fee. When we got to the room there were stains on the bed skirt and fries left in between the bed and night stand so they didn't vacuum very well. Food was left all day outside the trash can on the ground all day so it looked like no maintenance check around the property. The service at the bar was nice and gave great service. I was highly disappointed for it to be a Hilton hotel and the property did not seem to uphold the standards of a Hilton. Food and drinks were good. But everything was just a disappointment!!!

The resort is very pretty. The lakeside rooms provided a nice view. However, the rooms were not very clean. There was dust on the furniture. The bathroom floor was filthy, especially under the sink counter.

We didn’t stay the night. We left as soon as we got to the room. The facility was old and never kept up with. This was a giant let down for our anniversary trip.

We stayed over Memorial weekend for a baseball tournament. The hotel and location is beautiful. However, the lobby has a bad sewer smell. Our room was a one bedroom suite with view of the lake and felt like it was missing something. No robes or glasses in the bathroom or in the bar area. There were paper Costco cups for the coffee. The hotel needs updating and the more employees. We felt like they were running on a skeleton crew. However, the Medici restaurant for breakfast had great service! I was disappointed in the pool due to not having servers and having to go into a small take out shack and order food and drinks. They were served in take out boxes and all the trash cans in the pool area were overflowing. No what I expected at this hotel.

The resort was nice the location was amazing. Some aspects of the hotel felt dated, there was some deferred maintenance required for the property but overall the site and grounds and location were great. The hotel felt dated. We checked in at night and the hotel had a “scary/haunted” feel to it. I think this could be rectified by adding more brightness to the hotel hallways and elevators.

We planned a pool day on Wednesday however the pool was closed supposedly due to high winds, but it was not very windy at all and the day before was much windier and the pool was open. My guess it was closed due to lack of staffing, I would have preferred a honest reason.

Everything felt well taken care of, from the fresh linens to the quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities were on point, and the overall vibe was clean, safe, and high quality. You can tell they pay attention to detail. What really stood out was the customer service—any request I had was handled quickly and with a positive attitude. That kind of consistency makes a big difference. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to anyone looking for comfort, reliability, and a stress-free stay.
- 4/5
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived at 4 (check in time) our room was not ready, however Jeremy was extremely helpful in getting staff to expedite getting our room ready, but reallythis should have been done already. Hotel is old and can really use some up dates, and could use a good scrubbing. Hallway walls were dirty and need paint and room decor is old. Cleaning staff should clean under beds and behind furniture, areas they definitely don't check. In the halls you can see dirt on light fixtures, walls, and carpet. At one point the hall for our floor smelled like sewage. And maybe add some microwaves to the rooms as well, when traveling with kids as most parents know there is time to warm up some grub. The food served on property was good, did not mind eating at the restaurant or bar, all tasted good. Walking the property by the lake is very nice and relaxing. Overall the stay was not bad, it was very convenient for the event we were they for. I just feel for the price you pay for the stay the property should be in better shape and a lot cleaner.

It is a good location in Lake Las Vegas, with tesla charger in parking lot. Clean room, staff friendly, and breakfast was ok when i use my room credit. i booked a lakeview room but they put me on the southside of lake that's more like looking at the drain as opposed to the actual lake. Furthermore, we are Gold Member, so the view was very disappointing to us.

Location was great. Customer service was lacking in many areas Took much too long to get into a room and no one seemed to care until we spoke with a manager. I tried ordering extra blankets and they made me come down to the front desk to retrieve them, and they said they only had 1 blanket left (hard to believe). The bartenders were great, however.

That said, we would not stay here again or recommend it. The hotel feels extremely outdated and strangely empty. At times I honestly wondered if anyone else was staying there. The worst part by far was the sewage smell in the halls, lobby, and elevators. It was terrible and impossible to ignore. The property is also very confusing to navigate. The whole place had an eerie, lonely vibe. Even the gift shop looked closed because the lights were so dim, with someone just sitting behind the register reading a book. There were also small misses like no glasses in the room and the fridge being unplugged. The setting is beautiful, but the hotel itself felt neglected, creepy, and far too run down for us to ever come back.

After driving all day we get to the hotel late (9 ish pm.) When I went to check in they told me the suite I booked was not available. I told them that didn’t make any sense as I booked AND PAID for my hotel in advance. I was told that their system messed up and that they were at high occupancy and our suite was not available. They told me they could put me in a 2 queen bedroom but I would have to pay more as it was the day of and their rates went up. I said that was unacceptable to 1 be downgraded and 2 pay MORE for a regular room vs the suite. I had to wait 20/30 minutes for the manager to “figure it out.” I used to live in Vegas and when family visited I know the game. Ask for an upgrade when checking in but hotels typically only do this if they have suites available. Either an untrained staff upgraded someone else and booked in an unavailable suite or this hotel is running a racquet by telling people their room is not available and up charging them. Either way I was shocked for this resort to do what they did. The hotel is very nice, beautiful rooms and chandeliers. Food and drinks inside the hotel were really good. Breakfast buffet definitely worth it as they do omelets made to order as well. The grounds are beautiful and very dog friendly. The hotel is situated with shopping and restaurants called The Village. Options were great, salon was very nice also (Pariz). I would recommend.

Valet and bar staff are the heart of the property. Food is always good and easy at the hotel bar which feels like the hub of the property. This hotel was in its hey day in 1996 and shows it. Remnants of the ritz Carlton still shine thru but property is in dire need of a facelift. Hot water in the shower is hit or miss. The staff remain positive, friendly, and professional. I would go back for the service but don’t expect much from rooms.

- 3/5
Pool not open until 4/26 even though it was high 70’s. Sink had toothpaste in it. Dust on bottom shelf in bathroom, no fan available in 5 star hotel, pull out couch was like sleeping on raw springs. The good was the restaurants close by and valet parking attentive
- 5/5
The resort is in a beautiful setting. The price of drinks and food were very reasonable compared to the prices on the strip. The village area also has some good eateries around. Highly recommend if you want to have a change of pace from the heart of Las Vegas.

I stayed one night for business, and was delighted by this beautiful property. Everyone on staff that I encountered were warm and welcoming. My room was clean and I LOVE a separate soaker tub in a hotel bath room. This was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in, and the pillows were heavenly after an incredibly long day. I reserved a lake view king room, and thoroughly enjoyed the view I woke up to. The Village property adjacent was a cool place to walk and had some great food/bar options and salon services if you have a day to spend out there.

I called the front desk in the morning and asked to be moved. I was moved to a similar room in the same area. When I arrived at that room the counter top and floor in front of the TV was full of food crumbs. The room was not checked before the Hotel staff gave me the key and told me it was ready for me. Over all not a good experience.

I arrived around 5:00 for a dance competition and needed to get ready and my room was not ready till I was at dinner. The hotel smelled terrible and was concerned for my health. We had a 30 person dinner reservation at the Italian restaurant and they were so rude and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. I believe the whole resort was under staffed. Coffee took forever, there was one person working the gift shop and Starbucks. Seasons grocery was the same way (although they were very kind) totally under staffed and both places ran out of ingredients. Just seems like the whole property was not prepared for the amount of people that were there.

Hotel has bad smell. We visit because kids dance competition 2/2026 and booked two queen bed room, room is fair clean but hair dry is sticky and dirty. Room door run out battery at second night so need technician change battery. Towel is very firm. Might because it’s a big events they are not prepared good for a lot visitors in same day, pre-order next morning room breakfast delivery but never delivered and phone no one answers. The restaurant offer buffet during weekend but on the day food in tray always gone soon and refill late. So we have to quick step out eat and back for competition. Never consider back again.

My first room smelled like sewage. I was transferred to another room and it smelled like sewage as well. I guess the staff got tired of accommodating me because they tried to downgrade me to another room without a view. They also stated that they couldn’t guarantee that it wouldn’t smell like sewage because they needed to flush their septic system. Walking the hotel you would get random hits of the smell as well. For the price I paid per night I’d definitely avoid ever booking here again. They wouldn’t provide me with a refund the second day of my seven day stay, even though I was unhappy with the smell so I could go to another hotel because I booked on hotels.com. One female even tried to act like she had never heard anyone complain, yet everyone was talking about it.

The hotel was really nice. I’ll be staying again when I return for work. I liked that the Village with more affordable restaurants was practically part of the resort. Only disappointment was that it was such a long walk from parking to the rooms and locating the elevators was tricky. It was easy to get lost down the wrong hallway if you’re not paying attention. WiFi was decent for most needs but struggled with large files.

The property was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The staff was friendly and helpful. The King suite was spacious and clean. The sewage smell throughout the property. Wish they piped in a good smelling scent like the Westin Hotel chain does. It unfortunately needs it! I’m not sure if it’s the lake that the property sits in or that it’s an older property. I would have given it a 10 if it weren’t for the smell.

I liked that the beds were very comfortable and it was a great location for why we were there. I did not like that many of the businesses in the village next-door appeared to be shut down as well as the casino, it seemed like a ghost town. I especially did not enjoy the sulfur smell throughout their property. It was a huge deterrent in us, wanting to stay at the property and spend time at any of the bars or restaurants therefore we ended up going elsewhere. When we ran the showers in our room, the smell really came through the drains. For such a nice Hilton resort, I would expect that smell to have been remedied but per the reviews I found online this has been an ongoing issue for a very long time.

The staff at the facility was very accommodating. They were very unhelpful. They gave me bad information getting to my room. There was no staff to bring up extra towels, so I had to go to the front desk and when I asked for extra towels, I was questioned why I needed them. No ice in the machine machines The shower was not hot water. There was also dried up caulking on the tile in the shower that no one cleaned up and had just dried. When checking in I could not get anyone to help me with luggage or a luggage cart. The kids menu an adult menu food at the lobby. Bar was horrible food that was cold and too crunchy. And since we were here for a convention for dance had asked if we could have at least a 30 minute extra checkout and they said no because they needed the room for other people to check in when the day before we weren’t allowed to even check in until after 4 o’clock due to a room, not being available because of late checkouts. The overall experience was horrible and if I didn’t have a dance competition here I would not have stayed here.

The staff at the facility was very accommodating. They were very unhelpful. They gave me bad information getting to my room. The room was clean and stocked. Unfortunately, during our stay, we replaced right next to the elevators. We had the continuous noise from people walking in and out of the elevators and what not. Aside from that it was a lovely hotel and view.

Elyse at the front desk was fantastic! The breakfast was great with many choices and the hotel spacious and clean. There were not many people there during tge week and the small village next door was mostly empty although there were a couple of nice restaurants open.

Room was amazing!!!! I wouldn't spend the money for the breakfast on weekends it's a buffet that is the same both days... in my opinion go walk to the village for that.... but everything else was exceptional!!! The staff was amazing as well.... the front desk day of check out was a little challenging over the breakfast tickets again wouldn't recommend that and if you pay for valet up front let front desk know that was another challenge at check out... but other than minor things this place is 5 stars!!!

Absolutely loved this hotel! I did not know what to expect when I booked, but I was looking for something a little different than your typical strip/las Vegas resort. This place delivers.. it sits right in the middle of a little community with restaurants and things to do. Easy to walk out to get a bite or a drink. The hotel breakfast and dinner were great.. the staff was excellent. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I’d love to come back.

Someone In the Hotel Called to check how my staying was going, when I mentioned all of this she said she will see what she can do to help but bever heard from her again. So, overall my stay with Hilton wasn't as nice as I expected to be. Kudos to the restaurant staff, they do know about customer service, they were great. I need a refund or a partial refund otherwise I'm canceling charges on the credit card.

The staff “upgraded” our room, which means they gave our 4 person family a room with only 1 bed, instead of the 2 beds we originally booked. The room was also located very far from the lobby, about a 10-15 minute walk which was very inconvenient when traveling with our children. We also found dead ants squished under the glass tops on the bedside tables, and a very concerningly large amount of mouse or rat feces on our balcony. There was no attempt to remove or clean the feces after we mentioned it to the staff. They gave no effort towards any compensation or apology to us. We also found a cockroach in the hallway. When we asked for extra blankets for our kids on the first night, they did not bring them up. It was very late already, and my husband had to go down to the lobby to get the blankets after almost an hour of waiting. We were very displeased with our stay, especially after we got locked out of our room while our children were sleeping inside and the staff did not send anyone to help us into the room until we waited over 45 minutes and had to storm down to the lobby to demand they take action. Will not be staying here again or recommending this hotel to any of my family or friends.

A great contrast from being on Las Vegas trip. If you enjoy quiet and peacefulness, it’s a place for you!
- 1/5
Had gone through a severe flood due to extreme rain. Did not notify us of it. The whole hotel had been flooded and had a extremely terrible odor along with mold and mildew.
- 5/5
The property is beautiful and clean. Dining in the hotel was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay.
- 3/5
Most of the free spa experiences was a sauna. The pool didn't work and only one lane as warm. There was no one there to make sure anyone was okay only the Front Desk person when you enter. If you check in at night, the front desk staff might be hard to reach as most staff go home early.
- 5/5

- 5/5
This was an amazing place to rrelax for a few days. Nice to be off the strip.
- 5/5
Very helpful staff at front desk
- 3/5
The exterior was very nice, pretty and clean. Unfortunately, the shopping/eating area looked like a ghost town because most of the storefronts were vacant so the shopping and food selections were very limited. The fire pit burning at night was beautiful to see. The lake was a great view from our room. I wouldn’t stay here again because of what I mentioned above with the smell and mostly vacant shops.
- 2/5
Our room and bathroom, especially the shower, were not very clean. There were even red stains on the comforter, which was concerning. I expected the property to be much nicer based on the description. In addition, the front desk attendants did not come across as particularly friendly or helpful, which affected our experience. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.
- 5/5

- 3/5
The shower put out cold water and was dripping all night. We were on a business trip and didn’t feel like this was the best choice. We definitely expected more from a Lake Las Vegas property. The carpets were dirty going down the hallways to our room.
- 1/5
The hotel flooded and smelt horrible, there were raccoons that got into the lobby, the bathroom was dirty, the beds are Full beds so extremely small and as hard as a brick. The pool cabanas are filthy and the workers were all unprofessional and rude. The only kind people were the Valet men. We would never stay here again.
- 1/5
Als the staff was rude. We called told told them we were going to be later they said no problem then we showed up amd they already sold our room to someone else. Worst experience Ive been in.

Loved our stay. The air conditioner wasn’t working efficiently, the room was warmer than I like. Had the thermostat set at 49 degrees fahrenheit and still wouldn’t cool the room. Overall great place to stay.

Stay was great. Several family members stayed in various rooms. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and dinner at the Mexican restaurant on the grounds.

Very dated throughout prioerty
- 5/5
The property was beautiful. Staff was professional and personable. Was disappointed with the lack of restaurants and shops in the immediate area. I would recommend this location.

Everyone was friendly an professional! We really enjoy the swimming pool Thank you for the safeguards on site all day long!!! Restaurant service an quality was a cherry on top! Definitely we're coming back.

- 5/5
Really have to give a shout out to Expedia here for the ease of last minute reservations - I had to reserve a room for my son who was headed out on a road trip and didn't want to stay downtown - this was a great mini getaway for him - relaxing, yet walkable to restaurants and quiet with a great clean room and wonderful staff
- 5/5
Honestly, two out of three rooms I was in and out of had facilities issues. My bridesmaids room had the handle of the shower fall off while I was showering! The king suite had towel holders falling off the wall and had gross build up on the shower head and all drains. We didn’t take a bath because we weren’t sure if the bath was even clean because of the staining on the drain. The lobby smelt weird and it literally took 15 minutes from the car to the room. Liked the location outside but not nearly enough things open. Bunnies outside was definitely a plus. The staff was nice and the little snack we got after we got married was very nice!
- 4/5
This is an awesome hotel. Unfortunately, it's really only happening on the weekends. During the week, it's dead as a door nail. We had fun though.
- 4/5
If you’re looking to be in the middle of nowhere, this is a place for you.
- 5/5
I've stayed many times, business and pleasure. Always accommodating, the staff is superb. The landscape is well done. And, the restaurants in the courtyard have always been perfect, a great selection of ethnic styles: French, Italian, and Mexican.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel and location. Several fantastic restaurants just a few minutes walk. Huge pool and well-equipped fitness center.
- 2/5
I changed my room 3 times, I asked for two glass of wine (empty) and the server said that next time I have to pay for it,we usually visited this hotel for our wedding anniversary, never again.
- 4/5
Very quiet area.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel!!
- 2/5
Found bugs in the room. Stains on the bed. Hair all over the floor and clearly not vacuumed as crumbs from previous guests found along with many balls of hair. Staff lied to me when we requested another room saying none were available. Confirmed through booking’s website that was a lie. They offered to clean the room and when we specifically asked them to fully change the sheets even leaving the stain exposed they did nothing and just put the sheet back down. Room smelled of raw sewage along with most of the resort.
- 1/5
The hotel smelled so badly of sewage we could not stay. We had to leave and find accommodations elsewhere. The smell was so bad it even was in the rooms.
- 5/5
This stay was amazing aside from the heat being blasted in the halls
- 5/5
The property is beautiful! My room was a king suite with a view of the lake. The accommodations were great. Saturday nights are alive with good places to eat, lots of fun people, and great music! I’m coming back to Lake Las Vegas!
- 3/5
The pool was wonderful. It does close at 6pm, which is a bummer because the hot tub is in that area. Grill at the pool is expensive.
- 3/5
The unexpected 100$ that was charge in my card and also no tub just a walk inn shower .no elevators working on parking garage i have bad kness front desk wouldnt answer calls
- 3/5
It felt like the property was understaffed.wait times for service was long. The food was good at the restaurants but prices were high
- 3/5
Did not have a room available for over 3 hours after check in, said they would call when it was ready but that didn’t happen. I had to go to the desk again for them to find one. Coffee maker in the room, but no coffee cups. Used plates and a glass left in front of our door when we finally got our room.
- 3/5
Hotel lobby smelled like sewage. My room wasn’t ready until 6pm. Reserved a lake view room and got a courtyard view. Fire alarm went off at 4 am.
- 4/5
The view from my room was mesmerizing. The lake was beautiful. The room itself was nice. We loved the bathroom. What we didn't love is the restaurants. No one was present to seat us at the Medici Cafe. So we left. The Firenze, we had to ask the bartender if it was self-seating, because we were standing around and no one asked if we needed help. The food at the Firenze was delicious and our waitress Christine was the only waitress working. The gift shop was the same. It had a Starbucks, so of course it had clients. There was only one clerk working as a barista and the clerk. It was sad. We think overall the hotel was nice, but it is not managed to it's full potential. I also want to mention that there were kids running around and pestering the bartender. He had to tell them to get away from the bar. They then preceding to sit at the restaurant tables and were play fighting and being loud. It made for a poor experience.
- 4/5
Room was nice. Parking was a challenge at first. No one mentioned the village amenities.
- 2/5
Stayed there for 4 nights. The AC gave us trouble the entire stay. Pool closes at 6. Make you pay for valet however they leave at 7. Makes no sense. Pillows had a very weird smell. Moldy smell when you walk in. Doesn’t even feel like the AC is on when you enter the hotel.
- 5/5
Not my first time here! Oversized rooms, clean, reasonable prices. I go boating - just a short drive to Lake Mead.
- 4/5
- 3/5
It was very nice but not much to do around lake Las Vegas unless you want to spend a lot of money
- 3/5
The area around the property is very pretty, I liked the garden, the fire pit, and the pool. I also liked that the village is right nearby so we were in walking distance to all the Fourth of July activities and a bunch of restaurants. However, the property is in deep need of a renovation. The entire hotel smells like stagnant lake water, especially in the lobby. The AC does not circulate very well. The lobby is quite warm while the corners of the hotel are cold. Our room wasn’t what we expected for a Hilton. The furniture is very dated. The sink had a pile of dirt sitting in it. The cups near the coffee maker had clearly already been used. The room was advertised as being near the garden but the side door actually led to a pet relief area. Pretty disappointing. I was also underwhelmed with the spa amenities. There are no co-ed spaces so my boyfriend and I ended up not even using the sauna. The staff however was very pleasant and responded promptly to our requests. We chose to focus on the good aspects of the property, but we are likely not going to stay here again.
- 1/5
We booked at the Hilton because of the amenities it has advertised: inflatable water obstacle course, paddle boarding, etc. they do not offer the inflatable course due to the community complaining about the traffic. Pool was closed on the first night and closed at 6pm on our last night.
- 3/5
Stayed on July 4th weekend. Parking was a total mess since the fireworks lake show was scheduled later that night. Parking structure was full of attendees leaving no available parkingfor hotel guests. Rooms are old and smell like it. Far from pretty much everything. Some stores and a small grocery store on premises. No ice machines worked I checked 3 different levels. Starbucks there opens late. Found stain on pillow cases and hair in bathtub. Found a dead bug near the bed. For the price I paid each night, I'm disappointed.
- 3/5
Booked for 4th of July. Reserved a lake view and we were downgraded. Room had view of dog relief area / courtyard which was disappointing. Hotel removed resort fee to compensate. Rooms desperately need to be upgraded , rest of property is beautiful. Room furniture and decor is beyond outdated. There was also a used bar of soap in our shower. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to the restaurants and water sports which is great. Hilton please give this one an upgrade.
- 2/5
I reserved a room lake property, I was put in a room that overlooked a pond, which the hotel considered the lake side view. Horrible advertising. Walked up to the room and noticed everything is so outdated. Room was hot and took hours to cool down. At check in, I asked if we may choose a different room and was cut off mid sentence by check in staff that they are not moving rooms today and there’s nothing they can do about. Will not be going back to this property.
- 3/5
The staff are always so kind & accommodating, I will say the pool area is not quite as well kept as the hotel. The cabanas were hot and not well appointed. Our ceiling fan did not work and the mini fridge was broken. We also had the misfortune of having a young guest get sick in the VERY “kid friendly” pool and we couldn’t go back into the water for over an hour. So we opted to head to sunset station for movies & bowling. Still a fun day!!?
- 3/5
The property grounds are very beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was an odor on our side of the building that was unpleasant. The pool hours were very restrictive, and for someone staying one night, we had the pool accessible to us for only 3 hours in total. I would like to see that change. Especially because we paid a resort fee and we barely got to use the facilities at all because they weren't open.
- 5/5
Took my fiancé for Father’s Day for a quick get away. It was amazing. Will definitely go back when it cools down
- 5/5
It was a wonderful stay. Everyone was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and luxurious.
- 5/5
The property was safe, spacious, and convenient to shops/dining in the village area.
- 5/5
What I didnt like or agree with was having to pay for valet plus resort fee. That is jist ridiculous. If i have to pay a resort fee vallet should be waived.
- 2/5
Run down nothing works pool limited hours
- 5/5
Quite and Spacious Room. Exceptional Customer Service.
- 4/5
The hotel itself was beautiful. The room we had was clean and much bigger than I expected. The air conditioning was not working properly and areas within the hotel were hot, including my room. The front desk had the engineer check our air conditioning and did place a gan in the room. There was one disappointment I had was that the pool closed at 6pm. It is 100 degrees out and you cant use the pool.past 6pm. Wish it stayed open much longer.
- 4/5
The Hotel is convenient to The Village but it is not well maintained. The spa offered a great massage but the facility is not comfortable and not maintained.
- 3/5
The surrounding area is beautiful and the overall look is magnificent. The people working at the hotel are very kind. But there hotel is wearing quite a bit. They didn’t provide turnover service without request and they were bugs all over our coffee table. When we asked for assistance, all they did was Spray down the table and the floor, they didn’t even wipe it up. Overall, the experience was a little less than expected as I’ve stayed there before, and it was nicer then.
- 4/5
A particular highlight was the excellent shower pressure. It's become increasingly common to find hotel showers with little more than a trickle, so the strong, invigorating water flow at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas was a welcome change and truly appreciated. The only minor drawback we encountered was a sewer-like smell in the lobby hallway. We weren't sure what was causing it, but it was noticeable in that specific area. Overall, despite the slight issue with the hallway odor, our stay was very positive. We would certainly consider returning for another relaxing getaway.
- 5/5
Nice and clean property
- 3/5
However, I encountered an unpleasant odor when entering the building from the parking garage, reminiscent of sewage. It seemed to be masked by a sweet air freshener, but the combination was less than pleasant. The rooms were generally clean and tidy, though they felt somewhat outdated. I appreciated the stunning views and enjoyed the vintage ambiance, but the furniture and linens could use some upgrades for added comfort. My bed felt a bit stiff, and the outlets near the bed were not easily accessible. Additionally, the lamp on the table flickered whenever something was placed on the side table, and I noticed a constant drip from the bathtub. On a positive note, I spent a lovely time at the beautiful pool, although I was surprised to find that it was only 3.5 feet deep. While this wasn't a major issue, it was unexpected. Overall, my stay was decent, but I’m uncertain if I would choose to return to this property in the future.
- 4/5
They didn't have our room, but they upgraded to a suite, which made up for any inconvenience. The weekend breakfast buffet was great.

I LOVE THIS PROPERTY BECAUSE IT IS AWAY FROM THE STRIP & BRINGS A PEACE OF MIND. WHAT I DON'T LIKE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY IS THAT IT'S LIMITED WITH IT'S AMENITIES & STORES CLOSE EARLY. COME ON NOW THIS IS LAS VEGAS AND PEOPLE ARE HERE WITH THEIR FAMILIES. IF YOU STAY OPEN PEOPLE WILL MOST LIKELY COME 💯
- 5/5
Resort amenities were amazing and staff were friendly and great. The location was perfect being away from the city. We will come back again.
- 4/5
The property is old and dated, no attempt at trying to keep it relevant… there is no effort at all.
- 3/5
The room looked beautiful and it was pretty clean. However, getting to it was neverending due to every winding hallway. I thought we might need our GPS. There is not a direct route into or around the hotel. Beginning from the parking garage to the room on floor 6. We appreciated the free bottles of water, but never did find an ice machine. The bed wasn't hard, but it wasn't soft either. Only one side of the bed had an outlet for charging your phone. Many knobs we're missing from cabinets and drawers. The AC was iffy. We set it for 68 and it never got there. With 105 outside, 72 in the room still felt hot. One of the sinks didn't drain properly. The shower never fully got warm. It took forever to go from very cold to just colder than lukewarm. Hubby said when he showered it became just a bit more than lukewarm. Another surprise was the $38.50 "resort fee". I'm still not sure what that fee went to. Maybe my water wasn't free after all.

- 1/5
Poor service. Pool managers were mean. That place smells like sewer.

All good
- 5/5
The hotel is very beautiful, especially with the view of the lake, but the smell of the lake was emanatng in the lobby. Also, we booked a stay which was to have breakfast. The front desk told us the booking didn't go with a breakfast.
- 3/5
It is a beautiful property, the little mini town was fun, good restaurants and bars, the staff was great however, the AC wasn’t working when we got there, the pool closes very early, and the hot tub was under construction. Not very sound proof either unfortch and our neighbors were thoughtful enough to allow us into their concert nightly. Just needs some good maintenance down there but we did enjoy our stay over all.
- 1/5
Upon entering the Lobby is was extremely hot and when asked about the air conditioner, we were given several different stories. The room had no good air conditioning. The hotel was not clean. The bed had dirty linen. We have stayed here several times and it has become run down .
- 2/5
They could do so much more to improve the interior and surrounding amenities. It looks like whomever owns/manages this hotel don't care about the upkeep. Looks like there have been zero upkeep since it was built. The elevator in the parking lot is in a horrible state. Disgusting and falling apart
- 4/5
The rooms are a little outdated but the property is nice!
