Upon arrival the staff was nice and helpful. Hotel was ok. You get what you pay for.

Well, the reviews I read prior to booking were pretty spot on. The staff was incredibily pleasant and helpful! Check-in process was easy. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel breakfast, so it was ok. On the other hand, the property is VERY dated. The hallway carpets are disgusting! They haven't been shampooed in years. Carpet in the rooms is also not very clean. Air conditioner worked well but had a terrible smell. They painted a lot of the doors and handrailing with brown paint which is peeling something awful and looks terrible! Over all it wasn't a terrible stay but I probably wouldn't book there again.

I loved the location... you could walk to a few restaurants nearby. Minimart/groc/gas across the parking lot. Movie theater 5 min away. Las Vegas strip only 20 min away! The breakfast pretty good. My little kitchenette saved me so much money by not having to eat out often!!! Highly recommend it!!

It was everything I wanted an inexpensive motel to be. Thebreakfast buffet was quite good (though i prefer sausage to bacon crisps). I like that the motel is in walking distance of small grocery mart.

The beds were tidy, water pressure was good. However, there was a big trash bin in the hallway that was left there full and smelly. The floors in the hallway were filthy. The hallway smelled like smoke eventhough you sign something sayno smoking. The towels didn't smell fresh. There was a floss pick in the a/c. The TV had no signal so I had to use my phone. This place needs an overhaul. The person (Hudson) at the counter was friendly.

Had to change rooms twice. I had added a night prior and told it would be the room with kitchen for all 3 nights, but gave us smaller room. Moved us. Then toilet was running if lever not pushed up after flushing. Child used toilet and it blocked for few minutes and then cleared but water running continuously caused overflow and flooded bathroom and entrance. No maintenance available so moved to a room with no kitchen.

Hotel is not clean! Toilet in room did not always flush. I chose to not let my Son swim because the pool did not appear to be maintained or kept the cleanest. Our feet were black from walking barefoot in our room! The shower and tub were rusted, the shower continuously dripped, the floor in the bathroom was not clean! Definitely will not stay there again!

Where do I start, our bed linens were stained. Carpets all over the hotel was dirty and paint was chipped of doors and walls. Our shower tub was clogged, and the tub felt so unstable and creaky every move made a loud noise. It almost felt as though the floor was going to give out below me. The pillows were not firm at all, it felt like a bunch of cotton balls inside a pillow case. There were blood stains on the ironing board. I will never stay here again.

Good experience overall. Besides the property itself just being older, it was clean, nice pillows, good breakfast and very nice staff. One thing to note, I left a bag in my room when we checked out and the cleaning staff had turned it in to the lost & found when I went back to look for it the next day. That kind of thing goes a long way for me, restores faith in humanity!

Upon check in the lobby looked nice and the staff was pleasant. Once we got to our room and opened the door there was a weird smell in the room. My boyfriend make a cup of coffee in the room and the coffee pot smelled like it was on fire. The coffee and tea tasted burnt. On our way out that night we stopped by the front desk to ask for a different coffee pot. The gentleman behind the desk replied he couldn't do anything about it until morning when housekeeping came in. No one ever brought another coffee pot to our room. We found the foul smell it was coming from the refrigerator. We also witnessed a drug deal go down out of our window in the back of the hotel. When we woke up on Sunday morning the TV wasn't working. I went down to the front desk to ask if anyone could assist. Her response was it is 7 am on a Sunday morning and I am the only one here and CAN NOT help you. Needless to say we checked out early because we didn't want to stare at a blank TV until checkout. The best thing about this hotel was the indoor pool and jacuzzi. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone! I have never stayed at a hotel where they don't have on site maintenance.

Room had a definite musty smell the entire time especially when you walked in the front door. The bathtub faucet was corroded with visible loose piece of crumbling faucet spout. It would not stop seriously dripping after use and shut off tightly. Dripped for the 2 nights and days we were there. Front desk offered to let us change rooms. We declined because it was a short visit and would be gone during the days. I told clerk about crumbling spout she said some had been replaced and some had yet to be replaced. Someone definitely need to check plumbing in room 323.

They offered a plunger, but since we were planning on having breakfast and leaving we just decided to use the lobby restrooms instead. Will never stay here again. Room was dirty. Toilet stopped up and was never fixed during my stay. Only positive was the sweet lady working the front desk in the mornings.

Waffles were good. Room had crumbs on floor from previous guests, smelled funny and the night front desk staff had the tv in the volume on the tv turned up that you could hear it in the room. I was on the 2nd floor above the front desk.

Pool is open limited hours. Breakfast was nearly empty an hour before closing and took 20 minutes to get more.

Strong cigarette smell made me nauseous. There was blood stains in our carpet too.

Parking was easy. Room was comfortable and the maid service was great. Key card stopped working after one day. I enjoyed the kitchen, especially the large fridge.

Ils te donnent un numéro de mobile sur lequel envoyer des sms en cas de pépin et sont très réactifs aux messages. Le parking est gratuit, proche des chambres … très pratique lorsque l’on a beaucoup de bagages. L’appartement est très spacieux et propre … On reviendra c’est sûr ! 😉

The only reason we stayed was because it was 1am and we had been driving for 5 hours. The beds were clean and comfy so we decided to stay. We decided not to try the breakfast due to the cockroach issue. The staff was super nice and accommodating. But the property just didn't meet my expected standards of a Wyndham property.

The carpets in the hallways and stairwell were filthy. The stairwell carpets obviously had not been vacuumed, EVER. The hallway carpet, at least on the 2nd floor, was stained and disgusting. Why they don't take a carpet cleaner over it.I don't know.

Nice place to stay for a couple of nights if you don’t need a lot of amenities. A clean place to sleep after a long day of work.

The room and the bed were adequate. It is an older property but generally well maintained. The carpet on my room was filthy, however. I washed dirty of my feet with each shower. It needs more than a vacuuming. It needs a shampooing to get that much dirty out. The pool is indoor. So, don't expect to get a Las Vegas tan. The hot tub was clean, warm, and the jets operated.

Booked an hotel with pool, but the first day it was not in service, second day when I complained, they opened after 3pm, it was horrible, no AC, everywhere i looked there was tart, the ceiling was about to collapse, didn’t feel safe, the hot tub didn’t had the level of water it supposed to have, and the pool was nasty, i couldn’t even see my feet under the water, but they all smell very strong like bleach, there was only 3 towel for all the ppl that were there, we were like 11 at the moment. 6. Breakfast: worst coffee. The waffle mixed was empty by 8am. There were 4 2-person tables and one large table maybe to hold like 10 more ppl for the whole hotel for breakfast, and the hotel was fully booked, we have to sat on the couches. The juice dispenser wasn’t working properly, or either it gave us too much concentrated juice or mostly water. Im pretty sure i wont come back. I liked the location though because it is very close to the soccer fields, but the pictures the hotel management put on the website were lies.

Aside from the thin walls and getting woke up from the man next door talking loudly on his phone, it was a good stay with my 7yr old. Breakfast item foods were available even near closing time. Only fruit choices were apples and oranges, we’ll bring some fruit options next time. We enjoyed the waffles and other breakfast items. The pool was nice and the staff pleasant.

It’s not so much that we didn’t like anything about the property cause everything was great, the only thing I will say is the elevator was a little iffy. Staff was nice and understanding but, had to ask for a refund because when we checked into the room it reeked of cigarettes in a non smoking property, the bath tub was leaking, the bed was made but sheets were dirty, the tub had hair in it, and all the carpet is old and looks very dirty.

It was clean and close to home plus it had a reasonable price I was accused of smoking in the room but never did smoke in there and my husband was sleep since we had got back… they took my deposit and kept my money for the second night I don’t appreciate been actor something I know I didn’t do…

The bathtub was not properly installed and when stepping in and around on it, the bottom makes a very load creaking noise, and it you can feel the air pockets. The flooring in the bathroom has creaking points and the floor bends when stepping in those places. There are chunks of wall and paint missing throughout the front area of the room. The TV stand is being balanced with beer bottle caps. The ceiling trim has come apart in sections and is hanging.

Carpet was dirty and had an odd smell. There was no power to bed headboard (bed lamps, alarm clock, etc). Was told no maintenance available and no extension cord around. I had to climb under the bed (I am 83) to locate an outlet to plug in the multiple outlet strip to solve the problem. The back door mechanism didn't work with room keys. Long walk around to the main entrance. Also, there was a strong smell of marijuana being used in various locations including the back door area.

It would be more sensible to provide a separate room on another floor to isolate the dogs rather than randomly assigning a room and disturbing guests who came here to rest. The staff are indifferent, and the manager isn't addressing our requests.

I always wash things immediately upon returning from any overnight stay, and keep textiles seperate until they've all been laundered in hot water and dried on hot heat. Though I checked the hotel beds for signs of an infestation and did not see any signs, I failed to check a chair in the room. My son's blanket was on that chair. After we got home I washed it. The dryer was still going so I layed it on our stair banister. I found a bug on the blanket a few hours later. I put the bug in a jar and am waiting for it to die so I can get a positive ID on. I don't think it is the kind of bug picked up at hotels...but the back of my mind is still worried it is, and I fear an outbreak. It may just be a mountain beetle from camping. Stress! I won't stay here again.

I always wash things immediately upon returning from any overnight stay, and keep textiles seperate until they've all been laundered in hot water and dried on hot heat. Though I checked the hotel beds for signs of an infestation and did not see any signs, I failed to check a chair in the room. My son's blanket was on that chair. After we got home I washed it. The dryer was still going so I layed it on our stair banister. I found a bug on the blanket a few hours later. I put the bug in a jar and am waiting for it to die so I can get a positive ID on. I don't think it is the kind of bug picked up at hotels...but the back of my mind is still worried it is, and I fear an outbreak. It may just be a mountain beetle from camping. Stress! I won't stay here again.

There were cracks around them and many of the wires are bent and connected to power extensions. It was very unsafe. The elevator needs to be serviced as well. It worked, but it sounded and felt like it was on its last gear. Breakfast went alright, but a main issue was the wait time for the waffle machine. There was only one. Another one should be installed. The restocking of the breakfast was also slow. I had to sit and wait to actually be able to get something to eat. Only positives were that the beds and room were moderately clean. Housekeeping was very nice and did their routine checkups every morning. For the receptionists, the ladies were very nice. The one man I came across was very blunt and not eager to help in his tone and gestures. I will not be coming back.

Staff was courteous upon arrival and when checking out. The room was clean, but overall everything was just older. We could hear everything that happened above us and in the hall all night long- which meant poor sleep for everyone. Served the purpose for an overnight before a flight, but anything more would have been uncomfortable.

The room was spacious and clean. Check-in and check-out was easy. However, it does not look good to have an open trash cart in the hallway.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful for the duration of my stay. The amenities were great, I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I felt comfortable coming back to a clean room, made it really feel like a home away from home.

Room door was open upon my arrival. Walls are super thin. Cars parked everywhere including the no parkong zones leading up to the door. Breakfast ended early. Room smelled of smoke.

The room was musty and smelly. The continental breakfast wasn’t enough food. The bath tub had a water leak. It was mentioned to the lady. The price was not worth it.

The staff was great. Polite and courteous. Unfortunately the building is old and feels run downed. The single elevator complained about doing its job (literal shaking and creaking) Our room was dark with small light sources. Our shower and tub creaked worse than a horror movie door, per step. I felt really bad for anyone sleeping next to us or under us. It's not bad, but not what I expect from a Wyndham hotels that I have visited

Terribly disappointed upon arrival. No parking, roads all torn up, common areas were filthy dirty. Room had broken heater, leaking toilet and drawers that would not stay closed. We stayed only because we arrived after midnight and were exchausted from a 11 hour drive. Told them at check in we would cancel the other two nights. Grateful for a new hotel that was willing to let us check in eary and was exceptional!

The sheets were clean and the room smelled like bleach; the bathroom appeared clean. But the carpets throughout the hotel were dirty and stained and did not appear to be vacuumed. When we left our room about 11 am on our first morning there, housekeeping was cleaning the room next to ours; we let her know we were leaving and would like our room cleaned. When we returned 22 hours later it was not cleaned .the breakfast is very limited and disappo in ring.

The beds are rock hard, the pillows are rock hard, you can hear everything in the rooms above and next to you. I never leave reviews but this was the worst sleep in a hotel we have ever had.

Never can find a bell hop Dude at front desk was a jerk! THE ROOM!!!! Omg. We stayed 5 hours and decided to pack and dip. Absolutely disgusting!!! Chairs were stained. Lint under the pillow case. Fridge had punch marks in it. Like someone took a hammer to it. Dishwasher was missing the bottom piece. Someone spit in the shower. Everything was a no. IT SMELLED LIKE A PETTING ZOO. I’m from out of town and stayed at this hotel for a football tournament. Upon getting checked in, the lady was very nice and helpful. Went up to our room to get settled in all to have a leaky roof and a wet bed. Went back downstairs and again, lady was super helpful and got us moved asap! The next room we got, the tv was broken as well as the dresser. Went back down stairs and unfortunately there were no rooms available so she assured us she would send maintenance up to fix the things. We left for dinner and came back, tv still not working but we were so exhausted we just went to sleep. In the middle of the night I get up a lot to use the restroom because I’m pregnant and hit my leg twice on the broken dressed due to the drawers not staying in place. First thing in the morning, I speak to the lady at the front desk who lets us know the supervisor will be in at 8a. We left for the tournament came back around 11a, asked to speak with the supervisor and the lady at the front desk was unhelpful and rude! She stated “the supervisor is busy dealing with a big group” so I responded “ well what about the customers who are here now”. She proceeded to say “I have two options, get a refund for one night and leave or switch rooms” she couldn’t do both apparently. I asked to speak to the supervisor again when she stated “ she’s just going to tell you the same things I did, VERY RUDE” there is not enough space to review the whole encounter but it was not pleasant. GM was also unhelpful.

Opened the room and first was the smell what hit my nose! Weed smell all over the room,lights came on and i was shocked, the room didn't look anything like the pictures! Dirty,bloody stains on the carpet, dirty pillow cases,microwave almost felt on me when i opened it,broken tiles in the bathroom, and it just goes on and on and on! We were on the road for 14 hours and had no more energy to relocate and change hotels. We checked for bed bugs and when we didn't see any we decided to stay but that wasn't the end of it,the room across the hallway was so loud having a party or something we couldn't sleep, there was a guy sitting front of our room on the floor with his phone plugged to the wall arguing with someone for at least 2 hours then finally i got mad went outside to tell him to move somewhere else because we couldn't sleep! Ugh! Also rooms had broken front doors like someone kicked it in,the chairs in the room were so dirty i didn't even wanna sit down and we didn't even take a shower, just nasty nasty place! You need more extensive breakfast options. There was a strange smell in the elevator and stairways. Smell like rotten fish. The gym is paltry. Not enough equipment and the equipment, especially the Eliptical, was not working. The actual room was spacious and clean so that was positive.

Rooms are large and comfortable, however I was on the third floor and had really horrible Wi-Fi reception and the cable TV reception was so spotty that you couldn’t really watch TV

Staffs are friendly, our room is clean and spacious with everything we needed were there. The bathtub needs some attention because when you step on it, it makes squeaky noises. Also, on the 3rd floor there was a very strong food smell on the entire hallway. The carpet also needs attention. But overall, we had a good night sleep and good breakfast too. I still recommend this place but just wanted to bring to management’s attention the squeeky bathtub, the smell on the hallway, and the carpet needs some cleaning.

Room was spacious, we stayed for 3 nights and asked for our room to be cleaned twice but it was never done. The staff mopped common areas where extra restroom/ice machine was in odd daytime hours which shut that area down. Homeless sleeping near property between hotel and casino out back. Breakfast was good. Hallways smelled like elmers glue for some reason.

The next day, I was told by the GM Lena that the room was given to another customer and that the accessible Double Queen & Kitchen room I was given is all they had. I shouldn't have to explain why I was expecting more than an apology but here it goes... I was traveling with my accessiblity needs husband on my birthday 9/11 to go to the Canelo vs. Crawford fight. I would've canceled the reservation and went to another hotel but most was sold out due to the fight. Did not need or want 2 beds. Inconvenienced & disappointed. Awaiting response from corporate.

Great location for a stay near family, convenient to a ton of places in Henderson. The place definitely needs some TLC/refresh though. The staff was really nice, check in and check out were super smooth.

The bathroom tub Crete the carpets were disgusting. My room carpets were ripped for it was sticky light fixtures missing plugs, not working dresser door kept opening. Seems like the floor isn’t even you see water damage all over the room. The remote was sticky not gonna go stay in this place again. They needed a whole new remodel.

It is an older hotel but everyone from the receptionist to the cleaning staff were incredibly nice and helpful.

It was a perfect get away from life. Friendly staff and people. Very clean and quiet. They have a wonderful breakfast between 6:30am-10am so you dont have to spend any money on going to like ihop or something because they have a pretty good variety. It is a great location you have bars , restaurants, stores, fast food, smoke shops, and convenient stores within walking distance. They also have a little store in their lobby with snacks cheaper then the gas station. All around it was a great experience and worth the money. Thank you we will be back.

Key cards consistently did not work, had to return to the front desk at least three times to get new cards issued. The hallway stunk. Idk what caused the odor. The side door only works as an exit, not an entrance causing additional inconvenience. Apparently caffeinated coffee is impossible to get/find even after 2 requests.

Hotel is in desperate need of deep cleaning and repairs. Front desk was great but other than that, it was terrible. Garbage bags left in the halls, walls repaired but not painted. Won’t stay there again.

Looks like building and rooms could use a little TLC and updating. The tile in our bathroom floor was broken and room had a weird smell. The mattresses could also use an upgrade.

Room had a somewhat unpleasant smell like not sanitized or deodorized. Could be because of hotter weather as i'm visiting from cooler Pacific Northwest. But overall a pleasant stay.

My stay was great

It worked very well for us, since it was quite close to relatives and friends we were visiting in Henderson, NV.

The only little thing is that they didn´t do the beds in all our stay so that´s was uncomfortable for us as when you arrive tired from all the sightseen of the day and the adventures we arrived to the bedroom to find out the beds were still messy, and for us that is an important thing, but other than that everything great.

The staff is always so kind and helpful. We have stayed here several times and they seriously are very friendly and find solutions to any problem. I once forgot some cash, and it wasn’t a small amount, and they held it for me until I went to pick it up. They were so friendly and willing to assist, it gave me so much peace of mind that my money was safe. It was like leaving it at a friend’s house. Thank you to the staff that helped me!

This property isn’t terrible, it’s just in an undesirable area, not a bad neighborhood, just could be better, especially for $300 plus dollars for 2 night..Hotel was clean.. My biggest issue, while getting coffee to take to me room, one of the employees told me, rather stearnly was to take the smal creamers not the little bottle, as there not for coffee..To which I said, I took it so I could have multiple cups of coffee in my room & not have all those little creamers, ultimately I told her at $185.00 a night I’m taking that 4oz bottle & have more then paid for it as a guest, rude..

The rooms are dingy and somewhat dirty. We had to switch the first room because nothing worked (lights, tv, phone). The breakfast is lacking even for a simple hotel. My credit card got hacked and I think it is related to me booking this hotel (no proof though). The only positive for us was the location.

This location was perfect for me, it’s away from all the chaos but an easy drive right to the strip. Just needs a little makeover! :-) I will definitely book again

It was ok. Good place to sleep. But that’s about it. The maid service never came because it took them all day to get to our room. By the time they reached us, we were back from where we went during the day. Also, the batteries in the remote to operate the tv were dead & there was no way to turn the tv on without it. I mentioned something about it when it was first discovered, but, they were never replaced. Room was clean otherwise.

The overall hotel and our room were both very clean. We had all the amenities we were promised. It was a very quiet atmosphere.
