Water stopped working around 3am. We couldn’t shower brush our teeth flush the toilet etc. Asked for bottles of water so we could clean ourselves up and they wanted us to pay for the water. NO Water for 4 hours and we have to buy water.

Cafeteria breakfast are good. Rooms are clean w/sufficient towels provided. Downside the sink isn’t draining very well…

the area. We also absolutely love the fake grass for the dogs to use the bathroom. As someone whose dog does not go to the bathroom on anything except grass - it’s hard to find a place to go all the time so we appreciate that a lot!

Everyone and thing at this hotel was wonderful. The staff the breakfast and the pool were wonderful. The only thing I wish was that the beds be a bit more comfortable

Conveniently located in Henderson, the property is close to South Pointe and many great restaurants. It was fairly quiet and had good room amenities. My only issue was with one of the breakfast attendants. I had asked if they had potatoes and she said she didn't understand me so I tried to ask in my limited Spanish but she still acted like she was bothered, brushed me off, and said she didn't understand. The next morning I saw her chatting gleefully with another customer who was speaking Spanish to her.

The morning kitchen breakfast ladies were amazing and friendly and always smiling Eva and I don’t remember the other lady’s name. Oatmeal was hot. Hot items were hot. Area was always clean. Thank you. And Rosario kept our room spotless

The Hampton Inn is in a convenient area. It is pet friendly, which is appreciated. All of the staff members are friendly and helpful. The rooms are so nice size and nicely appointed. I've stayed there twice in this past year and have enjoyed my stays

Usually Hampton Is a safe bet but this one breaks all the rules. Dirty, smells bad, broken down amenities (blinds), doors that won’t open. One of the most unfriendly for wheelchairs I’ve ever stayed in.

I paid for the 2 Queen size bedroom, for a party of 4, but when I got there I got the studio room. They couldn't switch my room because they were sold out.

The hotel is well located for travelers flying into Las Vegas and heading onward to nearby national parks, but it’s not the best choice for exploring the city, as it’s quite far from the center. On the positive side, the surroundings are peaceful. The breakfast is very good by American standards, offering a satisfying start to the day. However, the room cleanliness was disappointing. There were visible traces left behind by previous guests, with trash found in multiple areas of the room, which significantly impacted the overall experience.

Initially we arrived at the wrong hotel and the staff was helpful in directing us to the correct location. However it was way off our beaten path so it was frustrating and the delay was unfortunate. However that is on us. The staff were very helpful and gave us a more convenient room. Few choices for dining within walking distance.

Lovely property. The staff was fast and friendly. Our room was wonderful and clean. Had a microwave and a little fridge. This property is close to several restaurants and stores that are easy to get to. Starbucks is located in the same parking lot as the hotel. Great place to stay if you want to go enjoy Vegas but don't want the stress of staying on The Strip. There are 2 very cute little grass areas that our 4-legged baby got to enjoy. The only problem we had was a very noisy neighbor. There was music pounding and loud talking from around 130 am till 5 am. Although there were several complaints made and the staff did try to calm the guest down, this would only last for a little while, and then the guest would turn the music up, and the party continued. I am unsure of the policy for this property for loud guests past a certain time, but something has to be established and enforced. This was only an overnight stop for us, and we were continuing our drive to California the next morning. We were exhausted, and due to this, we unfortunately may not return to this property on our next trip.

Nice breakfast. The outdoor pool was a great way to relax after visiting local parks and Hoover dam.

A nice decent place for overnight staying. The Breakfast was ok too. One thing is my room was right by the elevator and it was so noisy at night. I liked that it was a smoke free pkace.

Older hotel. Jakuzzi was empty and seemed to be non functional for a while. Jakuzzi was one of the deciding g factors for me when selecting hotel, so of course disappointed.

Our company staff stays at this specific Henderson/Las Vegas hotel at least 2x a year. We keep coming back to the hotel because it is consistently clean, well-managed, professional, and, most importantly, enjoyable to stay at, with easy access to everything in Vegas. Only one issue: they need a cold water dispenser for the lobby area. They always have coffee available, but it would be nice to have cold water as well. Thanks.

The check-in staff was not so nice to me. I asked a quiet room, but was signed a room next to the elevator although there were quite a few other rooms available farther away from the elevator. Other staffs seemed very nice though. The breakfast was very good, various fruits provided.

Very nice hotel, convenient to St Rose hospital, walking distance to Remedy Tavern. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The downside is that it had “toddler” toilets, so low that it was difficult for seniors to use.

Because our 2 queen bed room was not ready when we arrived at 3 pm, they upgraded us to a suite with a king bed. It was very comfortable. The place is dated but clean and quiet. We look forward to staying here again whenever we drive to California from Western Colorado.

They did change the heating and a/c system; it’s a little noisy but the room stays at the temperature you set it at. I have stayed there about 12 nights a year since it first opened. Our son lives nearby so it’s very convenient.

They have done some updating through the years but it still looks tired. The allow dogs so the carpet is looking worn; hopefully from too much cleaning, In the last 4 year I have not had one room with a sink that drains properly; yes it has been brought to their attention. The staff this visit was excellent, the cleaned the room everyday without asking, it looked clean but the blinds didn’t work and were frayed. Breakfast is good but definitely average. I will definitely be looking for a different hotel for my spring stay.

We have frequented this hotel wherever we go to or thru Vegas. They are clean, friendly and off the tourist route.

Get better pillows, they flattened out like pancakes. Let me tell you, 2 pillows were not good enough. I only did one breakfast, ultra processed food and premade food. For the name of hotel, it could be better. For just a place to sleep while out of my home area, the facility did its purpose.

Checked in very late and the guy at the front reception area was not friendly at all. The lady in the morning was very lovely and wonderful to work with the room could use a little bit of tender, loving care not what I was expecting, but is one night and we dealt with it. Breakfast was OK.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. I felt very safe in my room. They were able to accommodate me on a different floor other than the first floor. The shower had different options for pressure which was really nice. They also have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. I had so many towels that I never had to worry about running out. The beds were comfortable. And I loved the welcome greeting on the television. I’m looking forward to staying here again.

. Essentially scammed s senior citizen. Hotel cancelled room, but I am out almost $300. Had to sleep in the car, no rooms to be found here at midnight. EXPEDIA IS A SCAM PROGRAM, AND EVERYONE I KNOW WILL HEAR IT.

We stayed one night just to have an evening alone since we live with a family member. We slept well, the room was clean, the shower was great, and the staff was friendly. The only bad thing was, during the free breakfast, on Friday morning, I sat my phone down while getting some waffle mix to make a waffle and somebody picked it up before I remembered where I sat it down. They did not turn it in and we looked all over for it. Finally, I found it on a table, with 3 women sitting at it. I saw it just sitting there and I walked over to get it. They knew we were looking for my phone but never said a word to me that they had it. The lady said she thought it was her friend’s phone so she took it. I had called my phone twice from my husband’s phone but i have it on silent. Those ladies would’ve seen it buzzing when it was called but never said a thing. I honestly think they planned on keeping it and not turning it in to the front desk. I could be wrong but I doubt it.

Spacious room, easy access from the main road, near gas station and diners.

Clean room, friendly staff and an excellent free breakfast.

Very nice and clean place to stay.

It’s clean and modern with a good breakfast. Staff at check-in was pleasant and helpful. I’d stay there again. It seems like all the hotels with the best reviews are on the opposite side of Henderson from where I needed to be. Factor a $30 Uber if you are not on the same side of town as your visit.

The only thing i didnt like was the room next to us was banging on our wall because my husband and i were watching TV too loud for them, when we had the TV at volume 10. But other than that, it was a great experience!

Property tried to charge my card before I was even there and before midnight local time, but I had just replaced my card because of fraud, so it didn’t go through. My reservation was then cancelled and I almost didn’t have a place to stay at almost midnight in a new town because the hotel was full. Also, noticed stains on the towels my first morning there so I called housekeeping for new towels. The new towels were stained even worse. Then, I had some food delivered when I wasn’t there (not intentionally) so I asked the delivery driver to leave with the front desk attendant. When I made it back to the hotel, I asked the front desk attendant about the delivery, he said he remembers it being delivered but “it’s not here now” and he doesn’t know what happened to it.

The room was decent. My only complaint is that our room smelled funky. We had another person in our party staying here as well and her room didn’t smell like ours did.

The hotel is convenient to all of the sprawl in the Henderson area, but the rooms are small for the price charged.

The room was in a great location and functional but the hotel was very noisy.

Started off annoying, I couldn't use the digital key on the app. Instead had to go to the lobby and check in the old fashioned way. The front desk staffer was nice and upgraded me to a larger room. The room was very spacious but the bed was hard as a rock, very uncomfortable. The free breakfast the next morning was nice. They are pet friendly but the pet cleanup areas had no bags to pick up poop and all the outdoor trash cans on the property were overflowing and impossible to put anything in.

Front desk was helpful at check-in. Gave us a room close to the elevator for my elderly mother.

Unfortunately I requested 2 queen beds. When I got there they gave me a king with a pull out. They said they couldn’t do anything about it because I booked through Expedia. I showed them my receipt that said Two Queens but still wouldn’t change anything. The room smelled like smoke

We stayed here for 3 days. This hotel is SOOO clean. There are cleaning crews there all the time it seemed. Always smells clean and looks clean. The pool and hot tub were really nice. The breakfast was regular hotel breakfast. They send you a text after check in and that way you can text them back if you have any questions. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. I am picky when it comes to picking hotels becuase i hate staying in dirty places. This one amazed me with the cleanliness.

It was only for a night. It was a stop before heading to California. But would love to stay again. Great location. Hoping it's not expensive when we travel again.

The A/C unit was replaced, but we were slightly inconvenienced. Staff were great — especially the gentleman who came to fix and the replace the unit.

The grounds were clean. Hallways clean. I enjoyed my daily cup of Tea. That said , the breakfast was lacking. Oatmeal was like soup and had no taste. Brown sugar didn't help.I recommend management come in for breakfast.

We liked that it was an easy property to get to. We did not like the smell of skunk (Marijuana) in the hallways and room, we had a no smoking room. Otherwise the breakfast staff was really nice!

The property is beginning to show it's age. In hallway we smelled either vaping smoke or some other substance was apparent. Clean, nice pool area, but here too, we smelled marijuana smoke from outside the wall of the pool area.

Simple overnight visit, great service, clean room, awesome staff!
