The best part of our stay at the Hampton was the comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was exceptional which my wife's and I stay great. Would definitely stay here again when in Henderson.

Courtesy of staff, bed was comfortable, pool and hot tub We had 3 dead cockroaches in our room, notified staff and offered to change our room, however since the cockroaches were dead and never saw any more we kept our room . The bathtub water would not completely shut off.

The worst hotel in Las Vegas. The management staff should be terminated for lack of control of the facility. The parties at 3:30 am keep the entire floor awake until 5:00 am.

One star reduction for property condition only because some aspects could use a refresh and the manager did mention that is what is planned. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and plenty of room. Had a great stay.

Arrived late but waited 5 min for staff to let us in from outside. Window in room was open so room was infested with flying insects. AC would not shut off so had to unplug. Unusually poor lighting in room. The only negative experience we’ve ever had in a Hampton Inn.

Got to the hotel and their system was down. They had to manually check us in and we were told they would charge our card once the system was back up. Later got a call our card didn’t go through. Impossible but we got it figured out. The two bed suite was very spacious and had a living room type area with a pull out bed. Room was dusty! Lamps and walls had dust caked all over it. If you wore white socks, they were black from walking around on the carpet and the non carpet areas. There was a weird stain on the corner of our couch. There were two tv’s which we thought was a bonus because we wanted to watch different things. Garbage cans were way too small. Coffee maker tucked into a cubby area under the tv in the living area which was weird. Shouldn’t it have been on the tiny sink area, microwave and mini fridge? Our temperature control was broken. Bathroom was crappy, when you took a shower it flooded the floor. House keeping had to come and clean it up or there would be water. Housekeeping walked in on check out day before check out time while I was in my skivvy’s. Overall an okay stay for the price. No comments on pool, too cold to use it. Breakfast was great!

We left at noon for our event and came back at around 6pm to an unserviced room and no clean towels. More towels were not brought before we had to leave for a 7pm event which was very surprising and a complete inconvenience.

The room smelled of urine - carpeting and bedding. The room was not ready for a 3:00 pm check-in time. There were no coffee cups available in room to make coffee. People in room next to ours were very loud and keep my family up past 12:30 am.

This was conveniently located and had attentive/polite staff. This hotel was however in desperate need of upgrades/repairs. There was duck tape holding down carpet in hallway and nasty caulking in bathroom. Our door to our room wouldn’t open unless forcefully pushed. The sofa mattress was soiled. Overall, we were very disappointed.

Com and there represenrative stayed that she spoke to the manager of the Hapton in and they stated that it was to late to cancel the room and that I was going to get charged for the second room even though i did not need or book it. I kept Hotels.com on the line and went back to the front desk and J.J spoke to manager on duty and got the roomed cancelled and got Hotels.com to issue the refund. He is a true professional. The only other bad experiemce was the order that the bed sheets had. They smelled like dirty wet dogs. I very much hope that the start using a stronger and better laundry detergent and clean the wahing machine that yhey use.

The pool water was cloudy and dirty, even early in the morning. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Hreat breakfast options. Staff were very polite and helpful. Overall a good value if you don't care about the pool.

The people at the front desk were so friendly, the breakfast was amazing. As soon as the coffee was out the lady grabbed thr coffee maker and exchanged it for a fresh new one. Everything was fully stocked, clean and well organized.

I needed an ADA room. The beds were so high I needed a step stool to get in. No way could a person in a wheelchair get in bed. The shower was a nice walk in. However the shower head faced the shower curtain and when the water was turned on it blew the curtain into the bathroom and flooded the floor. ADA room, NOT!!!

The property is not the problem Expedia didn’t give them the room info that I paid for. A suite was what I paid for they didn’t have one got just a regular room. I called Expedia got hung up on 4 times. I want a call from Expedia and I want some part of a refund for this wrong room.

Long wait to check in, it would be nice to have more than one person to speed up the check in process between 3pm and 6mm.

Family emergency. The hotel was in an area with multiple restaurants and shops and rifht next to a beautiful hotel/casino. It was close to the hospital. After driving far all night, it was just what we needed

No TV would not change rooms and kid scraleming on room next to us and n oil TV Zero cables out the whole stay

Place was clean in good area. The water in shower would not turn off completely no matter how hard we turned the faucet, and you could hear the creaking from floors above at all hours.

Came in town for a wedding. This place was near the venue . Friendly staff breakfast was provided. The room was big. I no like the fact it had 2 tvs . Quiet stay.

Hotel was comfortable in a good location. Staff was amazing. I believe her name is Julia in the evening at the front desk very accommodating. Bathroom problems. Shower would not shut off and no maintenance on site to fix it. The Last night of stay toilet overflowed Michele at the front desk cleaned up the bath did an amazing job gave us new towels since I had to soak up water from the toilet and she fix the toilet. All staff was amazing all need to be recognized.

Our car and another was broken in to. From what the police officer said, it is not the first time. You only have 1 camera and the thieves know where it is.

I.was charged 3 times for one night over 1000 dollars they never checked me in even though I showed checked in on the app and hady room number from the app I stood in lobby for over 3 hours and they didn't help get anything accomplished except making my two kids ages 3 and 6 and I sleep in my vehicle as they charged me so much and wouldn't allow me to stay

When we come to town this is our go to hotel. It's pet friendly, with areas to walk your dog. Staff is always friendly. Rooms are clean. Definitely recommend Hapmton Inn.

Free Breakfast options were appropriate. Hotel was clean and quiet. Pet friendly. Only complaint would be that the beds are not as comfortable, especially the sofa bed. And they could put in an extra trash can in the room. We had to pile the trash next to the bin as there was only one small trash bin for the room and this was a suite and so there were 5 of us in there.

The only complaint I had is the breakfast choices were not to my liking no bacon or pancakes. Also our shower would not stop dripping. Otherwise it was nice

Our air conditioner went out and we spent 5 days at the Hampton Inn. The customer service was impeccable! The General Manager, Miracle, went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The complimentary breakfast and dinners were an added bonus! The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely return. Thank you for making our time with you so delightful!

However, a dog barking interrupted my sleep. It will definitely impact my 10 hour drive. Lastly, carpets needs shampooing in lobby. Overall, the bed was comfortable and the customer service was excellent!! Thank you!!

Hotel and amenities were great! My kids raved about the breakfast. Plenty of room in the suite. Pool area was largest I’ve seen at a hotel that size. Only complaint is the homeless behind the hotel. Our room directly faced their homeless encampment.

We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and quality of the room we had for our three littles and pup! Sheets were heavenly and the pillows had feathers. The room was well ventilated and cool for our one night stay. I appreciated having access to snack and clean water at the lobby at any time.

Great hotel and pool. Will be staying here again in the future.

My family and I stayed the weekend as this was much closer to my sisters home. We enjoyed our stay. We arrived to a clean and spacious room. I had trouble with the window shade, so I called front desk and she was willing to call maintenance to come back since they were gone for the day but in the midst of speaking with her, the window shade started to come down. I simply just needed to be patient. The daily breakfast buffet was great. We had a variety of options to choose from and left us full until a little after lunch. The parking lot is shared with another hotel. So when its a busy weekend, the parking lot can fill up fast. The location was good and for the most parts, quiet too - close to fast food restaurants, Wal-Mart, and other businesses. Will definitely recommend to others and be coming back to stay.

Front desk service @ check-in just okay. Room spacious & comfortable beds. Hair & blood spot on side of tub, dirty bottom of tub. Caulking around tub was cracking. We had a late arrival so I didn't contact housekeeping. The breakfast was great. Good variety. Friendly worker who kept everything clean and in stock. The area/parking seemed safe & secure. Free parking.
