Nice room and near everywhere....

Room clean and well appointed. Available wine was a good idea. Shower was good. Pillows were not comfortable or sufficient. I know extras were available on request but you don't know you need them till you are in bed and then it's too late. The pillows spoiled the visit. The radiator vibrated about 3 times during the night and had to be adjusted to silence it.

The duvet and no sheets in the bed. Unfortunately this a become a standard in many hotels, but an uncomfortable and unhygienic way of sleeping.

- Clean and tidy overall - Washroom / shower was spacious too and very comfortable - Location was decent, quite close to where we'd wanted to go the day after so it was convenient Finding our reserved parking was a little difficult and confusing, perhaps the signage or instructions should've been more clear

Friendly staff and great location within walking distance to the castle, Christmas markets, and train station.

Shower leaked a little!

Location, parking was available Breakfast was poor

This was a great stay if you wanted to little out of the main areas of the shopping and restaurants. It was nice to enjoy the views from their windows. It can get loud by the elevators and stairs if you’re staying near there but otherwise, it feels and seemed safe. I was by the elevators

Gate Garden Hotel, is a hidden little gem footsteps from the once Berlin Wall. Very convenient to reach from the Main train station either a straight line walk or the tram. Tran’s are EVERYWHERE in Germany, amazing!! We travelled 5 cities in Germany and this was our favourite stay! The rooms are super cozy. The first property in years of travel around the world that prioritizes hypoallergenic for its guests. Our room was on one of the higher floors with amazing high ceilings and even a small love seat which is so hard to get in most affordable hotels almost anywhere. An adorable coffee/tea station on the main floor available 24/7. This is an added bonus given that so many properties across Germany have started to scale back on free little offerings such as this that make a significant difference in an accommodation when you don’t necessarily have time to look for these in your area and hotels charging an unnecessary price for it. Noah was kind enough to greet us though we arrived late due to the train delays. It was so nice to have Noah actively contact us to ensure we were having a good journey enroute into Berlin and provided detailed information for our arrival. Anton was a gem to check in on us each time we went out and returned. Such a lovey team! The hospitality room staff equally friendly each time they saw us. If the weather was warmer, I recommend the garden rooms on the main floor. That garden was spectacular, and those rooms provided an adorable cottage retreat feel! This hotel is not directly in the main rush of Berlin, but a very nice, clean, safe, and transportation accessible area which is why we chose it. Thank you team at Gate Garden Hotel!

The hotel was within walking distance to downtown. Perfect. Very little parking but there is parking down the street for the same price. Very friendly staff and breakfast was great.
-
Wifi was good. The room was clean, but the floor needed to be mopped. The TV didn't have internet connection, just old school TV.
-
No air-conditioning but they did provide a fan which was extremely helpful for the warm weather during our stay.
-
Good location - city center and pedestrian street is next to the hotel. Self check-in works fine. Pre-reserved parking place was little bit hard to find - simple schema in a email would be helpful. Room is very hot (+27) - no air conditioner. Breakfast has to pre-ordered - so we used cafes in the city instead.

Excellent location and the staff were incredible. A humble and comfortable stay in an excellent location, walking distance from all that you must see. Everything was great. Parking is limited so make sure to let them know you need parking.

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as great as before. The location is perfect—close to tourist spots and public transportation. The self-check-in and check-out process is smooth. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. As someone who works remotely, I really appreciated the comfortable desk and chair setup, along with the fast internet.

Spacious toilets Central with 10 minutes walking distance either way for attractions... The staff were friendly and helpful. Tight room A bit hot. No air conditioning
